Carefully Gen's hand moved back and forth as she thoroughly saturated the wall in paint. Her other hand holding up a piece of cardboard to cover the parts of her artwork she didn't want to mark over. Giving the lines she made a crisp edge as she artistically painted the word "Engineer" across one of the cubical walls. Giving her new teammates something pretty to look at instead of the dull grey or red slapped onto everything.

Crouched down like she was Genevieve couldn't see the door leading in. Giving her vital seconds to panic when she heard the door open and someone shuffling in. Her wild copper hair bouncing as she immediately started to shove all her supplies back into her fabric bag. Acting like she could hide what she had done, even though the room smelled like the inside of a paint can.

Being as silent as possible the sniper kept herself low to the ground. Using the cubical walls to keep her out of sight as she scurried away from the scene of the crime. Keeping her flimsy bag hugged tight against her chest to keep them as quiet as she could. Picking the first spot available for her to hide in. Which happened to be under someone's desk.

Curling as tightly as she could in on herself, Gen squeezed herself as far into the cubby under the desk would let her. The grinning veil over the lower half of her helping muffle her breathing while she strained to listen. Waiting for whoever it was to either settle in somewhere or leave all together so she could eventually make her quick escape.

I have a wererabbit oc lol ( @redrabbit-engineering ) who is also part jackal because how it works for him is that it is a virus that mutates each generation of newly turned person. He's a dead end though due to his genetics. He's still infected and can shift (even off of full moons), he just can't turn anyone. He's a harmless (in terms of the disease, but not in how deadly he can be) carrier.

Update post! RED RABBIT: Man, you guys are the best haha I’m currently in school at the moment and can’t work on Red Rabbit until after I finish at least the two boot camps I’m in right now. But when that happens I’ll probably be more active on productivity of the game. . . . . AGAIN: with the contest coming to a close, I’m really excited to select a winner soon! There will be a 24 hour judging period after the 31st where I will be selecting the winner as well as honorable mentions! The next chapter therefore will be approximately a month or two after that winner post (again, I’m still in school and have around 50-60 hours of homework a week). I have written the chapter already, it’s just coding and artwork that needs to be done. . . . School hw posts: I haven’t gotten my crits from my first two classes just yet so I’m not quite confident enough to post them until I’ve fixed what needs to be fixed about them. That being said, my week 1 hw posts should come out by next week when I’ve dabbled in their edits first. Thanks so much for everyone’s patience and support!
