Potential Fic Idea?

If any of you are here from my AO3, you'll know I already have a fic in progress. With recent personal struggles, both regarding family and my mental health, I haven't been able to work on it as much. Mainly because it's hard to get motivated AND use my brain for it at the same time with how much is going on.

While working though I thought of a pretty easy AU idea that I could work on if I'm having a writer's block with my main fic series at the moment. It doesn't help either that I am just, not able to make any progress or any writing period with how difficult it can be at times. (I KNOW I'VE ONLY DONE ONE CHAPTER BUT MY LIFE IS CONSTANTLY HECTIC, FORGIVE ME)

It'd be just a simple high school AU with the YHS characters and some of Hermitcraft involved too. The catch? IT'S A NORMAL HIGHSCHOOL EXPERIENCE. WOWZA, I KNOW. I've already got tons of ideas and it'd be more light-hearted and silly, giving me more room to just pump out something I think would fit the trio rather than "how do I make this bird and his childhood friend angsty but also gay" and sitting on a doc for three hours after only a few hundred words on a draft.

I have some characterization details jotted down already and will probably just work on this whenever I have the time! (Probably not helping myself by making ANOTHER fic, but it'd be something fun in the free time I get before and after work)

Time has dulled the scars left behind by the twin dragons. Today, the tower is primarily used as a mausoleum (the preferred method of burial are urns) and, well, a tourism site. Legend says if you climb to the top of the tower and ring the bell, you can lay your ghosts to rest. But mostly? You can ring a GIANT bell.
