Welcome cuties~💖
Just realized I don’t have a pinned post anymore so wanted to fix that here.
First and foremost hello! I’m a 22 year old trans girl she/her (mtf) who only had it figured out around February of 23’ so now so I’m still very early in my transition and learning as I go.
Check out my alt blog @moomoos-bookcorner
I adore soft feedism and I am currently working on gaining some weight again. My other kinks include hucow, lactation, some bimbo stuff, 💕mutual gaining💕, being an eager to please feedee.
I am also into slob, messy eating, and musk stuff but I won’t be posting any of that here because I know people aren’t fans of it (but if you like it, why not send me a dm and your favorite posts.)
I love getting asks and DMs from people but I do reserve to right to block you, don’t want to but will. I love attention and will try to respond in a timely manner. Gays, theys, girls, and trans cuties get priority however. But also I can get really down and drained so if I’m not responding to you please don’t sweat it too much I’ll eventually get back you you I’m sorry 😣
Send enough anons with a signature at the end and I’ll start tagging them as “thank you - anon”. So far hucow anon and <3 anon are taken. (Two of my favorite cuties~💖)
Also have to include this list unfortunately, DNI (do not interact)
Minors aka under 18s (this includes blogs with no age in bio)
Blank blogs (if I see nothing in your blog it’s a block, just have something in your bio)
Transphobes, homophobes, racists, bigots of any kind (go away scum)
Also please don’t send me pictures of yourself without asking the first time or starting off with that. Instant block. No exceptions.
Look forward to interacting with you all. Thank you~💕

I am a crafty person and my biggest hobby is collecting hobbies so when I finished part one of my longfic 'A Servant of Death' I decided to teach myself how to bookbind to eventually bind the entire series!
To practice I wanted to bind a short fic to get a feel for typesetting/printing/sewing and all the little steps that make a bunch of paper and cardstock into a ✨book✨
So little old me decided what better story than 'Snape‘s cat' by the wonderful @loneamaryllis ???
Promptly I had the typeset finished (advantage of a short fic hehe) and printed the entire thing out. Wrong. Yay. (Don‘t do a quarto as a first bind peeps, when they say it‘s more difficult turns out they‘re right 😬) I figured it out eventuall and reprinted it all (again advantage of a short fic the loss of paper and ink didn‘t hurt too much).
And in the end I had a slightly smaller than A6 book with 150 pages and DIYed bookcloth (because I‘m extra like that) and recently I added bookcorners because they ✨fancy✨
I chose nightshade for the cover because duh that‘s what Snape calls his furry little friend. The paragraph break thingys are mice inspired by nightshade‘s Christmas gift.
It‘s a bit rough around the edges (srsly don‘t start with a quarto try a standard two fold it‘s sooooo much less confusing.) but for a first attempt still absolutely stunning in my humble opinion 🥰

Today is all about corners. We’ve stabilized the board corners that we’re bent and delaminates and are now wrapping them with toned japanese tissue to match the cloth color. One of the many steps in the treatment. #bookconservation #bookrepair #bookcorner #japanesetissue #bookbinding #bookarts #atlantabookarts (at Big River Bindery) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYpGP05Jb3_/?utm_medium=tumblr

Well here it is!
I power-read through Lisa Jacksons Absolute Fear to be able to dive back into the grishaverse.
I’m nearly at the end of the book and I’ll admit, I feel things are perhaps dragging a bit?
°
I recently listened to a podcast where the hosts discussed the shadow and bone trilogy, and it honestly gave me a new perspective to the characters.
I feel like I’ve been analyzing them much more thoroughly through this book.
°
Overall, I’m still curious to see where things will lead and will likely power through the remaining pages this evening.
°
#QOTD For those who have read the shadow and bone trilogy as well as the six of crows duology, which did you enjoy most, and why?

Everybody’s Son by Thrity Umrigar
Umrigar explores the moral gray zone of what parents, no matter their race, will do for love.
Everybody’s Son is an example of powerful and uncomplicated writing, which pushes your borders and leaves you at the edge of a mountain top — to jump or ?????
This emotionally wrenching novel of two families, “A potent examination of race and privilege“ is available for streaming and downloading on Hoopla and Libby.

Why do you read?
I read so that I can better understand the world within and beyond my reach. I read to better understand the lives of people different from mine. I read so that I can learn to be a better citizen of the world. I read because reading is like breathing, to me.
