Guys, I hate to do this.
Any of you who know me in any circle know that I'm a very professional, very private lady who hates any sort of disc horse breeds that might give me a headache. But this one is important, and my goal here is the integrity and reputation of artists.
For my credentials: I have been a part of five zines in the past. Two I moderated, and one I ran, created, laid out, printed, and shipped in its entirety.
So anyway:
HELLCHEER ZINE BULLSHIT
I joined Hellcheer and the Kindred Freaks Zine very late. Well, after sign ups, check-ins, etc. I saw it was happening in april-ish and shot a DM to the twitter to join. I did both a full art page and a cosplay page.
At the time, the server was quiet but kind. We got updates on the number of orders and books being made.
@Lawless is the runner of the Zine. They created and organized it. They are in charge of the main emails, the selling website, the orders, the shipping, and the funds. (To be clear, this level of sole responsibility is not ABNORMAL in a zine. And is not always an issue.)
@Valerie is the 'social media' mod. They are in charge of managing announcements and answering questions on Twitter and Tumblr. Please keep in mind: No one wants anything but a fast and easy recovery for both Lawless and their mother. Medical emergencies, heck—LIFE happens. It's always okay to put a hiatus on anything, even product with money, in order to take care of yourself and family. Every single contributor only wants them to be clear in what they need and how we can help.
So lets break down what's happening.
Back in May, Lawless went radio silent on the status of books and merch coming in. Another contributor and I, @Toguchin, start dming Lawless to make sure everything is on track. They come back after a week and apologize for being MIA, explaining that their mom got sick. We thank them for all their hard work and wish them and their mom well.
On July 15th, after contributors and customers inquire on delays to meeting the announced shipping deadline, Lawless makes a twitter post saying shipping has started and contributor copies will be happening. They proceeded to go MIA from the server discord and have been since.
The following week, contributors and customers discover that shipping HAS NOT started. Labels have been created and printed, but nothing appears to be in transit at all.
Toguchin and I started getting reached out to by customers worrying their packages are lost. We report this to the zine server to NO RESPONSE. Except @Ashlee, the discord mod who also has heard nothing.
July 20th to 22nd with customers complaining and theorizing a scam in mind; Toguchin and I propose that PDFs be given out to assure and apologize for delays.
We as a server discover a few things: 1. We cannot access the list of buyers at all in order to email apology zines because Lawless did not share the account information with anyone. 2. We cannot access the main email for the same reason. 3. Valerie, the social media mod, deleted discord and distanced themselves from the Hellcheer fandom and has not been checking the Twitter or tumblr, or discord notifications since May.
Ashlee and Ichikun contact Valerie to sign on.
I made a new email and said fuck it, we need to do something to assuage fears, let them send receipts to honor their zines. Valerie didn't know what to post or say or how to answer everyone, so I gave them a copy paste.
Still no words from Lawless but hoping for the best knowing the have a medical emergency, Ashlee and I begin answering the new email for PDFs, but cant help people change addresses or give them any update!!!
Throughout the weeks mods and contributors ping Lawless constantly asking if they need any help! Any help at all, answering emails, changing order addresses, heck a few of us ask if we can pick up the books and packages and ship stuff for them so they can hands off the project and take care of their mom. No response.
We send message after message saying if Lawless can share picture proof, that would be great cause scam theories and chargebacks are starting. BUT ALSO, we let Lawless know we and customers will ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND delays if they just communicate it. That if they post in server and on Twitter that shipping needs to wait a month or two, no one will mind. No responses.
July 31, Lawless makes a Twitter update with comments disabled that they are shipping ALL packages that monday with a picture of packages. They also call Valerie privately and tell the issue that USPS refuses to pick up shipments from Lawless has, and they can't leave their mothers side from the post office. They also claim they can only deliver ten packages at a time at the post when they go. *USPS has no such rules. Me and other mutuals who run shops have never had such a problem.
A week later, we realize that customers and our packages are still not in transit. Labels printed only. Most of us assume all packages are just label printed and sitting at Lawless' house.
We beg for updates from Valerie or Lawless. Valerie doubles down on Lawless old reasonings and also officially goes MIA until present day.
Throughout August, USA packages get delivered. A few more updates are made straight to Twitter and Tumblr with comments off. Radio silence in server.
As packages arrive, we all become aware from people's posts and pictures that random Stranger Things Art Stickers are included. No credit to any artist is given? No contributor is responsible for this art. These are suspected to be BOUGHT from Amazon. STOLEN arts amazon sellers resell in packs. NO contributor is okay with this!!! Valerie responds with no response at all.
Tumblr media
As of now:
No response to missing digital copies. Ashlee and I cannot give out any without receipts because we have no access to buyers list. Nor can we answer missing packages inquiries cause we have no info. International packages unaccounted for. SCRUNCHIES FREE OR OTHERWISE UNACCOUNTED FOR. Zero word on contributor copies. Zero word on donation status. Zero word on generated profit or book and shipping cost. No way to verify funds at all. No word from Lawless to contributors since July 15. From Valerie since the 31st.
Some notes:
Turning off twitter comments was NEVER what any one of us wanted. A ZINE LAYOUT was never shared. So until people had them in hand or in PDF none of us realized that the credits DO NOT POINT TO ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. All of our usernames are handle-less? This was extremely disappointing. This one matters to me: Our FanEdit artist was not aware their work was not getting a full page. Again no pre-layout was shared. So their work is tiny and in the margins of the front and back. That's not okay. All of us wanted to help in any way we could. NONE of us doubt Lawless intentions or emergencies. But lying, misleading, non-communicating and turning off comments are all things we did not consent to. All of us only wanted a cordial, honest response. None of us actually cared about delays as much as we did communications. There has been many noticeable times Lawless has been online, posting privately or otherwise, even active on Discord and has not reached out.
Why make a post:
Customers should know contributors fought for them. That we did everything we could and our reputation as artists in the fandom shouldn't be tarnished cause two creators decided to disappear. Contributors should get their copies. Many of us BOUGHT bundles. I've been in five zines and every single one gave out free contributor copies WITH merch!!
I'm also attaching all server screenshots for integrity. I'm in half a mind to release the zine PDF publicly, for free, for everyone at this point. I personally think it's only fair since many are still missing just that. But I do not want to insult anyone who paid for just the PDF regardless of the potential contribution to charity. But it's really up to customers, not me.

If My Circuits Could Sing: A Sci-Fi Zine About Obligation is accepting submissions!
Hi everyone!
I've heard back from the last of the print shops I reached out to. I'm still ironing out specifics but I figure we've been too quiet, so it should be time to get things rolling.
(Not sure who we are? Check out our writeup here. )
For writing, we are looking for:
Stories in the neighborhood of 2000 words. Submissions over 3000 words are unlikely to be considered.
Poems no more than 4 pages.
We are not interested in nonfiction at this time.
For art, we are looking for:
Short comics in the neighborhood of five pages.
Art pieces that either stand on their own, whole page or half-page with backgrounds, or that text can be wrapped around
Feel free to send over many small pieces in addition to or instead of larger ones!
For all submissions:
Please include a list of content warnings if your submission contains any subjects that may be intense, uncomfortable, or triggering. For example, bone breaking, body horror, blood, gore, etc.
How to submit:
For text, we'll be using Google Docs for its extensive cooperative editing features. The simplest thing for us would be for you to simply Share a Google doc with the zine email; [email protected] . If that's impossible, we'll accept submissions as plaintext (in the body of the email), or PDF. In both cases your work will be copied into a Google Doc which will be shared with your email.
For art, simply email your submissions as a standard image file(s), or a link to a photohosting site like Imgur. Again, that address is: [email protected]
We will give each submission one editing pass, more for clarity than anything else. Any of our suggestions can be declined if you feel that they harm the integrity of the work, or otherwise don't fit with your vision. Whether we accept all submissions or only some will depend entirely on the number of submissions.
I am extremely excited to see your work! Please let us know in the server or to our email if you have any questions!
Submissions will be open until: February 1 2024.
Join our Discord server here!

After discussing with the other mods and checking in with myself, we've decided to push the final DazeCon to next year, 2025! The yearly grind of putting a convention together has me feeling burned out and id like to be able to give our final DazeCon my all! So we're taking a gap year :D
That doesn't mean we'll just be sitting pretty for one year though! At the moment, we're currently planning a DazeCon zine and maybe even a Mekakucity Actors watch party that we can all get together and experience :) I'll also see what we can do about preparing other events while DazeCon 2025 slow-cooks to perfection. 🫡
Thank you all for your patience, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. 🙇 I know some people have set time aside to make sure they could participate in the convention this year, but I promise the extra prep time will make our final DazeCon worth the wait!
Please stay tuned for more details on the zine and future events. :) Love you all !! ♥

Before we open contributor applications, the mods would like to answer questions raised through responses from the Interest Check and expand upon our carrd’s guidelines/FAQ.
If you are potentially considering applying for the zine as a contributor, please take the time to look over this post and read the carrd.
Zine’s Themes:
For our second zine, we decided to have a centralized theme for the overall project: investigation. Solving mysteries, puzzles, and problems are key elements of Remedy games. All pieces featured within the zine will focus on these ideas.
The Oceanview is a connecting point between the Alan Wake and Control universes. It is a place of power individuals pass through on their way to somewhere else, so it’s had many guests over the years. However, pitches for the zine do not have to feature the Oceanview, they can involve different settings featured or referenced in these games, excluding the Oldest House.
Interest Check Feedback
During the interest check, we received several common questions we would like to address:
Can we submit pitches related to Alan Wake?
Yes, as both Alan Wake and Control both fall under the Remedy-verse, we want the zine to have a diverse spread of content featuring characters and themes from both games.
Are Alan Wake 2 spoilers allowed?
The zine will release a year after the first game, so we will be allowing content featuring spoilers. All pieces with spoilers will have a warning tag in the zine’s table of contents, allowing consumers to pick and choose what content to enjoy.
Are meta/theory-crafting pitches allowed?
No, the zine will only be featuring fanart and fanfiction.
What about lore related documents such as dossiers/letters/case files etc?
Yes. As with our previous zine, in-universe documentation is welcome so long as it fits the zine’s themes and criteria.
Can I submit something which has already been posted to social media?
No, all contributors must submit a new, original piece of content never shared before.
Is there any specific content which will not be allowed in the zine?
We will not be accepting typewritten, out of context manuscript pages. If a typewritten manuscript page from Alan happens to be one part of your overall story, that’s fine.
No pieces featuring places found within the Oldest House. As much as we love the Astral Plane, the Quarry, and the Clocks Threshold, we want the zine to feature many of the other interesting settings within this universe!
All art pieces must be polished lineart or equivalent. We will not accept sketches.
Pitch Process
Please do NOT submit pitches that state “I’ll draw/write anything” – these will be automatically rejected.
Please submit three detailed pitches. Include any characters or ships featured in the piece along with the general idea. Give us the elevator pitch.
If you’re pitching a piece featuring shipping content, please state the overall plot of the piece. The mods will not be accepting stories that do not take into account the zine’s investigative themes.
All art pieces will need to have a background. No negative white space will be allowed.
The mods will be trying to diversify the zine’s content through the provided pitches. Of your three pitches, the mods will select what pitch to move forward with based on the zine’s tentative content spread, so please make sure these pitches are something you are passionate about and willing to create.
Collaboration and the Creation Process
Remedy fans are a passionate bunch. Love for these games is shown in each and every creative work. And just like Remedy collaborates to bring us these amazing games, we are looking for that same dedication for the Oceanview Guestbook zine.
We would like each of our applicants to feel comfortable collaborating with both the mods as well as their fellow contributors. We will be encouraging contributors to share WIPs with each other through more organized check-ins to receive feedback. With each phase of the creation process, the mods will provide detailed feedback and constructive critique with each individual contributor.
Our primary mode of communication will be through Discord. The mods will be available should contributors need any assistance, to communicate any unforeseen circumstances, or to answer questions which may arise throughout the creation process.
Final Notes
The mods are fans of the Remedy universe and love the games. We want to talk and create with fellow fans. This project is for the community, and we can’t underscore that enough. This is why our previous and next zine are digital and free. We don’t want to hide the fanworks behind a paywall. This unofficial project is made for fans by fans as a labor of love.
We hope you’ll join us on this journey!

Fallen Hero Fanzine 2024 - Info and Theme Poll
All info is under the cut since I don't want to clutter your dash too much! EDIT: Tumblr hates multiple choices for Polls apparently, you can vote but also write in replies (or send anonymous through dm, but please don't send multiple of the same option to get what you want, let's keep it fair!) if you want to vote for more than one option! (Sorry for the inconvenience!)
Hi everyone!
Since I got the feedback on the interest check for a possible Fallen Hero Fanzine it seems like we have some interest and I’ve been looking into various ways we could do this. As I’m big on collaboration and everyone getting a say, I was thinking that deciding on a theme for the zine could be our first collaborative step.
I’ve made a poll (found further down in this post) with 7 options for you to vote on. Descriptions/explanations are found right below the poll so make sure to read those before casting your vote. We’re keeping this first zine sfw, please keep that in mind if suggesting themes of your own. Voting doesn’t tie you to contributing to the zine.
Jumping into something headfirst without knowing what you’ll find on the other side is scary, that’s why I’ve written a short list of what I have in mind for this zine.
The zine will be 100% free and non-profit, this also means no compensation for the contributors. Theme: TBD through majority vote Number of contributors: Max 30 (I would love to have more but, unless someone can help me with admin stuff, I think that’s my limit for how much organising and planning I can do on my own). Rating: SFW. Innuendos, cursing, violence and the like is okay but not straight up sex. Format: Digital/e-zine, with permission to print at home for personal use only. I will put together a bonus version made for easy to print at home, with instructions for how to assemble it. Media types allowed: Any visual media suited for print as long as it’s your own (e.g. illustrations, sketches, photography, collages, short comics, cosplay etc). Keep in mind that if you make a collage or mood board, all pictures must be your own (or have the rights to). Any writing as long as it’s your own (e.g. short stories, poetry, analyses, personal anecdotes etc). Pages in zine per contributor: 2. Time frame and deadlines: TBD but I plan on us having it finished around September/October of 2024, with some reservations.
I hope this has been informative so far, if you have questions you can either reply to this post (so everyone else can see the question and reply), or dm me if you want to be anonymous.
Now, let’s get to voting on a theme! Descriptions for themes under the poll.
Nemesis - More action focused, showdowns, heroes and villains battling it out in their suits! Some softer moments could fit in here as well but if too many opt towards it I might steer some of the submissions to make sure the zine in whole stays on theme. Coming Home - New beginnings, finding your place. It could be sweet and cozy, finding friends, or stepping into your own skin for the first time. Interpret as you like, but the main focus should be on the concept of “home”, whatever that means to you or the characters you choose to portray. Los Diablos - Snippets and snapshots from the city and lives you are sworn to protect or destroy. HG’s lair, Herald’s apartment, or a sewer (sorry, secret base), as well as the people found in these places. Nightmares - The bad vibes (tm) one. The Heartbreak Incident, decanting, paranoia, all the nasty bits you don’t want people to find. This one is open to more possible body horror than the other themes. Ship specific - Pick this one if you want a more romance focused theme, and specify in replies which characters you’d want in centre. Please write Ship Theme before the characters in your reply. I have another idea! - Got an idea for a theme that isn’t in the poll? Pick this one and specify in replies what it is! Please specify even if someone has the same idea, or close to, as you. Please write Theme Suggestion before the theme in your reply. No theme - Don’t feel like sticking to a theme? Want to create an amalgamation of everyone’s mind stuff without any limits or guidelines? This choice is for you.

I heard Punk! Steve and came running to your ask box 😂😅
Anyways tell me more please
Ofc Ally ❤️ I give you the origin of Punk!Steve.
After the events of 1985, The Harringtons never returned. They left a voicemail for Steve, something along the lines of bad investments, disappointments and don't call. Steve didn't hear it til he got out of the hospital. He broke down, went on a bender for a week that only Robin managed to pull him out of once she found his house.
They talked a lot, about childhoods and being misunderstood. Steve felt he could tell Robin anything after their time in the mall bathroom and so he did. Robin had brlught a book about the library about overcoming trauma. It probably hadn't been the books intention, but they burnt a lot of stuff that night. A big bonfire by the pool, chatting the precious lawn, Steve didn't care.
They burnt the couch, the pool chairs, his parents mattress, bits of his rooms wallpaper, shirts, that stupid car picture. Anything that his parents had given him that was meant to build him in their image.
Next was the bathroom. Clippers in hand Steve shaved the side of Robin's hair and she did both of his sides in return. Robin cracked a joke that no matter what they did to Steve's hair it still looked perfect. Steve wanted more. A trip the the drugstore provided an answer. A quick bleach and dye later and Robin and Steve giggled at the red tipped hair.
They weren't done, Steve never wanted them to be done, with every hour he felt more free.
"You sure this is safe?"
"No but I saw a girl do it in the bathroom at school and your room is probably more sanitary."
"OW WHAT HAPPENED TO 1 2 3!"
Steve thought the safety pins through his ears were cool.
"When you turn 18, were getting matching tattoos."
"Soulmates for life, dingus."
The following weekend they took a trip to Indianapolis. They checked out thrift shops and spray painted storefronts. Steve traded his converse for docs, his polo's for ripped and mesh shirts. Splashes of solid colour were added to his look. They ripped his jeans in the car. Steve hoarded pins upon pins.
Back home, Robin carefully lined his eyes in dark kohl. His eyes becoming sharp and calculated. He smiled at himself in the mirror, staring back he finally saw Steve, just Steve made completely by him.
"Honestly, looking like this I could carry around my bat."
"Would certainly be convenient next time we're captured by Russians."
Steve rolled his eyes looking back at her lounging on his bed.
"What're you reading?"
"Oh? Um it's a zine I picked up at the last store, you know...the one with the pink triangle?"
"Oh that one." Robin had been educating him about queer history as much as she could for a small town girl. "What's it about?"
Robin bit her lip, "Um well, it's about people like me, and people not quite like me, ya know? Like there's a whole bunch of labels out there, I just wanted to make sure mine fit."
Steve smiled, "And what did you learn?"
"Definitely a lesbian, sorry babes." Steve laughed in return, his feelings for Robin had shifted firmly to platonic and she knew that. "Here, you should take a look, will help broaden ya education."
Steve took the zine and started to flip through it. Inside it detailed genders and sexualities. Steve was intrigued to find out there were more than just boys and girls, but that wasn't what caught his attention the most.
Bisexuality
Steve's eyes seemed to linger on the page, almost for too long.
"Steve? You ok? If you're getting a migraine again we can read it later, no rush."
Steve pulled his eyes away, "No, um, no migraine, it's just, um..." Robin could easily pick up the hesitation in his voice, there was a slight tremor in his hands. She slowly leant over, taking back the zine.
"Oh, Steve."
"Just didn't know a person could be that."
"How does it make you feel?"
"Honestly, I feel more like me than I have my whole life. Thank you, Robs, for all of thos you know."
"Course, dingus, you're my schmuck for life, and... I'm always here if you need to talk about things."
Steve nodded, no words were needed now between them, there would be more days, more discoveries. But now, for now they could sit together, two broken kids feeling a little more whole.
Just Robin.
Just Steve.
Just Them.

Entrapdak Zine 6 - Festive. Submissions OPEN!
Apologies for the delay in getting this open Please feel free to check out the Entrapdak Secret Santa event I’m also running at the moment (links are in my pinned post)
Anyway this is the post for Entrapdak Zine 6 - Festive!
The deadline for this will be Friday DEC 1st 2021 at 9AM GMT. What’s that in your timezone? Click here for a Handy Dandy Countdown:
I am flexible on this Deadline so anything that arrives on this date or by my 9am the next day is allowed (I’m in the GMT timezone BTW)
I am LESS flexible on the Extension Deadline
The Zine will be out before Christmas.  The actual date is flexible and dependant on when all the Submissions come in and my own personal work schedule.
So most of this is the same as the last few - really if it ain’t broke don’t fit it!  Also a polite reminder I am only one person running this and I am a part time Barista.  It may take me a little time to reply to emails/comments especially after the deadline time (when I have the most amount of work to do on this project) so please be patient with me.
Our basic guidelines are the same as before, with just a few minor updates:
This will be:
A Digital Zine containing content created by the fans for the fans
A 100% Free Zine
Preferred Language is English
SFW content suitable for a Y7-PG13 age range (same as the show’s age rating)
You may notice I run this different to other zines as there is no sign up period, just submit work before the deadline - I’d rather people have more time to work on their pieces
Anyone can submit regardless of age or skill level - this is not a job application - just follow the guidelines and email in your work
Submission can be Fan Writing (poems, fan fiction, character analysis, eassys etc), Fan Art, or even photos of your Entrapdak IRL content (cosplays, fancrafts etc)!  You can submit an older work that you have published online previously if you wish - or even update a work you submitted to the last Zine! Just have fun!
Guidelines applicable to all work:
Content Age Rating:
Like the show this Zine will contain content rated Y7 and PG13 rated - so please no swearing
There WILL BE NO NSFW or 18+ content - where possible let’s keep this suitable for all ages please
Sub note on character minimum clothing requirements:
for male presenting characters to be speedos/underpants
for female presenting characters to be a bikini/bra and underpants
if not sure please use the female presenting criteria
Theme:
This issue’s theme if you wish to use it is:
“Festive”
This theme is a suggestion and if you’d rather make an Entrapdak piece without this theme please feel free to do so. I want you to have fun!
Allowed Characters:
As long as both Entrapta and Hordak are the main focus and the piece follows Age Rating it will be allowed.
Other allowed characters in the Entrapdak family include Emily, Imp and the Clones (also known as Spacebats)…yes weirdly this also  includes Horde Prime.
Other She-Ra characters will be allowed but Entrapdak is to be the core element.
Phew that’s a lotta text sorry about that - now on to the fun stuff! What sort of stuff is allowed?
Sex Swap AU, Species Swap AU, Furry AU, Toony AU, Anime AU, Fankid AU, Coffee Shop AU, married AU, Spacebat AU, just besties AU just to name the few that pop into my head! Oh yeah Canon Lab Partners Entrapdak too…hehe nearly forgot about that one XD. Make something Entrapdak related that’s PG13 rated and have fun!!
Fan Writing guidelines:
This includes fan fiction, analysis eassys, poetry or whatever else you’d like to write about.  I would ask this content to be between 1k-10k words in length, it’s not a big deal if the writing is over 10k or even if it’s 20k - write whatever your story needs. If you’d like to write Chapters then please do!
Written work can be emailed in the body of text, sent as pdf attachment or as a link to a Google Doc - I can work with any of those.
Please include you name/username somewhere as it helps. If there’s no name on the piece I’ll add one at the start with the title.
Fan Art guidelines:
Fan art can include rough sketches, screencap redraws, comics (appox 1-10 pages length), coloured sketches or full colour pieces.
Fan art can be in the digital or traditional medium.
Traditional fan art can either be submitted as a photo or scanned, which ever you prefer.
Preferred sizing for Digital art is as follows, my aim to to have everything on International (UK) A4 paper sizing where possible*
2480px x 3508pm DPI 132
Portrait layout is preferred**
PNG is preferred but I will understand if you only wish to send a workable JPEG
The aspect ratio (width:height) of A4 paper is 1:1.4142 (1:√2)
If you need a template here’s one -> Here’s a prepared A4 Canvas PSD File (2480pm x 3508px 300DPI) if you’d like to download it and use it <- Template
Notes:
*Images outside these sizings are still okay but may end up with a white border on the edges due to the PDF publishing settings.
**Images in the landscape layout will get boarders when posted on a portrait page due to the PDF publishing settings, however if I receive landscape art I will make some extra pages at the end of the Zine and attempt to turn landscape art into a two page spread (which does look awesome!).
How to Apply:
Make your content and email it to entrapdakzineisluvd[at]gmail.com by JULY 1st 2023
Please make sure to include your Social Media contacts and which name or username you wish to be identified by.  If you forget to include social media details and have been a part of a previous Zine I’ll use the details I have on file
I will reply to confirm I have received the content and that’s it I take care of the rest!
Please note I DO NOT KEEP any records of anyone’s email addresses.  When the Zine is out I batch delete all emails sent to the email address (this is usually done a week after the Zine is out) and I keep no further records of these address. I respect your email privacy at all times.
The only records I keep on Zine applications is a private Google Sheet that has the following details: Submitter’s name, rough description of the item submitted and their social media contacts. I’m the only person with access to this Google Sheet as I use this as a Master List reference when compiling the Zine
FAQs:
Why no Application form?
I don’t want anyone to feel like they are applying for a job here, this is supposed to be fun.
Will there be Guest Artists or Guest Writers?
If they apply sure, I’m not advertising who applies to be a part of this Zine until it’s ready to be published.  I don’t want anyone to feel intimidated just because a certain person has chosen to participate.
Can I submit more than one piece?
If you’d like to certainly!  If you’d like to submit up to three pieces of art and 3 fan writings, sure go for it! I’m certainly not going to stop anyone having a good time
May I post a preview of my work to my Followers?
Sure! Bonus points if you link them to this post so that they can take part if they wish
May I post my work online?
I would ask if you could please wait until the issue featuring your work is published. Of course this does not apply if you are chosen to submit and older work - in this case may I ask that you edit or add to said post to mention the work was also used in the Zine?
Is this only for people with a [insert certain social media account here]?
Nope, this is for anyone who wants to take part.  I only ask for a social media contact so that others who like you work for the Zine may follow you on your preferred social media platform.
Can I send an update to a piece?
Of course! Just let me know which piece you want to use and I’ll update on my end
Can I send another piece on later?
Of course that’s not a problem!
Ah I can’t get this done before the deadline - it’s almost ready!!!  I need another day!!!!
Contact me, either through the submitting email over via my Tumblr or Twitter DMs or just emailing the email address. There is extra time allowed for an extension for anyone who needs it with no questions asked to why it is needed. Just get in contact, I'll put you name on the Extension List and that extra time is yours.  Once all names come in (or the deadline is reached) I will finish up my work and get the zine out. I will not be sending out a further reminder (because I’ll forget sorry 😅).
Why don’t you make the Extension time public?
Because I can’t finish up the Zine if extra stuff comes in at the last second - I get jittery enough with final deadlines so this is how I manage my stress
More Entrapdak Zines??
Sure why not? If the community still wants them I’ll keep compiling them ever three or so months.  I’ve seen what us nerds can do!
Where can I find the finished Zine?
All finished Zines are all hosted on a shared Google Drive folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1My_hDY8NmOWV7v6z0sYi0TSvxv07WowX  Please share it with your other Entrapdak friends when it is ready.
Thank you for making it all the way to the end of this WALL of TEXT.  It’s pretty much exactly the same as the Zine 4 and 5’s but with a few minor changes.

A/N: For the @gotonyzine zine! Crowley definitely fell first and realized first. Unfortunately his angel is a bit of a dense block.
The weather was warm, the clouds non-existent, and Crowley imagined this was a rare nice British summer day. He wasn’t sure when or why he’d decided to stick to the UK after centuries of traveling across the world. While it wasn’t the warmest place he’d been, it also wasn’t the coldest. It was an insufferable middling, the kind of nothing that came from staying on the fence for too long.
In a sense, it was the perfect place for a demon from hell and an angel from heaven to meet. A neutral place, a mid ground.
That didn’t make the country any better, but it made him feel smart and that was worth much more.
Speaking of his angel, Crowley leaned back on the metal bench in the park, amused as he watched Aziraphale hurry across the park to him. “You’re late,” he mildly reprimanded, more to tease his companion than anything else.
“I know, I know, I’m sorry about that.” Aziraphale dabbed his handkerchief to his face and neck as he stopped in front of the bench. He breathed heavily, exerted from however far he had to run to get here. It was mildly flattering. “I wanted to try that ‘skateboarding’ thing that everyone talks about.”
Crowley barked a laugh. “You can’t be serious.”
Aziraphale frowned. “I am.”
“You? Skateboarding?” He rubbed his moustache, unable to imagine it. “Please. You know how much work I had to put in to make it a thing? And priss you wants to try it?”
“What?” Aziraphale paled. He paced back and forth as Crowley watched. “I should have known you were behind this too.”
“What can I say? I had to make up for our recent losses.” Crowley shrugged. For all the nice things that had happened in the past decade, the 70s looked to undo so many of his tiny accomplishments. “We lost the Beatles. Elvis died. A war ended. Nixon stepped down. Don’t get me wrong, they all did their part and it was great, but…the 70s hasn’t been good for my side.”
Aziraphale spared him a glance while he paced. “The Beatles?”
The angel’s tone was flat, a muted surprise at best. Crowley smiled. “You know how it is. Musicians. Us. I’m a damn fine muse, if I say so myself.”
“Yes, I’ve seen you in a dress.” Aziraphale exhaled tiredly, running a hand through his hair. “Of course, all artists are yours. I should remember that better.”
Crowley studied the angel. How should he take that? Aziraphale liked the dress? He liked him in the dress? He was just being kind? It was hard to tell with him sometimes—Crowley had long known that angels were stuffy, rigid things, but Aziraphale took that to a different level.
“You know, for all of those ‘losses’, it doesn’t feel like my side’s winning,” Aziraphale pointed out. He finally came to a stop in front of him.
“Well, I didn’t say you were winning, just that my side is starting to lose.” Crowley shrugged. “Give it time. Besides, I can’t be amazing all the time. They’ll get expectations or something like that. I’m trying to have an easy life.”
“But you should want—” Aziraphale cut himself off. Crowley could just guess where the convo had been about to go: you should want to do your job properly.
Only, what sort of angel tried to encourage a demon to do bad?
Answer: the conflicted one biting his tongue in front of him. Crowley snickered.
“Anyways. Let’s get down to it.” Aziraphale plopped down beside him, his back straight, knees perfectly angled, body looking like it was about to escape. Maybe it was. “Our weekly report.”
“Date,” Crowley corrected, stretching his arms above him leisurely.
Aziraphale flushed a fetching shade of red. “Check-up.”
“To-may-to, to-mah-to.” Crowely shrugged, used to their mild quibble. They’d had it for years. It was a concession that Aziraphale had upgraded their meetings to ‘check-up’ as opposed to whatever professionally stuffy thing he had labelled them before.
“Why is that a saying? Does this ever happen?” Aziraphale threw his hands in the air. “No one’s going around correcting tomato pronunciations.”
“Someone must have.” He rolled his eyes. As usual, Aziraphale had a flair for the dramatics. Not that Crowley was one to talk.  “We were there for the inquisition. It was probably something blah blah enlightenment blah blah.”
“Those were dark times, now it should be better.” Aziraphale sighed. He pressed his hands into his thighs and exhaled softly. “Alright. Back to it. Are there any big movements on your side?”
“Not really.” Crowley shrugged lazily. He lolled his head back, staring up at the bright blue sky. Hell, it was nice today. Maybe he could give his plants some sunshine, if they behaved. “Like I said, it’s kinda a bad decade for us.”
Azirphale snorted. “Bad decade? You?” He turned to him disbelievingly. “Have you seen the state of the world?”
Crowley pursed his lips. Somewhere in the distance, a group of labourers marched in protest. “Well, admittedly, I hear how that sounds.”
“You hear?” Aziraphale gestured around them. A woman walking three dogs passed by, her smallest dog giving them the stink eye. There were sirens as cops came to handle the protest. Nearby, a small boy kicked another boy before running away.
Crowley curled his lip. “Don’t be dramatic.”
“I’m not being dramatic, I’m being practical. We have bars. With drugs. And so much lust. And pollution. And guns.” Aziraphale trembled, no doubt thinking of just how many sins were walking the earth now. “I’m surprised the horsemen haven’t just touched everything.”
“Well, they would have tried, but I don’t think the big guy down there’s ready yet. And they’re still figuring things out ever since Pestilence left.” Crowley shuddered. No matter how many times he dealt with the horsemen, they were all off-putting in different ways. Certainly not the kind of demons he wanted to hang around and have tea with. Or talk about nothing like he did with Aziraphale. “I still can’t believe that happened.”
Aziraphale hunched over. “Isn’t that a bad thing? Pollution is much stronger than Pestilence is.”
“These days, sure. It’s a lot easier to contaminate than disease…” Crowley trailed off as he noticed Aziraphale’s pose. That wasn’t good. For an angel, he got worried far too often and about inconsequential things. It was endearing at times. At others, Crowley wanted to give him some opium or weed.
“Oh, come on. It’s not nearly that bad.” Crowley reached over and patted his back. “I mean, a war ended. Nixon left. The only nice thing is that the hippies are finally done with their little spiel. I think the 70s is more your decade than ours.”
“I wouldn’t say that…” Aziraphale rested his chin in his hands, pouting. “If we’re doing well, it’s because nothing else is happening. We haven’t done anything big in a while. They’re going to start asking for results soon.”
“Then you’ll just have to do something big,” Crowley suggested lightly, pressing his thumb against Aziraphale’s jacket. The small indentation made him smile.
Aziraphale answered flatly, “If it were that easy, we wouldn’t be here.”
“True.” There was nothing else he could say to that.
They both sat there, watching as pedestrians passed, as children ran across the park fetching with their dogs. Crowley absent-mindedly brushed his moustache. Aziraphale scuffed his shoe. The wind picked up, stirring the flowers and grass.
Aziraphale finally broke the silence. “You don’t think those weird box things are going to catch on, do you?”
“Those what?” Crowley raised a brow, perplexed.
“Those metal things. The ones they press buttons and it has a screen and it changes colours.” Aziraphale stared at a tree blankly as he struggled to remember. “It’s, uh…technology…”
That sounded vaguely familiar. Crowley pursed his lips, running through his memories, before guessing, “A computer?”
“Yeah! That!” Aziraphale exhaled, pleased. “They’re kind of weird looking, aren’t they? Do you think they’d catch on?”
“I don’t know, they’re really big and clunky, right?” In all the centuries that passed, the one thing that hadn’t changed about humans was their penchant for strange ideas. For better and for worse. “I don’t know why anyone would use that. It’s not like they do much.”
“Me neither.” His angel beamed, ecstatic. “I’m sure it’ll go away soon enough.”
The shiver running up Crowley’s spine told him it wouldn’t. Maybe he should look later into taking advantage of the thing. It’d definitely make for an easy accomplishment. For now, though, he merely raised a brow and asked, “You seem eager. Why? The big guys upstairs mandate computers are our work now?”
“No, no.” Aziraphale shook his head quickly. Rubbing his neck nervously, he explained, “It just feels…I don’t know. Big? It feels like it might change everything. And, well, you know how it is. A lot’s changing already.”
“Angel, we’ve been down here for how long?” Crowley raised a brow, pointing at the buildings behind them. At the plane flying above them. “I don’t think these were here before the flood.”
“Well. No, they weren’t,” Aziraphale mumbled, eyes on the ground.
It wasn’t a look Crowley liked. He cocked his head and frowned. “Then, what’s wrong, angel?”
“Most of those changes were really slow.” Aziraphale wrung his hands helplessly. He answered slowly, trying to find the words. “Like, it took them so long to figure out how to make their own fire. Or a house. Or even clothes.”
Crowley wrinkled his nose, remembering those early years. “Remember how long it took them to figure out alcohol? Major success on our part, but we were far too slow about it.”
“That…” Aziraphale shot him a frown. “Anyways, the point is, it took them decades to figure out all of that and now mere years is all it takes before they’re flying planes and driving cars.”
“Well.” Crowley had to concede the point. “That is a bit fast, I suppose.”
“They’re going to space.”
“Fine.” He rolled his eyes at his companion’s theatrics. “A lot fast.”
“Do you think it’s the end of days?” Aziraphale worried his lip nervously. His hair looked like a sheep’s wool in the light. “You haven’t heard anything from downstairs, have you?”
“I told you, the head honcho hasn’t made his move yet.” Seeing Aziraphale only bit his lips harder, Crowley sighed and added, “Trust me, I’m a big deal these days. They’d tell me.”
Probably.
Actually, he wasn’t entirely certain of his status other than they bought his fake reports hook, line, and sinker, so either lower management thought he was doing a great job or they were just waiting to crush him.
Aziraphale still looked gloomy. It wasn’t a look that suited him at all. Crowley crossed his arms behind his head and continued, “Besides, it’s not like all the changes are bad, right? I mean, life has gotten way more interesting now that they’ve started making movies and shows.”
A smile flickered across his angel’s face. “They’re making it harder to sell books.”
“Turn your bookstore into a video store.” Crowley reached up and twirled his mustache. “I got a ‘stache, and that’s definitely a great change.”
Aziraphale’s smile grew wider. “It is a change.”
“Hey.” Crowley glared at him briefly.
“I’m sorry.” Aziraphale leaned closer, almost too close, as he examined the mustache. His breath ghosted Crowley’s skin and he held his own. “I suppose it is good.”
Only when Aziraphale leaned back did he finally let himself a small breath. Lightly, Crowley rebuked, “It’s great and you have no taste.”
“Fine, fine, it’s great,” Aziraphale repeated, chuckling. He reached down and squeezed Crowley’s hands gently. His skin was as cool as a cucumber’s, something Crowley hadn’t quite figured out if it was an angel-thing or an Aziraphale-thing. “Thanks.”
Crowley allowed himself a moment, allowed himself a chance to savour it. Then he got up, letting the angel’s fingers skim his skin. “It’s nothing. Because nothing happened. So, I’ll see you next week, usual time?"
“Yeah.” Aziraphale pursed his lips, his hand still gripping the air. He stared at it, as though it was asking a question, before quietly requesting, “Wait.”
Such a quiet word shouldn’t hold any power, but Crowley froze all the same. This was new. This was different. Aziraphale rarely stayed on the bench after they’d finished exchanging, even rarer had an entire chat with him. Extending the session on his own accord? Next to impossible.
Yet, that was what happened. Perplexed, Crowley stared down at him.
“I…” Aziraphale tugged his collar as he stood. “Look, let’s…let’s watch one of those movies together.”
Something in him jumped at the idea but Crowley kept his feelings in check. “What’s this, angel?”
“For research,” Aziraphale mumbled before shaking his head. “No, that’s not—it’s a thanks. For helping me feel better.” He smiled awkwardly. “We could watch that space movie or something.”
“Star Wars?” Crowley guessed automatically, still processing everything he’d heard.
“Yeah, that one.” Aziraphale smiled, nodding eagerly. “Is that fine?”
Crowley would have watched static if Aziraphale had asked. He grinned. “Lead the way, Angel.”
There were definitely some changes that were better than others. Their ever-adapting relationship was one of them.
He looked forward to seeing just how far it would go.

Hello, Batfans!
Mod Kye here.
First and foremost, thank you so much for your patience, and my sincerest apologies for how long this has all taken to wrangle together. I have a handful of long-awaited updates below on previous delays, digital copies today, wrap-up and leftover sales, so please read carefully!
To start, I'd like to issue an apology for the delays this project has suffered over the course of its run and offer a bit of transparency. This year was unexpectedly very hard personally and health-wise, and without going into detail about illness for the sake of sensitivity, took me out of contact on several weeks-long stretches and occasions, leaving my team in the dark without news—and by extension all of you. Such long radio silence and delays are not what you want in a project that deals with people's money, trust and time, and I know it's been frustrating, and for that I'm so sorry. My lack of communication was difficult and monumentally unfair for everyone involved, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Mods Ari and Michi, as well as Kait, for working behind the scenes to keep things running, to update all of you when they could, and for going above and beyond in ways there aren’t words for, when I was unable or unwilling to step up. If any readers are in the zine scene (as regular buyers, or as contributors yourselves) and see them on a project in the future, please check it out, because they’re a force like no other, and will make an amazing experience out of anything they run. They are, quite frankly, the only reason this project was started and finished, and deserve all the support you guys have sent and more for what they went through and accomplished despite the difficulties I caused them, our contributors, and our timeline to you, our customers.
Order Fulfillment
All customer orders were mailed out June 2nd. As I was unable to update BigCartel with tracking at the time, it meant that most of you were not notified. I’m incredibly sorry. I’ve spoken to a handful of folks about their packages this week, but from our internal shipping system, it appears everything was safely delivered. If you have not received your package, or have had any issues with your delivery, please touch base with me at [email protected] about your order!
Contributor bundles will be going out this weekend, which means it’s time for…
Digital Bundles
An email with a direct link to our wonderful digital bundles will follow this update that just went out in about an hour just to please email spam servers, so please keep your eyes peeled and on your inboxes if you're waiting on that! If you have any issues receiving it, make sure you check spam/junk folders first and then reach out so I can help ensure you receive it!
And Finally, Leftovers!
Last but certainly not least, a final announcement for anyone with a friend or loved one eagerly awaiting getting their hands on the cool book and wicked merch they saw you get recently. Our leftover sales will be opening Wednesday, September 20th! If you know someone who missed out on sales the first time around and would love to support this incredible project, please spread the word—or if you’d like to grab an extra keychain for your collection, we’ll see you then!
A separate post with a full announcement will be made tomorrow to circulate just so it doesn't get lost in the update here.
Thank you so much for reading this far, and for sticking with us and supporting this project.

"Note to self: Peppercorn steak for Kashiki."
"Around ten days ago was Archivist Avenfold's birthday. The thing I've learned about Human birthdays is that the occasion is either quite a big deal to them, or they make an even bigger deal about how they don't wish to make a big deal of it. It's also apparently considered appropriate etiquette to inquire a Human woman's age only secondhand. I have not known many Sylvari to commemorate the date of their emergence, as it's often a day as much of sorrow in the loss of one's deep immersion in the Dream as it is one of joy at the start of a new adventure. Furthermore, in the collective connection we are all being born every day, constantly, as each turning of the world a new part of ourselves opens its eyes.
We would be holding parties every single day, I believe is my point. It would really get in the way of getting anything done."
- - - - - - - - - -
My entry for the Commander of Your Heart zine (@gw2-zine)! A little bit of epistolary angst and musing about what is, what was, and what could have been, featuring my favorite salad.
Please enjoy the full piece on AO3 here!:
- Note: Peppercorn Steak by Laiska
And be sure to check out the full zine for a number of other wonderful submissions!

👑 APPLICATION ADVICE 🌿
Tumblr media
Hello! We are so glad you want to join our zine! I’m Mod Anna, in charge of writing and organization. We decided to share advice on what we look for in applications, as well as how the application is formatted. If you’ve applied to a lot of zines or none at all, we hope you’ll read through this information to guide you through our application process. First things first: a link to our info sheet is here. BEFORE reading this post, look at our FAQ and contributor application requirements. A lot of your questions will be answered here already. It helps mods if you examine our provided information before asking a new question.
Before opening the application, I suggest you know which pieces you are using to apply. An organized portfolio and strong submission pieces do a lot for ensuring we can give your application the dedication we want to in our reviewal process. If your links don’t work, we won’t be able to give you a fair review. AO3, Google Drive (with the correct sharing permissions), and any other free online portfolio will work. If you’re worried about your links working, you can check their access abilities using an incognito or private tab. Each applicant will be sent a copy of their responses so you can ensure you submitted the correct ones. For other portfolio suggestions, I will include more information later in this post.
For the application itself: our first question on the application confirms you are 18+ before applying. If you are not of age, we will not be able to accept you. If we find out you have lied, you will be disqualified from our project and likely future ones the mod team runs. I apologize if you want to join but are under 18—but this rule protects us and you to comply with labor laws as much as we can. The next few questions will ask you for general information. Your credit name, pronouns, social media links (if you have any) and a discord username. We will be communicating zine information through a Discord server, so please ensure you have an account.
Social media follower count will not be conducive to our choice for acceptance. For me, if I want to see more work from the applicant, I may check their social media if their portfolio is too small. The issue with a Certain Social Media Site, formerly known as Tw*tter, is that it does not organize your work well (i.e. RTs are hard to sort through from your personal work). I would suggest a blogging site, like tumblr, with a tag we can filter through. AO3 is similar with sorting capabilities, so you may wish to share yours even if you choose a different portfolio format.
Choose the zine position you will apply for. If you have more than one you wish to apply for, submit more than one application. If you are accepted, however, it will only be for one position. The pinch hitter question is pretty important. If we have a contributor fall through, you may be messaged to work on a shorter timeline. We have a few options of how you’d like to be considered as a pinch hitter, such as if your decision changes whether you’re accepted or not. I personally have been a pinch hitter more than once; it’s fun, it’s rushed, but it’s a job that a lot of people don’t always appreciate. Nonetheless, this answer will not affect your acceptance status.
Next is your submissions. For your submission links, artists are recommended to use Google Drive links and writers are recommended to use AO3 or Google Drive. You don’t have to host them on these sites, however, please make sure your links are easy to access and use. The harder it is for us to find your work, the less time we will be able to review it. You will also be asked which part of our zine you’re interested in creating for (Karasuno, Pro Leagues, JNT/Olympics) and whether you wish to create for our potential NSFW add-on. Page artists will be asked if they want to be our cover artist.
Each person will be asked about portfolio and submission links. The next section will help with choosing your pieces. Please include any content warnings in the space provided and keep this section SFW.
𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
GENERAL OVERVIEW: If you have pieces that feature Kageyama or Hinata, especially concerning their relationship, I recommend using those for your submission pieces. This way we will be able to understand how you portray them, and how we see that fitting in with our project. A zine team wants a range of contributors. The more flexible your work is while maintaining a consistent style, the better we’ll be able to see you creating a page we want to print. If you choose to submit pieces from other fandoms, ensure there’s a reason why you want to include them. Whether they resemble a way you’ll draw them or write their characterizations, you want to target your pieces toward showing off your capabilities, not limiting them. It is not recommended to include drafts or sketches of your work in your portfolio. We want to see what you can develop in full for our zine.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PAGE ARTISTS: Choose pieces that are as current to your developed artistic style. The way you color, render, line, light, and form will all be taken into consideration. You want at least 1 piece, if not all 3, to have full backgrounds. Your compositions and detail will be important, i.e. if you have characters in similar poses or simple backgrounds, we won’t be able to see the full range of your skill. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MERCH ARTISTS: Along with the above section, please ensure you have as many polished merch designs in your portfolio, if you have them. The more you have, the better we can see what merch item you would best create. If you apply to both positions, I don’t recommend an overlap between your main submissions—you can include them in your portfolio, but try to tailor your application to the merch aspect versus as a page artist.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WRITERS: As a writer myself, I may be biased in saying that a writer application is the hardest to craft. For one, if you don’t have KageHina pieces, the mod team has a weaker understanding of how you would write these characters in their canon scenario.
If you have any polished KageHina pieces, it is imperative you include at least one. Otherwise, if you have written any characters that emulate their personalities or how you would write them, or even other characters in the Haikyuu!! Universe, we will accept these as well. The better the mods know the characters, the more they’re likely to judge your piece fairly. As a side note, I will include other fandoms the mods are familiar with so you can determine if you have any pieces of fandoms outside of Haikyuu!! that would fit what you wish to portray in our zine.
For writing, determine the kind of relationship you want to portray in a potential zine piece. Getting together, hurt/comfort, established relationships, fluff, humor—all of the tropes you want to include and how you write them, pick the pieces that best represent them. Characterization, setting, fluid writing are all important and ultimately, the way the piece makes a reader feel. As applicants, we do not get to explain what our intent is with a piece; all we have is the work, and how a mod enjoys your pieces. Here, range is important. If your pitches are angsty, you’ll want an angst submission. If you want to write humor, the same thing. We will do our best to determine different applicants and their goals to create a cohesive, flowing piece that portrays Hinata and Kageyama in their canon element.
Pay attention to word count as well. We are aiming for 1.5k-3k word pieces for the zine. This means you’ll want at least one finished piece in this length and excerpts of this length. We will only read a max of 5k per piece so keep this in mind during your selections.
Final Points to Make your Application Stronger: we are forming a zine about KageHina in canon. Do you have pieces of them younger in Karasuno or older in JNT? You may want to include these. Especially when it comes down to your pitches in the next section.
As a final reminder, keep all pieces SFW. The NSFW portion follows a similar format, of course, but this is an optional application. You will want to include Mature or Explicit work for the NSFW part of our application.
𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐎
This is where you put your pieces that are the strongest outside of your main submission. I would recommend Google Drive Folder. For all applicants, when we review more of your pieces, we will be able to give your application a more thorough look. Just as a reminder, organization does matter. If you have extra pieces you wish to show off, this is when you would include them. I recommend a Google Drive Folder because, although more work to put together, we will be able to sort through your other pieces quicker. You could include a list of AO3 links with details about each fic, you could include full excerpts, you could include more of your range in artwork.
𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒
I love reading creative pitches. I love seeing the passion a contributor has for the zine or for the characters themselves! Feel free to think about what you wish to create for this project. Try to keep them at a reasonable length, but still detailed enough that we can see your vision. This will not determine your acceptance but it does help us figure out which part of the zine we’d like to see you write or draw for. Make sure to submit and ask any questions or comments you have. We will answer them on our twitter if we feel them relevant. You will receive a copy of your responses, too.
𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍
Thank you so much for reading this, frankly, verbose post. I appreciate your attention to your application and I hope this soothes some of your worries. We are so excited to see all the lovely applications! No matter what happens, we are so happy for your passion for this project.
Much affection, Mod Anna

Cw Omegaverse, unwanted scenting, unwanted sexual advances
Spencer being an omega wasn’t a secret, but it also wasn’t something the team talked about. With a mix of suppressants and being scented by his mate, Hotch, people often thought he was a beta or a low-ranking alpha, but every now and then an officer or fellow agent would find out Spencer was an omega – the only omega in the FBI at that – and decide to harass him because of it.
Spencer insisted he could handle himself though. He didn’t want to be coddled, even if sometimes he needed it.
Like now.
The team was currently on a case. Everything was going well until one of the officers looked Spencer up and found a news article about Spencer being an omega in the FBI. Now he wouldn’t leave Spencer alone.
Spencer did his best to ignore his snide remarks and sexual advances but when the rest of the team had to leave to different assignments for the case, he found himself wishing he had his alpha to protect him.
“Hey little omega, all alone?” The officer said as he walked into the conference room Spencer was in, shutting the door behind him. Spencer didn’t answer the man and just kept staring at the board he was looking at. “Why don’t you come with me, huh?” The man got closer, placing a hand on Spencer’s hip.
Spencer backed away sharply. “I’m working, please leave me alone.”
“It can wait, baby,” the officer said as he took a step closer while smirking. It only took a second for Spencer to register what the officer was doing as his senses started to cloud with the scent of alpha. It was illegal to purposely scent someone else without their consent. While it did sometimes happen on accident, it was clear by the look on the alpha’s face that he was trying to overpower Spencer.
“I—I already have an alpha. You n-need to leave,” Spencer said, taking slow breaths and trying to think around the overwhelming scent. No matter how strong an omega was, there was only so much they could do when it came to an alpha scenting them. The scent spoke to their most basic needs of an omega – to find an alpha and breed.
“Shhh,” the officer placed his hand back on Spencer’s hip. “Come on, omega. So sweet for me,” the officer grabbed Spencer’s chin and leaned only inches away from Spencer’s face so that his scent would be even stronger. “Just let go and come with me.”
Spencer could feel his eyes water as his mind started to blur. All he could think of was alpha, alpha, alpha – but not this alpha. He didn’t want this man; he wanted his alpha. “…Aaron… Alpha…” Spencer started to mumble. He had no idea that Hotch was walking through the doors of the police station at that same moment. Once Hotch got inside, he felt something wrong with his omega and raced towards him.
Spencer didn’t even hear the door slam open as Hotch ran in, smelled what the alpha was doing, saw his crying omega, and punched the officer in the face without a single word. The punch made the officer pull his scent back and Spencer gasped as he could finally breathe again.
“Alpha!” Spencer cried, reaching out for Hotch. Spencer never called Hotch alpha in public, so he knew he was shaken up. He quickly wrapped him in his arms and scented him gently – not enough that he couldn’t think, just enough to calm the omega down.
Emily and Morgan came into the room next, quickly figuring out what happened and feeling a flame light under them with the knowledge of someone messing with Spencer.
“Arrest him for omega abuse,” Hotch said to Emily and Morgan before he guided Spencer to the sofa that was in the corner of the room.
Once they sat down, Spencer said, “I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to stop him… I only want you, Alpha…”
“I know, sweetheart. You are safe now,” Hotch said before pressing a kiss onto Spencer’s head.
