Relapse is easy. Staying up all night basking in the euphoric high created by cocaine is probably one of the greatest feelings known. What no one talks about is the day after or when you try to fall asleep with a stuffed up face. The misery felt throughout your entire body.

The physical aspects are just one part. The guilt you feel mentally for the relapse weighs you down. The strength to fight the craving for more takes so much out of you.

Hiding in bed can feel like the best solution for all of that but the way your life can fall apart around you while you are hiding is yet another source for stress and another reason to want to use.

It's all a vicious cycle.
