2. Album of the year?

I was going to say I don't think an album really struck out this year, until I remembered Memories by Tani Yuuki. I discovered this artist thanks to Unreachable love song which made me want to listen more of this artist and half the songs from this album made it to my main playlist. If I had to pick another one, it'd probably be Second wind, simply because it got me back into Seventeen.

8. Game of the year?

Does interactive fiction count as games? If yes, I'd definitely say TWC. It got me back to the fandom, and I've made so many amazing friends this year thank to that. But it also got me back into writing and it's so nice to be creative again. If interactive fiction doesn't count, then I'd say Hilo. I wanted a card game easy enough that I could play it with my grandma, and since then we've been playing it almost every weekend and it sends us into fit of laughter so that really was the game of the year to me.

20. What's something you learned this year?

Crochet!! Well that's not exactly true because I started learning crochet at the end of 2022, but I was just a beginner by then and wasn't really having fun because I was still learning the basic stitches. But this year, I really got to start having fun by completing a few projects and experimenting with cool stitches (yt tutorials, my beloveds). I even set up a little crochet station in my room. And I really love how easy crochet is, because I've tried so many times to learn how to knit but I cannot get it in my brain how knitting works.

3. Do they have any piercings/tattoos/scars?

He had his ears pierced at some point but didn't like the feeling of it so he let them heal and never bothered to get them pierced again. He does wear a dragon ear cuff from time to time. Apart from that, no other piercings.

He has a few tattoos: a dragon on the right side of his ribcage, a stratocaster on his left forearm, lyrics that he wrote and mean a lot to him scattered all over his body and a few more I haven't decided on yet. I also see him getting tattoos that remind him of Adam and Nate in the future.

As for scars, he has a few on his knuckles from boxing. On his knees and legs from biking. His fingertips are callused from playing the guitar (does that count as scars?). He has a big one on his right arm that he got because Bo tugged on his leash a little too hard one day and he fell on a tree branch. He also has the scar Murphy left on his neck, and others left on his torso from all his adventures with UB so far.

7. Do they have any fears?

Abandonment - Rebecca is 100% the reason for that fear.

Rain/storms - like most kid he was scared of storms but since he had no one around to comfort him about the noise of the rain hitting the roof/windows, thunder or the big, scary shadows of the trees on the walls, he never really grew out of it. So he's still scared of them to the point that he cannot sleep during rainy/stormy days. Also the fact that it was pouring during the whole Murphy accident, didn't help at all with that fear.

Bobby - I don't know if I should refer to it as fear, but it's a very strong unease. They have quite the heavy past together and he doesn't feel comfortable in Bobby's presence, even more so when they're alone. He doesn't like how Bobby makes him feel like he doesn't have control over his own self.

23. How are they with children?

Oh gosh, he is horrendous with children. He's so awkward around children that it's actually hilarious. He doesn't know how to act around those tiny humans who are way too honest to his liking. The best he can do is little pats on the head, but once they get too big for that, it's all over. The only children he's okay with are Verda's. Although, how they won him over is still a mystery.

⭐ Oliver Queen (Arrowverse) + Kat Squieri (OC): I don't know if this would be the best combination or the worst à la Loki, but I kind of want to find out? I can see the battlefield vibe for them that she has with Cassian, but Ollie does not have his sense of humor (and he's a very mean trainer 😅). But honestly he probably needs someone who can clap back at him.

⭐ Leo Timens (The Wizard of Oz) + James Nicholls (OC): I'd LOVE to write Leo and Will into James's veteran backstory, but of the two of them, Leo would be a lot more understanding and way less angsty about finding out that James has been alive all this time. Sadly, James would have to come to him because my agoraphobic cowardly lion never leaves his bookstore.

⭐ Karolina Dean (Marvel) + Victor Von Doom (Marvel): Funny story about how the Runaways once befriended a Doombot, but this is actually sort of mean because Karolina would probably be terrified to meet the real Doom. Could be silly shenanigans if he's wearing his mask and she mistakes him for their bot friend though.

⭐ Mordred ó Dubhuir (Arthuriana) + Kassadin Squieri (OC): Throwing you four because this one is pure stupidity, but I just really want Mordred and Kass to take one look at each other and either go, "Holy shit, we're identical!" or "I don't see the resemblance."
