Conspiracy theorists really don't understand the difference between media with genuine occult themes, and media that simply has occult aesthetic. Media with occult aesthetic is all over the place; media with actual occult themes is much less common. Most works that look occult are just using occult (or pseudo-occult!) aesthetic to tell a completely mundane narrative about coming of age or accepting responsibility or something.

Conspiracy theorists will be like, "oooh the only reason anyone would ever cover one eye in a photo is satanic reasons because all seeing eye because new world order," but like... you know what these people are overlooking?
Monocles and eyepatches.
Literally, the existence monocles and eyepatches put the image of covering one eye into people's minds. Due to their association with pirates, eyepatches were also associated with danger and rejection of social order, which is a great image for photographers to evoke if they wanna be a little edgy. Meanwhile, monocles tended to be associated with the upper class of society, and are therefore an easy allusion if you're trying to evoke a sense of refinement and prestige.
Also, the eyes are considered the windows of the soul, so covering a single eye in a piece of artwork suggests that the person you're looking at has secrets they're concealing from you. One reason someone might do this in advertising is making the product feel a little more mysterious, and therefore more enticing. As for non-advertising art and photography, I think we're all familiar with the (pretty misogynist) way Western society likes to treat women as mysteries to be solved.
In any case, this imagery has been around for so long that there are probably tons of artists who use it simply because it's just what they've seen in other art, and because they know it looks kinda cool and edgy and evokes a sense of mystery.
It really doesn't have to be deeper than that.

Bit of an odd one, but I have two questions.
1) Could a programmed system be mapped after constellations? With parts being named after the individual stars?
2)In programming, what might the "OK" hand gesture over the eye mean, if it has any meaning? A part in our system has been appearing to me in dreams, doing this gesture.
Yes, a system can be mapped after constellations as well as parts named after stars.
Your second question the ‘Ok’ gesture over the eye can mean; 666, all seeing eye, and an illuminati symbol.

He’s almost done, gotta touch up some edges and area where color is messed up. His hands a bit messy and the blending on his torso has to be redone, but he’s not bad I don’t think. Background is just watercolor flames, can’t decide if I should add more dark colors? The seal that’s semi transparent is the seal sigil for the demon, King Belial. Little somethin extra for any bible or occult nerds out there. We hear all these jokes about biblically accurate angels and you know what if demons are real I choose to believe Belial looks like his Ultraman counterpart. Might not leave it in the final piece but I just wanted to see if it felt right.
