Who are your fav writers on here? Any fic recs?

okay buckle up because i have a lot of fic recs LMAO there's some that i'm not technically in the fandom as of now but i still thoroughly enjoyed the read.

most of my fav writers on tumblr are the ones i follow but i'll still list them cause im pretty sure my following is hidden lol (please go and support them as well!! they're all amazing i stg)

Hii, so my silly thoughts running would the reader in cacoëthes hate their baby? Or like would they try to give the child a better life than what they had to live

GREAT QUESTION ACTUALLY

i wanna say that she wouldn’t completely hate the child, she kinda eventually learns to love her baby during her pregnancy cause a baby is a baby, they're going to be born without hate or any ill intent, but she still holds a particular kind of fear towards them. they’re a part of her but also a part of the very monster that’s taken her to this place. the thoughts of what if they end up exactly like him comes to mind constantly: obsessive, selfish, deceiving. she's so terrified of what her baby would end up as but when the child is finally born (i feel like reiner would be more of a girl dad idk if i said this before), all those worries are washed away. reader can only silently promise to give this sweet child a complete ignorance of what it's truly like living in marley, so in a way, she's really trying to give them a good life compared to hers.

i've said this before in previous asks (maybe lol) but reader does have a large portion in her heart that shares a deep softness towards reiner and no matter how much she denies it and how insanely irrational it is, it's true. don't forget though, a small part of it still resents the hell out of him, it's basically the only sane part she retains but holds back. why? not even she herself knows but it's most likely the hormones making her bounce back and forth in her mind.

reader is mostly trying to protect the child from what the father truly is and her desire to run away again but with her child starts up again. there has to be a better life for them than constantly being under the watchful eye of him and she attempts running again when he offhandedly mentioned about getting her pregnant again once she recuperates. she doesn't get far and he catches her of course, threatening to take away their child from her if she does anything like this again. she can only weep and agree, clutching the baby deeply in her arms and preventing him from even trying to hold their kid. reader actually does eventually let him hold their baby but only if she's nearby and watching him bond with them; she always becomes a nervous wreck during it and reiner rationalizes it as just her motherly instincts so he never pushes/taunt her about it or pressures her to calm down. he really wished that she'll finally give into the idea that she's no longer going to get out of marley after the birth of the first child, but hey, that's what a second child is for 🤪🤪
