The projection of the personal shadow generally falls on persons of the same sex.

On a collective level, it gives rise to war, scapegoating and confrontations between political parties.

Remote Projection is Infantile. The projection carrier (victim) is not there to provide any response.

Passive & Active Projection.

Passive projection is completely automatic and unintentional, like falling in love. The less we know about another person, the easier it is to passively project unconscious aspects of ourselves onto them.

Active projection is better known as empathy – we feel ourselves into the other’s shoes. Empathy that extends to the point where we lose our own standpoint becomes identification.

This is the final illustration and calligraphy (for now) for the upcoming fanzine project on the theme of menstruations! 🌹 Sometimes it's hard to get through my premenstrual syndrome (and I believe I'm not the only person that feels this way). Unhealthy and senseless thoughts seem to take over my mind and it isn't always easy to concentrate on what I'm doing or enjoying social moments. Discussione a Seveso con il progetto di DOM

Questo archivio digitale raccoglie documenti, appunti e impressioni di un viaggio a piedi da Milano a Seveso, in corso nei giorni di installazione di FAROUT Live Arts Festival. Un primo avvicinamento di studio intorno ai temi della giustizia ambientale, della guerriglia narrativa, della citizen science e della scienza post-normale. Un cammino dentro un pezzo della discarica planetaria, che contribuisca a dar conto delle perdite e delle ferite che si stratificano nella materia dei corpi e delle memorie, nei piani urbanistici, nelle chiacchiere dei bar e nelle scritte sui muri, nei resti e nelle patine invisibili che avvolgono le strade. Da Seveso, DOM- proverà a tracciare la geografia di una trasformazione nel tempo del rapporto tra salute e profitto che da lì, tra controverse direttive europee e nuove autostrade, muove i suoi passi fino ai giorni nostri.

Qui vengono trasmessi i live streaming delle conversazioni che il collettivo DOM- intrattiene con studiosə, ricercatori e ricercatrici, testimoni, associazioni cittadine e comitati.

Conversazioni streaming con Marco Armiero, Laura Centemeri, Maddalena Fragnito.

Un’installazione in cui i segni del paesaggio si compongono e si intrecciano con le narrazioni ufficiali, la vasta letteratura, le contro-narrazioni, i ricordi e i racconti di chi c’è stato. Una buca dove gli organismi e le altre cose gettate e scartate compostano, producono agency, si ibridano e fuoriescono. Al ritorno dal cammino, gli appunti raccolti saranno condivisi dagli artisti in un pic-nic intorno alla buca.

Another illustration and calligraphic text for the upcoming fanzine project with @limcela (or @tuvoispasquejeplaisante) on the theme of menstruations! ⚡ The fact that I chose a male writer for this project may sound a little bit confusing.. Actually, I deeply appreciate Simone Cattaneo's work, ever since I started reading his posthumous book Peace & Love and I always wanted to elaborate a series of illustrations on his poems. 🌫️ Moreover, I was extremely inspired by his words, while living my premenstrual syndrome.
