I was tagged by @disciple-of-frost to take on the Pinterest Aesthetic Challenge, to make a moodboard based on aesthetic images found on Pinterest! Thank you so much for thinking of me sweetie! 💖

I’ve made a few moodboards for Hali in the past, but since I adore moodboards so much I just had to make another one! This one I tried to not only choose images with symbolism of Hali’s connection to the stars and the sea, but also to Aymeric through Ishgard and the snowdrop flower.

Since I’m not sure who’s been tagged already, nor do I know who’d want to do this anyway, I’ll do an open tag! If you’d like to do this, go ahead and say I tagged you!!

Ten years later

"Daddy, how do I look?"

Ivar looks up from his book as his daughter enters the living room, squealing with excitement. "Wow, baby girl," he flashes her a tender smile, closing the book and placing it on the coffee table. "I usually say that you're the prettiest girl in Hedeby, but it might be time to reconsider. I'm absolutely positive that you're the prettiest girl in Scandinavia." He winks at his daughter and then frowns when he sees her scowling expression.

"I'm not a girl, daddy." His daughter says with a pout. "I'm a ballerina," she spins around, showing him her black, white and pink tutu, "and I'm a princess," she points at the crown on her head, "and a fairy," she waves a flashing star wand in front of her, finally putting her hands on her hips.

Faking a grimace, Ivar tilts his head. "Sorry, Buttercup, what was I thinking? You're obviously the prettiest ballerina-princess-fairy in the whole world!"

Bursting out laughing, his daughter runs toward him, wrapping her little arms around his neck. "Thank you, daddy!" She screams with delight before pulling away as he tries to kiss her cheek. "Daddy," she explains in a serious tone, "I don't want you messing with my makeup!"

"We wouldn't want that, now would we?" You say while crossing the room, a wide smile lighting up your face. Reaching over as you take a seat next to him on the couch, you take Ivar's hand, lacing his fingers through yours.

Ivar brings your hand up to his lips and kisses it. "You did a pretty good job, my love!"

The next moment, the doorbell rings and a male voice can be heard. "I'm coming in!"

"Uncle Hvitty!!" Ivar's daughter screams once again, clapping her hands.

"Hey!" Hvitserk – dressed up as Super Mario, which makes you and Ivar giggle – pauses at the living room's sliding double door. "Holy macaroni," he starts, speaking to his niece and opening his eyes wide, "aren't you lovely, Sugar Pie?" Which earns him a beaming smile, the little girl rushing to his side. "Bro, Y/N," he greets you both before looking back at his niece, "You ready, Angel Cake?" As Ivar's daughter nods, Hvitserk grabs her hand, waving at you and her father. "Say goodbye to Mommy and Daddy!!"

"When they say time flies, they really mean it, don't they?" You put your head on his shoulder and Ivar immediately wraps his arm around your waist, pulling you close. "It feels like yesterday she was born," you add with a sigh, "and now she's already five and..."

"... she's out trick-or-treating for the first time, I know." Ivar finishes your sentence, his hand gently stroking your hip. "Don't you think we should have gone with her? Are you sure she isn't mad at us?" He can't help but worry, even though his baby girl seemed perfectly content leaving with his brother.

Your hearty laugh resounds all over the room. "I'm sorry to break it to you, Ivar, but we weren't her first choice. Our daughter will always choose Hvitserk over us. Always!"

Ivar lets out a playful sneer. "He may be her favorite person, but I'm not sure he will still be after tonight. You're aware he's going to eat all her candies, right?"

"No, he's not." He frowns when you shake your head vehemently. "Why do you think I asked Hali and Asa to tag along, huh? They're going to keep an eye on him!" You finally explain, giving him a wink.

Ivar cracks up laughing, his eyes wide with disbelief. "You do think of everything, don't you? You really are something else, my love!"

"I take that as a compliment." You reply and as you turn your head to face his, he can see a very definite twinkle in your eye. "Now, as much as I love her, enough about our daughter, Ivar." You stand up, never letting go of his hand, and carefully straddle him. "We have at least two hours ahead of us, just the two of us, and I fully intend to make the best possible use of this time. Consider yourself warned!"

Ivar is sure you can feel his already hardening cock against your inner thigh. "What do you have in mind, my love?" He tilts his head, placing both of his hands on your hips.

"Well..." you whisper, peppering his jaw with a line of open-mouthed kisses, "ten years ago, I kissed you for the first time." Ivar closes his eyes, his chest heaving with a ragged breath. "I'm pretty sure..." your mouth is so close to his now he can feel your breath on his lips, "it's something we should celebrate, what do you say?"

The next second, you brush his lips with yours before softly kissing him. And as always, it's enough to take his breath away.

He would never admit it, but Halloween may well be his favorite holiday after all.

Collision Lane

it is a 9 member girl group. it consists of --rappers and -- vocals. these girls have a mixed concept, between RV and BlackPink. their concepts are very edgy and mostly dark. 

*i decided that having this (virtual) band will help me with writing stories where they are shipped with idols and non idols, hence why each girl has a korean name and an english name. another reason for this is for some of my stories some of them will not be korean, for example, in my story ‘The War; ComeBack Home’ Alex, Nat, and Chloe were not korean. R.J. was raised in marseille but is korean but in my other story ‘Mix and Match’ they were korean and had their full korean names.*

the order of the girls that i posted the intro in, isn't by their age, its by exo’s age order. which will explain why it was out of order when you look at their ages. 

i created the group as if it would be an actual real kpop group which is why i thought it would be best for my writing to make them under SM. 

i like to make my writing as believable as possible and thats why i am giving this group and my writing so much attention to its background.

in some cases i will use the 9 members in other things that aren't Collision Lane which will be linked under my master list and NOT under Collision Lane.

example: The War isn't going to be linked under Collision Lane because they are just normal fans. but for the up coming first project it will be linked under Collision Lane.

also whatever order i post/link my stories are not important until i mention so, because there will be about two Collision Lane projects that are posted around the same time, but have nothing to do with each other. 

Collision Lane have 3 members designed for OT12, and they will make appearances a few times, or when i write an OT12 story/ one shot, but for the most part they arent mentioned. they have their respective members powers they are:

Ji Hee x Kris

as i said they aren't mentioned for the most part which is why they don't have moodboards or any details to their names. 

for the most part they will be by their birthdays as posted but there will be instance with high school AUs so they will also change their age but only the year not the actual date since it doesn't really matter, i’ll mention it when i post.

each girl has her own personality, but it doesn't mean that it is the personality that i ship with the member, it is nearly just the way i depict the girls reaction in a situation. 

in some shots where they aren't Collision Lane some might be related because of same last names, hence Mix and Match where all the Songs are cousins (Ji Mi and Hyun Jin were step sisters) and all the Kims were brothers

thats all I can think of right now so ill update this as soon as i think of something else

-I THOUGHT OF SOMETHING I DIDNT MENTION. Alright so if you guys haven’t notices already I made a poster for Collision Lane using a picture of the internet. So I’ve decided that since I’ll be making moodboards and posters for some of my stories that I use girl group picture. It’s much easier than editing 12 girls into one picture. Sooooo so far I’ve made three posters (1 posted the other two arent) I’ll be using:

I understand that it might be confusing because why wouldn’t I just use the members of the actual group. Because I don’t listen to their music enough to be able to depict their character. I am also ready for any comments sent my way. But heads up I give photo credit in all of my edits even to exo so I’ve really done nothing wrong. And if I did please be nice!

Ishgardian Ball Headcanons

For Hali x Aymeric

So I had forgotten that I haven’t actually written out all of my headcanons for the Ishgardian Ball! I’ve had a lot of this planned out in my head for months now, and I have to thank @meepsthemiqo and @traveler-of-light for bouncing around ideas and helping me with these headcanons! I’m sure they both will have plenty of their own ideas with their ships to share at some point, so this list will focus on just Hali x Aymeric.

There are many balls that are put on by the highborn of Ishgard throughout the year, but the one I am referencing and will eventually write out in full is one that is in celebration of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn’s victory over the Endsinger, and it’s also taking place during the season of Starlight, so the theme of the ball is winter.

The ball is also extremely important to Hali and Aymeric personally, because it will be when they officially announce their courtship, when they will make their debut as a couple.

Hali will be wearing a midnight blue sleeveless dress, with sparkles covering the dress (see above, bottom right), along with a set of snowflake earrings and necklace, all covered in diamonds. Her pink hair is worn long and loose, but has been curled and styled, with blue and silver eye makeup and cute snowflake design along the eyelids.

Aymeric is wearing a matching midnight blue tuxedo, with white accents and silver accessories and embroidery. His cuff links match Hali’s jewelry, as they are in the shape of snowflakes.

Hali has one huge problem though: how is she to dance with Aymeric? She is still a lalafell, but she can’t reach up to him to properly do all the ballroom dances with him, and they both are obviously wanting to dance with each other.

But Hali soon comes up with a solution: she asks her best friend G’raha if he could teach her the levitation spell that he used to save everyone at the Tower of Zot in Thavnair. And he of course agrees, as he wants to see his friend happy with the man she loves.

At the ball, Hali and Aymeric are announced together as they walk into the ball hand in hand. They lead the first dance, and everyone is amazed when Hali levitates herself up to Aymeric’s height so that they can dance together. Once the first dance is concluded, everyone cheers for the happy couple.

The only one that seems to not look entirely happy about Hali and Aymeric is Artoirel, as he was the one who had helped convince Aymeric several years prior to stop pursuing Hali and not to tell her that he loved her. But now that they are together and the populace, for the most part, doesn’t seem to have a problem with their relationship, Artoirel looks really foolish. Hali purposely gives Artoirel the side eye every chance she gets, as she’s still mad at him for interfering with her and Aymeric’s relationship.

The new couple dances and drinks the night away, and when they go back to Borel Manor, they make love for the first time; they lose their virginity to each other that night as well.
