When I first started recovery, it was incredibly hard to figure out a solid meal plan that I ould stick to and wouldn't abandon within a month.
Reaching out to a professional dietician has really helped me find a good diet that fits my needs and I want to share with you all the plan I've been following for a year now, in the hopes to help some of you out.
♡♡♡
A detailled meal plan for those in recovery!
Breakfast, 8 am: corn flakes + a piece of fruit
Snack, 10 am: a piece of fuit
Lunch, 12 pm: one low-fat product, one carbohydrate rich product, and a lot of veggies
Snack, 2 pm: a piece of fruit
Snack, 4 pm: HiPRO yoghurt + two slices gingerbread loaf
Dinner, 6 pm: 4 slices of bread with deli meats + a small salad / one low-fat product, one carbohydrate rich product, and a lot of veggies
