It’s that kind of a day...feeling like tie-dye is the way to go today. Color therapy is a great way to get out of troublesome mind thoughts and quiet the brain chatter. It also helps to realign the chakras and energies their centers. Plus I just love the way it looks lol. Decidedly braid my hair for the first time in years as well since it is getting so long. I really enjoyed Courtney's first book and looked forward to reading her second one, Healing the Heart. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first book but that's not to say it isn't good. It was all about love and heart break. . My favourite section was 'If Your Heart is Aching' as I could relate to a lot of the pieces. Everyone has been in love with someone or something and this book really explored every type of love. I find that with each of Courtney's books I learn something new about myself or have some sort of epiphany that opens my mind a little. . I just feel so comfortable when reading her books because they are so calming. She can take all stresses and turn them into nothing. Just a lesson in life.
