Pizza night menu idea
For this menu, I envision a variety of toppings ready to go so guests can easily customize their pizzas. Have the pizza crust ready and perhaps already sliced. Once it has finished dehydrating, you can keep it in a warm oven [turned off so it doesn’t burn] until guests are ready.
The crust:
high protein pizza crust: this delicious pizza crust makes a fantastic base for any toppings all sorts of toppings.
fiber-rich pizza crust: if you prefer a springy crust, try this one. it has psyllium husk in it. [this is the pizza pictured above]
Pizza toppings:
fermented cashew cheese: try mixing in sundried tomatoes or Italian seasoning
marinated mushrooms
cauliflower crumbles or really anything from this tag
Sauces:
Basil pesto
sundried tomato sauce
garlic alfredo sauce: I can’t be the only one who loves alfredo on pizza. I recommend using Italian seasoning in the sauce.
Other good toppings include:
olives
pineapple
thinly sliced spinach
veggies such as tomatoes or bell peppers. you can marinade and dehydrate them or leave them as-is.
avocado
truffle oil
Side items:
So many things go great with pizza. I’d recommend one of these:
onion rings
kale salad
Drink:
I’d recommend something fizzy such as kombucha.
Dessert:
brownie bites

I love experimenting with my recipes. Whenever following a recipe, I have an itch to make tweaks. Sometimes I end up creating something different altogether. While not all recipes that I have created are worth mentioning, there…

Creamy Vegan Corn Chowder
A fantastic corn chowder with less fat. It uses soy milk, olive oil, and vegetable bouillon cubes because it is vegan. It works well as an appetizer or even a main course.

Obscura is weirdly high stakes for a visual novel. Most vn's the end you get is an accumulation of the decision you make, Obscura? Make one wrong choice and you're DEAD.
Anyway, in unrelated news, I've somehow managed to get the bad end in 3 out of 4 of Obscura's routes. Whoops.

Thai inspired menu
Thai food contains incredible flavors and aromas. I hope I’ve captured some of that with these recipes. Instead of the obvious choices of pad thai and spring rolls, I tried to find recipes that are a little different for this menu.
Appetizer
green papaya wraps
Sides
spicy mango salad
coconut soup - serve this with riced veggies
Main dish
cocobutter curry
Serve the meal with a variety of condiments such as:
fishless sauce
nam jim
lime juice
chopped chilis and garlic
peanuts and cashews, roasted or raw
Dessert
Fruit salad: Thai desserts often feature different kinds of fruits. Try a variety of tropical fruits, such as dragon fruit, papaya, and starfuit. You can make a simple dressing using lime juice and a small amount of sriracha.
Drink
Ginger limeade: Spicy flavors often appear in unexpected places in Thai food, and lime is a common ingredient too. This drink may not be quintessentially Thai, but I think it might work with the rest of the menu.

Keeping a balance of rich curries, spicy sabzies and aromatic pulaos, along with delicious sides and a classic dessert which is loved by everyone.
Putting together this menu wasn’t easy. Not because I didn’t have enough vegetarian recipes, but because I was spoilt for choices. There are so many vegetarian dishes that I love. I couldn’t decide which ones to choose and which ones to leave. But…
