Old drawing from last year that I didn't wanna post originally but am posting now anyway

It's a drawing of Orange and his Lucario, Rio, after their aura training with Riley on Iron Island (yes, THEIR aura training...Orange has aura abilities too)...their auras have permanently synced due to the training (hence the shared orange color in their eyes and aura), and they've developed a brand new attack called Aura Blade (which is basically a physical version of Aura Sphere) and they're now using it in battle against a formidable foe. I tried to make Orange have the effect of "shadowed face, glowing eyes" because this is supposed to be more focused on Rio than him...but it didn't work that well. I'm not good at coloring so...yeah. The Aura Blade attack has orange colored aura instead of Lucario's usual blue because once Orange and Rio's auras synced, Rio's aura became orange in color, his eyes glow orange whenever he uses his aura, and his aura attacks also became stronger in power and orange in color. Also this was my very first time drawing Lucario, and Aura Blade is a move I made up for my fanfic universe, so if anything looks weird, that's probably why (the blades are actually supposed to be longer than this too but I didn't have enough room on the page to make them as long as they should be). Hope you like this one nonetheless!

stargirl artemis meets yj artemis and they talk about family?

Artemis jogged down an unfamiliar street, heading for the high school. When she'd heard that on this earth, there was a version of herself still stuck with Sportsmaster, she hadn't hesitated before hopping through the rift on a rescue mission.

It wasn't hard to find her other self. She hadn't dyed her hair blond or anything, but she too took after her--their?--mom, and the last name CROCK was written in bright white on a blue jersey. Football, it figured. Small Town American was no Gotham, but some things didn't change.

"Artemis," she called out as the bell rang and the team scattered, heading for locker rooms or home. It felt weird to say her own name about someone else, a touch too much like when she'd been undercover.

"What do you want?" the younger Artemis asked, sizing her up. Artemis knew that look from far too many of her father's lessons, judging if this was a winnable fight.

"To make sure you're ok. That everything…at home…" Artemis cringed, it was too easy to fall into the same line of questioning too many CPS agents had tried on her. But this Artemis actually beamed, and Artemis knew it was genuine the way she knew her own bowstring calluses.

"Oh, I'm great. Also late, so--" "No, this is important. I'm… you. a version of you. so I know. I know about your dad, about… look, can we go talk. just for a minute?" "…Fine." The younger Artemis sighed, reaching for her phone. Artemis stopped her. "Don't tell anyone I'm here." "Fine," Young Artemis said, with attitude Artemis wished she didn't remember having. " But if mom kicks your ass that's not on me." Artemis winced, thinking of Paula in a wheelchair, so broken up over everything their family had been. The sat. "Do you know, about Dad?" Artemis asked delicately. "About what he does? what mom used to do?" "That they used to be part of the ISA?" Young Artemis nodded and shrugged. "Yeah. They told me after they got out of jail last year. It was legit, it wasn't just a loophole. But yeah, I know." "They're both out? and they're… still…?" "Oh, no, they both quit. well, I mean most of the ISA's super dead, but they Quit even before some of that. I'm going to join the JSA, they're being super supportive." "… Supportive. of you…" "Joining the Justice Society," Young Artemis nodded. "It's a good team. A little rough around the edges. And I don't think they like me all that much yet, but I just have to prove myself." "And… your mom supports you in that?" Artemis felt a little better about that, at least. "And Dad. He's been really great about it. They've always supported me, no matter what. Even when the team came in second in little league. Baseball's not really my game though. Can't score on defense. Anyways, everything's fine. I mean, other than it's a super weird that they've got crushes on Stripsey and his wife." Artemis felt her brain short circuit. "I'm gonna need you to repeat that because I think I'm having a stroke. On second thought, no. don't. I'm glad everything's good here. uh. Stay on that hero path. Stay in school. I need… brain bleach." "Let me know if you find some."

What’s your favorite episode to watch for Mort and Teddy together, for just Mort, and for just Teddy? (It’s okay if the three questions are all answered with one episode if that’s the case!)

Okay so one of my favorite Teddy and Mort episodes is The Hauntening, because to me, it just feels very much like its obvious that they’re good friends. Aside from the fact that its easy for me to imagine the two of them (along with the others of course!) spent a lot of time together planning. Then there’s the scene where Teddy’s all “stop it Mort, you know I startle easily!” I know I’ve probably said it before, but that just…idk it tells me that they know each other, rather well I’d say.

I’d also like to add Drumforgiven to this list because the way Mort just doesn’t seem fazed in the slightest by Teddy being…Teddy I just really interesting to me.

I love Teddy’s little scene in The Reeky Lake Show. I also really love Teddy in Driving Big Dummy because I feel like it reveals a lot about his character.

I love Mort in pretty much everything. See, this one’s hard since he’s in so few episodes, especially lately. I pretty much always have his wiki open on my phone to see what episodes he’s even in (like any good super obsessed little Mort-loving freak would), I love him in The Hauntening, I also love Weekend at Morts (which is so long ago, I know!) and Touch of Eval(uations) in season 12 just because I love when he talks funerals ❤️

Hi! It's the anon from that Bed Friend rant a couple days ago. I've been thinking about this ever since I sent the ask (and immediately regretted writing it after I hit send), but I just want to apologize for the P. S. talking about the muting. It already felt intruding when I wrote it, especially with the phrasing, and I didn't realize other people sent you so many asks about this too until you said so in that one post. For what it's worth, it wasn't meant as criticism or annoyance or anything, just curiosity, but I imagine if so many people have been saying things about this it might get too much and annoying and off-putting real fast. And the last thing I want is to add to that toxic feeling. So I'm sorry. Feel free to ignore this ask, but I just wanted you to know, even though I can't take the message back.

Oh my goodness, Anon! No. NO! Don't feel bad. I appreciate the apology but it's unnecessary. In no way, shape, or form did I think you were criticizing me, or anyone else who commented on me muting shows as I watch them. I haven't responded to your ask, not because I'm upset, but because it deserves a thoughtful response, which takes me time, but I also have piss poor time management skills.

Honestly, I don't think anyone is criticizing me ever. I'm a Leo born in the year of the Dragon; therefore, I have the confidence of a mediocre cis heterosexual white man which is exponential. I was once told that there was a clear line between cocky and confident and I needed to find it, but like a Real Housewife on a Bravo-paid international trip, I responded that I didn't wear glasses for shits and giggles, so lines were always going to be a bit blurry for me.

Please, do not worry about what you wrote. I broke my arm jumping on the bed when I was five and my mom's first reaction was to remind me that I was not supposed to jump on the bed. I'm like a Ford truck; I'm built tough. My mother made sure of that.

It's odd that a person who analyzes all the tiny details of shows does not listen to the show. It's strange that a person who loves music (and is packing for a music festival happening this weekend - Use protection! Wear earplugs...and condoms...and use drug test strips! Be safe. Protect your body!) does not like hearing music in shows. Even though you weren't criticizing me, I deserve to be criticized. I need to be humbled sometimes, mostly by someone as considerate as you.
