Crepusca
Species inspiration:
Moths. I came up with the name because some species of moths are described as specifically crepuscular rather than nocturnal, and honestly, crepuscular is a fun word to say.

Appearance:
Insectoid race. They come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
Diet:
They're omnivorous, but they're oddly enamored with beans. Kalnasthi is the largest producer of beans among the five nations the Crepuscas dominate.
Of the four races, they're the only one that favors freshwater over ocean water, but they can drink it if necessary. The salt doesn't agree with them in large quantities, they'd say.
Much of their meats come from the Cicadohops in the forests below. The Republic of Larsh has an excellent selection of megafauna on their ranches. The yonnla—a furred, salamander looking creature—is considered a delicacy.
Culture:
They're artistically inclined, simply because of the ties to their spiritual beliefs. Creation can be found everywhere, woven into their daily reality.
Home life is communal. Families tend to share a "tower" of their own for multiple generations to live in. Each tower can house a hundred or so people, usually it's all one family.
Each pouch of eggs contains 15-25 young, with it taking one and a half cycles for them to hatch. Couples could potentially have upwards of 200 children by the time they age beyond their prime.
They're not a violent people, but they have large militaries in their countries because of how numerous they are and a requirement of four cycles of service. Three of their nations are on the islands above, one nation neighbors a Formici burrow, and the last is wedged between the coast and an Arclek settlement.
Details of their religious beliefs, the Archivist, and their culture can be found in this post about one of their island nations.
Classes:
Bards, clerics, are wizards are in abundance amongst their people. These three classes would allow them to partake in the arts outside of simple, physical creation. There's a not small number of artificers as well, for the more science minded who still wish to take part in creation.
