Notes;

-Creepypasta characters, which are the equivalent of The Magnus Archives characters, were selected without caring about gender and the character whose personality is the most similar with TMA role was replaced with creepypasta character.

-The terms like The Stranger, The Vast, The Spiral, The Buried and blah blah and being an avatar etc. will be explained in future as in the podcast.

-Although I'm trying not to go out of personality to a large extent, there will be many things that do not fit because this is a completely different universe.

-Most of the Creepypasta characters are not killers, and some external appearance features have been arranged accordingly. If you don't like it, you don't need to read it because it's an AU. It's that simple.

-This AU is set in London, just like the podcast.

-If there is a thing that you are uncomfortable with, just don't read it. TMA is a podcast series full of really interesting horror stories, and if you're feeling uncomfortable, it's quite normal but please don't push yourself too much.

- All statements in the 200 episodes will not be mentioned in this AU. Only as much of it as will help you understand the AU will be edited into the AU.

-The dialogue is not exactly the same as in the podcast, because it will vary depending on the characters, but the critical scenes may be the same.

The TMA gang playing Stardew Valley

Jon: obsessed with the mines. frequently collapses from exhaustion because he forgets to refill his energy. hasn't planted a single crop because he finds it tedious. the first time he finds a secret note he goes apeshit.

Martin: raises an excessive number of animals. all his income comes from milk and eggs. pets every single animal every morning before he does anything else

Tim: determined to get max hearts with every villager but refuses to look up gift preferences online. gives gifts based on vibes he gets from each villager, and he's right more often than he's wrong

Sasha: uses the wiki site religiously. wins first place for her grange display in her first year.

Melanie: also obsessed with the mines. cooks an excessive amount of food to give her stat buffs. plants crops specifically for this purpose.

Georgie: the closest to playing the game like a normal person. evenly divides her time between farming, mining, fishing, and animal raising.

Basira: maximizes her profits. Has at least one of every crop and then exclusively grows starfruit to turn into wine.

Daisy: has one of every weapon in the game. finishes the monster eradication goals remarkably quickly. sells every gem she finds in the mines because she sees no point in keeping them.

Because if you don’t, I’ll make sure your superiors know all about every nasty little thing Miss Tonner had done in the name of keeping Jon safe, and about all the ways you enabled her. And I will make sure they know how easily secrets like that can - slip, if one isn’t diligent.

2. Statement of Jonathon Sims, regarding his eventual death at the hands of Alice Tonner. Statement never given.

Option one digs into the less-addressed theme of Basira as a crooked cop - how her support and enablement of Daisy is inherently the suppression and disregard of Daisy's victims.

In this branch of things, the season two finale ended with Jon and Daisy both going missing, and several of Daisy's most questionable actions coming to light.

It's shaped around the question of what the archive staff + Basira believe, and what their obligations are. To each other, to society, to Jon and Daisy

Option two is less meta-focused, and involves Daisy and Jon having to completely rebuild their relationship after Daisy learns Jon expects her to kill him, and Jon learns Daisy is ready to die to keep that from happening.

As this is fanfiction for a horror series, and not a PSA on healthy relationships, I will not be taking criticism about Jon and Daisy's relationship.

Like it’s wild to me that some of y’all will go and make him greasy and gross as hell and super feminized and then also be like “diversity win he’s an Asian man!!1!!1!” Like what?? — and all of this is particularly noticeable in jmart fanart (which while it isn’t my favorite ship for either of them I do like it!)

There is definitely some content I’ve seen of him were they do make him unkempt and more feminine without being stereotypical but some of y’all are walking a line so fine it can only be seen with a microscope.

As far as the women, I’ve seen people in this fandom jump through hoops like they’re trained acrobats (the Flying Graysons themselves, if you will) to justify saying the most vile and unfair things about them. Especially Basira and Melanie. When narratively, these characters mirror certain traits of Jon right back at him and y’all will still blorbo-fy him.

I do think a lot of this could be fixed by people taking a second to think before they speak but hey I can only ask so much I guess.
