A more formal introduction to Sylvone:

They were born into a set of twins, and the family was told that one of them was blessed by a god while the other was cursed to bring down the family. For years he was locked away until one day they were told he needed to die, in a fit of desperation his mother grabbed the closest thing to her. she ripped a piano wire out of its frame and started to strangle him. At that moment a group of assasins, the Lotus were hitting their mark.

They decided to take sylvone. This was an opportunity. They were going to make a living weapon. For days he was silent, until one night sobs were heard through the halls. This wouldnt do. Their soldier needed to be immune to fear and emotion. They took him from his room and gave him a knife. Then they made him kill. This is sylvones first memory. He was taught from then on when he felt emotion hed be punished. Eventually they stopped needing to punish him. And when he was on hed punish himself.

While he was being raised, The Lotus would sometimes want him out of HQ. So theyd send him to the couple Hans and Amelia. They were the only members of The Lotus to have a relationship, due to the rigorous trials they make members go through in order to confirm it will not become a weakness. They each had conflicting opinions on a child being forced into The Lotus. Hans just wanted to respect the orders and keep Sylvone from being hurt even more while Amelia wanted to give him a childhood.

Eventually they disagreed so much it made them split up, when sylvone was with Hans hed take him out on “missions”. In reality it was just Hans scamming and hustling high class events. He taught sylvone how to blend in to any enviorment and change his personality depending on where he was. The fact sylvone was practically a blank slate helped.

At Amelias she try her best to take all of his weapons and just sit down with him. No matter how hard she tried every time she turned around he managed to be sharpening another knife or cleaning a blade.
