I wanted to do something different for breakfast so I took my eggs and made egg foo young. The eggs are very light and fluffy and the sauce is delectable. I'm gonna have this much more often. It's very easy to make and it's healthy and delicious 😋 😊 😍 🤗 I think that I need to make some more right now!!!

I know you're wondering, the specialty of Sindhi kadhi is the recipe that is rich in vegetables; the most common pairing of Sindhi kadhi is with steam rice; you can make kadhi with simple and easily available ingredients that are gramme flour, cluster beans, potatoes, lady fingers, cumin seed, asafoetida, fenugreek, green chili, ginger, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, tamarind, oil, and salt, and you're ready to cook Sindhi.
Ingredients :
1. Gram flour - 5 tblspn
2. Cluster beans - ⅓ cup
3. Potatoes - ⅔ cup (peeled and cubed)
4. Lady fingers - ⅓ cup (cuted in 4 long pieces)
5. Cumin seeds - ⅔ tspn
6. Asaforetida - ⅓ tspn
7. Fenugreek - ⅓ tspn
8. Green chilli - 2½ tspn (chopped)
9. Ginger - 1¼ tspn(chopped)
10. Curry leaves - 5 to 7

Today I tried to this recipe. It one was easy to make.
It was mild flavoured and soo crispy.
I couldn't decide to this recipe is a salt or a sweet biscuit. It was more salty as a sweet biscuit but more sweet as a salt biscuit. I used 1 cup of sugar instead of ½ cup.
Next time I will try with less salt.
Overall I really liked it.

How to make pie crust without shortening?
To make a pie crust without shortening, you can use butter, lard, or vegetable oil as a substitute. Here is a simple recipe for a butter pie crust:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
4-6 tbsp ice water
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Using a pastry cutter, a fork, or your fingertips, cut the cold butter into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
Add 4 tablespoons of ice water to the mixture and stir with a fork until the dough comes together. If the dough is too dry and crumbly, add more ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle that is about 1/8 inch thick and 2 inches larger than the diameter of your pie dish.
Transfer the dough to the pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides of the dish. Trim the edges of the dough as needed.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the crust keep its shape while baking.
To bake the crust, follow the instructions in your pie recipe. If you are making a pie that does not require pre-baking the crust (also known as a "blind bake"), you can fill the crust and bake the pie according to the recipe instructions. If you are making a pie that requires pre-baking the crust, preheat your oven to 375°F and prick the bottom of the crust with a fork several times. Line the crust with parchment paper or aluminum foil and fill it with pie weights, dried beans, or uncooked rice. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, then remove the weights and parchment paper and continue baking the crust until it is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes more.
