I personally don't like Daria Sidorchuk as a face-claim for Ginny because in the entire series, Harry never once describes Ginny as having freckles on her face. And he mentions freckles on pretty much everyone else. He describes her in detail too but doesn't mention her having freckles. He even mentions Cho's freckles! Also in OotP, the portrait thought Ron had spattergroit because of his freckly face. Ginny was right there too, no one thought she also had the disease. Ginny may have freckles on her body, but I don't think she has freckles on her face.

The matter of Ginny and freckles is an interesting one.

The thing is this: it's established that freckles are a Weasley trait so for Ginny to not have freckles it should've been explicitly stated that she was the only one without.

But why are they never mentioned?

Freckles are clearly not a defining trait of Ginny's face and I would imagine she must not have many in general. This is because she is meant to be extremely good-looking in a very conventional way. Regardless of anyone's personal opinion on freckles, many freckles don't represent a trait of conventional beauty and they especially didn't in the 90s.

It is also implied through Harry's descriptions of Ginny (particularly the ones of the last three books) and the thing about even Zabini with his high standards finding Ginny attractive, that she has a very elegant timeless type of beauty, a face full of freckles doesn't fit that description.

The physical traits of Ginny that seem more defining are her eyes, her lips/smile, her hair, her height, and the elegance of her movements. Of course, while we know everyone does agree with Harry on her beauty, for the specific noticeable traits is important to take into consideration that Harry's descriptions of Ginny don't shine for objectivity (contrary to the descriptions of all the other characters) which is also why it was so important for her characterization to clearly establish in the sixth book that she was actually that beautiful and not just according to Harry.

I wrote this for Weasley Fest and I had the best time with it! I related to Bill a lot more than I thought I would as I was writing him, and I loved putting my own spin on Fleur.

Life's a Witch - Ginny centric, T

Another fest contribution! I wrote this for @hp-12monthsofmagic, which is still going on if anyone is interested! I saw the prompt and immediately thought of Ginny and being pushed out of Quidditch and how she might handle that. So, this little one-shot was born.

Uncharted Territory - George/Angelina, M

The fic that brought me back to the fandom. (@harryissuchalittleshit can take credit for this as well.) At the beginning of this year, I decided I wanted to get into writing more. I saw some prompts for fluffuary, and I said, ok, you're going to write at least a thousand words every day for a month. If you do that and you don't want to write anymore, then you can quit again. I didn't quit again and I'm so happy about that.

I love the way this fic turned out. I just loved building out pureblood society and pretending that I was there with Astoria as she was in Venice. Like who doesn't want to just jet off to Italy when the chance comes? I also really liked the character development that took place in this fic. It's just one that I'm really proud of.

Reunion is Sweet - Katie/Oliver, T

This is an older fix and honestly, it was just so much fun to write. The OG Quidditch team (minus Fred) are in it and there's laughter and drama and romance and drinking. It was a riot to say the least.

Did harry start to have feelings for ginny in the order of the Phoenix

Harry started falling for Ginny sooner than HBP. The people who say that Harry and Ginny’s relationship seemed “forced” or “came out of nowhere” clearly just don’t have good reading comprehension, if they even read the books at all.

JKR writes several subtle lines about Harry and Ginny. In OOTP, there is a scene between Harry and Ginny when she delivers his chocolate Easter eggs to him from her mom. They are alone together in the library and Ginny is clearly very comfortable talking to Harry. This suggests Harry and Ginny may spend some alone time together as friends casually, but JKR never wrote that in because she doesn’t focus on romance. In HBP, Harry spends nearly 2 months at the Burrow in the summer. He spends every day in close confines with Ginny, as they played Quidditch together and….well…just lived together. They probably spent all mealtimes together, did chores around the Burrow together, and spent free time together playing games with Ron and Hermione. The reader would have to derive this on their own as JKR literally only dedicated 1 sentence to those 2 months. So it really does make perfect sense that Harry would subconsciously begin falling for Ginny. She’s said to be pretty, funny, smart, and very athletic, and fiercely loyal. All traits Harry values, by the way….and she has been personally victimized by Voldemort in COS so she understands Harry in a way not even Ron or Hermione could.

Harry himself admits he didn’t realize his feelings for Ginny, because he didn’t recognize her flowery scent from the love potion in Slughorns class on the first day. His body reacts to Ginny before his mind even grasped it.

When he sees her with Dean and the “monster” in his chest was born, the monster is representation of jealousy and sexual desire. Harry’s a 16 year old boy and it makes sense that he’s beginning to have sexual thoughts. But JKR is writing a children’s book, so she can’t get into the sexy details. Hence, the “monster” references.

It’s absolutely brilliant, and it really solidifies the notion that Harry and Ginny are truly meant for each other.

Part 1 - Where the fuck I'm?

Sirius pov:

"Where are we going going, Monty?" A small boy recently escaped from his traumatizing family asked his best friend's father out of curiosity.

What the hell are we doing in the ministry? Well it isn't like that he hate wondering how large is the ministry is. He had read in his books his cousin Andy had gave him. He know that there are 10 levels here. And all 10 of them have different chambers and all which he didn't mind to read.

They were in the lift as they were going to 2nd level. Felamont turned looking at an adorable kid who raised with the worst parents any one can ever have with kindness and fatherly love which the young boy required. "We are going to report your summer with your parents to auror office, kiddo" he said.

"Okkay" Sirius said covering his vanurable emotions which he felt whenever he try to remember his last summer.

"You all right, Sirius?" Monty asked with genuine concern on his face but not pity, which made Sirius smile a little which might not reached his blue eyes.

"Yeah. Monty" he said, surprisingly louder and cheerfully than he intended.

"Ughh... I want to ask you something. Please try to understand it. Okkay?" Filament asked as he went out off lift following Sirius behind him. Not meeting his eyes as he knelt on front of him in the side.

"Okkay I guess" he was concern cause Monty knelt only when he really want something important to talk about.

"Well me and Effie want to adopt you as you know... your family and all are not good for you. And Effie and also me can't stand their ruthless behaviour towards you" he stated choosing some proper words to describe what he actually want.

None of them (Potters) can ever see their small kid in that condition ever again. They can do anything to save him from-

"Really?" Sirius asked out of excitement?, amusement?, relief?, or keeping him away from his house which was never gone to him? Felamont can't get it.

"Really. If you want to, of course" he said looking directly at his blue eyes "Please Sirius, we can't see you in that state ever again. You are as preicious as James is to us. You are also our kid. And we really want to adopt you. Not out of pittying but you know we have actual care for you"

Sirius can't understand how to feel about this . He really want to get adopted by James's parents. But-

He hug him. Tightly. Can't believe on his fortune. "I also want to be your son, legally" he said but his voice ruffled in his to be soon father's shirt as he was still hugging him.

They continued the walk towards aurors department as Monty filed about Sirius condition and he listened everything silently, replying questions they were asking while felamont continued.

"Well Felamont stay here as I want to talk about it little more so we can perform further things" he said to Monty, diverting his hazel eyes to Sirius he said " you can take a round of here if you want to only on this level"

Sirius nodded getting up from where he sat and walked out off the office and start wondering around the hall.

By the book Andy had given him, he start to wonder that where Brain Room might be and also Room of doors and other.

He get on the lift with some old wizards who were talking about someone stole one of the timeturner from ninth level.

At 7th level this old age wizards get off of the lift and Sirius continued his journey to 9th level. He entered in one door randomly and start to walk ahead. It was dark there and only blue light were coming from somewhere. He continued walking there and noticed that he was in the Room Of Doors. "Where the fuck I'm?" He muttered to himself. He noticed those black doors which lead to different departments of the ministry.

He continued walking ahead and opened another door. There were many selves something looking like machines on them. He wonder a round before picking one machine and noticing it properly.

The urge to press the button of it was more than going back to 2nd level and find Monty. Someone is coming, he can hear the footsteps of it as he try to put it back but unfortunately pressed the button of the machine and his head started to spin. It was hurting like his first flu-travel. He closed his eyes and was standing just there. Nothing happened? Really is he just there? His hand still holding that machine as he tried to figure out what the fuck just happend? Oh Merlin! What the fuck was that machine? Was it- no it can't be. No yes there's a room of it but he can't be on that room. He can't be in the Time Room. He can't just used..... TimeTurner.

Note : This is my first fanfic. I hope you'll like it please vote if you like it and there will be others part and I'll post as soon as I can l. There will be plot twist and a lot of things. Sirius black is in the Harry's era as a 5th year student!!

What kind of dresses do you see the Weasleys wives + Ginny getting married in?

Fleur

So I imagine Fleur would wear a very simple but elegant dress. It would have enough detailing to keep everyone’s attention without taking away from her natural beauty, and the tiara would look amazing braided into her hair.

Angelina

Angelina wore her mother’s wedding dress, it was her something old and meant everything to her and her father, Micah. Later on both LeeAnne, Freddie’s wife, and Roxanne would wear the same gown. Though it would be heavily hemmed for the pair of them. Under the right sleeve all three of them would be wearing thin silver bracelets, a something borrowed from the first Roxanne.

Hermione

I love the idea of Hermione having something that she can really dance in. Her dress would flow around her body, moving as she did, and she would be barefoot for the reception, not caring how offset she and Ron looked in photos later on. For her something blue, her mother Jane would braid tiny blue flowers into her hair, making it look like a crown of flowers on top of her head.

Audrey

Audrey and Percy eloped, so she put on the first white sundress she saw in her closet. But if she had the choice she would,be gotten married in a dress similar to the one below. She did grab her brother’s old Ravenclaw tie to pull her hair back and as her something blue.

Ginny

It was the one day that she actually wanted to look like the most beautiful girl in the room. She broke the one rule her mum wanted, which was for her to have sleeves, but Ginny couldn’t help but show off her arms. She also had Great Auntie Muriel’s tiara on her special day, Harry took it off of her head before they went to take photos. She never needed to remind him that she was a queen.

Harry Potter Blood Status

So I was thinking, how many generations would it take for a Muggle-born's bloodline to become pureblood?

Take the Potter's for example (Lily, James, Harry, etc) We know that Harry is Half-Blood due to lily being Muggle-born and James being Pure-Blood, would Harry and Ginny's Children be Pure-Blood, or would they be Half-Blood? And if they are half-blood, how many more generations of Magic-borns would it take for Lily's Bloodline to become Pure-Bloods? (Hypothetically if there just so happened to be no muggle-borns married into the family)

You’re right it’s not Hinny fandom, it’s Ginny fandom with Harry as a side character. I think they just pair Harry up with Ginny because they want her to be with the chosen one, not because of his great qualities. They seem to gush more over how great Dean is than Harry, and love to point out that he didn’t notice her for all those years. If Voldemort wasn’t alive I’m sure he would have paid more attention to his surroundings and noticed her sooner. If Ginny was a real person she would curse half of hinny fandom for the way they portray her and her love for Harry.
