->a/n: loved writing this one :) and sorry for not posting soon, got into a small discussion with my family, but that’s okay and we are doing great now. hope you enjoy this one!

-> daughter of two servants of the royal palace, you knew the previous empress during her pregnancy, not because your mother or dad were closer to her, but you were quite a curious kid without much thing to do in your free time.

-> lovely the time you spend with the empress and when her baby was born, you were happy to see the boy whose appearance charmed you easily. golden hair and eyes that remember you of rubies, such unique looks that make you wonder if someone like him truly exist.

-> when the empress died and the emperor got married to a new one then another child came into the family, you began taking care of callisto on your own after you asked to become his personal maid, regardless of what your parents told you, you still at his side whatever happen in the future.

-> the little boy is grateful for having someone like you in his life, he hears stories from his biological mother from you and often stare at you with such admiration, you remind him of an angel, a guardian that protect him from the many dangerous he gets into.

-> raising callisto with the empress trying to kill him isn’t easy, but you managed to keep his innocent intact and made him thinking that his stepmother is just a different woman from his biological mother and prefer to be by herself with her son. He believed in that until the that hunter competition.

-> the murder attempt on him and seeing the faces of the people who he trusted are what make him realize how dark this world is. callisto can’t and will not trust anyone, yet you are the only exception.

-> you raised him, took care of him, cleaned his wounds and placed him bed when he couldn’t walk due to fear while reading stories to calm him down, just a mother does to her son. He even calls you that way when you are both alone, much to your dismay and to his happiness.

-> that little boy grow up to idolize you as his mother, someone who always cared about him since the beginning and will be there to protect him until the day he become the one to stand in the front as your guardian.

-> others aren’t dumb either, many knows how the crown prince is closer to you and are afraid to even standing in the same room with you, fearing for what might happen to them if they ever came closer to you.

-> lovely to say that none dares to attack you, not even the empress and her son, as much they desire to you gone, they know the consequences if they do that.

Maybe this wasn’t a good what you hoped to happen on such a day.…A sounds of people’s screams filled your ear as you were locked in a room, you slid down the door finally tired of banging hoping you would be saved from them…You’re face having streaks of wet tears and nose and eyes puffy and red and burning…Just as you were about to give up the sound of wooden breaking off was heard as the door creaked open just a bit. Now with the door open, you were able to hear the blood curdling screams of terror, pain and fear, you opened the door and saw multiple guards dead, you immediately got out and run deeper into the hallways which seemed to continue forever before they lead to multiple rows, maybe one proving you could save yourself..

But sadly, the hallways of pretty designs, which you loved so much since childhood as you were born here which seemed demented now, continued forever and ever and reaching into deeper parts of the palace which was proving to show that you couldn’t escape them…

Just as you stopped you heard the sounds of their feet clicking across the marble floors, the silence made the sounds of your breath loud as you took off deeper into the manor, running at the top of your speed not caring about anything else, those monsters, they took your family and killed them in the main room while keeping you locked up, the reason being their delusional heads thought your family was keeping you away from them…Which was true, but it’s because they often drove people away from you and you felt uncomfortable around them…They did it to protect you and they along with nearly everyone else in the manor you cared about were killed in cold blood by their hands…

You ran and ran, your breathe getting heavier as you heard Derrick and Callisto run behind you as well…Just as soon you saw a window into your view, you opened it as quickly as possible before looking down and seeing a bit of height, you figured you’d survive and if not, you’d reunite with your family, right? Just as you’re about to jump out, you were pulled back harshly by your waist and thrown to the ground, in the process you hit your head as black smoke fills your vision….in the darkness you see two masculine figures, one of them slaps the other on the head harshly before the other lunges at the first and they break apart angrily, before you feel their hand caressing you, their touch felt like millions of insects crawling and biting your skin, but soon you couldn’t see anything as your vision was filled completely by darkness….

The soft caressing and touch felt weirdly sharp to you, as you tried to wake up, your back and neck sore…your eyes shutting tightly and refusing to open up and you feeling chills down your spine telling you to not get up ever again…You tried following those words and feelings, but you couldn’t as your eyes opened up to a vinyl void, clearing up as you squinted to get used to the bright lights of the room, it smelt of moss and water tanks…

You tried rubbing your eyes, but you couldn’t you felt constricted and a burn was on your arms, you looked down to yourself tied up to a big throne-like chair with Derrick and Callisto arguing loudly, but the moment you lolled your head up a bit trying to remove the tiredness and unconsciousness, they stopped in their places and looked at you with eyes which had red hearts for pupils. They immediately started to shove each other and coddled you while trying to outdo the other, with insults thrown at the other; you were being suffocated by their affection and you couldn’t handle how they lunged at each other…

You didn’t even realize how far their fight went until they started to pull out their swords… The splashes of blood, bruises and cuts was something that made you realize that this definitely wasn’t something you wanted in love…

➥a/n; short af

Callisto is a protective yandere. He will do anything and everything to protect you. (also obsessive but mostly leaning into protective.)

He is possessive too but not to a great extent (eckles). Only wanting you to himself, and no one else. (if someone dared to mention that they want a political marriage or even compliment you may god have mercy because he certainly won't)

He does not care if you are a commoner or not because you are his significant other. It does not matter to him, others can go die in a ditch for all he cares.

Though he will be a little suspicious if you are a noble, after all many have tried to kill him and what not. The most important point would be how almost all the nobles have their children act like their own little puppets and have them as fronts, so they don't get injured while their child gets.

(in case he does land up in a situation like this he will most likely prison them or take them out of duchy or even kill them. if that is not the case? he will be nice and kind, depending on the situation of course.)

As you are his spouse, your safety comes first before anything to him. He would have your ladies in waiting telling what happened, your maid-everyone is interrogated.

He would want to get married as soon as he can but then again he does not want to because the number of enemies he has.

A sweet hart to his darling while to others a danger. That does not include your family because he does not see them as threats.

He has to, have a hand around you. He needs to know that you won't go away from him or someone won't take you away from him.

Oh and will try to get on your parent's good side! key word; try.

(and probably fail but then again no one knows-)

If they are on his bad side? well he might threaten them-you that he can have them executed in a blink

he just wants control over you, because he knows the best clearly.

He will shower you with gifts, every luxury a person can think of but would never allow the luxury you would want-freedom.

He can be a sweetheart to you and a menace to others but then again it is not certain. If you oblige by him then he is a wonderful person if not well, I don't think it will go well for you my darling.

Welcome to another instalment of El’s bedtime stories. This didn’t work and she proceeded to remain awake for another two or three hours. Anyway, this was based on the Descendants 3 song ‘one kiss’ that she sent me, so I guess kind of sleeping beauty. @eloise175 please go to sleep on time, or at least pretend to sleep after I send you a ficlet.

Penelope stared at Callisto, sleeping peacefully and deeply. Too deeply that it was unnerving. One would think he was dead. With the slow breaths he took, his pale countenance, and the slow beat of his heart. She was unused to such a quiet and still Prince. If anything, he was how she often wished him to be when he vexed her so.

‘Twas a curse from one of his enemies, they declared. Though she knew it was none other than his wretched, miserable, shrivelled up old stepmother who had long since chased away the emperor from her bed with her odious looks and personality that had caused this curse.

They all thought their relationship to be false and full of artifice, as though they had only put on a show. But she knew her feelings ran deep, as the saying goes ‘the course of true love never did run smooth’ or something of the sort. And Penelope loved him, loved her handsome, valiant, gentle, magnificently irritating lover of a dragon prince to the very depths of her soul and more. She would kiss him awake if only she knew it would work. If only she had any certainty that he felt even the barest of feelings for her other than amusement and fondness.

If he felt even the tiniest bit the way she had, she would kiss him true and break this curse. For surely her love would be enough to fill up what love lacked from him? But she was afraid to find out, to know, that she was nothing more than a whim and a moment in his life.

Outside those doors she knew Sir Porter waited to see his liege awake. She could walk out and lie, say that it didn’t work and let him sleep on forevermore, let her live with the delusion that he loved her and all she needed to do was gather her courage.

Or she could kiss him now. She could shatter it all, her delusions and her heart and kiss him to put an end to this farce and walk away from him and everything that reminded her of him. Let some other woman try their chance at being his true love, let her kiss be what woke him, her love be what healed the man broken by war and death.

She tried to imagine living her life in that delusion, that uncertainty always looming over her, that what if? Even if she walked away, she would never move on unless she knew. A broken heart she may have after this, she decided as she leaned closer, but at least she would have closure. Let this be the last then. “I love you, Callisto Regulus.” She said as she gathered what love she had in her for him, this insurmountably vast ocean whose depths were untold, fathoms and leagues unmeasured and unexplored, and put it all into one gentle kiss as she let what sadness linger in her eyes and heart, let a tear or two fall as she pulled away from her unresponsive prince.

So that was it then. She straightened herself. “Goodbye.”

And just as she’d walked two steps, a hand reached out and pulled her back, down she fell on to the bed and onto his chest, stunned and dazed as she looked at those piercing red eyes of the man who held her tenderly.

“And where were you to go, Princess?” He asked, voice hoarse from sleep and disuse. It had taken days for her to get the message and rush to his side after all. “I’d not given you permission to leave.”

“Your highness! You’re awake!” She cried happily, arms lacing around his neck. It mattered not that he couldn’t say it. Not yet at least. For she at least knew what he felt for her with the breaking of the curse.

Seriously though, if you have any idea how many plot bunnies, WIPs, and half finished chapters, stories, or instalments I have, you’d understand why I haven’t posted anything big recently. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this. Stay healthy and safe everyone.

Welcome to the Last Part of the Incomplete Tour of the Eckhart Estate!

I finally have a chance to gush on and on and on about their greenhouse hehe. Not going to hide any of my obsessiveness, jealousy, or other dark emotions any longer! I've warned you!

The greenhouse is freaking huge and simultaneously the most amazing thing I've ever seen?! It has a strict competition with Derrick's study and I... I think... I might actually like the greenhouse more...

I mean here, look for yourself!

OMG

It's outline is gold and silver and it's got a holy amount of light, ok? And look! Look how bright it is even when it's raining out! There's actual chandeliers hanging from the greenhouse roof goddammit, butterflies and wildflowers live here, and as if the flowers and greenery from the garden inside it and the nature it's surrounded by on the outside wasn't enough, they even have shelves lined neatly with the PERFECT AMOUNT of flowers in pots to enhance the look!

Whoever the designer of this estate is in that world is my one true love. Goodbye, Callisto. I'm so done here.

Can we talk abour how Penelope glows here, even when she's fake smiling? How she looks even more gorgeous than usual? Absolutely swell? And how so necessary it was for Callisto to meet her in the greenhouse and see how beautiful she looks for himself too?

LO AND BEHOLD PENNY! IN THE GREENHOUSE EDITION!!

Of course Callisto proposed to her a second time seeing her here and asked her to move into his palace with him immediately. Anyone would.

Of course Duke Eckhart handed her a mine after seeing her in the greenhouse too. He probably wanted to see her covered in riches like all of us do. Anyone would.

Of course Derrick and Reynold didn't scold her for being late again to lunch like they did the first time they had lunch together. It makes sense that they remained shut up. Anyone would.

Of course Eckles couldn't hold back from reaching out and trying to touch her face despite knowing his place and full well that it wasn't something he should be doing. Anyone would.

Of course I just decided that I'm going to never stop talking about this from now on. Anyone would.

Looking at the floor here, it doesn't look like the dining table was placed on the Duke's orders for that one lunch, meaning that the greenhouse is large enough to have a garden, a full-fledged dining area, and a lawn and making it the largest greenhouse I have ever seen in any manhwa. I have 710 bookmarks at the current moment, so that's a HUGE achievement and really, really impressive.

On another note, look at Reynold in this picture. What the heck. Why does he look cute here too. Probably a greenhouse thing.

Also, look at the detailed design of the glass doors, the jewels hanging from the chandelier, the outside view, and how bright it is and the shape of the structure. It's just so beautiful that no matter how much appreciation I give it, it's not going to be enough.

And counting the butterfly above, which is also behind the speech bubble that says "yes" in the image below, the butterfly behind the pot of flowers on the shelf and the faded orange-ish one on the left, we already have three different species of butterflies, but notice there isn't a single fly or ant or anything us humble earthlings have to deal with in our lives.

The last thing I want to mention is that there's also floor lamps placed out here (one can be spotted on the left in the image of their dining table) along with the chandeliers and undoubtedly more as well, right? Just imagine how the greenhouse would look at night with all of them on!!! Hopefully we get to see it...

Anyway... That concludes everything I have on the Eckhart Estate! I would love to see the entire estate someday, even if it's just the exterior of the building -- the FULL exterior -- with details of the front and back and the path to the drill hall and the exact location and setting of the greenhouse shown as well.

Jealousy in the ‘Villains Are Destined to Die’ series – Part 1

Warning: This is based on what I learned from my human sexuality class.

Jealousy is an emotion appearing often in the series, and the male leads are the ones feeling this emotion. In this analysis, I'll explain the types of jealousy appearing in the story, which male leads feel this emotion, and some examples.

Suspicious Jealousy

Definition: When we imagine scenarios that our partner is cheating on us and there's actually no real threat. The person who is subject of jealousy didn't do anything wrong.

Characters: Derrick Eckhart, Callisto Regulus, Eckles

Examples:

Derrick saw Winter's handkerchief and asked Emily to throw it away. (Manhwa, Chapter 19 & Chapter 37)

Callisto suspected that Penelope found someone else already. (Manhwa. Chapter 58)

Callisto thought that Penelope was going to give the amulet to someone she's “in love with.” (Chapter 64)

Derrick saw Penelope talking and holding Winter's wrist (I'm not 100% sure because I don't know if Winter already has feelings for Penelope). (Manhwa, Chapter 85)

Reactive Jealousy

Definition: When there's an actual threat/danger in the relationship.

Derrick saw Eckles and Penelope being close while they're practicing with the crossbow. (Manhwa, Chapter 54)

Eckles saw Penelope and Callisto together. [Need to add the reference later]

Eckles knows that Penelope and Callisto love each other. [Need to add reference later]

Callisto ordered Winter to be stopped as he thought that Penelope would fall in love with the sorcerer (I think? I'm not sure.). [Need to add the reference later]

->a/n: AHHHHH! I manage to post it today! A special yandere writing with one of my favorites male leads. i wrote this since i am obsessed with manwha, most specific with isekai where the protagonist gets the villain body and don’t want to die classic~ and since they don’t receive much attention, I decided to write myself a couple of them which will include others male lead ( and if u want the female lead too ). also, this will pass in a au where penelope has a loving family because i can’t handle her being mistreated.

-> if one word could describe callisto as a yandere would be “protective” , he will do anything to protect you from the dangerous ( know as almost everything that exist ) people who try to take away from him

-> noble, commoner, don’t matter your social class, callisto will marry you and make you his significant other, having the greatest wedding in the century invite many people to see it happening

-> if you a commoner, he will make sure you receive proper education, learning math, writing and even more to make you a proper ruler to the kingdom

-> and your commoner family will be helped too! Callisto make sure to make them receive education and lands to get them in some business, even a title if they want

-> but if you are a noble, he would be careful, he knows how almost every noble family try manipulate their children like puppets to gain power, so he would cut the puppet master, leaving you alone without anyone but him

-> as his spouse, he makes sure of your security, having at least five knights if you leave the palace and your maids? Your personal maid? she tells him everything about your day, what you ate, where you wanted, what you did, everything

->maybe one noble, better, one of councilman will hit to the idea of callisto getting a second wife, and immediately, that nobleman is dead and no one try to say that idea ever again

-> in the rare times where he can spend time with you alone, probably night time and when you two go to sleep, callisto always keep a hand on your body, don’t matter where, he just need to feel you, to make sure you never left him

-> also, kids! he definitely look forward to have little versions of you two running through the palace, doesn’t care if you ended have a girl or a boy, or the numbers of children, as long you are happy and comfortable to have kids, he won’t say anything against

->overall, he is a seven of ten, only dangerous to anyone who threaten you but a sweetheart to his darling and future kids

You sighed as you looked out the window, the rain making a symphony of sounds on the window sill, you were in your room watching the rain. Your family said that you weren't allowed to go in the rain. As you looked out the window, there was a knock on the door, "Come in..." You said disinterestedly. The maid came in with a very large bamboo box, then she bowed and left the room with closing the door behind her. As you sat in the chair about to turn around again, the box started to move rapidly like a monster in the box was trying to free itself.

Upon instinct, you got up form the chair and went to your bedside drawer and pulled out a baby knife, Reynold gave you. Suddenly the box popped open to reveal your lover- uhm I mean best friend and the crown prince, Callisto Regulus! Quickly you forgot about the thing and threw your knife and jumped into the box to hug your best-friend. After a few minutes of snuggling with each-other, Callisto asked "Oi! Do you wanna play in the rain?!"

Upset, you answer that you can't go in the rain because your family says so. When he heard that he convinced you into go playing with him in the rain by saying, "Hmm, maybe your family thinks you're a weakling, so why don't you prove to them that you aren't one by playing in the rain with me? It's you choice obviously..." Hmph! Even though he is only a child, he knows how to manipulate you very well!

So like any other child, you agreed, both excited and determined to show your family you're not weak! As he walked you to the window sill, as you looked out the window, there was rope and you thought 'Since when did he have time to do this?!' But you knew as always because he would say 'it's just because I'm so great!'

You both slowly made your way down the rope and onto the ground, luckily no other family member or any one in fact had a room below, beside or above you! So you both reached the ground, now almost wet. As you both were standing down there, Callisto came closer to you and touched you forehead with his index and middle finger and whispered "Tag...You're it..." an ran away, as soon as you realized his words you began running around him. The irony of you being a scared little kitten, while he was a fearless lion. As you both were giggling, running and playing around, you caught up to him an latched onto his collar, but sadly you slipped pulling the young boy with you. With a thump you both fell on the soft, shallow meadow. Scared he was going to be mad, you closed your eyes up until you heard his soft and happy laughter.

Opening your eyes and looking at him, you saw his beautiful smile as he laughed. Suddenly he held his hand out and showed his most beautiful smile and asked, "Hey, do you want to have a dance?" Upon his request you formally agreed, As you both stood up and took your positions; with one of his hand on your waist while other was in one of your tiny hand, while you other was on his shoulder, as you both started to move in a steady rhythm. Though you both clothes were covered in mud, the rain was eventually washing the rain out as it rained upon you both with the blue sky reflecting of you both. Soon enough you both were again running around, suddenly you bumped hard into someone. As you fell down, you began rubbing your head and looked up and saw the duke smiling down at you holding a umbrella above your head to stop the pouring from you.

"Now what are you doing here, sweetie?" The duke asked in a sweet tone. "Oh! I was playing with-!" As you turned around to point at Callisto, you turned to see he wasn't there anymore. As you looked around to see if he was anywhere, you suddenly remembered that Callisto wasn't allowed to spend time with you, so you looked down for a excuse and saw a tiny rock.

As an excuse you picked up the tiny rock, turned around to see the duke's confused and concerned face, you showed him the rock and told him, "This is my new friend, Mr. Candy!"

Seeing you smile he took of his suit jacket, put it around you and patted your head gently before saying, "Well, we should go back to get you changed now, you siblings would be worried about you if they saw you missing from your room....Let's go" As he extended his pinky finger, onto which your tiny hand grabbed onto and he bent down and walked you towards the entrance of the middle room. The rain was now stopping as well, as the sky revealed the blue sky along with the shining sun, which lured out birds, bugs and sparkled the dew drops on plants.

As Callisto saw you leave with one of your hand holding the duke's pinky finger and the other holding a tiny stone, he said in a tiny voice," Goodbye love...I'll see you again, when it's raining..." as he walked back to the carriage that was parked behind the manor fence.

claude and callisto with a darling who hates loud noises

->a/n: sorry for taking so long for post it! and for being short than my usual works sidra :/ i was in a writing block, but I managed to do my very best with this one. Hope you enjoy.

-> something that you both have in common. he doesn’t enjoy much loud noises and everyone knows it, however in his case he find disturbing and loses his patience quickly unlike you.

-> silence is part of his day and he prefer to keep it that way for long as possible, specially at your side. no matter what or where you two are together, Claude enjoy spending moments in complete peace with you, hearing your heartbeat while laying at his side is the best medicine for a bad day.

-> anyone who works at the palace knows better than provoke you, they know what the emperor can do to them and for those who accidentally make you uncomfortable, they shall receive a little warning.

-> as the crown prince, he has to attend many things such as balls, festival and of course reunions where people are the loudest as possible, yet he will thrown it all always if you have to be part of it. he dislike of the idea of bringing you to such events, you staying safe inside the walls of his bedroom is the safety option to no danger.

-> enjoy taking to places where there little to no sound that are higher than his voice, probably a private picnic in the royal garden, where the birds and water fountains aren’t annoying people coming at him or you.

-> however there is many moments where he leaves his duties to rest with you at somewhere else, maybe a darker corner of the library, a bedroom where no one really knows where or deep in the forest, just to rest with you without worrying about your safety.
