My friend’s first day on a real slope - Zillertal, Austria, February 2022

the friend in this picture had so far only ever been snowboarding in indoor skiing halls. Despite that, me and my other friend were very suprised by how smoothly his first day went, and how quickly he improved during his first real week of snowboarding. (for the people who’ve been following along for a while, this is the same friend with the blue backpack from iceland in 2017)
