Lazy mornings spent in bed where your favorite thing. The feel of freshly laundered sheets against your skin, the sound of idle chatter from the living room as Cross’s brothers made themselves breakfast, and the sensation of his arms pulling you close as he mumbled sleep roughed ‘morning’ would never cease to satisfy. You smile as you sink into him, the warmth of his body just enough to lull you into a slight doze, but alas the youngest occupant of your shared home had other ideas - their sing-song voice breaking the idyl as they broke into your room. “Ba’vodu! Ba’vodu! It’s life day! C’mon! It’s time to open presents!” You think you hear Cross utter a curse beneath his breath, another of his halfhearted complaints about how Hunter had too soft a heart as he propped himself on one elbow. “It is not morning yet Omega.” The young girl giggles, completely unbothered by his stern tone as she clambers into your bed. “Yes it is!! It’s ooh five hundred to be exact!” Cross clicks his tongue in disapproval, his quick reflexes preventing your niece from disturbing your relaxed state. He holds her back with relative ease, gently guiding her from your side of the bed to his, his head shaking the whole time as he situates her beside him. “Mir’sheb.” Omega gasps, her hands flying to her mouth as she turns her honied gaze to you “Ba’vodu Cross said a bad word!” You laugh, the sound vibrating pleasantly in your chest as you sit upright. The sun has barely warmed the opposite wall, the slight slits from the shutters casting long lines of orange along the pale blue. Crosshair himself looks caught between mild amusement and frustration, his tired eyes showing the desire to still be asleep, but he would never ever take that out on Omega - his warm sleepy smile curling his lip as you giggle at Omega ‘horrors’ “Don’t worry ‘megs, I’ll make sure he gets an appropriate punishment” “Promises, promises” You laugh at Cross’s whispered comment as you sit upright, one hand adjusting the bed covers to keep your nakedness covered, whilst the other motions to the half open door of your bedroom. Personally you’d rather stay in bed for a few more hours, properly wake up, but you knew Omega well enough by now to know that she wouldn’t leave you alone. Not with presents on the line! You somehow get her to vacate the room, your firm promises to follow after her in short order encouraging her out the door, and you let out a little sigh as you look back at Cross with an apologetic smile. “Sorry, I should know to lock the door by now.” “S’alright, she’d just slice the lock anyway.” You don’t think you’ll get over how competent the kid is, or how much her brothers encourage her lawless behavior. To them it’s a useful life skill, to you it’s troubling, your frown earning you a poke in the side from Cross. “Better for her to practice on family, then complete strangers” “You won’t be saying that if she walks in on us having sex.” “Kids gotta learn.”

You can’t decide if he’s teasing you or if he simply has no shame. Both are equally likely with the sniper. You give him a long hard look, your eyes narrowed so much it draws a laugh from him, and you almost laugh along with him as you realize it was the former rather than the later. Kriffing idiot! How you’d ever fallen in love with him was a mystery, yet here you were trying to hold back laughter as you pulled one of his shirts over your head.

“You’re a menace, you know that right?”

“Guilty as charged”

You continue shaking your head as you pull on a pair of pants, the gleam of a carefully wrapped present making you smile. You’d intended to give it to him later tonight, once the others had gone to sleep, but seeing him there - stretching in the early morning light - it dashed all your plans. You grabbed it, rubbed a thumb over the patterned paper, and turned toward him with a smile.

“I hope you don’t mind, but I got you a little something.”

“How touching”

Again you laughed, the old snark from back in the day now a joke you shared. Oh how you’d bickered back in the day, back and forth for days on end, but now? Well, you’d be pressed to match the old Cross with the new Cross. It was as if the transition from being a soldier to a mercenary had awakened something in him, the days and days of providing for and protecting Omega bringing out a softness he’d hidden for so very long. The present is brought close to your heart, your smile momentarily becoming playful disappointment.

“Well, if you don’t want it ...”

You all but bark out a laugh as he takes it from your hand, his breath warming your ear as he kisses your brow.

“Don’t be a brat.”

“Look who's calling the weequay slimy.”

The comment earns you a gentle shove of the shoulder, his warm eyes gleaming in the light as he examines the present. His touch is gentle and tender, the present treated like a maker damned holy item, and you guess that to him - it is. He’s never had presents before you came along, never experienced warmth and love unless it came from a brother. Each corner of the paper is pulled away carefully, reverently, and you know that if you looked you’d find the paper stashed in his box of keepsakes. Oh yes. You know about that! Cross might think he’s being sneaky, but the underside of the bed doesn’t make for the best hiding spot in the world!

With the paper gone he next opens the box, his eyes going wide in shock at what he sees within. You’d spent days on the little project, pursuing the craft stall for beads in black and red, and blackened durasteel wire. It was an object of blood, sweat, and tears. The necklace checked and double checked to make sure you’d got the morse correct. Which you had if his little swallow was anything to go by, the microexpressions that crossed his facial features betraying just how touched he was by this.

“You ... want me to wear this?”

“Of course. You’re mine and I’m not afraid to let people know it.”

He cocks a brow at you, his fingers trailing the beaded proclamation of your love.

“And there was me thinking you weren't the possessive type.”

You take the necklace from him with a tut, your eyes full of warmth as you motion for him to crouch to your level.

“It’s got nothing to do with possession. It’s a little something for you to wear under your armor, a physical reminder that someone out there loves you, and if someone happens to see it? Well then all the better. It’ll just make ‘em wonder what type of person would fall hopelessly in love with you.”

Making people jealous or curious hadn’t been your intention, but you can’t help but admit that you got a thrill out of it. The mental image of someone’s eyes widening in surprise as they read the morse makes you beam from ear to ear. Crosshair wasn’t the type of person you’d associate with being ‘taken’, all hard edges and harsh snark with outsiders, and definitely not with someone like you. You were soft, considerate, the complete opposite of your significant other, and yet you worked - oh maker did you work! Your relationship grows from gripping friends to understanding lovers.

“Jealous too, anyone would think I was rubbing off on you.”

“Don’t get a big head Cross, Hunter can’t afford to widen them.”

He laughs, a muted little snicker that makes your heart leap as you secure the clasp.

“That's on him for spoiling the kid.”

“As if you don’t?”

He tries to give you his best glare, but fails, the mock offense twisting into a garish grin.

“It was about time the kid had a proper blaster.”

You smile alongside him, your thoughts drifting to the child sized firepuncher he’d sourced from one of his contacts. You couldn’t wait to see Omega open it, couldn’t wait to watch her learn to use it with skill and precision, and most of all you couldn’t wait to see Cross celebrate his first life day, the laughter that so often found you bubbling in your chest as you watched him enter the main room to raucous applause and playful teasing. He took it all with a sour smile and crossed arms, but you knew he was enjoying it, the dance in his eyes betraying the enjoyment he found from being among his family.

He enjoyed watching Omega open her presents, her innocence maintained by the hard work of her brothers. He enjoyed watching his brothers, his smile growing in smug glee every time they praised his gift choice. He enjoyed opening them, the simple joy of having possessions warming his facial features. But most of all? He enjoyed being with you, the care and love you gave treasured above all else as he brought you close to his side, the glimmer of the light catching the beads upon his neck making your heart swell with love.

He was yours and you were his, and nothing in the galaxy could ever tear you apart!

Fluff-tober Day 20 (alternate);Fandom Crossover

A crossover that popped into my head the very first time i watched Foyle's War episode 'Invasion'.

To Americans, forgive me for playing a little fast and loose with the timline, I know War Artists weren't a thing until 1943, but the idea is too good to pass up.

Not a shipping fic between the leadscpurely friendship- Andrew will get a mention if I extend this. @flufftober

March 1942

“Yeah, like broads in uniform.” The fresh, pushy young man who'd been at the station said, as though the whole thing was a great farce

Sam barely has time to register the words being spoken, before another American voice snapped across the room

“Oi, you shut it Farnetti! Ladies present!” The speakeris just in front of her, springing to his feet with the force of his words. Then just as quickly, the skinny man quickly dips his head in apology to Mr Foyle and sits back down in his seat.

“Well -yes- “ Mr Foyle carries on in his his talk with only the lightest of stumbles, given the gravity of the interruption. Rather than listening Sam instead took time to study her self-appointed defender. His chest was heaving up and down, and it wasn't just anger making it so, she could hear an odd rattling and wheeze with each breath. And he really was skinny, not just thin, there was no breadth to the body under the uniform jacket, it looked two sizes too big on him- at the very least.

She didn't know anything of the American Military requirements for their men, but looking across the rows of green-khaki backs, this man stood out like a sore thumb physically. I don't like the sound of that breathing, and I' not even officially trained, surely he wouldn't have passed a medical to be a soldier.

Not that, Samnotes as the young man promptly tensed to spring at another apparently crude remark from 'Farnetti', he lacks any of the necessary courage for a fight.

Everyone applauds Mr Foyle, then the gathering begins to splinter, some of the men putting chairs away, others making quick steps towards the next room, with their apparent friends.

The young skinny man shook his head, apparently at the world and turned in his seat, giving her a bashful but sweet smile

“Miss, I apologise for those comments from the other men- some of them haven't the manners they were born with.” He holds out a hand over the back of the chair

“Steven Rogers, although I go by Steve.”

She shakes it warmly, and manners too “Samantha Stewart”

He glances along the room “There's a spread of food in the next hall, if you are hungry.

She tries not to immediate look over in the direction, but is pretty sure her eyes give her away “I am rather hungry.”

Rogers – Steve- rises from his chair and makes an effort to move it the little way to the wall, out of the way. As she stands and does the same it merely confirms what she was already guessing. The young man is even shorter than her, shorter even than she'd be in her socks.

He doesn't appear to notice, or at least doesn't remark on her expression, instead taking a few steps across the room, before turning back to her,

“It's just through here.”

He sets off at a brisk pace, but she shortens her stride to keep with him, not accidentally overtake and make him hurry further. At least she does until she sees the table, absolutely laden with things. She stops, looking back and forth along the spread of food.

There's a soft, but not unkind chuckle at her elbow, and looks down to a warm smile, “Rather more than you're used to in Blighty?”

“Rather.” I want to try it all, but where to even start? I'm not sure I even recognise some of it

He steps forward again, “Grab a plate and fill up before the other greedy mugs get near, or it will be crumbs, just start at one end and pick things until you get to the other, Miss Stewart.”

Has Mr Foyle seen this? She looks around for him, spots him in conversation with the American Captain, Keiffer, apparently being shown something in a leather wallet. She follows Steve Roger's- lead, collecting a plate and a fork from the stacks, looking and listening as he sotto-voce, identifies some of the dishes for her; baloney, hamburger.

“If you don't mind me asking-” she asks between mouthfuls of food as they stand in a corner eating “You don't look much like a soldier.” She slightly gestures with her fork at the others around them.

Rogers doesn't take offence, or doesn't seem to, “I'm not -failed my medical three times when I tried, even under false names.” He shifts his fork to his plate hand and reaches up to touch his ear, which, Sam only now notices, has a pencil tucked behind it, and stands more stiffly “Steven G. Rogers, Official United States War Artist, now attached to the Engineer Battalion posted in Southern England.” He eases his posture, then dips in his pocket “Oh, here. “ He brings out a square of paper

Sam takes it and unfolds it to reveal Mr Foyle, mid flow in his speech, as captured on paper. She looks between the drawing and the artist.

“Only a rough sketch for now.” He says abashedly, not quite looking at her, “I could do better with more time.”-

Time is counted since the time the old faith was established

B.O.F. means before old faith

the years are aproximate. i aint gonna make them percise, at least not yet. this post will probably get adjusted with time.

aprox. 1000 bof - Shamura's childhood and gaining the crown/ becomming bishop

aprox 800 bof - Shamura and Heket meeting for the first time

aprox 700 bof - vision of a crown of death and its god

aprox 500 bof - the killings of first gods / civil wars bursting out due to the deaths and disappearing of gods

here the events get really close to eachother but go in the next order

aprox in the 10 last years of time before old faith

kallamar being born and soon finding the crown, soon being taken into the family by Heket

preparations to make Old Faith (back then called the true faith) official and the only truth

narinders birth and the backstory events

BOF ^^

After establishment of old faith

Narinder being found by Shamura and him being taught to become a bishop too

When narinder is about 15 - Narinder gains control over his realm fully

y. 200 - Narinder gets more invested in science and reasearch, expanding and bettering his realm

y. 400 - 500 - Narinders transformation takes place. His reasearch has to halt and the other Bishops have to take over caring for his people.

y. 500 - narinder slowly gets back to doing his job as bishop. He follows still his siblings goals.

y. 600 - leshy joins and soon becomes a bishop of chaos

y. 700 - narinder deapens his research in immortality and the hidden abilities of the crowns because of a talk with shamura

y. 1200 - the gods (mostly kallamar, who influences heket and leshy) get frightful as the research continues and they come up with a plan

y. 1250 - Narinder gets imprisoned

y. 1300 - cat genocide takes place and continues basically up to current events

y. 1500 - Narinder starts to experiment with numerous vessels which fail

y. 1700 - (period of about 8 years) Forneus' becomes a crown bearer but gets pregnant due to.... - the kits get born - the kits get taken and given to Narinder - no crown bearers for a while

y. 1800 - Shamura gets the vision about a lamb

y. 1800-2000 - the sheep assasinations

y. 1900 - Ratau's birth / becomming vessel and starting a cult for narinder again

(current time events) all after they year 2000

shamura finds lucia

ratau finds lamb

somehow the lamb still gets found and sacrificed

ratau looses crown and depressed goes to live in the lonely shack

lamb becomes cult leader

lucia gains the purple crown to protect and runs away

the green crown user gets introduces

The Rewritten Timeline

Period One

- Ancients: LionClan, TigerClan, LeopardClan rule the forest, told through dramatic epics of lions getting their manes, tigers their stripes, and leopards their spots.

- Dawn: DOTC except they do not come from the Tribe of Rushing Water or the ancient cats from the lake. they are descendants of tigers and lions and leopards, with the five clans taking traits from the three big ones and dividing the forest amongst them to share in peace and harmony. there's the in between the AE and DOTC, with the Tale of Two Brothers (Gray Wing & Clear Sky), One Eye's Demise which created the Dark Forest, the Bloodiest Battle and the creation of StarClan, and Moth Flight's Vision which led to the Moonstone and creation of medicine cats. Thunderstar and Skystar are not father/son in this au. All Clan founders are the same age in this au 👍

- Might of Justice/Code Era: the warrior code is established in a series of events that have since become fables. The tradition of the Gathering on the full moon is also established by Birchstar of SkyClan after the events of Cloudberry's Lament. Half-moon meeting for medicine cats is also established in this era by Swiftfoot of WindClan during the events of The Medicine Cats Decide

- Skyfall Era: SkyClan gets driven out. The name initially puts blame on SkyClan, but this era is eventually referred to as StarClan's Failing or The Four's Secret in modern versions of the stories

Period Two

- Golden Era: After SkyClan was forced out of their home, the four remaining Clans seemed to prosper, proving to those who sympathized with SkyClan that they were better off without them and the four Clans were righteous. Peace and harmony were restored for a brief period, until Ripplestar's attack

- Bloodstained Era: The Clans quickly fell into old habits of killing and plundering one another, still relatively lawless in regards to battles and borders. Four new rules were added during this era in order to prevent the copius amount of bloodshed that had happened without rules to guide the Clan cats. The Clans realized that in order to distinguish themselves from rogues, they had to maintain some semblance of dignity and honor as well as respect for each other

Period Three

- Secrecy Era: The Clans stopped relying on each other and Gatherings became short due to each Clan trying to prevent inter-Clan romances after Mapleshade's death. Oakstar is also conducting his raids on Twolegplace during this time in order to appease StarClan and make sure none of his warriors betray him again

- Thunder's Beginning Era: Goosefeather's birth marks the beginning of this era. His prophecies changed ThunderClan, and by extension all five Clans, forever. Pinestar's Secret was added to the code during this era and an interpretation of the code began to gain traction: where loyalty is stressed, might = right, and some rules are deemed not as important or are tossed completely. This era ends with Brokenstar succeeding Raggedstar

- Fire Alone Era: Rusty is brought into ThunderClan and eventually becomes Firestar. This era covers the events of the first series and ends with Scourge's demise. This era also establishes the banning of cruel renaming in the code. Also Longtail is made deputy instead of Graystripe at the end 👍. After Longtail loses his vision, he steps down as deputy and then Graystripe is chosen 😊.

Period Four

- Midnight Era: This era covers the events of Brambleclaw and crew leaving to the Clans making it to the lake

- Sunset Era: Begins with Tallstar making Onestar leader instead of Mudclaw and basically the second half of TNP. Ends with Firestar choosing Brambleclaw as his deputy in replacement of the missing Graystripe

Period Five

Some cats argue if Period Five and Four are actually separate, since all the events that happened are so close together time-wise, but others argue they are distinct and separate due to the different prophecies that ruled both periods

- Beyond Stars Era: Covers basically all of PoT, with changes to who knows about the Three and Sol's influence and Firestar dying in the fire scene. Hollyleaf's Gathering outburst is what officially adds the medicine cats can't have kits rule to the code

- Omens/Apocalypse Era: Covers all of OotS, with Bramblestar taking over ThunderClan and Rowanstar taking over ShadowClan. The Clans are uneasy with Hollyleaf's disappearance, since they all thought she was part of the Three. Dovewing's discovery of her own powers puts most cats' minds at ease. There are small groups of cats in each Clan that fear the Three and their power and believe they are going to bring the worst and destroy the Clans with their power. This era ends with the Great Battle

- Recovery Era: Dovewing's Silence & Bramblestar's Storm take place during this time, where the Clans are trying to decide how to deal with the DF trainees and the loss of a good chunk of their Clanmates. Two new rules are added to the code during this time. One for dealing with DF trainees and Bramblestar's rule about helping the Clans

Period Six

- Return of SkyClan Era: covers all of AVoS, Hawkwing's Journey, and Tigerheart's Shadow. The Kin stays for longer this time, Onestar and Darktail still die together but at the end instead, and Tree's mediator position is added to the code

- Longest Night/Cruel Season/Ashfur's Reign Era: begins with the long leaf-bare and ends with Bristlefrost's double death and the restructuring of the code

Mmm-hm-hmm!

I has been thinking about Lapis Swap!

And have a reasonable timeline and event plan.

Witherstorm Arc:

Ivor starts off in a cottage next to the treehouse that Axel and Olivia stay in. Olivia’s playing her game of “Which would you rather fight?” while Ivor brews his potions. Axel gives them a scare with his creeper mask.

They head off, and Ivor convinces the two to plan their build out before they get to the competition, and the two decide to build a Witch with their fireworks machine.

Getting to the competition, Ivor greets the Ocelots with Olivia and Axel. Aiden and Axel really only have the tension, but Aiden is quick to get head ruffles from Ivor. Petra comes by and says hi, and the building competition starts.

Meh, you can decide who wins the competition.

The two groups then head to Endercon, Ivor heading off into the woods to collect some spider eyes for his potions. He obviously gets swarmed by mobs and Petra has to come and save the old man. Petra then tells Ivor about the deal, cause Ivor can smell Wither on her. He’s skeptical about the deal, but goes with it.

They get to Endercon, Ivor being the quirky dad-friend he is and checking up on his kiddos. He does that thing where he makes it obvious he’s keeping a secret, then leaves with Petra to do the deal. Aiden decides to follow the two, much to Petra’s dismay since the deal was supposed to be in private.

Petra leaves to find the unnamed-at-the-moment guy she’s doing the deal with, telling the other two to stay and stall if he showed up. Ivor chats with Aiden, before Jesse shows up. Ivor questions if Jesse was the one that wanted to deal with Petra, but is hit with “That’s none of your business.” Petra shows up and deal begins.

Jesse isn’t a con-man. He did actually plan to fullfil his side of the deal, actually having 3 diamonds to give Petra. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t have the diamonds on him, so he panicked. He got the skull and fled, resulting in the chase.

Aiden and Petra inform the others about the problem while Ivors starts searching. He catches a glimpse of Jesse heading into the Show Hall, and slime block problem solving time.

They find the little basement area where Jesse supposedly resides. They take a look around, scanning the area. Ivor is quite fond of the place, admiring some of the potions scattered around and is impressed by the capabilities. He does have to take a moment to try and stop Axel from stealing things, especially when he tries to take the fancy potion, which he manages to do.

Maya finds the lever and pulls it, revealing the Soul Sand and Command Block. Lukas and Petra realise that its a formula for the Wither. They are collectively concerned as to why someone who was probably younger than them wanted to make a Wither. They then all scatter when they hear the boy return.

The group hear Jesse talking to himself as he wanders around frantically in the basement. “Where the heck did they go? I swear I had thise diamonds on me! I don’t need someone on my back right now, and I promised I would have her diamond. Ugh! I even had 3 diamonds I was going to give her!” Petra does feel bad since she realised he was actually going to fullfil that deal with more than he was going to offer to her.

Ivor decides to try and let his children escape, so he calls out to get attention. “Hello? Anyone here?” The children escape, and Ivor talks to Jesse for a short while before Jesse respectfully shows him the door.

“Oh there is someone down here. Wonderful!”

“What are you doing here? Wait hang on, you’re the guy that was with… Petra?”

“Oh yes! I was with her. Just making sure she was doing alright. Anyway, I was… looking for the bathroom.”

“Well, you took a wrong turn.”

“So I guessed, but may I ask- is this your little workshop down here?”

“Why do you want to know?”

“I just wanted to say how wonderful it is! The potions, the books! I say, I wouldn’t mind a place like this myself. I assume that skull was the element to bring it all together?”

“O-oh… Yeah! Yeah, the skull… I thought it would, uh, bring the room together.”

“It would be a nice touch.”

“Yeah… anyway, you better be on your way. I’ll show you the door.”

“Why thank you, young man!”

Ivor comes out and finds that Gabriel’s show had started… and his children were doing a terrible job at trying to tell the warrior about the monster in the basement.

A voice comes from nearby, taunting Gabriel. Gabriel does respond to the voice, answering any questions thrown at him… until the source jumps down from above and onto the stage.

“So that’s what I did wrong? I didn’t work hard enough for you?!”

“What…?”

“Don’t pretend, Gabriel! You know you didn’t care! If you did, you would have worked hard to find me!”

“I-it, it can’t be…”

“Oh, but it can be!”

Jesse brings up the Wither formula with the lever and threatens Gabriel and the people in the room with it. Gabriel attempts to fight against Jesse, but ends up being tripped off the stage by the boy. The Wither is then unleashed, and instead of continuing to threaten with it, Jesse splashes a potion of invisibility on himself and leaves everyone to their sources.

Gabriel leaves everything up to the large group of children and their father figure. Ivor saves Petra from the tractor beam before he gets thrown into the Nether.

The adventure continues, but the group don’t encounter Jesse. Ivor supervises his kids as they continue on. They end up splitting up to go find Ellegaard and Magnus, Aiden and Axel to find Magnus, and Maya and Olivia to go find Ellegaard. Ivor does keep the amulet with him, but gives it to Aiden temporarily because he thought that Magnus would be hard to find.

The teens round up Magnus and Ellie, Boom Town getting destroyed in the process. The group of teams do start to lose a bit of respect for the two heroes when they witness the two start arguing, and Ivor being the one to have to break them up.

They head off to Soren’s fortress at dawn, get caught up in a few things, then Ivor finds out about Petra’s Wither Sickness.

“Have you tried milk?”

“You think I haven’t?”

The two then encounter Jesse in a room in Soren’s library. Petra actually pulls the sword out on Jesse first, so Jesse quickly moves to defend himself. Ivor tries to stop the fight, but then the other teens show up and Aiden, Maya and Axel are quick to jump into fight. Jesse is quick to try and defend himself and escape, using potions to defend himself, then a slowness potion to escape and lock them in the room.

They eventually get into the End and into Soren’s fortress. Lukas has a pout and confides in Ivor about his concerns for Petra. Ivor, being a good father, informs Lukas but tells him not to worry and that he has it covered.

Ivor keeps an eye on Petra, so Lukas, Olivia and Gill find Soren’s mini lab where they realise he’s outside with the Enderman. Gill finds and puts on the other costume, accidentally making himself the candidate to go out and find Soren.

When Soren comes in, he’s very nervous and a bit ignorant towards the teens. Ivor visibly doesn’t like that Soren is purposely ignoring the kids.

Enderman shenanigans, and Gill leads them out.

They have the Formidabomb, and Ivor quickly realises that the heroes that his kids looked up to weren’t really the heroes they thought they were. He goes to step up, but Aiden isn’t having any of that. Ivor then has none of the heroes offering their armours, solely because he doesn’t trust them. He gives Aiden a set of armour that he enchanted himself; not exactly flashy but it does the job.

No one dies, Witherstorm is in three, Gabriel has amnesia, shit’s gone sideways.

They escape the Storms and take shelter in the cave. Ivor, being the great father he is, checks in on all of his kids, letting them all vent onto him and he provides the comfort they need. The Order watch the man do his thing, Ellie and Magnus visibly saddened and guilty looking. Soren has a go at Ivor for being so focused on children rather than the situation at hand. Ellie and Magnus defend Ivor, so Soren storms off.

Ivor eventually goes outside, finding Soren pinned under the foot of a familiar chaos child. Ivor stands there, watching as the interaction between the two ensues.

“You left me to die!”

“N-now, now! Lets not get ahead of ourselves-“

“You left me! And you never told them, did you?!”

“That’s not-”

“Don’t lie to me Soren! You’ve done enough of that already!”

“Please just listen-”

“They cared for me! They loved me! But you had to ruin that for your own personal gain! You threw me away because you were afraid of me! You didn’t even consider anyone else’s emotions!”

“Please… Jesse-”

“You don’t have the right to use my name! And you will NEVER speak my name again!”

Ivor is quick to step in before Jesse drives a sword into Soren, and the commotion catches the attention of the rest of the gang. Jesse doesn’t take it too well at first.

“You’re defending him? Do you realise who you’re defending?!”

“Young man, you were going to drive a sword into him-”

“He’s a coward! A cruel, selfish coward! That’s the person you’re defending! He should die for what he did to-”

“Jesse?”

Ellegaard and Magnus step in, stopping Jesse in the moment. At first, they are horrified that their first encounter with Jesse after so many years is when the boy is trying to kill Soren. However, Jesse does win The two over easily.

“Jesse how could you…”

“Me?! He’s the one that left me to die!”

“What-”

“Small fry, he told us you ran off!”

“What? No! He took me to the Farlands and left me! Alone! Defenseless! He left me to die!”

“Soren…?”

“Dude, Soren. Is that true?”

Soren is then left to admit the truth. Back when the Order were still together but doing their own things, they would share custody of Jesse. They would rotate each month, passing Jesse on to each other so he would get to spend time with them. Soren said that, the second time he was given Jesse, he became overwhelmed by the child. He wasn’t thinking when he did it.

Ellegaard and Magnus are pissed, Jesse wants to call bullshit, Ivor is furious with this ginger-bearded bastard, the teens felt really bad for this kid, and Gabriel doesn’t know what the fuck was going on.

Jesse admits that he did unleash the Witherstorm fully knowing it would destroy everything and he didn’t really care for it, but when it turned into 3 he realised that it wasn’t right. He originally thought he would be perfectly okay because the storms were following the amulet, but quickly learns that Ivor has holding the amulet, not Gabriel.

The group splits. Axel, Magnus, Ellegaard, Maya, Gill and Petra go and distract the Witherstorm for the group, much to Ivor’s dismay. Ivor, Lukas, Olivia, Aiden, Gabriel, Soren and Jesse head to the Farlands. Jesse is very reluctant to take Soren at first, but has a think, then allows it. Ivor provides Petra with a few different potions to keep her going, because Petra is stubborn and wants to fight.

The Farlands group gets to the swamp, and Ivor goes to search for food with Jesse. They find the witch’s hut, and Ivor is reluctant to go in, but Jesse goes in full swing and grabs the cake. The group then get attacked by witches and skeletons, so Jesse runs off to distract them while the others flee.

Maze shenanigans and they find Jesse’s lab. They enter, a room dark and full of bookshelves with twists and turns. They hear shuffling throughout the lab, which has them on edge… then they hear levers flip. Traps trigger left and right, different potions fired, loud growling noises filling the room. Everyone manages to find spots where everything missed, waiting until the level flicks and everything stops. They of course regroup and are on edge.

A large shadow patterns on the wall, and whatever it is turns the corner… and its a large, creature. Long skinny black legs, long black “fur” draping its body, and a large beast-like head that produced odd roars. Everyone is terrified of this thing, Lukas and Olivia clinging to each other for deal life, Aiden cowering behind Ivor who has a sword drawn, Gabriel actually trying to defend the group, and Soren going to flee but runs into a bookshelf. The thing approaches them and…

Jesse whistles from behind the group, telling the thing that the group is with him. The thing drops, the legs folding on themselves and the main body landing on the floor. It then runs to Jesse, the “fur” draping its body falling off in a cloth-like fashion and revealing… a pig. Jesse takes the mask off of the pig, picking it up and talking to it.

“You did a good job, Reuben. But these guys are with me.”

“Oink!”

“I know, but they’re the best we have.”

“Oink oink!”

“I know he’s here but we’re just going to have to deal with him.”

“Oink…”

“Its fine. He won’t touch anything. I’ll make sure of it.”

“… is this guy having a conversation with a pig?”

Jesse goes to leads the group down to the secret passageway, but Soren trips the trap, locking Ivor, Gabriel and Soren down in the passage. Jesse panicks and goes to find the redstone to fix it with Olivia’s help, while the men go down to continue. Jesse’s has his first puzzle, and instead of certain items from each adventure, he had presents from each member of the Order as his keys, with the final key being a gift from everyone in the Order. The second puzzle is still the Ender Dragon fight.

They get into the weapon room, where they find the End Crystals. Soren is panicking and starts spilling his tea, saying he thought he hidden the crystals deep into the Farlands where no one could find them. He then starts getting angry, saying he should have never given the command block to Jesse and never should have left such a child in the one place he did. Ivor starts forcing questions on Soren, getting the man to admit the truth. Soren tells the truth about the Ender Dragon, tells a but of history about Jesse and the Order, and why he abandoned the child.

Jesse and the teens are suddenly there, and Jesse snaps at Soren. Ivor also snaps at Soren and levtures the man, defending the child. Soren is now very guilty.

Jesse leads the teens and Ivor to the armour area, letting them choose their armour and make the super weapon. The teens leave the room when they have their armours and the weapons, leaving Ivor with Jesse. Ivor collects armour for the other teena, but has a heart-to-heart witb Jesse.

“So… you’ve just been here…? Alone…?”

“I wasn’t alone. I had Reuben.”

“Not for your earlier years, I assume…”

“…”

“… you shouldn’t have to be alone.”

“I can manage. It’s all I’ve known, and besides. After all this, I’ll be returning here again.”

“You shouldn’t have to.”

“It’s fine. I’ve lived this long already.”

“You were left alone for so long. No child- no one, should have to live alone like this… no wonder you wanted to fight back against the world. You were given such a rough start, and when you were given a chance, some rotten person had to ruin it for you.”

“…”

“May I use your name?”

“… yeah. You can use it.”

“Jesse, you shouldn’t have to live like this. I would like to offer you a real home.”

“You don’t have to.”

“You may have done some wrong doings, but you’re young. You only thought that you were doing something right, and you with your harsh conditions, I’m sure I would have one the same. So please, you and Reuben can come back with us… for a new start.”

“… I’ll consider it.”

Off to fight the Witherstorm they go. The teens don’t let Ivor fight it, so Ivor instead watches over a very weak Petra. Jesse and the teens go and fight the Storms. Gill is given the weapon to destroy the command block, and Jesse goes with him because he wants to set things right.

Everyone lives and the Storms are dead! New Order of the Stone is formed with the teen group. Jesse strays to the side though, him and Reuben staying by Ivor at the ceremony. Gabriel admits the truth to everyone on his own accord with Magnus and Ellie, all three having a very bug dislike towards Soren.

Jesse gives Petra the 3 diamonds he was meant to trade to her.

Portal Arc:

Jesse had been giving tips to the New Order for adventure and treasure spots, since they had been adventuring while he had been trying to fit into society with the help of Ivor. Jesse had been accidentally advising the town when people were having troubke making choices, which Ivor found quite intriguing.

The group come across the Flint & Steel, come back, find Jesse being a good person before they decide to drag him inside the Order Hall to sus out this Flint & Steel. They learn about the Eversource from Ivor, Jesse also commenting, and the group head off. Olivia, Maya, Axel and Gill stay behind for a bit of calm down time and help around town. Ivor and Jesse join the adventurers. Reuben stays home because he is happy house pig.

In Sky City, they chat around and talk to Milo, who they find is a bit quirky and shady. The group does get taken into the Founder’s Palace, but Petra and Aiden somehow get dragged off by Milo reluctantly. Jesse, Ivor and Lukas talk to the Founder, trying to tell her that they didn’t mean any harm. Jesse’s the one that gets through to her, explaining that they had no idea that building was against the law and only wanted to find somewhere they thought was safe. She allows them to stay in the Palace, and Hesse managed to convince her to send a few people out to find Petra and Aiden.

Aiden and Petra are actually interagated by Milo and his Build Club. They try and get crafting recipes and materials put of them, only actually getting an anvil and ladder recipe from the two. Petra beats a guy up and the two escape back to the street and get inside the Palace to where the others are.

Aiden and Petra tell the others and they all try and inform Isa. However, when they go to find her, they find the passage to the Eversource was open. They head down and find the guards and Isa battling against the Build Club. They jump in to help, Milo throwing a Creeper egg that explodes and creates a hole in the floor. Lukas gets thrown off the edge, followed by Jesse and Isa. Isa goes to put the blame on Jesse, but Jesse is quick to tell her he had no idea who those people were and all he knew was that his friends were captured by them and they were no good. Rest of the episode is basically the same, except they fight Milo.

Episode 6 is basically the same.

Episode 7 is basically the same, but Jesse connects more with Harper and is devastated when she gets chipped.

The Portal Arc is actually what shapes Jesse up to become a leader, and Ivor is happily watching this happen. The other teens are looking towards Jesse more and Jesse is actually allowing himself to connect with other around him.

Episode 8 is basically the same, but when Hadrian drags Jesse up to his office and the Home Gang are found to be locked behind obsidian, Hadrian starts poking.

“Come on bucko. You’re the leader. Surely you won’t let your teammates down-”

“Excuse me, but I am not the leader.”

“Oh? Then how come they look to you when something goes wrong?”

“That’s-”

“But even if you aren’t, surely you won’t let your friends sit here and rot away. Or will you…?”

Jesse takes the deal, claiming that if any of them were to live out their life alone, it would be him. He doesn’t want them to live the life that he had to live, so he sacrifices his freedom to the deal. He wins though, so everything’s fine.

The teens all collectively decide that Jesse is the leader, much to Jesse’s dismay. Ivor does convince him by retelling the whole Portal Arc and how Jesse has grown on that journey.

It takes Jesse a very long time to accept himself as a leader, absolutely refusing the idea but is continuously being a leader without realising it. Its very entertaining to watch.

Season 2:

Season 2 is basically the same, but Maya and Gill are in the mix.

I thought Season 2 would be the same, but Romeo would have more eyes on Jesse this time around. A kid that went from nothing; no friends, no family, growing up all alone and abandoned, and yet that kid rose to have it all and is loved despite all his wrong doings. Romeo would definitely have eyes on someone like that.

Romeo doesn’t let Jesse go that easily though. He still keeps Jesse as his Champion, despite him not playing the game right in the Icy Palace. Gill and Maya are given the role of a being guards, but the plan becomes “Gill make a distraction while Maya gets as many companions on our side”. Maya does whatever it takes to rise in the ranks, and Gill becomes an inmate again real quick. Petra is forced to fight Jesse before Romeo runs of with Jesse’s identity.

Everything follows on normally.

Ninja Ivor and everyone gets big hugs from him.

Everything follows on normally, but Aiden and Lukas are being rebellious with their new group when they get to that. Reuben is hiding in a corner somewhere during all of this.

When its all over, Jesse hands Beacontown over to Radar since Jesse wants to settle down and help Romeo with redemption, since he knows a thing or two about redemption himself. Maya and Petra go adventuring, everything is happily ever after.

I’m open to ideas for Portal Arc and Season 2, since I’m not really following anything for those Arcs. Lapis Swap really only takes place in the Witherstorm Arc, and there are only minor changes with the rest of the Story Mode story.

I’m very open to more ideas for the story.
