Ok. It's becoming clear that people are 50/50 on the release of the Earthspark last episodes for season. Please remember the circumstances when it comes to shows during this time but also streaming services like Paramount Plus.

Let's start with the latter. Paramount Plus is rather infamous for cancelling shows as of late. Nickelodeon oriented ones are said to be "safe" but I highly doubt it. The writers for the show no doubt didn't want Earthspark to end with a lot of loose ends otherwise things would be better in pacing. A "better safe than sorry" scenario.

We can't forget the writer's strike. This was a long time coming since those in the film/show/game industry tend to not care for their employees. If you guys seen the Activision/Blizzard, Konami and Ubisoft scandals then it's clear we don't know what occurs beyond closed doors.

All I'm saying is please give Earthspark writers some slack. They obviously didn't want to release these episodes yet but felt like there wasn't a choice in the matter. It was do or die for them.

Personal Headcanon involving LMK Sun Wukong's actions

We all know that the Monkey King in this series hasn't exactly been a good mentor nor companion to the group when it comes to divulging important information.

He generally cares for MK and by proxy his friends despite not doing it the right way. I personally have a thought on this peculiar behavior, something that stems from Journey To The West.

Sun Wukong is known for fixing almost every scenario in that 17 year long journey but it wouldn't be difficult for a particular reason. Every time an issue pops up, the Monkey King tries to convey his warnings or ideas to his Shifu, Tripitaka. What usually happens when he does this?

Sun Wukong gets punished via the Constricting Band on his head by the Tang Monk. Something that occurs so much but the most brutally involving the aftermath encounter of the Lady Bone Demon.

This ends up not only having the Monkey King kicked out of the group but the punishment spell being used to the point that he literally bleeds. Tripitaka had basically inadvertantly spilled his oldest disciple's blood cause Sun Wukong wanted another chance.

You know what that generally leads to? Trauma and very unhealthy ways of thinking. The reason this Sun Wukong is acting like this throughout Lego Monkie Kid is because the punishment inflicted on the Journey To The West.

He believes that he has to do everything on his own, not divulging the problem nor his emotions. Something that leads to all sorts of misunderstandings alongside consequences. Sun Wukong is scared of getting hurt by actively being more involved in the group's planning or even voice his opinion on how to take on the situation at hand.

The fact it's Lady Bone Demon, the very yaoguai that led to his most brutal moment with the filet and his banishment being the cherry atop this disaster sundae. Even someone like the Great Sage Equal To Heaven can develop PTSD alongside unhealthy ways to handle a problem.

It is going to take a lot to make him drop this horrible mindset, to allow himself to be vulnerable around his companions and trust others with something like dangerous threats such as LBD.

This trauma being one of the main contributing factors to where our cast is at the end of Season 3.

I'll forever find it funny that the one main thing these four characters have related to each other is they all operate or love trains.

Edit: These four could run a train station together and it wouldn't be the weirdest thing at all for em. Everyone who chose to use their services are a completely story altogether. Especially since one doesn't have an official train driver's license, and it isn't the thirteen year old swordsman.

Edit: I forgot this fucker is a train enthusiast, has his own train and no doubt doesn't have a license either. Another member for the whackiest train station ever.

Okay... What the absolute fuck happened with Tales of Arcadia-Trollhunters section while I wasn't active in the fandom?

After ROTT debacle, I sorta drifted away partly cause other fandoms had snag my interest and Netflix was being an unplayable ass. So today I get a Troll!Jim sketch popping up in my feed while scrolling through Resident Evil, Welcome Home and Linked Universe posts. I liked it then check out the tag only to see a huge clusterfuck of other stuff.

Another tie in series? And the ugly bomb that is Beast Jim. Whoever came up with this design, no offense, but it looks like an offbrand male troll version of the Tinkatink line from Pokemon. Now I'm all for monsters as they interest me more than human characters. Especially if written well. Hell, I'm a monster hugger of the monster loving spectrum.

Half Troll Jim is a fine beastie fella in design although the premise... it's a mixed bag as a whole. Beast Jim, absolutely not. With the half troll, you can see the resemblance to his original human form. Anytime a transformation is unrecognizable it's for the purpose of a mystery or to tell that they are too far gone.

You aren't supposed to see the man behind the 'monster' until its too late. A dear companion is now a threat, one you might have to put down. The mystique and realization delves into horror or sorrow. Beast!Jim's design does not have anything good going for it except as a example of what not to do. Just look! 👇

This 'Beast' doesn't feel Jim to me in general. His design is awkward and pisses off my artistic side as I seen way better troll designs for characters. Whether it be official artwork from the series, a different series or by passionate artists. Beast!Jim just feels like he been made with no care and love, a STAND IN for something better that never came.

I am definitely catching up on the series then redesigning Beast Jim. This is a travesty that will not be forgiven. I got enough aqua green color pencils as the color scheme is going first for obvious reasons.

Not even two months into 2024 and my love for old school cartoon style antics like Looney Tunes got reignited really fast. First is Pizza Tower which is practically Wario Land with Sonic mechanics mixed into a pizza flavored rush. Peppino looks ready to snap in some shape or way unlike said protagonists though.

Now it is Antonblast cause goddamn does that first trailer for the game really radiate the energy you get from Looney Tunes. Former exterminator now demolition worker goes after Satan cause the Devil stole his booze out of jealousy. Anton's coworker just joins in knowing how much bloody chaos he will bring along the way.

It is honestly a fresh breath of air in my opinion. Sometimes stepping back to classic style graphics and old school storytelling can do wonders for modern day audience. Plus I love it when games aren't stuck being depressingly dark or straight shooters.

I FINALLY got ahold of the Antonblast Demo for the Nintendo Switch. Would've gotten it sooner if my Internet wasn't being so crappy yesterday for a download. From what I played at the moment, this game is definitely gonna be worth the wait. The start-up screen sums it up perfectly.

The controls are very smooth so it is best to practice as you are guaranteed to crash into an explosive crate or fall off the ledge. I died quite a few times since Splatoon 3 controls are hard to switch off him after playing the game for months. There are definitely secrets as the clear screen for Boiler City listed 3 VHS tapes than just a Spirit.

Expect a shit ton of references and Easter Eggs too so you have plenty things to do with each level. They don't pull any punches when it comes to sound effects either. I got a good chain combo and all of a sudden donkey braying just screamed outta my Switch. Lol

Kaiju No.8

(Before I start this post, just know I am answering the asks you guys had sent so far. They'll be finished soon.)

Okay so I recently gotten into a manga known as Kaiju No. 8. Like the title says, it involves the classic big monsters that originate from the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan. Although this manga incorporates some other elements found in other media. A staple one being Ultraman when it comes to the main character, Kafka Hibino.

However this manga tosses the standards found in shonen manga. No sexualized characters, everyone is at least a young adult or older with the main character being 32, no pervert trope at all, character development whenever possible and just a great balance of tone as there's always an break from dark elements. It's a rare gem that hopefully gets more traction with the anime adaptation coming out next here. Here's the trailer in question.

You guys will definitely be seeing some posts about it on both my blogs. A good chunk revolving around Kafka cause his situation in the series has a lot of creative potential. Plus he's overshadowed quite a bit by other characters from the manga via the fandom. Like seriously, the amount of posts on the guy that isn't manga caps is miniscule.

I do recommend checking out Kaiju No 8! Now the latest volume ended on quite a huge cliffhanger so best to put that out now. Chapter 67 is the safe zone to stop for now if you guys don't want to wait anxiously as Chapter 96's cliffhanger is quite brutal when it comes to anticipation.

Sorry for the major lack of updates for both my blogs. I have FINALLY moved to a different state. There were a lot of roadblocks and I didn't get to move to Tennessee sadly. Also guess who got sick? Differences between Digimon and Pokemon, species wise

Okay, there always been a huge misconception involving Pokemon and Digimon. People often thinking the two are almost the same except that all Digimon are made of data. Let me put a wrench through this by explaining the differences between Digimon and Pokemon.

We can all admit that Digimon and Pokemon are sentient creatures in their respective franchise. They can think, feel and make solid decisions on a similar level to humans. Both have the option to dislike, leave and form bonds with humans as well. However, there are some very glaring differences.

Pokemon can't exactly communicate on the same level as people. Only a few unique individuals could, not including telepathy, while the rest say syllables of their name to communicate. It also has been stated that Pokemon are the substitute for animals in said franchise.

Digimon are much closer to humans in these aspects as not only can they communicate with humans but can form their own cultures and societies. Examples of this can be seen throughout both anime and games such with Digimon Frontier to Digimon World Next Order being a huge examples.

In battle, Pokemon usually need commands from their trainer to properly fight their opponents. Whether to use moves or tactics, the trainer takes the lead unless their Pokemon don't like them.

Digimon are a bit different as they have to work together with their tamer. This taking a more team like approach since any commands will similar to that of a Pokemon is going to get odd looks or refusal from the Digimon in question.

Here's another thing to notice. Depending on the games in question Digimon and Pokemon have a contrast when it comes their surroundings. Both can live in the wild or homes just fine.

In the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series, Pokemon can build villages, guilds, shops and even temples. These structures tend to be on the more primitive level.

Digimon can do the same but everything is more advanced whether it be equal to humans or far superior. This can often be seen in the anime alongside multiple games such as the first Digimon series and Digimon World franchise.

In conclusion, Digimon are way closer to sentient lifeforms such as humans than Pokemon are. And for those who pair humans with Digimon... It's basically the same as pairing them with demons, angels, aliens etc.

I hope this clears things up for anyone in one or both franchises. Not the only person who sees these differences since I looked up a few other sites before writing this.

Vampire!Wild

How I think a Vampire!Wild (Breath of the Wild Link) would act, abilities and such.

Became a vampire due to an error with the Shrine of Resurrection. Isn't harmed or weakened in sunlight but prefers dark areas. Likes cold places more than hot ones. Reason being he's practically a furnace instead of cold like normal vampires. Feeds on energy to properly sustain himself with food being a small help at best.

Full on feral and only acts tame when conversing with strangers. Can purr and will hiss when irritated. Prefers hanging around wild animals specifically bears, cuccos or wolves. Usually hunts goats cause one bucked him off a cliff and into the path of a Guardian. Wild is super spiteful to anyone that earns his ire.

Mostly feeds off of the life energy from monsters or Yiga. Will mark his territory by rubbing against something or carving with his nails. Sheikah Shrine monks are a bit iffy around Wild due to his odd energy. Likes to banter with the Horse God, Kass and Kilton. Blupees tend to follow him constantly.

Has razor sharp claws, longer ears and very sharp teeth. Also has small patches of bat fur growing on the chest, thighs, and shoulders. His eyes tend to change from blue to red out of rage or during Blood Moons. Shifts into a batlike gargoyle form with enough energy. Can also change into a bat and a shadow.

Has natural vampire capabilities such as super strength, super speed, advanced hearing, etc. Can communicate but also manipulate m bats alongside Keeses. Ancient weapons do more harm to Wild like extra damage and feeding off said energy sends him into a frenzy.

Usually mauls his targets than use any weapons unless needed. Once tore a Hinox into pieces under an ancient energy frenzy. Will go for the eyes or throat if he isn't in a good mood. Otherwise he gives a fair fight.

Gaining a memory tends to make him upset especially when looking back at whatever humanity he lost since then. Will either hunt monsters or nest with a bunch of Blupees depending on how bad it is.
