you’re jealous. quite jealous. 

The taste of iron greets your tongue when you lick your lips. The bruise he had given you. You lift your hand involuntarily to touch the blooms of hickeys that sit on your neck, discreetly covered by your boyfriend’s hoodie. He marked you up in all ways. For everyone to see. to know. That you’re his. But him? 

Your eyes reluctantly dart towards mingyu and the part-timer, who is clearly hitting on him. You can’t help but roll your eyes and scoff. The annoying knot in your stomach tightens when you hear him laugh at whatever stupid joke she just made. You resort to picking on your nails, trying to drown out everything. 

But you know you have to address this someday. And it might be today. Address the fact that your boyfriend will never be just yours. Your heart uncomfortably twists at that. It was indeed true. 

Mingyu is an eye candy. The heartstopper. No matter where you go, the limelight will always be on him. Good looks, personality, intelligence. He’s got the whole pack. It’s as if God took his sweet time sculpting his heart, mind, and body.  

“Hey, baby,” you flinch at the sound of his voice and sigh, placing a hand over your heart. mingyu eyes you in confusion, and with a small smile on his lips, he apologizes for scaring you. Sending a half-hearted nod his way, you bring the food closer to your side. 

It was your idea. To go to the nearby convenience store to get food after an intense love-making session that left you tired and hungry. You didn’t accept his offer to cook, knowing that he was tired too. But frankly, you lost your appetite. You toy with your food, drawing shapes in the sauce. 

With a loud sigh, you stand, muttering to him that you want to buy something. He nods and tries his best to reply with his ramen-filled mouth. You groan as soon as you’re out of his sight. A part of you knows it’s not his fault. And the other part reasons that he should know how it would feel since he, himself is the possessive type. 

You take something random from the aisle after a moment of consideration and turn to return to the table when a hand roughly pulls your hips back. You gasp, hearing mingyu’s hushed voice, “want me to fuck you loudly so that she could hear it?” 

You bite your lip, swallowing the moan that the lewd thought elicited in you. His fingers dig into the exposed skin of your thigh, and he grinds his clothed crotch against your hip. You let out small gasps and bated breaths as he continues to grind himself harder. Your (his) hoodie is unzipped halfway to expose your neck, which he marks yet again. 

“I’m yours, baby. don’t you know that? hmm? I can prove it.” he whispers, his hands slipping into your panties. His other hand keeps your mouth open, and a moan escapes your lips. The cool wind hitting your skin makes you shiver, and him toying with your clit adds to it. 

“mingyu,” you mewl out his name, your hips grind onto his fingers, chasing friction. 

“God, you’re so wet. And we just fucked a hour ago.” 

He pushes two fingers into your soaking cunt, pushing them in and out at a comfortable pace. mingyu stops his ministrations and curls his fingers against that spot. It forces you to gasp and tug at his hair. He removes his hand from your mouth, and the saliva-coated fingers find your nipple under your shirt. 

Your body hasn’t yet recovered from the previous carnal venture. Every touch has you seeing stars, and you can feel the orgasm ripping through already. But it stops when he removes his hands from your needy core. “Not here. Can’t have my baby walking with wet shorts back home,” he laughs at your needy figure and kisses your strained neck muscles. 

Mingyu holds you against him till you come down from your high. His hands massage your body, and he softly whispers that he’s only yours. It brings a smile to your face, and all ugly feelings are thrown out the window. 

“I love you, baby,” he whispers against your cheeks with a love-sick look in his eyes. You chuckle and whisper the same back to him. Reaching to hold his face, you lean in, but you’re cut off by the part-timer. 

Annoyance runs through your veins, but you’re satisfied to find her shocked state at your intimate position with mingyu. You press a kiss to his lips, eyes still on her. A cocky smile plays on your lips, and your heart feels light when you pull back. Mingyu shakes his head when you shoot him a sickeningly-sweet smile and laughs, playing into your game. 

You pack the food, not wanting to waste the money, and leave the store. But not before you flaunt the love bites gifted by your boyfriend. All exhaustion seems to have left you as you happily skip in the street. He skips along with you, blushing and laughing at the scandalising act you both pulled. You let him do so while he can. And your boyfriend links hands with you, oblivious to the punishment awaiting him.

First off. I'm really sorry for deleting my entire blog for no apparent reason. Got a lot of sweet messages asking if I was alright, which I wasn't expecting. Yes, I'm alright! :)

What I really wasn't expecting was how much attention the silly little Mario comics would bring. And since artists seem to thrive off of attention, it kinda consumed my brain for several months.

And while I absolutely loved all your support, I realized that while I may love following other fanartists, that wasn't supposed to be the end goal for me. But if I kept my account with all you amazing people, I never would've been able to fully break away from it.

That being said, I've had multiple people say how much they've enjoyed looking through my blog. So I'm uploading most of the Mario stuff onto this one. (Might repost a few ROTTMNT pieces. We'll see)

Kit is super domesticated with or without a significant other, so dating him would be relaxing but still fun

Most of your dates would take place at one of your homes

Whether it was a home-cooked meal that you both cooked together

Or a movie night with all of the sweets and treats that he picked up on the way to your house

Baking together whether it be cookies, cupcakes, cake, or anything really

He loves cinnamon buns though

So that was always a go-to

Drive-in theater dates

Going to the fair together

Kissing at the top of the Ferris wheel

After a while of dating, you’d moved in together

He is really affectionate

I’m pretty sure his love language would be physical touch

Since he works so much, he tries to make as much time for you on the weekends as he possibly can

You’d go out to dinner at fancy restaurants

Some nights he’d text you pretty late after he’s been working on a case for hours on end

You’d go over to his house to distract him and make his day less stressful

Because you always made him feel so happy and were a great distraction from his work 

Late nights on the couch, drinking beer and talking until the early hours of the night

Sometimes you’d both fall asleep on the couch with his head on your chest

Depending on what time he went to work in the morning, you’d get up early so you could have some breakfast with him

Don’t expect pancakes and eggs

It’s all about the bagels

But you can expect to have peanut butter, cream cheese, and jelly, Nutella, any kind of spread you can think of

He cares about you so much and would do just about anything for you

He’d go out of his way to make you happy with no complaints

Probably would tell you he loved you within 2 months on a whim without thinking it through

But you loved him too so it didn’t scare you away

Dating Jeff could go one of two ways I think

The two things that remain the same are:

Doing lots of cocaine 

And giving lots of head

One way dating him could go is:

He’d probably not consider you his partner for like 6 months, if ever

He isn’t the most caring person, so don’t expect many praises from him

He might have Mutt send you some gifts here and there but he’d never do it himself

Playing pranks on everyone from the teachers to the kids

The kids obviously love Peter so much and he loves them

That meant you could go everywhere and anywhere in seconds

He’d take you to your favorite state

If you loved Philly cheese steaks, he’d run to Philly and get them for you

If you loved Chicago deep dish pizza, he’d run there and bring it to you

He’d literally do anything you’d ask in a flat-out second

Probably even do that before you were dating because boy was simpin hard

During the holidays, you’d go out and do all the festivities

Including apple picking, dressing up for Halloween, getting pumpkins, going over to each other's houses for Thanksgiving, ice skating around the winter time, spending Christmas morning together, being together for Hanukkah, whichever holiday you celebrate

Overall, dating Peter would be so wholesome but buckle up cuz you’re in for a while ride

Feedback Fest 2024

In honour of International Fanworks Day (today! February 15) I am posting some fic recommendations that I've made in the past. (I am super swamped at work and can't write up any new recs, but I previously rec'd these over on my main blog over the past few years. I'm collecting them together again here on my writing blog!)

These ten rec's are in no particular order, and all are in the Transformers fandom (with some crossovers). Ratings and pairings (if relevant) are noted.

(I also had to split this list into two parts because I waxed too poetic about these fics. See my reblog for the next part. 🙂)

Frivolities by @neveralarch (G, Megatron & Starscream). Summary: “My correct form of address is in my ID tag,” snapped Starscream. “Use it or lose your tongue.” My comments: I love this story. I love it so much I’ve recommended it to people who would ordinarily never read Transformers fanfic, simply because I think they’d appreciate what the author is doing. They took canon and fanon, and from it alchemized a story of dysphoria and wanting to be seen and acknowledged in a way the character wants, and wrapped it up in a tidy package that hits like a truck, and have I mentioned I love this story! (makes fists) Read it!

Working Through It by @trinarysuns (M, Skywarp/Thundercracker/Marissa Faireborn). Summary: “TC,” Skywarp says, “I’m, like, ninety percent sure that humans don’t have interface cables.” Thundercracker squawks and almost knocks him over trying to get the script out of his hands. My comments: I can’t say enough about this story. I love it and it pushed so many buttons for me. Not even smutty buttons, just interaction buttons: humans interacting with giant alien robots, old loves reuniting, logitical issues of interspecies getting it on… Tumblr deleted my review of this story, (SIGH) so I reposted my review on DW here. It says a lot more about this fic!

The Soft Rush of Black Static by Monstrosibee (NR, Bluestreak/Prowl). Summary: Prowl doesn’t know a lot of bots on this newly salvaged Cybertron, and he definitely doesn’t know the bot intruding on his construction site. My comments: While this fic is essentially a fix-it fic for a story from the Aligned continuity, it just destroyed me. You can read the basics of what happened between Bluestreak and Prowl on TFWiki (at the end of Chapter 7 of The Covenant of Primus) but it was devastating to actually read how upset Prowl was by what happened. This short little fix-it brought all those emotions back and then healed them. I loved this.

Someone You Might Have Been by @astolat (T, Megatron/Optimus Prime.) Summary: I didn’t love him because he wasn’t you. My comments: I'm rec'ing this because it's just pure "this is exactly what I want to read!" for me. This is a delightful mashup of the Shattered Glass universe and G1, in which the Optimus Primes from each universe get (temporarily) swapped. It’s an amazingly heartwrenching MegOP story.

Crash Site by Slyboots (G, Breakdown/Knock Out). Summary: June Darby does not believe in aliens, or in haunted highways, or in government conspiracies, or in any other small-town folklore. The new mechanics in town are uncanny, all the same. My comments: I am a sucker for Transformers: Prime fics, and one of the (it's canon! suck it Hasbro) ships from the show that I love is Knock Out/Breakdown. But besides that, I just love the vibe of this story. You can feel Knock Out and Breakdown in it, even if June doesn’t really see them, except out of the corner of her eye. And I am SO HERE for the idea that the two of them got some lovely downtime together before the events in TFP.

in terms of the audios? yeesh... um- haha- the creator of those audios blocked me on discord out of nowhere, which was highly rude, sending mass paragraphs of nomad/christian bullshit, (i have nothing against those in religion but the way she did so was awful.) almost ruining kia for me, as well as wouldn't let me say my peace on the conversation (essentially ended our friendship in the worst way possible without letting my partner and i speak on it). she deleted every social media account she had, let alone blocked me on everything which absolutely shattered my heart as i don't know if ive done something wrong or not. and just up and dipped with out a trace. so unfortunately you don't find those audios anymore. thankfully i have saved them personally (like hell are you deleting that shit. i paid over 100 USD worth of commission work. i also am terrified to commission anyone else now because of what she's said and done.) so as far as i'm aware, i'm the last person with any known copy of them. i do not know if i have the right to repost them, even with credit? and even then because of all this, they're unfortunately uncannon and scrapped from the storyline. which is highly upsetting. they've kinda shattered my love for teacup and i don't use him much anymore. as he himself as a character was used in awful was during that conversation. hence why you don't see much of teacup tails anymore. i cant bring myself to listen to the audios with out being violently sick from heartbreak. my partner and i are slowly trying to rebuild its story as we speak.

i apologize to any teacup tales fans for the hiatus on the content. until i can safely feel like i can use him again, content of him is gonna be heavily scarce. i might post some soon? i don't know for sure. however im VERY grateful for those fans who came for the wonder folk but have stayed for the transition of kia. you guys mean a great deal to me <3 rant over! i apologize! this was kinda the perfect time to clear up why teacup and the wonder folk haven't been shown much since december. sum it up, i got used for hal and mary in terms of "you can still commission me but our friendship will now only be professional" ick. no ma'am.

A: As a Tumblr noob, I followed accts all willy nilly--i was impatient to diversify my dash by account. But now I want it more diverse by fandom too. I recently put my dash in chronological mode and began seeing a lot more of some people. If we've never interacted, I don't want to feel like a lurker. Or I could've lost (some or all) interest in your fandom. Or I may have forgotten why I followed you, especially if what you're posting has changed. I am not certain yet that I want to call out specific blogs (last time I did that it got WEIRD) but it has been a while since we've had a discussion about reposting art as a fandom, and someone asked me to comment :')

I've been in the fandom long enough to see art reposting cause plenty of problems, and I've also been a victim of it myself, so I hope I can help someone understand.

So, fanartists, right? You might not be aware if you're not an artist yourself, but a lot of artists dislike it when you take their work and post it somewhere else. Plenty will have something like "DO NOT REPOST" written right there on their page. Even if they don't, that does not mean that they allow reposts.

There are plenty of reasons why an artist might feel this way, but to name a few common reasons, it could be an issue of credit or publicity: imagine you put hours of work into a piece of art, but another account posts it and they're the one who gains interactions, followers, etc. Even if that account mentions you as the artist, people aren't necessarily going to seek out the original artist. They're probably going to interact with the repost that's right in front of them. Can you imagine that feeling? Like, "Why is this person building a social media presence based on my work, and the work of other artists?" Interactions aside, it's really frustrating when you put a ton of effort into something and you're not recognized for it.

To name another reason, an artist might only want their work to be published in one particular place. This is often the case for me too, actually; I only want my dialovers fanart on tumblr, and I never post it on my twitter account, because I don't want it there. Another medium but still relevant: I don't want my youtube videos exported to other sites because if a lot of people view those reposts, I lose money that I would've gotten if they had just watched my video. Maybe there's a certain type of user that you don't want your work to be exposed to, or maybe you just don't like a site and you don't want your work there. This is something an artist should be able to decide for themself, and it's not right for you to put their art in places they didn't consent to putting it.

It's a case-by-case basis, of course, because different artists have different feelings about it, but generally, you need to obtain permission from an artist before taking their work and publishing it yourself. You can just ask! It's totally normal to ask. Worst they can say is no. Plenty of artists do allow reposts, and if they say that they allow reposts, then go for it!! But if they don't have "reposting is ok" written anywhere, and if you didn't ask permission......then that's not okay. You need to respect artists a little more than that.

Because you know what artists do when they don't feel respected? When their boundaries are crossed, and people post their work without permission?? A lot of times, they delete their stuff, they move their work someplace else to try and evade reposters, and sometimes they stop drawing for a fandom altogether. If you've been in the dialovers fandom for a long time, this has absolutely happened multiple times, whether or not you were aware of it. If you know which repost acc we're discussing here, you might've seen some of their posts say something like "artist is no longer active." And it blows my mind, because I was there when they became inactive, and more than one of them because inactive because people reposted their art! So, besides being disrespectful, it also leads to less dialovers fanart.

But anyway, most of you reading this probably don't repost art, so the more useful thing I can tell you is that I hope you can support artists by interacting with them rather than repost accounts. If you see a repost acc and like the art you see, and if you want to see more of it, seek out the artist's original account instead.

From what I'm seeing here, and this is just an outside observation and not a verified fact, but it appears anyone commending on the predstrogen/predesterone/avewy issue, largely making independant blog posts in solidarity and support of the banned account are having those posts flagged, taken down, or made unrebloggable. Given I made a post on this a few hours ago which you can see below with the link (maybe), we'll see how long mine lasts.

There are people documenting this, taking screenshots, and saving responses. I'm not sure how far Tumblr staff will take this, but it appears the choice for the moment is to go nuclear. If my above linked post gets reviewed and terminated, and likely this one will too if that's the case, then I might just have to have a discussion about where I'm going to take my online presence given the stance the CEO of Tumblr is taking on how transgender users on this site are allowed to be treated, which summed up is: as verbal punching bags who have no choice but to take threats of violence, abuse, harassment, and stalking from bigots or risk having your account deleted for speaking up. There are a lot of cool people on Tumblr, some fantastic history, and an amazing supportive community, don't get me wrong. But there's no reason all of that can't exist elsewhere if the Terms of Service are only going to upheld against trans people and bigots are afforded perfect immunity.

It was shit like this, that made me choose Tumblr over Reddit and Twitter. I will 100% delete my account and move elsewhere if I'm unwanted because of my gender identity. If I have to exist solely on Ko-Fi, Youtube, and Twitch. I will. Not even lying here, I will make a wholesome OnlyFans account to repost or remake my blog posts there if there's no other option. Over 1000 of you who've taken an invested interest in my ramblings and impassioned statements, if I'm not wanted on Tumblr, I won't disappear on you. You may just have to see me post elsewhere. I'll let you cross-post (with correct citations of the source (ie a link to the page on the site I made it)) wherever you are. If it comes to it I'll delete my biggest posts (which frighteningly have reached way more people than I ever expected (how did I manage to be seen by 30k of you?!)) and make them elsewhere because I won't be a part of the engagement cycle on a platform that doesn't want people like me.

This isn't a threat, just a statement of the terms for me electing to be here. I will go where I and people like me, are wanted, and right now, I'm not feeling very wanted given the circumstances leading up to the actions taken by staff, the actions and inaction taken by staff, and the resulting handling of the situation after as a whole (libel, misinformation, and censorship).

hello yttd fans. i really dislike making posts such as these, but i believe many of you do not realize how discourteous you're being and i would like to bring that to your attention for... well, everyone's sakes.

to preface, the your turn to die tags are intended for searching for fan content. this includes:

- fan art, writing, sculptures, knitting, etc. various art forms which feature some level of yttd theming - theories/speculation, commentary, etc. (likely accompanied by screenshots or official artwork) - headcanons, be it drawn or simply compiled in a post - aus/crossovers based upon the main game - edits - so on; just most things that draw from and extrapolate upon yttd, really.

+ ytts tags may have overlap in the yttd tag. this is understandable, as it as an offshoot of the main game.

this does not mean that every single post you make on yttd must be constructive -- i've certainly had times i only wanted to share a cute sketch nankidai made, with little additional commentary. but the difference here is what you choose to maintag, and how often you do so. there are some posts which, frankly, do not need to be maintagged. i'm not telling you to delete them, just not to spam the main tag with them.

many of the current 'daily' yttd blogs in particular have dismissed this. if you intend to post daily, you must realize that you will be interacting with the search tag incessantly. typically, i'd have no issue with this! i love seeing the yttd tag blow up, as it did with the minisodes, ytts, or the chapter updates! it was nice seeing everyone reinvolve themselves, if only briefly.

however, when the tag is overwhelmed by 'daily' blogs which are only ever posting official content that has been out for years -- that is when i take issue. people should not have to avoid the yttd tag simply because it's difficult to comb through for actual art and the like they're searching for; they shouldn't have to block another five blogs to make it useable.

you are overwriting many people's other posts, and with recent tumblr developments, sometimes the search tags have a limited amount of posts they will show - which applies even after you have blocked people. all you will find is a screenshot along the lines of this:

now, i understand that some people might not be sure what to share, in which case i'd ask you to sit on that before you begin posting on a blog that warrants daily interaction! in general, planning out exactly what you intend to post beforehand is probably a good idea: whether it's edits, headcanons, art, so on...! i'm sure there's something of your own you can showcase & add in your individual flair for your blogs! i don't intend to turn you away from the yttd tag entirely, but i know there's more unique you can add on your own instead of simply reposting the yttd game, one frame at a time... (an exaggeration, but i do hope you understand my point.)

- for example, if it's a case of you not being confident in your art, or feeling as if you need prompts to draw. here is some advice!!

{ confidence } - you should still practice! although it may be discouraging not having people reblog your art as often, it's nonetheless a step in the right direction! hell, i've seen some beginner artists who already show tons of potential: despite their insecurities about linework, they'd have amazing colors; or despite their colors feeling flat, they're slowly trying to hammer away at intriguing or symbolic composition. honing this is what's truly important, and i'm sure the right audience will eventually begin to recognize and appreciate the effort you've put into it.

{ prompts } - in this case, it may very well be fitting to make an introduction post asking for requests! but - if that doesn't work out, there's always option b) searching out prompt generators! or, finding lists of prompts somewhere on tumblr. there were many roleplayers who used to use these for writing, but you could still draw out the scenarios!

all in all, it's just important to find your niche! i don't have a good conclusion to this post. just please be mindful of not spamming the tag in this way. there are other ways to contribute/be known without frustrating other fans... thank you if you've read this post in full.

Living with... Eustass Kid

Lives in a flat, not a house. Probably one of the flats above a corner shop or takeaway place that looks a bit ugly from the outside. It’s a cheap rental flat, probably with a boat load of problems the landlord just isn’t going to fix, but it’s home and it gets the job done.

The flat is in a rough city central location, but it’s still an area where everyone looks out for one another. It’s a weirdly tight knit community with the odd petty crime and those ‘unfavourable types’ hanging around. 

I genuinely see Kid living in Scotland or the North/North East of England. Maybe the Midlands or somewhere in Ireland too. Places with some rough little areas, but good people that’ll bend over backwards for you at the same time? It’s hard to explain.

You will forever have mixed feelings over your decision to move in with Kid. Sometimes living with him is the greatest, but, the rest of the time you want to just smother him in his sleep.

Arguments are bound to happen every single day and they’ll often be over the pettiest of reasons. You walked past the TV screen while he was gaming online? Instant argument. You didn’t put his beer in the fridge so he has to drink the room temperature stuff? Oh boy, he’s pissed. He’s left the toilet seat up and you’re giving him grief over it? Absolute screaming match.

“Y/N, where the hell is the bread?” “Oh, we ran out,” “Fucks sake! Why the fuck did you not go out and buy more then!?”

Don’t take these arguments to heart too much, they really don’t matter to him, the need to bitch is just in Kid’s nature.

Thankfully, very serious arguments are a rarity but they are the scariest.

Your neighbours genuinely really hate you both, I’m sorry, it’s true. They’re praying for the day you’ll move out and inconvenience someone else.

Probably have had the police called out to your home for being such disruptive neighbours. Don’t expect Kid to apologise in these situations, he really doesn’t care about your neighbours feelings. In fact, he’s likely to go out of his way to be an even worse neighbour the more he knows he’s getting under their skin.

The amount of apologies you have had to make to the community is absolutely sinful, but someone has to do it and you’re kidding yourself if you think Kid will. Sorry is a word that barely makes it into his vocabulary and is reserved for the worst of fuckups.  

Has been arrested for giving the coppers a hard time on these home visits and is on a first name basis with most of the police in your town.

Your neighbours will hear absolutely everything that you guys do, so try not to be too embarrassed. Kid doesn’t have an inside voice and borderline shouts every other word so no matter whether you’re in the middle of a heated argument or are getting down and dirty, they just know.

Nights at home consist of junk food, the occasional takeaway and raunchy TV series’. Game of Thrones, The Boys, basically anything with explicit sex scenes, nudity and bloody violence has Kid super game. He’ll indulge you with series like Bridgerton and True Blood if they’re your cup of tea. For the tits, he’ll absolutely power through.

However, Kid will complain if you want to watch something that’s not to his taste at all, namely cheesy chick flicks or long period dramas with no action whatsoever. He’d honestly rather die.

Despite that, he secretly really enjoyed Grey’s Anatomy. All the doctors just fuck each other and do surgery all day, so he thinks it’s a little cool.

He was absolutely not okay when McDreamy died, he had to excuse himself to hide in the bathroom for five minutes just so you wouldn’t see, and refused to watch past that point. Fuck Grey’s Anatomy and fuck TV script writers.  

Was exactly the same over Ned Stark death, but he did manage to power on and keep watching through to the end. 

Metal music is played almost constantly throughout the day. Rock too, especially glam and classic rock, but never anything else.

Date nights usually consist of going into town to get drunk at various pubs before partying the night away at all the nightclubs in the area, no matter how sleazy the places are. Going to gigs and festivals are also extremely common.

If you’re at a gig or a festival, Kid will let you sit on his shoulders so you have the absolute best view. He’ll also use his strength to push forward to the very front so you’re as close to the stage as possible. Praise him for this or he’ll get pouty.

If anyone tries to squeeze your bum or touch you inappropriately in any way while you’re sitting on his shoulders, Kid will beat the absolute shit out of them. No one’s cupping a feel without being punished severely afterwards. Same goes for if you’re crowd surfing, the minute he sees any hands creeping where they shouldn’t or trying to pull you down, he’s there with fists flying.

Kid will also accompany you to any gigs for musicians he’s not the biggest fan of, but expect him to stand there looking annoyed and miserable. It’s the handsome boy bands that he hates taking you to see the most, he gets far too jealous.  

As a couple you have the most basic weekly routine that you had to make up to keep the household functional. Yes, you had to make it, Kid certainly wouldn’t. All household chores are to be done by Sunday at the latest and grocery shopping has to be done the same day so you don’t starve for the rest of the week or spend all of your money on takeaway. Sunday’s are always primetime for the most arguments because of this.

Kid is in charge of taking all of the bins out and he hates it. You’re pretty much on your own for the rest of the cleaning.

Expect him to make a lot of mess because Kid is entirely incapable of tidying up after himself. He’ll leave his clothes all over the floor, bread crumbs all over the bench and if he misses when he does try to throw something into the bin it’ll sit on the floor until you tend to it.

Kid doesn’t know how to work a washing machine but he’ll hang the clean clothes on the washing line or put them on the radiators to dry for you.

Kid is the type of guy who leaves crumbs in the butter and puts plates with food still on them straight into the sink.

Killer is always over at the flat. Always. And Kid wouldn’t have it any other way. At this point, Killer may as well just move into your spare room because the two are always hanging out together.

Mornings are ridiculously hectic because both of you want to use the bathroom first. Don’t waste your time, Kid will often win because he’ll just wrestle you back down into bed and then sprint down the hallway to the bathroom before you’ve even had the chance to get back up.

If you’re not gaming or watching TV together, you’re listening to music and doing cute creative hobbies. Kid surprisingly likes to make jewellery, often pretty but Gothic in design. He’ll give you some of it and sell the rest on Etsy or eBay.

Kid can draw very very well. Mostly he focuses on mechanical looking designs, but sometimes he’ll just sit and draw detailed sketchings of you while you’re distracted doing something else. If you ask he’ll spend some time teaching you how to draw too, he’s not a patient or kind teacher though.

Kid is a fairly frequent Snapchat and Instagram user. He’ll post the standard stuff like photos from a recent gig he attended, pictures of his art and a snap of the coolest addition to his growing weapons collection. But of course there are the couple selfies too and photos of you bending over to pick something up from the floor with a caption like ‘my view when I’m fucking them tonight’. He may or may not delete those depending on how nicely you ask him. 

Kid often gets banned from social media and from online gaming for periods of time. During these periods Kid gets extra volatile because he’s so bored. He’ll also get extra horny because in his mind all he can do is watch porn and fuck. So, beware, he will hound you.

He either stays up stupidly late which makes him extra grumpy in the morning or he’ll go to bed at the same time as you so he can get away with cuddling without it being seen as him being cute or romantic.

Your home is usually messy and chaotic, I’m sorry, it’s just the truth. No matter what kind of cleaning you do, Kid does not care enough about it and really isn’t going to pull his weight. People best not come to his flat if they’re going to bitch at him about his mess; he’ll gladly tell anyone who does to fuck off.

Kid will get rid of any spiders for you if you’re frightened of them, he’s your reliable pest controlling man, so don’t worry. But he will definitely tease you during and after disposing of it. He also might pretend like he’s going to come over and throw the spider at you to scare you a bit, but honestly, he 100% wouldn’t follow through because he knows you might break up with him or at least put a sex ban on him for a while if he did. He’s really not going to risk that.

Honestly a sex ban is probably the easiest way to get him to comply, but you can’t use it too much or he’ll wise up and know you’re full of shit. 

Speaking of sex, the man has quite the libido and the stamina to match. You have to keep up with all of his wants and needs, but he’s not selfish enough to not tend to yours. 

Fucking is for every day/night of the week and he will be outraged if you try to to make any sort of schedule for it. When he’s got the urge, and that’s often, he’ll come to you. He’s not going to wait for Wednesday night after work and dinner. Fuck that.

if you're wondering why i went inactive and then deleted, my mental health kind of (really) tanked... and i ended up deleting my blog in a fit.

it's getting better bit by bit though! and i've been wanting to get back into writing (and talking abt my unhinged/yan ideas i can't really talk to anyone else abt), so. here i am! for now, at least

as for my previously posted writing, there's some good news and some bad news: the bad news is that everything i wrote directly into tumblr (99% of snippets, a lot of ask answers, most exact content warnings, etc) is gone. the slightly less bad news is that iirc there were very very few posts of mine that weren't reblogged by anyone at all, so they're probably still out there? feel free to send them my way if you find any and i'll rb them. @/midnight-remembrance also has reblogged a couple of them! there's a couple snippets i have saved in some places, so i might repost those on my own as i find them, but there's very few of those. the good news is that anything longer (proper writing — oneshots, hcs, yan alphabet responses and so on, prompt responses, etc) is safely backed up where i originally wrote it! some of it is also on my ao3, which is the same username. feel free to send me asks about any you'd like to see again and i'll repost them! i might not post them if i feel too embarrassed about/wish i hadn't posted them, and i might rewrite/heavily edit some of them, but i think there's only a handful that fall into the former category and none of them were particularly popular. either way, no harm in asking!

as for some other updates: i'm a little divided on whether i want to keep posting explicit nsfw or not so we'll see. i might just keep it out of main tags. idk yet. regardless of what decision i make, this blog is still strictly 18+ and that will not be changing. since we can reply from sideblogs now, this is a sideblog and not my main now. why? sometimes i prefer to check up on a blog frequently instead of following them for a couple of reasons, but this felt very awkward when they were following me. so this being a sideblog relieves a bit of that stress. if this makes it sound like i have severe brain worms, it's because i do. to that effect though, if we interact every so often feel free to consider us mutuals regardless of whether or not i'm actually following you =w=b tbh i.............. am not really into genshin anymore. i might post about it here and there but i just Do Not (really) Care about it anymore. scara aside to some degree i also have no clue what's going on post inazuma lol whatever projects or commitments to writing or etc i had made beforehand. i forgot all of them so just pretend that never happened ok? ok i'll also probably be posting more sparsely, but we'll see! and (this is obviously the most important bit) i have no clue where i put the mika edit so we're back to my og classic pfp. the header scales terribly and is temporary, please ignore that too

*roughly 6/22 done, but fairly quick to write. roughly one paragraph per character (sneak peek line: "it's not too hard to be discreet with his unique magic when someone really deserves to fall face down a flight of stairs. or three. oopsie. odd they don't remember it, huh? well, he had nothing to do with that.") **more realistic isn't quite the right word(s)... probably won't post this one to the main tags regardless. won't be doing all of the characters (only important/relevant ones) and won't be writing more about/expanding on, so this one is just like. a one off experiment sort of thing. overall less violent than most takes on the au + leans a bit (or lot, depending on how you look at it) more on the religious aspect of self aware aus. i wrote a couple paragraphs a while ago, then rewrote them, but i'll only finish/post them if there's interest for it (sneak peek line: "aether has deluded himself and cast You aside entirely on his own—and when You finally grace them with Your real presence, zhongli is certain aether will be the first to fall from Your grace.")

I've still not heard back from Tumblr staff regarding either this account's shadowban or my original blog's termination. It's been several weeks now. As an aside, there is a distinct uptick in the number of posts on r/TumblrAcctTerminated complaining about being shadowbanned or terminated without warning with twenty eight posts in the last two weeks. Tumblr seems to be hitting people for using VPNs or just randomly, some people get an e-mail, most don't, and whether or not you get a response seems entirely random.

The lack of response on this is incredibly frustrating, as is the complete lack of transparency when it comes to how these decisions are made or what triggered them. Say what you will about Twitter (it's a cesspool) but at least if you fuck up there they just lock your account for a few days and tell you exactly what post was the offending one before making you delete it. With Tumblr it's just "we've deleted your decade old blog for vague reasons, no you can't know why, fuck you".

I've pretty much given up on recovering my original blog, so there goes ten years and whatever (small, I'm under no delusions there) audience I had. I might try and salvage a few posts via the internet archive and whatever other sources I have to re-post here, but unfortunately I can't find any of my translations of Callimachus anywhere, which really hurts. Callimachus is tough fucking Greek and I'm too brainfogged and out of practice to attempt retranslations anytime soon. I can't even remember everything I translated. I know there was a bunch of stuff from books V & XII of the Greek Anthology, some Callimachus, excerpts of Homer. Maybe a little prose stuff? I think maybe some excerpts from Lysias? And then there was Latin translation too. I know I've got a bunch of it written out in notepads, but I revised and posted cleaned up translations to that blog. Oh fuck it. I'm not that person anymore.

I did manage, however, to mostly reconstruct my annual "favourite albums of 20xx" lists. People always seemed to appreciate them, so I'll repost those sometime soon. I'll also post revised and expanded versions of the first three parts of the ME/CFS history and a revised and expanded version of my guide to setting up a home media server with Linux and Plex sometime soon. Maybe I'll give another shot at answering that ask I got about discovering music without algorithms in a restructured, non-ask format.
