ginny was in the library finding the book she had to get in order to study for her upcoming test and the moment she turns around she saw harry standing , staring at her with love and lust he started walking towards ginny , maintaining the eye contact , the moment he was close enough , ginny got chills and the book she had found fell from her hands .

the moment the book fell, he pulled her into him. Onto him. With both arms. not caring that for the fact that hey were in the library Her chest pressed against his, and the paperback slid between their stomachs…He nudged his nose against hers and their mouths fell sleepily together, already soft and open…harry's kisses were all taking…eventually, she couldn’t stay awake.

Did harry start to have feelings for ginny in the order of the Phoenix

Harry started falling for Ginny sooner than HBP. The people who say that Harry and Ginny’s relationship seemed “forced” or “came out of nowhere” clearly just don’t have good reading comprehension, if they even read the books at all.

JKR writes several subtle lines about Harry and Ginny. In OOTP, there is a scene between Harry and Ginny when she delivers his chocolate Easter eggs to him from her mom. They are alone together in the library and Ginny is clearly very comfortable talking to Harry. This suggests Harry and Ginny may spend some alone time together as friends casually, but JKR never wrote that in because she doesn’t focus on romance. In HBP, Harry spends nearly 2 months at the Burrow in the summer. He spends every day in close confines with Ginny, as they played Quidditch together and….well…just lived together. They probably spent all mealtimes together, did chores around the Burrow together, and spent free time together playing games with Ron and Hermione. The reader would have to derive this on their own as JKR literally only dedicated 1 sentence to those 2 months. So it really does make perfect sense that Harry would subconsciously begin falling for Ginny. She’s said to be pretty, funny, smart, and very athletic, and fiercely loyal. All traits Harry values, by the way….and she has been personally victimized by Voldemort in COS so she understands Harry in a way not even Ron or Hermione could.

Harry himself admits he didn’t realize his feelings for Ginny, because he didn’t recognize her flowery scent from the love potion in Slughorns class on the first day. His body reacts to Ginny before his mind even grasped it.

When he sees her with Dean and the “monster” in his chest was born, the monster is representation of jealousy and sexual desire. Harry’s a 16 year old boy and it makes sense that he’s beginning to have sexual thoughts. But JKR is writing a children’s book, so she can’t get into the sexy details. Hence, the “monster” references.

It’s absolutely brilliant, and it really solidifies the notion that Harry and Ginny are truly meant for each other.

Harry . He participated in his first ever play and was practicing his dialogues in front of Ginny as his audience.

Ginny makes this loud but hasty cheering sound “ love it !”

Harry stared at her constantly without saying a word . “What , dingus?” Ginny says , with narrowed eyes .

And without waring , Harry kisses her . He shuddered and there was a sound from the back of his throat, half growl, half moan. Little shivers of pleasure and panic shot through her as he deepened the kiss, parting her lips. Ginny stopped thinking. She pushed off the wall, sealing the tiny space between them , pressing against him.

His hands were moving down, under her shirt, his fingers skimming over her skin, sending a rush of blood to every part of her body. And her hands went down. Harry’s stomach was hard, dipped and rippled in all the right places. And then her shirt joined his on the floor. Skin against skin. His hummed, brimming full of power. She ran her fingers down his chest, to the button on his jeans. Their kisses slowed,Ginny stopped for some seconds to breath , and went again

You know what’s just as bad? Romione shippers that hate on Hinny. I like both ships but what I’ve noticed about Hinny and Romione fandom is the following:

Hinny fandom: recognizes and points out Harry and Ginny’s flaws and their stories are about them overcoming them. It’s all about character development. When these same writers do it for other characters, all hell breaks loose.

Romione fandom: I’m sorry but they live in this bubble and are extremely narcissistic and disrespectful. You cannot point out one flaw without people from this fandom attacking you. All the characters are flawed because they’re teenagers, but no, according to Romione fandom nothing they do is wrong. The writers change the characteristics of Romione so much it becomes OC. I love their flaws but you’ll never find it in a Romione fic.

I still ship Romione, however, I stay away from Romione fandom because it’s so toxic, it’s a bunch of little girls obsessed with their high school crush, that think their favorite characters are flawless. Hinny fandom however is WAY more mature. They recognize the flaws and point them out and they write stories about it. What does Romione fandom do? Pretend like those flaws don’t exist and pick an argument with anyone who points it out. Romione fandom hates Hinny, Hinny fandom likes Romione but they just point out their flaws just like they do for Hinny, and Romione fandom takes it as an insult. The comprehension skills that Romione shippers have on metas is comical. There is nothing wrong with a flawed character because a perfect character would be so boring. 

You're lucky you found hinny shippers that are mature because the ones I know are just insecure and put Harry and Ginny has the top of the world couple while Ron and Hermione are just Harry's helpers and when I say the same ahout Ginny following her logic says that I'm wrong and has no argument to debate when I give good responses with actual prove they block because they are nonsensical and have no arguments to debate and by the way Romione shippers also recognised characters flaws.

Some Hinny shippers that ruined the Hinny couple and are actually Ginny stans that care more about her than Harry himself and even half Hinny shippers are actual Ginny stans and even forget how much Harry is perfect for Ginny and he's her soulmate and her best source of happiness and hang out
