Misaki crushing and dipping vegetables in sauce so Saruhiko is, in his point of view, clueless about the vegetables.

This reminds me of the story from the Tweets book where Kuroh crushes up all the veggies to try and hide them from Fushimi XD Imagine Yata in his kitchen surrounded by several bushels of vegetables, along with a whole bunch of different sauces and spices and a bunch of kitchen equipment, it looks almost like a science lab. Carefully Yata begins to slice the vegetables as thinly as he can and then further chopping them down even smaller. He grabs a food processor and mixes them all together even more. Then he dumps the mixture into some sauce he’s set up in a bowl, carefully mixing everything together. He pours that into a pan and adds some noodles and meat and then takes a small taste, trying to be sure that there’s not even a small hint of vegetable. Once he’s satisfied he grabs a few more veggies and starts the whole process again, this time coating some fried chicken with the vegetable sauce. Some hours later Yata has cleaned up every trace of vegetable as Fushimi comes over for dinner, Yata smiling as he’s like look I made the kind of food you like, all meat and absolutely no vegetables. This makes Fushimi vaguely suspicious but he doesn’t see or smell any vegetables so he carefully takes a taste as Yata watches with baited breath. Fushimi finally mumbles ‘good’ and Yata internally cheers (until Fushimi adds ‘except for the sauce’ and starts trying to wipe it off his food).
