These bison were nice enough to pose a bit for me. I liked this shot a lot more with the focus on the one further back, as it really showed the snow topped mountains and clouds more too.

Teddy braved the crowds to make it to the summit of Pike's Peak. While he hiked his way to the top there were others that drove up and still more that took a train to the summit. It definitely made for a different mountain top experience than he is used to. While maybe not what he had in mind in the ways of solitude he was still very pleased by the views he gained for the effort.

Bald Eagles and Snow

It was a cold snowy Thanksgiving weekend, which suits me just fine 🙂 I thought maybe the snow and cold would cut down on the traffic for the bald eagles in Eleven Mile Canyon and boy was I right!
