hii it's me again, I have another idea for a new order 😄

First, Reader is a member of the band and is Bill's partner, so after having a relationship for years, Reader decides to surprise Bill by proposing to him at one of his concerts, Bill was not expecting it (obviously) so he is very excited and ends up crying with emotion and everything ends very nicely and with many kisses 🤗

This one deleted on me when I was right at the end of finishing it, and omg I went crying to my best friend. But I love this one sm (seriously my inbox is blessed by you guys) <3

Warnings: Reader uses guitar, lots of fluff, Bill having stage fright (but you comfort him.), idk just fluff <3

Bill Kaulitz x Male Reader

"Come on! You already got this planned out didn't you!?" Georg complained "I'm just so nervous, what if I screw up? Or if he says no!?" Tom was tuning his guitar slightly, but honestly felt like he was trying to drain your complaints out. (He's also mad because you messed up the tune.) "Do you have the ring?" "Yeah." You took a silver & black ring from your pocket.

You shown Gustav and Georg, they examine it. "No way Bill would say no." "Yeah, weren't you and Bill in a relationship for 3 years?" Gustav questioned, tilting his head. "What if he got tired of me?" "No way, he complains and whines whenever you aren't around. I swear it's annoying." Tom rolled his eyes. You put the ring back in your pocket and picked up your guitar, it was already tuned. A nice shade of black, and a pick of your (favorite color).

Bill walked in the room, he looked tense and nervous. You took a notice at this and took his hand in yours. You rubbed your thumb on the back of his hand, he felt more relaxed, it was your way of saying; 'it's gonna be alright' he was in need of it 'cause it always seemed to be right.

"5 more minutes." The manager announced, Tom got his guitar tuned and everything was set. You could hear the roars of the thousands of fans screaming and yelling. Your heart beat faster by each minute, not by preforming. But by proposing.

The time has come for your eardrums to get broken by the screams of fangirls and regular fans. The lights went out and the crowd went quiet, the 5 of you walked on stage, soon to get blinded by the flash of the lights turning back on again. The crowd went wild, you swear you could feel the stage shake a little.

It was the closing song, Monsoon, everyone sang along. It was honestly beautiful. (Just like Bill 😍) The more Bill sang the more it became to end, so it was really just a "screw it" point. You started to walk backwards were Bill couldn't see you at the corner of his eye, so you stopped playing and flipped the guitar on your back.

Tom glanced at you a smiled, all you could do was smile back. You took the ring out of your pocket. You walked behind Bill, he was about 3 sentences away from finishing the song. Once it ended you bent down onto one knee. Bill went to look at you with a wide smile on his face, but soon had a confused look when he didn't see you.

He turned around to face you, and immediately noticed a beautiful ring and your face he could forever look at. His hand covered his mouth from how shocked he was. "Bill, I loved you everyday without ever stopping, and I never will stop. I want to wake up next to you everyday, and when I do I smile each time. So Bill, will you marry me?" You kept your smile strong, showing off the ring. Even the crowd went silent to hear his answer.

He began to form years in his eyes as slowly took his hand away from his mouth. He nodded before saying "Yes!"

The crowd went wild, you smiled wide and pulled Bill into a tight hug. (Tom was shaking Georg at the side out of excitement.) You took his hand and placed the small jewelry on, and kissing the hand right on the ring. Soon kissing his cheek. Bill put his hands over his face and dug his head into your shoulder, you noticed he was crying so you kissed him softly on the neck.

You brought him off stage and Tom was yelling "Finally!" you and Bill laughed. (Gustav was paying $20 to Georg in the corner after loosing a bet.) Bill was still holding onto you as his eyeliner was down his cheeks, his head still against your shoulder but his hands wrapped around you.

I had so much fun writing this for the 2nd time, and not gonna lie I think I did better on this one anyways. <3

my personality type is INFP

i love drawing/writing and creating things in general. I tend to hyperfixate quite easily on things accidentally.

I play the violin quite often and I take a martial arts class :)

My favorite color is purple and black and some things i like to do in my free time is just binge watch things or read books. I tend to be quite stubborn on things and don't change my opinion easily this and I also tend to be quite hot-headed at times. I also like listening to music. My friends also say that I'm kinda intimidating from far away but once you get to know me they feel embarrassed that they ever thought i was so :D

this is specifically set in the nightbringer timeline and inspired the "why can't i come home?" chat

content + warnings: solomon x gn! reader (can be read as platonic if you're affectionate in general), reader is implied to be shorter than solomon

"i think we fucked up."

"who the fuck is we?"

you stare in disbelief at the scene before you. viscous goop runs down the walls of the kitchen. the color is some horrific purple-- you're not sure if it's from solomon's terrible cooking or whatever made the dish explode in the first place-- and the mystery meal sizzles a little as it comes in contact with the drywall.

solomon's not looking at you. he's staring at the burner in a quiet, contained panic, his index knuckle trapped between his teeth as he thinks on what might have possibly gone wrong. his face is one of a man who knows what he's done wrong and is trying very hard to rationalize it in his head.

"... nothing exploded until you came home? so really, this is..."

he trails off, like he realizes the folly in trying to pin this on you.

you want to be mad. you want to be so pissed off at him for making this mess. he knew he wasn't supposed be in the kitchen, and that's why the sneaky bastard waited until you were supposed to be gone at the house of lamentation to craft his wretched creation. you knew this would happen. he knew this would happen. why did solomon insist on cooking when he was so god-awful about it?

but then you sigh, defeated.

you had told him the night previous that you were a little stressed by your obligations lately-- to the brothers, to diavolo, to the future of the devildom. when you arrived home after his suspicious texts, you found him in the kitchen, sleeves rolled up, begging you to just give him five more minutes to finish the dinner he was making for you. it was a terrible idea, really, to leave him alone this long.

he may be an idiot, but at least he was considerate.

solomon's arms wrap around your shoulders from behind as your eyes squeeze shut. maybe if you close your eyes, this will all go away? his lips find temple, and he begins to press soft, apologetic kisses across your skin.

"i'm sorry... i should have listened to you. i just wanted to do something nice for you..."

"you almost set the kitchen on fire, solomon."

"... i didn't think it was going to do that."

silence. he's practically holding his breath in anticipation. as aloof as he usually acts, you can tell he's really hoping you'll forgive him for this.

"well," you start. "i'm going to go grab us something from hell's kitchen. and when i return, i'd really love to have that mess gone."

he squeezes your shoulders in a tight hug and kisses your cheek again. you can feel his muscles relax against your body as he waltzes out of the metaphorical doghouse.

"yes! i'll get everything cleaned up before you get home to make it up to you. that's the least i can do."

the sorcerer scurries off to gather cleaning supplies. you call after him to get his order, but he's gone in the blink of an eye and you don't have the energy to chase after him.

you're starting to think you're never going to get a day of peace in the devildom.

DECIDED A REBLOG WOULDN’T BE ENOUGH- // FANG RANT PT 2

Ok ok ok, WE BACK AND CHATTIN’. TIME TO GRAB POPCORN OR WATER IDK TO ENJOY MY RANT <33 +uhh warning ig: get ready for BEEG over analyzation lol

Notice the color used on the arrows? Symbolizing yellow and red? If you see this conversation as a mockin’ful, you can relate the meanings. If used negatively [seems fitting for this scene], you get this: Yellow meaning cowardice, and red meaning warning.

Honestly, this is VERY fitting, knowing how scared Fang is in Fang’s Big Break. The amount of fear he gets in Superstars as a whole really makes you worry for him. Bean is pretty explanatory, he’s “getting tired of Fang’s antics”. Reason for Bark not having the arrow, I'm not sure, possibly because he’s not verbally arguing, or he’s not as mad as the others. Either way, I think Bark is just more caring about the situation. With this hypothetical situation, I think Fang is just scared that he’ll be alone. So he turns reactive in the face of a jerky persona. For Bean, he’s gaining more independence. I know this rant isn’t about ‘im but I really do realize how much Bean is getting as a character. He’s speaking more, asking the questions, getting sassy more on screen.

Okay, now let’s get into connecting Fang’s Big Break with Fang the Hunter. I’m claiming that FTH is before FBB, because I’m sure that’s the motion for it. Looking at the images below, don’t they look similar? Somewhat? Now I want you to mash those frames up, with the speech including the thoughts.

“Bean?! Bark?!” [Get your act together! You’re repeating your past mistakes! You’re better than this! You have to be!] Both are in distress, and it shows how much content is missing from the cover [saying that Fang is just what he shows to be]. And even if both situations are VERY DIFFERENT: See how that helps my case even more. In FTH, he’s with his crew and now they’re gone. Of course he’s gonna yell out for them, that’s the first instinct. This is expected, if you lost the people near you, of course you’re gonna call for ‘em. Nothing deep is seen here, but for the right image, I differ. I say it over and over again, but he really is trying to be better. The context is, he’s on a hunt and he angered a bird who now is chasing him along with crushing his cork gun. A big difference between the situations is that he STARTED alone compared to becoming alone. With no one else in his mind, he’s gonna worry for himself. But he isn’t getting mad about being alone [at least, from what’s written], he’s not yelling for help, he has only himself to talk to. And what does he notify himself? “Get your act together”. He’s trying to stop his mistakes, whatever that may be.

Let’s use that past sentence, and although it ails Hooligan fans [INCLUDING ME AHHHHHH </3], let’s imagine Bean, Bark, and Fang harshly separated. If you put that hypothetical with Fang’s thoughts, you can imagine he’s telling himself to stop being careless.+SINCE I’M STILL MAKING THIS HAPPY, THIS HYPOTHETICAL DEF HAS BEAN AND BARK COMING BACK <33

From sources, people push others away so that they won’t get hurt. Well, you could use that to correlate with Fang’s behavior.

This is what Sega calls him, a jerk, “our favorite jerky jerboa!”, even in Archie, “And a total jerk”. This actually lines up with pushing others away, making this term more seemingly true. Going to the main point, you can see why Fang would want to stop acting this way. It led him to be alone, without “his boys”, without the zaniness that his gang brings him. It’s not the same anymore. (this is where I insert my shipping blast btw)

In Superstars, this is correct! We don’t see Bean or Bark, we’re introduced to Trip [a WHOLE NEW gal], Fang is working very close to Eggman, and heck, his tech got upgraded.

*okay rando thing: In FTH, he wishes the Marvelous Queen gets the upgrades she needs to take Sonic down. In Superstars, he gets more than that, he gets his own robot ALONG with tons of upgrades for the MQ…if FTH is before Superstars, would he feel achievement? Somehow? +yknow, until it blows up [yeh, i'm not joking]

BACK TO LE COMIC, …oh ye I technically went over everything. Or at least, what goes into his mentality,..UHH

Let’s look at Trip rq. Trip the Lizard gets an entire arc in Superstars! Her dynamic between her and Fang is simple, Trip tries to help or Trip tries to do what Fang says and Fang just relents and belittles her. Once Trip gets kicked by Fang, [Trip had to gull to stop Fang] she gains her heroism and sides with Sonic. Fang gets defeated by her anddddd ye that’s the last of Fang in that story. Now, I'm gonna show how sweet she was, even if Fang wouldn’t return the respect.

I know Sonic Channel isn’t usually taken as canon, but like SHE GIVES HERSELF THE BAD PANCAKE, LIKE AWHH<33 And she doesn’t give up when given commands, tho that can be because she’s verbally forced to. And in the left image, Fang isn’t mad or annoyed about her behavior. Obviously it’s a calm setting, +he’s getting something good. Gosh, he looks surprised, or a little concerned, because “Why is she still being like this after the stuff I push her through?” It’s not new to him though, it’s like Bean and Bark all over again. They stick together through many things. But the more he doesn’t let others in his life, he’ll just get hurt more and more. This is where I'd say Fang should try to listen to himself, “Get your act together” “You’re better than this”, but in the sense he should open up, that he should be more emotional and let his mind speak. I think that explains why he’s unlikable to some, he’s just reacting madly with no reason. And if I were to find a reason, it’d be because he’s not getting what he deserves, a close bond. And bringing up the sad fact, if he doesn’t let himself be himself, he’s not going to get what he needs. I swear, he’s regretting his choices, but it seems like he’s gone far. Trip could’ve helped but she moved sides. In FTH, Bean and Bark are staying, and I can only hope it STAYS.THAT. WAY. Cause like, Team Hooligan has been together for SO LONG, Bean and Bark are having fun with Fang, and Fang is leveled out with Bean and Bark.

Ngl, this is supposed to be a “This is why the way he is” more than “He’s justifiable”, but I think my rant could give new insight as to why he’s not a horrible character. Especially when there’s so many others already avoiding an unlikable Fang, Fang Gang being my prime example :] cause we love the silly jerboa! We don’t STOP loving him, and we make sure of that. <33

what is your job? I'm a sociologist and a professor at a university (assistant professor, but on a tenure track. it is still WILD to me that i landed this)

if you could go back to school would you? if I had time and it was free? TOTALLY. Love school, love learning, I could have majored in a billion different things cause everything was interesting. Maybe physics? I'd love to know more physics.

can you parallel park? sort of? like, I can. and I will force myself to, just because I feel like I should be able to, but it might take me a few corrections

a job you had that would surprise people? tour guide for an historic Dutch windmill, haha. sometimes I got to help the miller sift the flour

Are you named after anyone? not really? My mom wanted to name me some other (primarily russian) name but my dad said "no we name her Victoria because it means victory and she will always win". idk if I'm always winning but that's a nice sentiment.

When was the last you cried? I am genuinely not a crier so I don't remember???

Do you have kids? nope.

What sports do you play/have you played? always have been a sporty kid. I used to do dancing with some mild acrobatics, then moved to basketball (until I got cut out of the team for being SHORT i hate my school for that) and then I started to play tennis. I am still playing, twice a week and it's really my favorite sport.

Do you use sarcasm? wish I wasn't

What is the first thing you notice about people? hm. in real life it's hair. online i guess it's the way they write out messages.

What is your eye color? brown.

Scary movies or happy endings? i like both but genuinely I have started to enjoy happy endings more than I did as an edgy teenager. life is scare as fuck as it is man. I'd like a guarantee that something somewhere will be alright.

Any talents? fortunately or not I am a jack of all trades but a master of none (which is still better than a master of one or how the saying goes).

Where were you born? in the woods if you ask my mom when she's mad at me.

What are your hobbies? tennis, video games, finding a perfect book to read, indulging in some fun kinds of sports and of course writing (my beloved and behated)

Favorite subject at school? my faves were PE (i was that Not Like The Other Girls kid trying to beat every boy in class), history, social sciences and English. By the last two years of school I have learned english (mostly with a tutor) to the level where my english teacher (who was the head teacher of our class) said that I could skip the actual classes, so I got to sleep in a lot ahaha. I lived very close to my school, could see it out of the window.

Dream job? Unfortunately I have not been able to find out.... maybe when I finally grow up or smth.

The precure art controversy genuinely makes me sad for whoever actually drew it. It also makes me mad because all the claims people kept making accusing it of being ai just don't make sense to me. Like people saying the hair is coming out of weird places. I've zoomed on each of the drawings and i don't see anything like that. The most i see is strands of hair appearing from behind, but it's all coming from the head or the hair. People saying that the coloring looks incorrect as if past artworks hadn't used different color palettes as well. The cures looking supposedly off model as if they didn't JUST used different art styles for the precure genic line from a few months ago. The hands being wrong or looking off i can understand but not in a "this looks ai way" but more in a "this artist clearly doesn't like drawing hands" way, which is why black's left hand is hidden behing her skirt or one of white's hand is covered by her other hand. But honestly looking closely at the hands they did draw they don't even look anatomically bad (maybe off putting because they want to make them seem delicate so they make them samller). The only hand that i'd say looks "wrong" is luminous' left hand because i can't see her thumb (which again can be easily explained by the artist not liking to draw hands). Black's hand looks weird at first too but looking at it closely it's because the black color of the inside of her wristband clashes with her already black glove, so that's why it looks morphed into it but actually looking at it you can see the line separating her hand from her wristband. Like ai would not put this much thought into how clothing and accessories work. Idk maybe i'm not that good of an artist or a expert with identifying ai but at worst this line just looks like a begginer's artist working on a merch line for the first time, and seeing all this accusations will probably make them feel worse.

this is basically how I feel too... if you've already decided that it's ai then everything weird about it will look like ai to you but there's another explanation for every piece of weirdness. and you CANT try to use coloring or style as proof it's ai. the kamikita twins love to draw highly stylized cures that don't look the way they do in the show and no one accuses them of using ai

I saw @muzarry’s Huntlow Wedding Waltz art challenge and I wanted a piece of the action. I hope this wasn’t too far off from the initial prompt of a ballroom waltz but I imagined them having and outdoor cottagecore-esc celebration.

Some of my reference materials are below the cut along with me rambling way too much about what I’m nitpicking about the piece now that it's posted and all my mistakes are glaringly obvious (ah the power of publishing your art).

Thanks again for the fun prompt!! I already have ideas of how I’d like to redo this bc they’re just so fun to draw

Materials/references - Willow’s dress was a combination of many many Pinterest searches of embroidered flowers and about three dress ideas smushed together

First things first how obvious is it that I hate drawing shoes? Lol if I’d planned this better, I probably would’ve just cropped the pose around their calves but then I was too far in to fix it.

This piece was really fun!! I’ve been on the procreate tutorial side of tiktok while I’m still figuring it out and I actually got to try out some lighting tips on this. Idk if I did them right but it was fun to try. I fish I'd gotten the colors a little warmer like the initial prompt image. Also still figuring out different shading techniques and styles I like. I'd like to title this piece's strategy "slap on a shading layer and then smudge the shit out of it until you get something passable."

I definitely did not draw enough flowers as a child and was running out of ways to draw leaves and petals lol. Phew that dress was a slog, but also so so fun. I have a little headcanon that it was embroidered by Darius and Camila. I've never illustrated any sheer fabrics, so this was me BSing myself throughout the entire thing, but I can't say I'm mad at the response. Clothing folds are still a headache for me, but somehow this is, better?

Also, Willow’s flower crown is made up of the red grass and flowers that Willow first greets when they get back to the demon realm — y’know, the adorable gesture that squeezes the first smile out of Hunter post Flapjack. Also, Flapjack-red tie for Hunter because obvi.

I'm afraid I made Hunter's outfit a little too close to Caleb's, but from the references of outfits and background, we ended here. So maybe his ability to wear things this close is proof of therapy and progress? y'know, if you squint past my blatant art and fashion block. I also just realized I think I was supposed to color the buttons on Hunter's vest but now I'm pretending that was purposeful

Another thing I'm weirdly nitpicky about it Hunter's hair noodle. Idk there's been something that's bothered me about it throughout the entire process but could never quite put my finger on it/fix it.

I had the idea that Willow and Hunter's rings would look like elongated versions of each other's palismen. Kind of like those little dragon rings that look like they're clinging to your finger, but I couldn't get the shape right, and Willow's ring isn't visible anyway. So maybe next time.

That may be it. Might add more as I find more and more things that annoy me. If you made it to the end of my perfectionist rambling, congratulations!! Your service and sacrifice is noted lol.

ANYWAYS. I'M REALLY GLAD YOU ASKED HI ok. LOTS of words soooo undah da cut they go. Also sorry if a lot of this does Not make sense trust me I don't make sense to myself sometimes

He is a freak because I really like characters like him. He's basically how my thought process works so that probably also means you're calling me a freak too(Lighthearted)

He is horrifically anxious and has got anger issues and is just real irritable in general (And probably more things.?). He has trouble dealing with his own emotions because they're often so extreme, so he does things on impulse despite overthinking a lot. He sorta contradicts himself in his thoughts and feelings and actions. Idk he's weird. Doesn't always know what he wants and has a tough time with communication. Him changing colors involuntarily depending on his mood doesn't help either if the person he's talking to knows which colors go with what feeling. He tries his hardest to hide his emotions when he wants to whether it be angry, nervous, sad, even happy, but he also knows he'll always have a dead giveaway if he feels anything ever.

(Note: Optional reading in this next part I ended up rambling↓)

I do worry about him getting so worked up because I don't want people to think that I think feeling emotions is dumb or whatever because I tend to like. Make him accidentally funny or play it off as a joke. And then I remember he feels like I do so I don't care if people get mad at me for having a character that gets upset or jumps to conclusions over little things or has a lot of inner monologue that's just freaking out because I do that a lot too. I like when I can relate to characters, I like to put things about me in my characters. People have told me that a lot of my characters have very real personalities (I LOVE WRITING PERSONALITIES) so I think I'm okay. It makes me feel extra happy when people tell me they can relate too. A lot of that didn't explain anything about him actually sorry lawl they call me the rambler

Okey anyways

About him and Diesel (da big guy)....

I don't even know where to start with them goodness gracious they're a mess. I guess when they first met. Chamy got a new job at the stupid dumb pizza place that Diesel had already been working at for a while despite almost Never showing up for (Their boss, Sharlotte, doesn't even give a darn and thinks of Diesel as a "son she never had" so he gets away with a lot). Diesel noticed Melo was new and because he is like a big cartoon bully of course he messes with Chamelo, mainly by stealing his beloved motor scooter thing.

Diesel made sure Chamy saw that he stole it, he wanted Chamelo to see him. If he wanted Melo to try to get back at him, it worked. When he finally caught Diesel with his scooter, Chamelo lunged at him like a rabid animal and they started fighting over it. Of course, Chamelo won through sheer rage and took back his scooter and Diesel hasn't taken it since then, but Melo has to let him drive it whenever they're delivering together (Because Sharlotte thought it was a genius decision to partner him up with Diesel because she thought Chamelo would die).

Chamelo holds a grudge against Diesel over that whole situation, but now he just finds himself instigating a fight with him for literally no reason (There is a reason it is because he is Gay and a Freak).

He then eventually realizes he is Madly In Love with that chimaera guy and has a meltdown about it and can't tell ANYONE or he will DIE!!!!!! And so he becomes incredibly awkward and even more annoying around Diesel

Asker (his friend he doesn't know is his friend) questions him about Diesel because they notice him being weird about him and they find out he likes him but they don't really care but one time they told Diesel that Melo is kind of a freak about him and then Chamelo punched them in the face (I drew it in [this post] except it's in inklish because I thought it was stupid it's sandwiched between a bunch of other drawings sorry. I still think it's funny though)

Umm yeah Chamelo is hopelessly in love and is quite scared about it because he's never felt actual romantic love before with another fish, only his scooter(bc. objectum...). He doesn't know how to deal with his feelings! It's like, a weird mix of hatred and yearning. So like. A hate-love. He wants to keep hating Diesel, he doesn't want to get attached to him but he already is..!! He feels like he's supposed to hate him, Chamy doesn't know what he even likes about Diesel. He wants to stop feeling like this but he doesn't want to at the same time, if that makes sense. He tries to tell himself it's a passing feeling or anything that isn't being in love.

He's scared of what could happen if they ever do end up together, that he might stop being in love and maybe it was just a passing feeling after all, and he's frustrated at the thought of Diesel never knowing about how he really feels. He doesn't know what to do about this, and most likely won't for a while. It's painful and overwhelming for him both physically and emotionally :'(

Diesel still I guess bullies Chamelo sometimes but that is just because he always does that and doesn't know anything about himself 🤣🤣😂😂AAAHHHH AAAAGHHH AHHHHHH AHHH AHHsorry. He is bisexual. He does not know that. He also shows up to work more because of Chamelo. But he also didn't realize that until they had a short one-sided conversation on Squidmas [see here].

Diesel is taking longer than Chamelo to realize he likes him, and honestly I cannot imagine a world where Diesel actually reciprocates feelings. I don't want to say he will but I don't want to say he won't. I don't know how to describe it. Something just happens I guess lol. I'll figure it out

Since then, they've been oh-so-painfully-slowly warming up to each other, still getting mad at one another, still yelling, still fighting, still absolutely Hating the other's existence...but hey...they're together more because they want to be.........AAAGHHHHHHH isn't fighting so intimate😍THEY HAVE TO STOPPPP sorry .Sorry. I'm really normal about their horrendously weird relationship that is taking Forever to get better. It's like slow-burn if you put it at 0.5x speed. Also I wouldn't call them enemies to lovers, they aren't exactly enemies nor are they lovers later That doesn't make sense but I wouldn't know how to explain it. Swagever.

At some point Sharlotte's car and a modded trizooka have to do with them (along with a couple older ocs of mine) but that doesn't really have anything to do with right now. A lot of my drawings of the two are out of order because I'm impatient lol. I want to try to not go through like. arcs? so quickly because 1. I fear the day I run out of ideas and 2. Everything has to end and I don't like the idea of finishing all of my splatoon's lives but luckily splatoon happens in real time so I have a lot of years to go if I'm That determined about my guys LOL Sorry unrelated

TL;DR Diesel and Chamelo's relationship is so complex and stupid it is almost entirely beyond my own comprehension. They hate each other so much that they want to be with each other.

Hi there! Ooh ooh, I can only hope we'll see more characters dragon-ified, at the very least, I have my fingers crossed for a matching Tsukasa... whether he be a scribble, a header, any degree of polish. I'd be excited to know he is out there. Amane's and Nene's outfits/colors were already so extravagant in a way I couldn't have predicted, so... I'd love to see what's envisioned for Tsutsu~

As for headcanons... I haven't actually been so industrious myself. (Not to sound too self-pitying, but I've been pretty braindead the past week or two...) Buuut, my lovely twin @2n2n thought up some things and shared them with me recently, and I really just like her idea...❤ I've been granted permission to share.

"The set-up is one where Amane and Tsukasa are dragons, but not so ancient — much like in canon how the Mermaid doesn't regard Amane as a threat because he's some dinky mystery and 50 years is not a lot to a kaii; the boys could functionally be baby dragons but, humans can't clock them. Mischievous Amane likes to mess with humans… adjacent to the jewelery shoppe boys, Amane and Tsukasa engaged in getting people to make deals with them, yet making like hardly any earnest effort. Not remotely capable of all they seem to. Not like it matters… But I'd like to think communication with the dragons, any dragon, at all, IS SOOOO special and rare and, as in canon not everyone can even be heard, but Nene-chan a special girl… prays and makes offerings often. Amane is like goddddd pant pant rrr that hot girl!!!!!! but he has to be mad shes like often praying for guys… lol… Amane who is a dragon does not understand human romance or dating, his mind sees humans as pretty petty and more than anything desperate to procreate or something (that's what boyfriends are for…) (so many people BEG for child or to save some ugly child or bless their ugly child… all humans care about)… they are like rats or something, you know… he can explain this to Tsukasa uncharitably who is just like, I see… humans do love their big ceremonies for weddings… but they're so pretty ♥ it would be nice to see the girl like that! dressed up all nice…. ♥

... but it gives an impression that Yashiro wants to. be impregnated like sf badly it's obscene, she's so young what is wrong with this one. I wish I did not have to sit here and listen to it…. rrrr. But gklfjg;…

I guess it's not dissimilar to canon. Amane is like, 'well… why can't it 'be me', if she's going to be obsessed like this, and I'm an amazing dragon…. I can tell her I'll marry her, and she'll bare my child. A magical being of dragon and human origin.' <- he can't actually do this. This isn't an ability he has— WELL– he can, ,, bind himself to her (like in canon…) and that's kind of like a relationship, but he can't. put a baby in her, even if it's poss for a dragon let's say you need to be like 5000 years old and of a certain power and veneration and, he is NOT close. But it means there are FABLES and MYTHS and RUMORS of dragon conception… I will have Tsukasa gently sway her to reading about and understanding those myths, thinking about them in some way. Just to lend me credibility…. like blow open a book onto a page about this OK. knock some scroll off a wall while shes dusting. ok

But the. Core of my thought is just Amane appearing before Nene-chan, on a night she is tending a shrine (I want to imagine a shrine-maiden Nene-chan… just sweeps n stuff but yaknow. tThus why she's always heard & always making offerings & Amane is way too aware of her)… and idk, some mumbo jumbo about, her devotion to her duty, a reward in order… and, taking pity on her… have heard her wishes, her pleas, over the many years…

but it'd kind of be a. [silent confusion from Nene-chan] bc she fklsdj;fkdl doesn't want flkdjf; a kid, that's not kglf;gjk;l? but its like [thinks] but ? … if I had a dragon-blessed child…. wouldn't I become some kind of, royalty, surely…? Popular… wouldn't everyone beg to see me and make offerings to me…. wouldn't I then have suitors? I'll have been recognized as special and beautiful by a Godly being… she's Nene-chan so it quickly gets to her head. Amane is patient watching her think like, that's right girl think about it…. Tsukasa swirls into the room. I had like lkfj;ld thought of Amane snaking Tsukasa into things like, ah that is my counterpart, we are one…. you will be as ours. Makes this sound mystical. Tsukasa is like :y i get to marry Nene-chan too?? … yes…

Commence… having crazy sex with dragons. Relief for Amane, this will satisfy her… she won't be speaking other names into her palms anymore… she'll say thank you to me… AMANE-SAMA…!!

I like the result of their bond though meaning... AFTER… a ceremony… and. sex. Nene-chan does have dragon features, though only seen by others with some magic (like canon…)… and Amane+Tsukasa can now don human forms. But I want it to be only after lol… you have to commit to the dragons, in their real bodies.

Ah kind of dfkljkdlg;df moment for Nene-chan that the like smoke dissipates and the shadow of 2 boys manifests and these bug eyed creeps . omg!!!!!!!!! NOT WHTA YOU EXPECTED… (IMAGINED… HANDSOME…. BIG HUGE TALL STRONG…)…

The prolonged lie is just like. [picks teeth] oh you thought having a dragon was like having a human baby, no. it will take muuuuch longer than 9 months. it's gonna , take years . especially when you're so young, it'll like kill you if it happened any faster… trust me. just wait… be patient…. [and also, have sex with us more… it'll make it stronger or whatever….that was better than I ever imagined, uhghh… ]"

Er, I know it was an ask for my thoughts but sometimes my thoughts are just her thoughts., ,, like after she gives me her thoughts I go wow. [has them] [they're the same now]

Decided to post my Backrooms chapter illustrations separately. The links to all the (SFW) chapters can be found here:

I really wanted to push myself not just as a writer, but also as a digital artist for this story.

You can read some rambles about my art process for each illustration below the cut.

Ch 1: For this chapter cover, I wanted to do my best to replicate the eerie, sickly vibe of Level Zero. And that resulted me in really playing around with the lighting and shadows in a way that I hadn't before. I also wanted to give it a bit of wonky perspective and feel a bit like an illusion-house.

Ch 2: Lookit this cheeky fucker. Totally isn't a Tower of Terror employee luring you into a false sense of security. 😁 My initial idea for this illustration was to make it look as if the Manager's cuttlefish head was really morphing & bowing out from within the wallpaper. I tried a couple drafts where I attempted to line up his tentacles and facial patterns with the wallpaper patterns. And idk, it just didn't end up looking as cool as it did in my head. (Also hallelujiah for Clip pattern brushes, they helped me make the trim around the elevator.)

Ch 3: Fun fact: This chapter was originally going to be the second half of my hotel chapter. But I'm glad it became its own thing, cause otherwise it would've robbed me of the chance to draw Rags acting like a supervillain in a construction helmet and flannel 👍

also Clip Studio Assets are a godsend, they prevent me from having to draw out an entire freakin warehouse floorplan. I did color it all myself though.

Ch 4: I remember this drawing taking me longer than I would've liked.Then again I've always struggled to draw somewhat realistic-looking water. The shadow off-shooting below the smaller cube pool into the deeper water was actually a complete accident.

And in case anyone was wanting to see a close-up of Lionfish Rags:

And again, Spike and Drake are temporary names for the sake of this AU setting until I think of actual names (for if and when I ever get around to making a Mer-Nautica AU like I've been wanting to). The silhouettes show how big they were when I first saw them in my dreams:

Ch 5: I had visuals in mind for a group of Wanderers/ Survivors since before I wrote this chapter, and grew even more attached to them as I wrote them. I was originally going to just have them depicted here, but I also couldn't get the stupid image of Rags and his megaphone out of my head and decided it needed to be shared 👌

Ch 6: When I tell yall that it was a struggle to get through drawing this. And not because of genuine art struggles; No, because of the pure Lee Panik that gripped my soul when having to zoom in close on Rags' sadistic unhinged Ler face hhhhhhfdhdfjgkfghl-

This was one of the chapters I was most looking forward to writing. It's still one of my favs in terms of pure unbridled ruthless gang-tickling, the culmination of my pred/prey/chasing fantasies revolving around laughter-hungry monsters, along with some good ol Mad Scientist roleplay.

...Oh and the first official introduction of the final antagonist, there's that too 😛

Ch 7: Yall have no idea the absolute childlike glee I felt when discovering that there's a freaking Bouncehouse/McDonalds Playplace level of the Backrooms. But holy hell, drawing the Toon Monsters was more of a challenge than I thought. There's a surprising amount of finesse in depicting that wacky, slightly-unnerving/uncanny toony charm. (Ballpit brush is best brush, change mymind)

Ch 8: Since this chapter was more or less meant to be a sort of mid-series Climax, a hint of what the battle with the Keymaster would be like, I really wanted to push myself with making this chapter cover truly stand out. It was fun to come up with a full-body design for the Court Jester (based on his Wiki interpretation of course), and it was fun to experiment with the ideas I had in mind for his magic visuals.

Once again, Clip Studio assets are a lifesaver, you can catch me actually attempting to draw a rollercoaster or carousel when I'm six feet under 👌

Ch 9: I was both excited about, and dreading, the chance to play around with various different light colors & sources. I wasn't sure how I was going to make neon blues, purples and magentas work in contrast to Rags' color palette, but I'm very happy with what I came up with.

The Dark Sovereign was also a chance for me to play around with chiaroscuro, an art technique that I've always admired (and actually really liked to do with chalk & pastel back in college). As much as I'm a slut for bright colors, I love stark contrasting black & white.

Ch 10: I went through about three iterations of sketches for this chapter cover. I felt like I just couldn't figure out how to angle the perspective of the treeline in comparison to the Giant. I'm still not even sure if I thoroughly pulled off the proper perspective of the greenhouse in the far distance. But once I added all the pretty, spooky fog effects, I became much happier with it.

Unfortunately I do not have a standalone drawing of Naga!Rags. It will definitely happen one of these days.

Ch 11: For this chapter, I wanted to draw a very cramped, stark, foreboding stretch of environment: Basically, a quintessential scene that one would see in the Backrooms if they were wandering through them alone. This is meant to be a much more down-to-earth chapter than the rest, with an air of melancholy and uncertainty. Turns out it actually lined up quite well with some of my own mental and emotional struggles that I was going through at the time.

Ch 12: For the final hurrah, I really wanted to push myself as a digital artist for this piece. (Though that doesn't mean I was about to draw all those goddamn keys from scratch, lmaoo you can thank Clip Assets for that key ring.) I wanted to try and find a way to make the Keymaster the more imposing figure in the piece, despite the fact that Rags is fully powered-up and closest to the viewer. I'm not sure if I entirely succeeded, since my end solution for making him stand out more was "MOAR GLOWY KEYS!!!"

But it was still fun, and very rewarding to get it completed.

Ch 13: I was very happy to finally get the chance to fully render Kenni for this fic. As much as shading his tendrils still drives me up the wall, it felt nice drawing the good soff boi. And I was happy to give an idea of how his Dream realm looks, with all its pastel clouds and close proximity to the Astral plane.

The New Orleanian in me is craving this one cocktail served at my favorite restaurant. The restaurant closed down for covid and reopened literally only a few weeks ago but it looks like that cocktail isn't on their menu anymore. Afaik I think it was vodka and raspberry jam??? Phenomenal. It was called the Little Red Dog. We're going to that restaurant tomorrow and I'm praying if I ask for it they can make it but I don't have my hopes up.

what are you wearing right now?

Sweatpant material shorts I stole from my dad one weekend years ago and a shirt from The Strand bookstore in NYC. (Work pajama outfit lmfao)

how tall are you?

My ID says 5'2" but I think that's bullshit. An even 5'. Would've been shorter but I had my scoliosis corrected at 12 (I'm a terminator, baybeee) & I gained 2 inches from the surgery.

piercings?

2 holes in each lobe, 1 nose ring, and a closed up lip piercing I wish I still had but not enough to get it re-opened. I hope to get several more.

tattoos?

Two so far, a semicolon on the back of my neck (gotten before the semicolon tattoo movement) & a paper crane on my right wrist in memory of my late best friend. I want to get several more and have been actively ignoring the itch because my big wedding ceremony is in October... but after 👀 I think I was a big crow on my back/across one shoulder. And a few other small ones I've been thinking about. I've also always wanted bats behind my ear so maybe that too.

glasses or contacts?

Glasses! I'd love to wear contact but, fun trivia for your Friday, did you know that taking birth control longterm literally changes the shape of your corneas? I didn't either. But I'm pretty sure that happened to me and now I can't wear contacts without extreme discomfort. So, glasses for me.

current obsession?

My current and forever obsession is Vignettes, the story my bestie and I are writing together. It's wild how this one storyline has become my entire personality, and I'm not at all mad about it.

favorite fictional character?

This is such a hard question for me to answer cause I have wildly fluctuating obsessions and right now I'm most obsessed with my own fictional characters, but. Kaz Brekker will always have a place in my heart. I loved him from his very first appearance in Six of Crows. Same for Nikolai Lantsov in Shadow & Bone. I loved Alina for the longest time too but I think her depiction in the show soured me on her a bit, idk. I have a lot of strong feelings about the Netflix adaptation I could write a whole dissertation on. I've also held the Abhorsen series (& Sabriel) close to my heart since I read it literally in middle school. I re-bought Sabriel a while ago and need to read it again.

last place you traveled?

I don't remember for sure if our most recent trip was to Houston when we got engaged or to North Carolina for my husband's best friend's wedding. Either way, it's been too long since we traveled and I need to go somewhere stat! haha

Headcanons for Gyu and Ume in Kimetsu Academy AU

kimetsu academy or modern world same thing

okay first of all, douma's gonna their step father, he's the one who save them? then this life he gonna save them by being their parent (let's pretend they're an orphan🤚)

gyutaro would have friends, ofc people mag considering him as ugly due to where they live and many things but in present time he definitely be one of the normal people, at least people gonna treated him as more human being

idk if his work as dept collector is a good or bad thing, but it's legal right? at first he'll live normally like a student, don't have to work for anything, but when he's in college he may find a legal part time job, since he want his history to be clean

I don't think he gonna do drug, he may interest in it at first bc of curiosity but he do smoke ig

ume is pretty and in kimetsu academy many boys send her their confessions, but what about girls

idk but she's not a type of pretty girl who like to hang out with boys, she like to hang out with girls, she's a mean girl (*cough* bc gyu and douma who like to spoiled her *cough*)😭 and gyu won't let a man be near his lovely sis too

many people have crush on ume but don't have confidence to give it to her by themselves so they gave it to gyu instead (how)

gyu like emo punk/rock, ume and douma like j-pop and girl group, I also hc daki as sm gg stan (which I'll do hc about demons music taste later)

from what I mentioned above, why douma and ume like girl group, douma actually enjoy various genre, I can see him enjoying britney spears and lady gaga songs, or j-pop like gardinelia

for ume, it's kinda weird reasons, she likes pretty girls, gives off sm stan vibe and sapphic vibe… I can even named her bias in each group and yk, I'm sorry to assume but I saw many sone girls come out as sapphic and this really fits ume

a lot of scenarios like to write for ume to be jealous of reader if reader pretty than her, if in original story then ume would eat them but in modern world I don't think she gonna hate them because

1.ume very confident, she knows she's charming and don't have to worry about anything, people still gonna come back to her

2.ume didn't eat them bc she's jealous of pretty people and wanna get rid of them, if that's so, she would do it at first place

3.it's confirmed she hate ugly people, and don't even wanna eat to power up

ume wanna friends with pretty girls and she's kind of protective friend💪 she knows how to fight in verbally and physically (or just call gyu, magic word : onii-chan!!!)

she may have many friends, and her close friend group, but if any of them talk bad about her brother then boom, goodbye you're not my friend now and she don't even hesitate to do so

in original story, ume original hair color is white, gyu is black, but in modern world they both would have black hair but dyed it layer, ume dye it white and gyu dye it green and wears beret hat heheh❤️

this one is canon!! gyu want his sister to have better life, and when they arguing he said about his better life without her, I see it as gyu overprotective to his sister but NOT OBSESSIVE and don't make it to be in any gross or creepy way!

if he has a chance he definitely have a lover and live his life, not following his sister everywhere, but if ume have a lover then he gonna approve them first, she's innocent and nice girl, this is why he scared

hey hey saw ur tags on my six musical bats drawing haha i casted based off colour (this started because i thought steph would look so good in the khoward fit and then i just went, yknow dick in blue, jay in red, duke in yellow, etc etc) but now im wondering what your casting would be?? 👀👀 (also thanks to u and ur friend for the all-caps enthusiasm 🥰)

Oh wow hi! First off please don't think I meant to criticize, I noted Dick Jay and Duke's colors and LOVED it, loved the whole piece! (Six and Bats are so close to my heart lmao)

When I mentally cast it, I boiled each Queen's song down to a main point about their relationship with henry and fit the bats around that based on their relationships with batman (and didn't include Duke :/) so for me

No Way = "You cannot tell me when to quit" = Tim Drake (mostly thinking about RR which has Dick as Batman, but also just Tim giving Bruce no choice in when he first became Robin 😂)

Don't Lose Ur Head = "I do what I want ✌️" = that is honestly so Steph-coded to me. Just bouncing around going off and having fun. Also the whole gang war thing... "I didn't mean to hurt anyone" then she dies...

Heart of Stone = "I know we have issues but I want to make it work" = Jason. Just. Jason. Jason Todd. I can't even. Trust me.

Like K Howard. Playtime shouldn't be over and I think for this one AU Dami has the right to grieve/be mad about that

I Don't Need Your Love = "Lets get this straight, I'm here as a favor to YOU" = Cass. She's so powerful tbh and starts of as Babs's protege, idek for sure how she ended up with Bruce even though I treasure their relationship. Also the idea of her being kinda brushed aside bc she wasn't "beheaded" or "died" (being Robin or smt) but she's still so amazing

So yeah that was my thought process but the looks in your art are FIRE 🤩

Ron never came help to save the day but fought alongside everyone in the final battle. Harry and Hermione never treated him the same. Draco had already deflected well before the final battle so he was upset with Pansy. Draco and Pansy were best friends but as Draco got closer to the Golden Couple, the more disappointed he was and distanced himself from her.

After the final battle, Harry and Hermione were in a loving embrace when Ron awkwardly walked over.

"Hey guys, how are you feeling?" Ron asked

Hermione scoffed and turned away into Harry's chest. Harry whispered in her ear and she walked away before turning to face Ron.

" She's still really mad at you for leaving, I am too Ron, you really hurt us." Harry explained seriously

"I'm...I'm...sor...sorry." Ron stammered

"Sorry is not enough, Ron! You abandoned us, me, for the third time! I can't trust you anymore. We really could have used your help but you weren't there for us. You've shown your true colors one too many times. Just leave us be Ron." Harry explained before hurrying off in Hermione's direction

Letting the rejection sink in Ron stuck his hands in his pockets and went for a walk. He overheard a similar heated conversation between two women.

"Sorry just isn't enough! You've treated us, me especially, like the dirt on your shoe the whole time we've been at school. And don't even get me started on you trying to sell out Harry just to save your own skin!" Hermione exclaimed

"I said I'm sorry...I can't take back what I said and did...bu" Pansy started

"No you can't take it back! The one time when you should have stepped up, you didn't!" Hermione shouted

Pansy put her head down in shame but Hermione wasn't done.

"You proved yourself to be a slimy Slytherin, idk how you and Draco were friends all this time." Hermione seethed

By now Harry had caught up with the pair.

"Just go. Our world is safe, no thanks to you." Harry seethed pulling Hermione into his arms and turning away

Pansy was about to walk away when she spotted an interesting pair in an embrace, a blond and a redhead.

"Draco..." Pansy called

Ginny turned at the source and gave Pansy a death glare before taking a deep breath, relaxing her face.

"What is wrong with you!? Why would you try and sell out Potter? He had it under control. You gave Slytherins a bad name tonight, Pansy. Here I am the supposed baddest Slytherin, doing everything I can to stop the monster and you just want to let him have whatever he asks for. It wasn't like he wanted an object or something, he wanted a person! AND YOU WANTED TO SUPPLY HIM!" Draco exclaimed getting madder with each second

Ginny put a soft hand on his shoulder and he immediately calmed down.

"You made the wrong choice, Pansy. I...I can't even look at you right now without being disgusted by your actions." Draco stated seriously before taking Ginny by the hand and heading in the direction of the Golden Couple

Ron stared at the broken form of one of his childhood enemies and couldn't stop the desire to comfort her. He walked towards her and grabbed her arm. Pansy was quietly sobbing and without thinking, turned in to him. Instead of disgustedly pushing her away like he normally would have, he fully embraced her. When Pansy's sobs died down, she pulled away slightly to look at her savior.

"Weasley!? I never expected to find myself in your arms. Don't you hate me too?" She asked quietly

"...no I don't think I do." Ron answered thoughtfully after a minute's hesitation

"Why not? Your friends do..." Pansy stated sadly in the direction the Golden Couple and Draco left

"They're not really friends anymore...they're mad at me too." Ron explained sheepishly

"Do you wanna talk about it?" Pansy asked sweetly

Ron thought about how much had changed since he left the tent in the Forest of Dean. How Draco started working undercover for the Order and got annoyingly close to Ginny. How him leaving was probably the final push towards his ex-best friends getting together. How trying to apologize lead to two people getting berated at and put down by people who once cared for them. And how this beautiful, broken girl in front of him used to be someone he couldn't stand and now he couldn't stand to see her sad.

"I'd love to." Ron smiled and took her hand as they headed towards the Black Lake for some privacy
