My favourite way for Dick to be written is him just. Not swearing. He just doesn't do it. He got so used to the Robin persona, saying things like "gee whiz" and "holy guacamole Batman!" and "aw, shoot" that he just. Doesn't swear. He's a full grown man in his late twenties but he stubs his toe and shouts "sugar!!", you jump out to surprise him and he goes "jeez louise!" or something. Everyone makes fun of him for it, but it's not a choice anymore, that is just Genuinely his brain's first reaction now. There is a running bet/joke with the Titans to try and get Dick to react to something with a swear word, and they have not managed it yet.

I know relatively nothing about Batemans u know BUT I NEED TO KNOW which of his kids sneak into bed with him? Which ones are cuddlers? I just want Bruce wyane being the good dad he is

-Dick 100% snuck into Bruce's bed a LOT as a child. Very social, very tactile, probably hated his big, empty, quiet room. Sometimes it wasn't even that he had nightmares, he'd just go to Bruce's room for an excuse to snuggle. Potentially kept that up for a good long while.

-Jason probably did so much less, but there is a chance that there was a sweet spot where Jason trusted Bruce fully and was still young enough to creep into his bedroom and sheepishly ask to sleep there.

-Tim, sadly, is a deeply neglected child very used to not seeking help or reassurance. He also came to Bruce's care a LOT later in his life, already mid to late teens. If he's done it at all, it was once, while extremely sick, and not able to think clearly enough to talk himself out of the idea.

-Damian... Perhaps. Once or twice. Once again, if there is a sweet spot where Damian trusts Bruce enough for that vulnerability, and is young enough to feel it's acceptable... Then yes, perhaps, when he has nightmares. On the other hand, Damian sneaks into Dick's bed a LOT and he always has and excuse but actually he just silently enjoys being held.
