Because we only saw Gilbert, and Willow ran up to him asking “dad, have you seen poppa???” I want to believe that Harvey’s hiding out somewhere… but then bc I’m me I had to make it sad.

After the series, when all the dust and custody is cleared, the owl house parents realise they genere at least half a dozen kids in their house at any given moment.
Alador already has 3 kids so aside from a double take when a random teen raides his fridge he's generally unphased.
The Parks are a little overwhelmed but glad that Willow has so many friends now.
Eda is occasionally just like "hello people who do not live here" but is also kind of used to it with the way she kinda just picks up strays nowadays.
Camila has long gotten used to having 6 kids around and has long since adapted.
Perry is a little overwhelmed since he's going from being a single father of one kid with like 3 friends to having a house full of kids all at once. Camila gives him a lot of advice.
Darius is looking at all of these kids, including Hunter, and wondering how tf this happened.

[Hunter is at the Park household, Willow’s dads are giving Hunter an intense look]
Harvey: So Mr. Hunter……um……
Harvey:………
Harvey: What was your last name? I’m trying to be menacing and it doesn’t work with just the one name.
Hunter: Oh, okay. Um well let’s see. I’m a Grimwalker clone of Belos’ brother Caleb, so that would make me a Whittebane. But he was married to Evelyn Clawthorne, so would that mean that I’m a Clawthorne? Darius is pretty much my dad now so I’m maybe a Deamonne. But Luz called me family so I’m a Noceda? Then of course Gus and I are so close we’re pretty much brothers so would I also be a Porter?……I don’t know what my last name is…
Gilbert: Well as long as you eventually add “Park” to that list then Harvey and I are okay with you dating Willow.
Willow: DADS!!!!///////

This particle has some interesting information, including that Season 3 will continue to explore the topics of grief, neurodivergence, and characters living up to their potentials.
In addition, the huge viewing numbers on YouTube and how many people attended NYCC make the executives see how big the show actually is. Twitter trends do not seem to make them realize that before.
Also, Dana said she wants to make a comic spin-off, featuring “lost adventures of Luz and her friends”, or a flashback of younger versions of the adult characters.

Thinking of how Willow and Belos are the only characters to have their mindscapes explored; And as they are, we learn the circumstances behind how they were abandoned by their only childhood friend for somebody else.
And when they confront that person, they learn their side of the story (as Caleb was speculated to have told Philip), and are primed to kill their friend amidst fire… And you know what?
Willow doesn’t do it. She speaks her justified frustrations and pain, while also accepting reconciliation and getting that; And is still allowed to voice her issues even after the fact, as part of the healing process!
I’m also thinking of how people were mourning Philip’s childhood abandonment even before we learned he and Caleb were orphans; Many fans were under the impression Philip at least had well-meaning parents to go back to, even if they encouraged him to conform to society’s standards. Kind of like…
Ah! Harvey and Gilbert encouraged Willow to conform to society’s standards of success, despite how miserable it made her, when clearly her calling was elsewhere. The standards of a coven that Philip himself imposed… And as it’s later implied, Harvey and Gilbert may have been motivated by their trauma of Terra Snapdragon and wanting to protect Willow from her! Just as people believed Philip and Caleb’s parents, and later just Caleb, taught Philip to conform for his own safety!
Philip still chose to manipulate the people of the isles, taking advantage of any kindness he received. Willow, she insisted on being as kind and nurturing a person as possible, to Gus, to Luz, to as many as she could! How about that.
Luz and Willow really are major parallels to Belos; Luz ultimately moreso, because Philip has that even more fundamental hero complex that I think would’ve compelled his crusades even without the loss of Caleb to embitter him, as the Titan observes. But man… The way Willow has some gold motifs, green markings and magic, when she meets Hunter? Fighting with powerful tendrils, having moments where anger causes her magic to flare up and lash out?
And ultimately, proves to be a kind leader who builds up those she leads, and cares about actually protecting people against threats with the ‘sting of defeat’, even at her own expense? And is told she doesn’t have to sacrifice herself by those same people, who reciprocate Willow’s selflessness? Man. Philip “I’ll do anything to protect humanity” Wittebane WISHES.
