Las sonrisas y la multiplicación:

🧿⭐️❤️🍀🌈🚀💕

Estos días están siendo muy cargados y ajetreados. Se me agotan las reservas de energía, pierdo rápido la paciencia, me cuesta concentrarme, la mente me vuela a mil por hora, no quiero saber nada. Cada día viene con desafíos nuevos y diferentes.

Pero son momentos como los de hoy que me hacen ir a dormir con una sonrisa en la cara y el corazón lleno de calor, a pesar de que los días están fríos.

Cada vez que empiezo con un alumnx nuevo siento un poco de pánico; tratar de encontrar la conexión, que se divierta, que entienda y aprenda de la clase, que salga todo bien… hoy sentí todo eso como de costumbre. Pero al ir conociéndonos se vuelve todo más ameno y encontramos el ritmo ideal. Nos reimos, compartimos nuestras cosas y a veces hasta terminamos chismoseando 👩🏼‍🦯👩🏼‍🦯👩🏼‍🦯

“Yo regalo estas estrellitas. Te voy a regalar” me dijo un alumnito hoy. Y fue ahi que me hizo click.

La vida es caos, es impredecible, es frustrante, da miedo, te empuja a salir de tu zona de comfort, a veces parece que te caga… pero parece nomas. Porque la vida no es tan así. No siempre.

Hoy entendí que si le pones buena onda, una sonrisa, amor, ganas, a las diferentes circunstancias; la vida termina premiándote. Más aún cuando parece que todo está perdido, que nada sale bien, que el futuro está condenado… ahí es cuando más tenemos que sonreír. Porque así como las penas son grandes, las recompensas también. Y si logramos realmente comprender esto: las recompensas se multiplican. Solo tenemos que aprender a saber dónde buscar estos regalos; reconocer que las recompensas vienen en diferentes formas, tamaños, colores; que llegan cuando más lo necesitamos de la forma en la que menos esperamos.

Y justamente, hoy estuvimos hablando de multiplicación con este alumnito y de lo mucho que le gusta.

Probably the best mom in the whole series, well definitely the first arc. My favorite scene in book 5 is when Sunny and Thorn are reunited. It's adorable and it's nice to have a good parent for once. I also really can't figure out how I want SandWings to look. I know big ears for sure. But I can't figure out anything else. I've seen some camel-faced SandWings which are really cool, but I've also seen some with like leopard gecko tails to store water/food. And I've seen some really cool face/horn shapes. I am going to keep reworking them I think. Also, going to keep reworking my Sunny design because she's the dod I draw the least. I know I want a color point Sunny but not exactly how to do that.
