Don’t try, just Be
I feel like understanding this is one of the game changers in truly understanding and playing the game of life. Don’t try, just be. I have talked about this in my previous posts too, and this is the final time I am going to explain this topic. Don’t resist understanding this. Just allow the understanding to come to you.
A lot of you get lost in the process of doing 10000 affirmations and techniques, making it a whole ass work. I have been guilty of doing it too. But what you don’t understand is, this unnecessary attachment to the process of manifesting is what’s keeping your results away from you. You don’t need techniques, or any other process. I do believe eventually everyone understands this law one way or another. But understanding “being” is what truly changed the game for me. I still do the techniques, not as work though, but because i like doing them. Take the pressure off of you. Let things be easy.
If you want to be pretty, create the assumption that you’re pretty now, do ur technique and LET IT GO. Go on with your day. Someone who is pretty won’t go around looking for validation from the 3D, because they already are pretty. Please please understand this.
Thank you!

My experience with imagination/4d
We all know that having something or being someone in imagination or the 4d means identifying as, assuming or deciding you're that person without needing to see it in the 3d.
When I started practising the law, I thought having something or being someone in my imagination meant I just had to be able to daydream/visualise it and see myself as that person in my mind. I thought I was assuming/deciding to be that someone I desired to be because in my ''fake'' imagination I was able to see myself as such, but oh was I mistaken.
Everything I've manifested till now has kind of been by accident. I did want everything I have now, but I wasn't aware I was applying the law at the time till it just popped up in my 3d. For example with my internship, I simply knew I had it. I didn't make the decision to apply the law and then assume I had it, it just happened. Same with some little things like nail polish or my favourite food.
So my point here is, make sure you're actually identifying as that someone for real, not only being able to visualise it in your mind.

Realizations: Consciousness & Awareness
Tumblr media
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■
I’m going to try to make this post short and sweet.
Despite hearing these terms constantly being used interchangeably in the spiritual community, I have finally realized that consciousness and awareness are not the same at all.
I used to think they were the same and I blindly went along with everyone online who kept telling me they were when I first discovered nonduality.
After doing some deep reflection of my views, I found myself questioning the type of information that I’m constantly taking in from various sources.
As a member of a community dedicated to manifestation and spiritual awakening, I often found myself questioning if these two terms were actually the same. I had the same question playing in my mind repeatedly throughout the earlier stages of my spiritual journey. It just kept coming to me:
“Is there a difference between consciousness and awareness? Am I consuming the right information from the nondualism community?”
It would not let up. I kept receiving the same guidance over and over from my inner Godself for me to: “question what you are told.”
I stumbled deeper upon the teachings of a wise and knowledgable spiritual guru who taught the nature of nonduality. He perfectly explained the distinct difference between consciousness and awareness.
I want to share this important information with you because I want everyone to understand the fundamentals behind nonduality and manifestation.
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■
▪︎ What is the difference between consciousness and awareness?
Consciousness is an awake state of mind attached to your subjective sense of identification as an individual in the human experience, meanwhile awareness is the the pure, unconditioned nature of your true divine self as God.
Let me explain this further:
Consciousness is a changeful and partial attribute; a mind state of duality for subjective experiences due to your personal sense of self as an individual.
Your state of mind operates on a subjective perception with your identification as "an individual" attached to it. This identification stems from your own personal sense of self. This is your self-concept, who you view yourself to be.
For example, think: insecure victimhood mentality vs. the confident God state of mind which are two conpletely different states of consciousness.
One state of mind represents suffering, misery, self-doubt, and being a victim to "the circumstances of life", while the other represents a confident, blissful, spiritually awakened perception of one's divine power to create reality.
As you can see from my example: states of consciousness are able to change and adopt new identifications as you change your perception of yourself and your understanding of reality.
Consciousness is subjective and has an individual's sense of identification attached.
Your perception of yourself and who you believe yourself to be shapes your experiences in your world. It is entirely subjective.
This goes all the way back to the teaching of consciousness being the one and only reality.
Now: what is the one thing that remains the same as it operates through different and changing states of consciousness?: awareness.
No matter what state of consciousness you are operating and experiencing your world from, you are simply always aware throughout your experiences.
You are always aware of yourself and your experiences in this life. There is no other way around it. You can't ever escape from awareness.
Awareness remains regardless of your personal sense of perception/identity.
Awareness itself never changes: it is calm, silent, and remains the true divine nature of God itself.
Awareness is simply being aware and it is a purely objective experience of observing. Awareness is purely awareness. Being aware.
Awareness is what you truly are as the infinite, divine source of all creation. Awareness is the true self as God. Manifestation comes from your inner Godself as total, absolute awareness.
Awareness is the limitless creative source of power manifesting and shaping your entire reality through your dominant states of consciousness.
Awareness completely transcends beyond all states of consciousness and it simply remains the same: absolute, pure, unconditioned awareness.
No matter what, awareness always remains the same. Silent, unconditioned, and changeless.
Awareness is total, objective awareness.
Pure, unconditioned, silent awareness is the infinite and divine source of all creation.
Awareness just is. Awareness is awareness.
There can be no states of consciousness without the awareness of God seeing through the eyes of the observer, but there can be pure, total awareness without consciousness.
This absolute awareness is famously known as "the void." This is the home of your true self.
Awareness is the divine creator of all.
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■
Now that we have cleared up the bullshit, I will end this post with some insightful quotes by Nisargadatta Maharaj.
"Consciousness is an attribute while awareness is not; one can be aware of being conscious, but not conscious of awareness. God is the totality of consciousness, but awareness is beyond all-being as well as not-being.” - Nisargadatta Maharaj
"Awareness is primordial; it is the original state. Beginning-less, endless, uncaused, unsupported, without parts, Without change. Consciousness is on contact, a reflection against a surface, a state of duality. There can be no consciousness without awareness, but there can be awareness without consciousness, as in deep sleep. Awareness is absolute, consciousness is relative to its content; consciousness is always of something..." - Nisargadatta Maharaj

pure imagination
For the first time in a while I listened to the song, Pure Imagination, from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and I only just realized that the song is perfect for describing freedom within the imagination!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
come with me and you'll be
in a world of pure imagination
take a look and you'll see
into your imagination
This is such a perfect line because it talks about how the world is simple imagination. It is nothing but imagination. Everything around us is simply a reflection of us and is just an illusion. Pure imagination IS the world.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
we'll begin with a spin
traveling in the world of my creation
what we'll see will defy
explanation
Our creation, our minds, our imagination DEFIES explanation. When we have what we want in our imagination, that is the present. The how, the why, the when, doesn't matter. It doesn't need explaining. It just is. The world we create within is the world without, once accepted, there is no need for the how and the why.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
if you want to view paradise
simply look around and view it
anything you want to, do it
want to change the world?
there's nothing to it
You want your dream life? Simply look around and view it. See yourself in it. Do whatever and be whatever you desire in the imagination, be limitless, because you can be. There's no limits in imagination, it is eternal. There is nothing to it. Simply see the life you desire to live, and accept that it is true. Because once you accept it as true, the outer world does not matter. Solely the inner self, the inner world.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
there is no life I know
to compare with pure imagination
living there, you'll be free
if you truly wish to be
Imagination is the true life. The freedom of life you seek is within imagination. Truly, nothing compares to imagination. Never worry about the senses and the outer world, because once you accept in the imagination, it is done. Anything and everything is possible within imagination, so dream big and see big!

the 3d
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
in honor of my blog becoming (almost) a year old, i wanted to reflect back on my old posts, and while going through them, this one stuck out to me.
if you read it, you can see i went into GREAT detail about what the 3D is and how it works. now even though i think what i said at the time was true, it doesn't resonate with me anymore. i liked to go into detail because i was lowkey very sceptical about some aspects of manifesting, and had to heavily rationalize them so i wouldn't lose it.
the external reality is a MIRROR. nothing else. a mirror reflects, but that's all it does. in this case it reflects your imagination, meaning imagination is your primary dwelling. if this is hard to understand just imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror - you see yourself breathing, moving, talking or whatever it is you're doing, and yet, you don't consider the reflection in the mirror as a separate entity. the reflection is only showing you, but you know you live outside of that mirror.
the 3d is the same, it shows you a reflection of your imagination, but that reflection is not "alive". your entire life takes place in your imagination. right now, this post you're reading is a part of the 3d, but you're perceiving it through imagination. so, if your 3d, the mirror, shows you something that you don't accept as true, fuck the mirror! it's like if you stood in front of the mirror right now, and instead of yourself you would see your mom. would you start freaking out? that the mirror showed you your mom? probably not, right? i mean it would be weird but you know that you are you and no one else.
live in your imagination. divert all your attention to it. give yourself everything you want and need. dwell there. when the 3d reflects it properly, celebrate and enjoy it! if it doesn't, forget about it, because in your primary reality, you are who you want to be anyways.
as always, take what resonates and leave the rest

I believe in the theory of states. I also like to read NG's books and read/listen to other's works that has similar views.
⤷ It does not mean that I hate methods or any other theories.
I believe that because our community is new, theories and methods are constantly being made. I know some may see that as a bad thing, but I think that new ideas brings us one (small) step closer into knowing the world around us.
So if my post ever says "you have to" know that you don't. Because really, what I mean is, "what worked for me was..." Because we are all different with different stories.

the thing about art is that it was always supposed to be about us, about the human-ness of us, the impossible and beautiful reality that we (for centuries) have stood still, transfixed by music. that we can close our eyes and cry about the same book passage; the events of which aren't real and never happened. theatre in shakespeare's time was as real as it is now; we all laugh at the same cue (pursued by bear), separated hundreds of years apart.
three years ago my housemates were jamming outdoors, just messing around with their instruments, mostly just making noise. our neighbors - shy, cautious, a little sheepish - sat down and started playing. i don't really know how it happened; i was somehow in charge of dancing, barefoot and laughing - but i looked up, and our yard was full of people. kids stacked on the shoulders of parents. old couples holding hands. someone had brought sidewalk chalk; our front walk became a riot of color. someone ran in with a flute and played the most astounding solo i've ever heard in my life, upright and wiggling, skipping as she did so. she only paused because the violin player was kicking his heels up and she was laughing too hard to continue.
two weeks ago my friend and i met in the basement of her apartment complex so she could work out a piece of choreography. we have a language barrier - i'm not as good at ASL as i'd like to be (i'm still learning!) so we communicate mostly through the notes app and this strange secret language of dancers - we have the same movement vocabulary. the two of us cracking jokes at each other, giggling. there were kids in the basement too, who had been playing soccer until we took up the far corner of the room. one by one they made their slow way over like feral cats - they laid down, belly-flat against the floor, just watching. my friend and i were not in tutus - we were in slouchy shirts and leggings and socks. nothing fancy. but when i asked the kids would you like to dance too? they were immediately on their feet and spinning. i love when people dance with abandon, the wild and leggy fervor of childhood. i think it is gorgeous.
their adults showed up eventually, and a few of them said hey, let's not bother the nice ladies. but they weren't bothering us, they were just having fun - so. a few of the adults started dancing awkwardly along, and then most of the adults. someone brought down a better sound system. someone opened a watermelon and started handing out slices. it was 8 PM on a tuesday and nothing about that day was particularly special; we might as well party.
one time i hosted a free "paint along party" and about 20 adults worked quietly while i taught them how to paint nessie. one time i taught community dance classes and so many people showed up we had to move the whole thing outside. we used chairs and coatracks to balance. one time i showed up to a random band playing in a random location, and the whole thing got packed so quickly we had to open every door and window in the place.
i don't think i can tell you how much people want to be making art and engaging with art. they want to, desperately. so many people would be stunning artists, but they are lied to and told from a very young age that art only matters if it is planned, purposeful, beautiful. that if you have an idea, you need to be able to express it perfectly. this is not true. you don't get only 1 chance to communicate. you can spend a lifetime trying to display exactly 1 thing you can never quite language. you can just express the "!!??!!!"-ing-ness of being alive; that is something none of us really have a full grasp on creating. and even when we can't make what we want - god, it feels fucking good to try. and even just enjoying other artists - art inherently rewards the act of participating.
i wasn't raised wealthy. whenever i make a post about art, someone inevitably says something along the lines of well some of us aren't that lucky. i am not lucky; i am dedicated. i have a chronic condition, my hands are constantly in pain. i am not neurotypical, nor was i raised safe. i worked 5-7 jobs while some of these memories happened. i chose art because it mattered to me more than anything on this fucking planet - i would work 80 hours a week just so i could afford to write in 3 of them.
and i am still telling you - if you are called to make art, you are called to the part of you that is human. you do not have to be good at it. you do not have to have enormous amounts of privilege. you can just... give yourself permission. you can just say i'm going to make something now and then - go out and make it. raquel it won't be good though that is okay, i don't make good things every time either. besides. who decides what good even is?
you weren't called to make something because you wanted it to be good, you were called to make something because it is a basic instinct. you were taught to judge its worth and over-value perfection. you are doing something impossible. a god's ability: from nothing springs creation.
a few months ago i found a piece of sidewalk chalk and started drawing. within an hour i had somehow collected a small classroom of young children. their adults often brought their own chalk. i looked up and about fifteen families had joined me from around the block. we drew scrangly unicorns and messed up flowers and one girl asked me to draw charizard. i am not good at drawing. i basically drew an orb with wings. you would have thought i drew her the mona lisa. she dragged her mother over and pointed and said look! look what she drew for me and, in the moment, i admit i flinched (sorry, i don't -). but the mother just grinned at me. he's beautiful. and then she sat down and started drawing.
someone took a picture of it. it was in the local newspaper. the summary underneath said joyful and spontaneous artwork from local artists springs up in public gallery. in the picture, a little girl covered in chalk dust has her head thrown back, delighted. laughing.
#writeblr#warm up#this is longer than i wanted i really considered removing that part about myself and what i went thru#but i think it really fucking bothers me that EVERY time i talk about being an artist#ppl assume i just like. had the skill and ability to drop everything and pay for grad school.#like sir i grew up poor. my house wasn't a safe space. i gave up a FREE RIDE TO LAW SCHOOL. for THIS. bc i chose it.#was it fucking hard? was i choosing the hard thing?? yes.#but we need to stop seeing artists as lazy layabouts that can ''afford'' to just ''sit around and create''#when MANY - if not MOST - of us are NOT like that. we have to work our fucking ASSES off. hard work. long and hard work#part of valuing artists is recognizing the amount we sacrifice to make our art. bc it doesn't just#like HAPPEN to us. also btw it rarely has anything to do with true talent.#speaking as someone with a chronic condition i hate when ppl are like u have it easy. like actively as i'm writing this my hands r#ACTIVELY hurting me. i haven't been posting bc my left hand was curled in a claw for the last week#this isn't fucking luck. after a certain point it's not even TALENT. it's dedication & sacrifice.#''u get to flounce around and do nothing with ur life'' is a narrative that is a direct result of capitalism#imagine if we said that about literally any other profession.#''oh so u give up 10 yrs of ur life to be a doctor? u sacrifice having a social life and u get SUPER in debt?#u need to work countless hours and it will often be thankless? well i wish i was that lucky''#we should be applying that logic to landlords ONLY#''oh ur mom and dad gave u the money to buy a house? and all u did was paint it white and rent it? huh.''

Listen to your inner self
Lately I had been feeling a lot of lack and I didn't understand why because I was fulfilling myself by visualising and trying to decide I already am that girl. I was getting real tired of it because all I wanted was the feeling of knowing and I didn't understand why I didn't have it, till I stopped and just paid attention to my inner self and my intuition. Something inside me was telling me that I needed to write it down, so I wrote a thank you letter to my inner self for turning me into the girl I wanted to be (kinda like the letters to the universe you might've seen on tiktok for the law of attraction). After doing so I felt fulfilled and calm, because I knew I am that girl and so far it has worked. I don't think about it 24/7, but I go by my day knowing I am that girl and it doesn't matter what the 3d shows me. So when you feel lack you don't need other people to tell you how to fix it, God (self) knows and you just need to listen.

What are your thoughts on letting go of the ego? I've been reading into non-dualism and thought I was getting a better understanding who I am as God/consciousness. But some people have said you have to completely drop the ego in order for consciously create things effortlessly. And by dropping it I also drop all desires/fears attached to the ego. Is that the same thing as not identifying with our human selves and accepting that everything is already perfect? Like maybe I'm misunderstanding but it almost sounds like they're saying to learn to be indifferent to whatever circumstances our human selves are going through to the point where there is no desire to change it. At that point, its like just accept whatever it is you're going through and deal with it, like we were doing before finding out about manifesting, which is something I really don't want to do lol.
Excellent question and I have so many thoughts to share surrounding the subject of the egoself. My thoughts about the concept of "letting go of the ego" are completely different from the majority rule.
First of all, I want to clarify here that consciousness is not the true self. Your true self as God is total, unconditioned awareness. This is your Higher Self.
Awareness is unchanging, pure, and objective. That absolute awareness of existing and experiencing life through your eyes is who/what you really are behind the manifestation of this elaborate human disguise.
Consciousness is only a dual state of mind attached to your personal sense/perception of yourself as an individual. States of consciousness are an entirely subjective lens of perception and they can change.
You are not consciousness. Consciousness is a state of mind with an identity attached to it.
You are not the mind and you are not the body.
Awareness is the creative power of divine creation operating through your dominant state of perception according to your own sense of identity as an individual in the human experience.
Now that we have gotten all that jazz out of the way:
Onto answering your question.
People who teach others to "kill the ego" and push them to completely strip away their sense of humanity are perpetuating such a harmful, destructive mentality for anyone learning the nature of nonduality. The constant push for demonizing and villainizing the egoself goes against what it truly means to be living from spiritual self-awareness.
It is so ridiculously harmful and unreasonable to tell others to deny their human selves and detach from the human experience. The whole paradox of it all is that people who want you to destroy your sense of humanity and "kill the ego" are operating from the mind of the egoself instead of a spiritual mind.
Not to mention, by detaching from the egoself, so many things about the human experience would lose its incredible beauty and deeper meanings:
loving relationships, forming deep and meaningful connections with others, falling madly in love, living with passion in your veins, and embracing the whole magnificence of living in existence.
All of those treasures and those little moments to live for in life would completely lose its meaning and beauty. By completely detaching yourself from your sense of humanity, life would seem meaningless, pointless, and those special moments would no longer be exciting because you would realize that it's all just a clever game of awakening to your true self.
If experiences in life feel meaningless, dull, and pointless: why the hell would anyone want to embrace the human experience? Everything in life would feel as though nothing matters anymore.
As spiritual beings, we should want to embrace the incredible beauty of this manifested existence after awakening to our divine true self. The human experience was a desire for God to experience what it would be like to live as a human.
I think the notion that we must completely detach from our human selves is absolutely preposterous and ignorant of what it truly means to live from a spiritually awakened mind. These ridiculous concepts that so many people blindly accept defeat the purpose of what it means to be spiritually awake.
Imagine throwing any and all attachment to your sense of human identity away? And all for what?
To please a whole bunch of bloggers who push you to deny the existence of your human aspects?
The same bloggers who feed you bullshit lies about this incredible human experience that God: the creator of *all existence* manifested into the flesh "being just meaningless and pointless"?
Be honest with yourself: Is that what you truly want?
You can have the best of both worlds with the egoself and the God state of mind working in balanced harmony to open up a blissful, heavenly experience for you after awakening.
We are here as a manifestation in human form to simply enjoy and embrace the existence that we created as God with open arms.
Life is beautiful. This existence is meant to be treasured and cherished for all the beauty it holds.
There is absolutely no need to attack the ego or destroy it. The ego should be left alone, completely.
Now to the next point:
Your focus should never be on the egoself.
The priority here is meant to be on transforming your sense of perception of yourself after you discover the absolute divinity of your true self.
The main focus of nonduality and spiritual awakening is to transform your perception of yourself from victimhood to the confident God state of mind. Leave the ego alone, entirely.
When you are operating from your true self as God then you allow your egoself to naturally be guided and aligned with your Higher Self.
The egoself and your Higher Self are meant to be in balanced unity with each other as the confident God state of mind takes the reigns of your perception.
Your egoself and God state simply work together in harmony as one for you to experience a deeper, and more fulfilled appreciation for your own experiences in your life after awakening to God itself having a real human experience.
This is where true bliss and inner peace comes in.
When you are living from the spiritual consciousness of truly knowing yourself as God then you are able to embrace the absolute beauty and treasure of the human experience from an inner state of bliss, freedom, and peace. This is true enlightenment.
Every day would be blissful and peaceful as you operate from the awareness of your divine inner power and your true self's identity as God to create the ultimate reality of your dreams.
As a bonus, you would find yourself being able to form deeper, and more meaningful connections with others. The type of intense connections that align together on a deeply transcendent, spiritual level.
You would be experiencing Heaven on Earth all the time and you would experience an intensified, deeper appreciation for the human experience. You would realize this manifested existence is such a gift.
Last thing I want to leave you with:
When you operate from the God state of mind then your conscious manifestation journey is ultimately transformed into a Heavenly paradise as you find yourself living from inner confidence and trust in your own ability to create.
Turn within and listen to your heart.
You do not ever need to sacrifice your egoself in order to embrace your true self as God and manifest the reality of your dreams with ease.
Don't listen to others telling you otherwise, you make the decision. You are God in human form.
Your reality, your decision.

I was gonna go to sleep, but I decided to try to get into the void state first. I didn't get into the void, but I did experience something very profound.
I understand what I AM really means now, because today I experienced BEING for the very first time. I was still aware of everything around me, but I felt so much more like an observer than I ever have before.
I'm not quite sure how to describe how I got there. It was like, I unfocused myself from everything, like I was ignoring everything else that existed (my thoughts, my surroundings, etc), and what I found was a deep, unwavering sense of calmness. It was incredibly peaceful.
Now that I have experienced this, I feel as though I can tap into it at any point. The only way I can really describe the process is I focus my attention on the space between my thoughts, and as I do so it becomes easier and easier to unfocus myself from reality, and focus on being.
Overall it was a very nice (and strange) experience. 10/10 would recommend. It was incredibly relaxing, I've never felt so calm in my life lol 😌

sonder
the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You're in a subway train in New York on Friday headed to work at 6:45 am. You look to your right and see an old lady smiling as she does her daily crossword. You look to your left and see a woman in her 20's eyes closed listening to music. You look around and see a crowded train of groggy people going about their own mornings, and you would never know what is going through their minds. The teenager just got dumped and is heading to her mother's for the weekend. A man is grinning because he's going to be a father. The old man is heading to work to announce his retirement. The college student an elite athlete heading to university early to begin preseason. And here you are sat going to work, living the same day as yesterday, wondering how many are just like you.
Everyone is the main character of their lives. 8 billion people experience every day differently. Some people die, some enter this earth, every second of the day. Everyone is living their life just as complex as you. Its everyones first time living a life too. Everyone has their own hopes and dreams, distant memories, loves and hates, sorrows and joys. We will never fully know what everyone's life is like. But man, people are beautiful. There's just so much to learn about others. Somebody just lost their mother or father today, somebody just got their dream job, somebody just learned about calculus, and somebody had their first kiss. Everyone is experiencing everything, everywhere, all at once.
Everyone is writing their own story, but many will never know how it goes. They'll never know the highs and lows, the laughter and cries, the inside jokes and the friends. Everyone goes about living their own lives, enterwined in this web of the human interactions. Our time on this Earth is limited, and the truth is, our stories may never be told after our death. Everyone just goes about their day. You have to make your life meaningful and beautiful for yourself. We only get one life, why not experience everything, why not make it worthwhile for yourself? Why not make the most out of each and every day so that your life, regardless of when it ends, ends with purpose? Why not kiss the guy, wear that pretty dress, laugh uncontrollably, and dream big? Why not chase your dreams and take risks? And maybe, just maybe, if you make a beautiful life for yourself, and become a beautiful person, you just might impact others around you. You'll be unforgettable.
Make your life meaningful for yourself. Do what you've always wanted to do, get the most out of life. Whether or not you're remembered, atleast you'll know you lived one hell of a life in the afterlife. Life is a blessing, time is finite, live wholeheartedly, get to know that stranger, impact those around you, and experience life in the best way possible. So what if you fail? So what if you lose people. That's life. Be authentic and vulnerable, and go through life discovering what it means to truly live. What it means to be alive.
With this realization of sonder, get to know the strangers around you, and their stories. People really are beautiful, you just have to get to know them. One day you'll be gone, and you'll look back and see how truly precious everything was. Don't take time for granted. Don't take this life for granted. Make the most out of life, and be thankful for all its blessings. Lead with love, live without regrets. Remember, 8 billion people experienced life differently today.

one of my problems with letting go of the ego was realizing that even thoughts are a 100% dependent on me. i would be sad that even when i let go of thinking i was the ego, i would spontaneously think of things from the perspective of the ego but like?? those thoughts can't exist without me?? thoughts are literally just MY awareness of things, who else is in control of them if not me?
