I am honoured to announce that we have reached 2.1k on this blog! ▹ track one: i once believed love would be

requests are open! these fics will be at least 500 words for each request and will also be set in the canon universe. please see below in regards to the requesting guidelines.

guidelines:

in order for me to complete a request, it needs to have a character and a story/plot line. the characters i am currently taking requests for can be found at the end of this post.

i currently write only for fem!reader because that is what i have experience in and because i haven’t figured out the mechanics for gn!reader or male!reader.

i do not write smut (suggestive is ok!), gore, or cheating (done by/on reader), loss of child, incest, poly relationships or age regression. i have the right to delete or deny any requests that come through my inbox.

do not send me a request that you have already sent to another author. it’s icky, it’s iffy, and it ends up with at least one person getting hurt. it’s just a generally not great thing to do and i recommend not doing it at all. i understand that it might take longer than desired for your request to come out, but that doesn’t change the fact that the people who are writing these fics are exactly that: people.

please be patient! i am currently working three jobs and each of them carry their own demands. i will most definitely get to your request, but these things do take time.

the latest art for haloween au was just so beautiful! <3 so they were married and keiji died and got reincarnated by kuroo, but as a side effect of this process he kinda lost memories of his past life (or parts of it)? ugh, i crave more information about all your aus, this one and single dad osamu in particular! (btw, this cake meme was great XD)

thank you so much!!!💙 yes, akaashi did lose his memories from his past life when he was reanimated. here's a little more info for you about halloween au,

after kuroo's father died and his sister left, he became obsessed with finding a cure for whatever illness akaashi has. he took akaashi back to his estate and kuroo never left the house unless absolutely necessary.

as selfish as akaashi thought this was, he still can't help but feel satisfied from the attention kuroo is giving him but he saw how much this was taking away from kuroo. He had such a bright future ahead of him. a learned and capable physician and so young. what a life tetsurou could live if he wasn't in the picture.

so when kuroo proposed akaashi was equal parts heartbroken and elated. akaashi sobs out a rejection and confesses to kuroo how he feels. how he wants kuroo to accept the inevitable. and you could only imagine how kuroo took that lol. however, kuroo reassures him that there is nowhere else he would rather be than by akaashi's side. no one else for his heart to love, only him and him until the end. kuroo promises him years and more. it was a whole thing but eventually, akaashi accepts. he accepts because he wants so badly to believe tetsurou and his promises.

akaashi dies a week later.

iwaizumi mikio + the JNT

my first post about the single dad!iwa au.

i said i wanted to write a post about mikio with the national team so... here it is!! i had some help brainstorming a lot of these because... coming up with headcanons for 14 different guys is hard. thank you to the mutuals who talked about this with me.

ushijima (uncle ushiwaka):

i talked about it a little in the original post but they're pretty close!! mikio's known him since he was a kid.

he calls him 'ushiwaka' instead of wakatoshi bc of oikawa lmao.

mikio likes to share rock and lizard facts with him. ushijima dutifully listens.

tendou sends ushijima chocolates and he always shares them with mikio! and ushijima will write down mikio's opinions on each of them to share with tendou later.

(side note: i don't think mikio has ever met tendou so he's like a celebrity in his mind... his uncle's cool friend who sends chocolates and has been on TV)

sometimes i think they just sit in silence while they do their own thing. ushijima's doing his stretches while mikio reads a book next to him or something. it's kind of cute.

bokuto (bokuto-san):

mikio, like most children, enjoys being thrown. bokuto is happy to throw children. he has a blast. in the gym, it's usually just swinging him around.

iwa isn't really the over-protective dad type but it does give him a heart attack sometimes.

bokuto calls him little/mini iwa a lot, i think... or baby iwa but that one usually makes mikio frown and go "i'm seven" all matter-of-fact.

mikio gets kind of nervous around hyakuzawa and hakuba because they are both So Tall so sometimes bokuto will carry him on his shoulders so he can be tall too.

kageyama (kageyama-senshu):

first of all. he calls him kageyama-senshu bc of hinata. mikio overheard hinata teasing him and was like O: and started calling him that too after hinata explained what it means.

kageyama is the only one he uses this for and it's because kageyama calls him "mikio-san"

they talk to each other like they're colleagues and it's both the funniest and cutest thing in the world.

"good morning, mikio-san" "good morning, kageyama-senshu"

mikio likes kageyama for these reasons! kageyama makes him feel like he's being taken seriously which is nice.

and kageyama is also happy to listen to mikio go on and on about his interests.

hinata (hinata-san / shouyou-san):

i think after he witnesses oikawa calling hinata shouyou a few times, he starts doing it too. but this is probably after the olympics tbh.

hinata is pretty good with kids! i think he's good at striking that balance between being goofy while also not talking down to kids so he's fun to talk to.

he tells mikio a lot of stories about karasuno with a slight focus on suga after he hears that he's his teacher! mikio is like "woah... suga-sen lore..." (<- he does not actually say this because he is seven but you get the idea) (actually it would be kind of funny if he said it exactly like that)

he also tells him stories about oikawa!! he tells him a little about when they hung out in brazil. and mikio's little mind is BLOWN because he didn't even know they knew each other.

atsumu (miya-san):

mikio uintentionally bullies atsumu sometimes.

he's kind of blunt and he doesn't realize that what he's saying sounds rude lmao.

"miya-san, why does your hair look like that?" when his roots are starting to grow back in. (mikio is the first one to notice)

or atsumu will be overreacting about something in typical miya atsumu fashion and mikio goes "miya-san, you're being weird"

mikio calls osamu "myaa-sam" because of bokuto and atsumu thinks it's so unfair that osamu has a special nickname when atsumu definitely sees mikio more often than he does.

he wouldn't say this to mikio though. he just whines about it to osamu.

atsumu thinks mikio hates him but mikio does actually think he's kind of cool. he says this once and atsumu is like "he thinks i'm cool" and sakusa goes "he said 'kind of cool'"

sakusa (sakusa-san):

i really thought about having mikio call him 'omi-san' because the idea of him calling him that while atsumu is just "miya-san" was. really funny but i don't actually think he would.

like, he picks up a lot of nicknames from oikawa and bokuto but this is one where i think he would stick to what his dad says.

partially because he is... a little scared of sakusa. it's not necessarily anything sakusa did, he's just tall and has a deep voice and he was wearing a mask the first time they met and it just freaked him out.

sakusa did unintentionally make him cry once because he saw mikio pick up something off the ground outside and told him it was disgusting. iwa then had a talk with sakusa about how you talk to children.

iwa was firm about it but not mean or anything. everyone else describes it as "the time our athletic trainer almost killed sakusa" though.

komori (komori-san):

komori is a fun guy! fun silly little guy! i think he likes roping mikio into shenanigans.

nothing super bad, he's not trying to get mikio in trouble with his dad or anything. just silly harmless stuff.

sometimes at sakusa's expense but not always since mikio is a little freaked out by him.

i do not have specific examples for the shenigans though. sorry. if anyone has ideas, my inbox is open always.

komori also gives me the vibe as the kind of guy who would like puns so he makes mikio laugh a lot. (even if mikio doesn't always understand the pun, lol. he laughs and then he's like "i don't get it" and then komori explains it to him)

suna (suna-san):

suna wants to be in his "the dad who stepped up" era but mikio already has a dad. (<- this is what iwa says every time suna says he can be the father figure mikio needs)

ok. jokes aside.

mikio thinks suna is okay. he shows him funny videos on his phone sometimes which is about the only time mikio finds him entertaining.

yaku (yaku-san):

it depends a little but yaku's pretty good with kids, i think. he's another one who i think kids would like because he doesn't talk down to them or anything.

(he still talks to them like they're kids though, he talks to them about their interests)

he does encourage some of the unintentionally rude things mikio says lmao.

"he's kind of weird" "you're right, mikio-kun. he is kind of weird" "HEY"

yaku and komori are secretly teaming up to try to persuade mikio to be a libero behind iwa's back. (i don't think iwa actually has any strong opinions on what position mikio would hypothetically play if he decided to play volleyball in school but still)

hoshiumi (hoshiumi-san):

kind of a menace.

he told mikio that the reason hakuba is so tall is because he watched subliminal messaging videos about making you taller when he was a kid (hakuba backed this up).

so for a few days mikio was using his screen time to watch subliminal 'how to get taller' videos on youtube and iwaizumi was like wtf?? (missed hoshiumi telling him this)

mikio didn't even know what subliminal meant. hoshiumi had to explain it to him.

another time hoshiumi told mikio that if he swallows a watermelon seed it will grow into a watermelon in his stomach and then joined the "players who have made mikio cry" club. (iwa yelled at him after)

he just... lies. a lot. about somewhat harmless stuff but still. he is spreading misinformation. and iwa is like "stop lying to my son"

aran (ojiro-san):

nervous but pretty good with mikio!

he's actually pretty good at cheering him up when he's upset because he just says it's okay to be sad! and then he feels a little better.

sometimes mikio asks him to swing him around like bokuto does and aran is like "absolutely not" (but in a nice way lol, he doesn't want to hurt his feelings but he doesn't want to risk accidentally throwing mikio across the gym)

brings extra snacks when he knows mikio is coming in (iwa usually tries to give them a heads up). he gets mikio obsessed with ritz crackers for a while because he always shares his with him.

he corrected the "hakuba got so tall because he watched subliminal videos" misinformation. i think he's actually often stepping in to correct misinformation. every time he sees hoshiumi talking to mikio, he makes sure to listen in.

hyakuzawa (hyakuzawa-san):

he's not necessarily... scared but mikio gets really nervous around hyakuzawa because of how tall he is. he is the tallest person he has ever seen.

hyakuzawa is... also nervous around kids lmao. because of how tall he is. so it's a little funny to watch them be wary around each other.

yaku tells him not to be so nervous because kids can smell fear.

"what" "they literally can't" "oh haha yeah"

he gets a little better as time goes on but he's always the most awkward around him.

hakuba (hakuba-san):

mikio is also nervous around him bc of his height but hakuba is a little better with kids than hyakuzawa. or at least, he doesn't get as nervous.

hakuba is often on like High Alert when he knows mikio is around because he doesn't want to accidentally bump into him or knock him down. (hyakuzawa too but i think it's a more conscious effort with hakuba bc he is not always that aware of his surroundings lol)

he will sometimes assist hoshiumi in spreading misinformation.

kiryuu (kiryuu-san):

i think mikio likes him! i don't think kiryuu always knows how to interact with kids but he does his best (which is pretty good tbh).

mikio asks him for bird facts, kiryuu shows him pictures of birds he's seen while birdwatching. it's nice.

mikio gains a greater appreciation for birds through these conversations and will sometimes point out random birds while he's out with his dad.

and that's it, i think? i hope you enjoyed. i'm not as happy with what i came up with for the last three (well actually i like kiryuu's i just wish i had more lol) but i didn't really want to leave them out either! if anyone wants to talk more about this, my inbox is always open!!!

Dating headcannons Beast AU pt 3

25 post event. 3/25. -pt. 4 (Tetcho and Jouno)

Warning: so far, none to mention expect Mori's violent tendencies such as threatening and being his dirty minded self (only mentioned, not described) and a few curses (maybe)

- honestly Mori would be very similar to the original au but with a few tweaks here and there.. apparently he can't be the exact same..

-would Mori be touched starved? honestly Mori wouldn't be touched starved, but he does act like it... Similar to the original au, It is well-known that he would be all over you, because you're so dear to him.. Sometimes he would leave you alone in peace or he would be in your personal space 24/7..

-how would they act around you?

-you really can't tell what's he's like in general because it's like he has 4 faces... 1. His clingy whiny self.. 2. His calm and slightly romantic self... 3. His disappointed and slightly stern self, 4. His sexually sadistic self... and 5. the one you don't regularly see, he's absolute furious self (he doesn't act like that in front of you because he doesn't want to scare you off) but the majority of the time he acts like haft of 2 and 3 on a daily basis

-The same as the Original AU, he doesn't really give out affection.. it's most likely the other way around.. But there's some occasions that he would give you affection without any problems.. like if you're mostly strained or facing something negative... He may initiate affection first in order to comfort you..

-Even if Mori isn't the boss of the Port Mafia he still likes to have the title of being superior.. So it isn't hard to believe that Mori would have the most control in a lovers relationship..

-honestly this would be surprising to most people around his social circle.. but he craves almost any sort of affection with you (but now he can express it whenever he wants, since he's not the boss of the Port Mafia anymore) If you do something very cute that involves affection, he'll be all over you cooing you for being so adorable..

-Mori doesn't need courage to ask you out.. he just does it at the right time with the right planning.. and somehow you're crazy enough to say yes..

-Similar to the Original AU, Mori has two types of dates.. one moment he's acting like one of those single quirky tired dad's that want affection and bring you around town walking around with his orphans then the next moment he's acting like a rich romantic man and bringing you to a fancy dining area.. (somewhere not too popular because he doesn't exactly want you to meet Osamu Dazai at all)

-honestly there's not really much hesitancy within the relationship other than your own.. (if you have any that is) like if you are his darling.. then the word hesitancy doesn't really exist in his vocabulary.. like if he wants something from you, he does it.. no harm done, right?

-working in the orphanage with Mori, I swear almost anything that happens there is wholesome because the kids probably like you and there would be so many wholesome moments between you and Mori (obviously during work hours/daytime because we're taking about Mori here..)

-Similar to the Original AU, Mori is all for living together because it makes it easier for him to 1. To Communicate with you whenever he wants 2. Insure your safety and 3. To see his adorable s/o's cute domestic home life.. (I'm talking about those wholesome moments where you wake up all sleepy and still want to sleep.. *in he's eyes your absolutely adorable when you do that*)

-trying to sleep in the same bed as (them),

-would they be big spoon or small spoon most of the time?

-how do they respond to you giving them innocent affection in bed? When would you get away with making them the opposite position?

-if you live with him.. then on the first night you're probably sleeping in same room as him.. because what's the fun of having you over and he won't be able to sleep with you.. that's just unamusing or at least in his opinion..

-most of the time Mori would be big spoon, He loves the feeling of you within his arms and likes cooing you.. Not only that, but it gives him a sense of superiority, he feels like he's protecting you and he knows for a fact that you're safe in his arms..

-the only way Mori would ever be a small spoon is when he's feeling like it.. like example, you offer your chest or your thighs as a pillow.. if he's in the mood then he would lay on it.. mind you his hands will 100% wander off.. (unless there's kids around- NM if the kids are under the age of 15 he will not be doing that *rip 15+..*) Another reason that will least likely happen, is when Mori's in the hospital unit because he injured himself.. he may or may not use you as a pillow with the excuse that you're more softer than the pillow.. (Mori gets so jealous when the kids spend way to much time cuddling you)

-almost anything goes when it comes to affection.. like arm hooking, hand holding, embraces, hugs, kisses, cuddles, ect..(unlike the Original AU, Mori doesn't need to hide the relationship.. so expect to be bothered because he wants affection..)

-Mori jealous while in a relationship, okay.. unlike the Original AU, Mori's most likely to actually get jealous if you spend too much time with the kids or if a person you get along with starts flirting with you.. (as I mentioned earlier he can get jealous if you do spend way too much time with the kids) but let's get back to the adult flirting with you.. it most likely happened when Mori was showing a couple around the orphanage (little did he know, one of them were unloyal to their lover) and when they laid their eyes upon you, they couldn't help, but with you.. you not being able to catch the drift thought he was just being friendly and funny.. later on Mori found himself alone with the flirter and threatened him (doesn't mean Mori's not a apart of the Port Mafia anymore, it doesn't mean he doesn't know how to kill someone) yeah you had to witness a divorce later on (I know it's not important but I have to say it.. the kids had so much fun watching the drama.. because they're not stupid, they knew exactly what Mori was doing and they had so much fun watching it unfold in front of them)

-if you think very lowly of yourself? He's not having it.. your his darling, it's impossible to worthless.. all of you belongs to him, why would you dare think lowly about yourself? If it's because of past trauma, he'll try to comfort you without triggering you.. If it's because someone told you that, then that person will be having a stern talk with him.. or if it's just an orphan, he'll still have a stern talk with them but he will guide them to not insult others because it's mean..

-unlike the Original AU, Mori's slightly better at cooking because he actually has the time to practice.. Mori wouldn't exactly improve for you because he's still a busy man after all, but sometimes he spends his time improving his skills... His heart flutters and skip a few beats when you cook for him.. he thought you looked absolutely adorable in a apron, placing your home made food on the table.. he would certainly tease you about it.. with the line "awe.. your already preparing to be my little adorable house wife/husband"

-overall, Mori in a healthy relationship would be like... He's a gentleman, romantic, clingy, whiny, flirtatious, manipulative and mysterious.. he's not entirely touched starved but acts like it and he would be easily categorized in yandere.. he's also very protective and teasing as well..

sunaosa- single dad osamu au headcanons bc I am obsessed with them

suna panics the first time he holds kanako

osamu thinks its cute. he shows suna how to hold her properly, stays close by and assures suna he's doing fine.

kanako doesn't cry in suna's arms. she sobs and wails the second atsumu picks her up, even gets fussy when the twins' mom holds her. in suna's arms, she sleeps calmly.

osamu vows not to date until kanako turns 18

he starts dating suna when kanako is 3 years old

osamu asks suna out but like, also tells suna that kanako is going to be part of their relationship

suna is ready to be a dad

even though the thought scares him and he calls motoya every other day to panic about it

atsumu makes fun of suna but was just as terrified to even be an uncle

kanako has a lot of questions as she gets older and osamu answers them all truthfully and doesn't hide anything from her. he firmly believes she deserves to know everything that happened with her mom.

kanako gets a lot of nightmares when she's about 5 years old and they kinda last until she's 8, so a lot of nights she ends up sleeping in between suna and osamu.

(suna had wondered why osamu suddenly started wearing clothes to bed 💀)

osamu cries on kanako's first day of school and suna has to take over getting her ready

sunaosa rarely get a moment alone and at first it's really hard for suna

but they talk and osamu decides they can do a date night once a week

they drop kanako off at atsumu's or mama miya's, they go out to eat or stay in.

most of the time, they end up asleep at 8 pm

suna becomes so protective when kanako becomes a teenager

like tries to scare any guy who comes over

and then she comes out as a lesbian and suna tries to scare every girl who comes over and osamu tells him to stop

(osamu thinks it's the cutest thing ever) (kanako hates it)

kanako goes through a little angsty emo phase and the twins joke that she gets that from suna

neither kanako or suna find it funny

kanako plays volleyball, she can play any position but loves to be the setter like her uncle

in the backyard, osamu and kanako will bump the volleyball back and forth while they talk. it's how kanako prefers to confide in her dad.

kanako kinda varies between calling suna her dad and calling him "rin"

mostly because osamu called suna "rin" so many times while she was growing up, so that's what she associates him with.

Kita turned his attention back to finishing the shopping trip as quickly as possible. If Atsumu got to screaming too then there would be a much longer process to calming the two of them down. A quick search through the baby care bag revealed that he did not have an extra bottle, but he did have a pacifier. The small silicone nipple was promptly suckled on with fervor, but Kita knew that it wouldn’t last long.

“You are always so composed, Mr. Kita,” the elderly shop keeper complimented with a smile. “It makes the rest of us fathers look almost incompetent! It wouldn’t be hard for you to pick a wife to care for the little ones; the ladies like a family man.”

This was not an unfamiliar line of conversation, not since the day he first appeared in the human village with the infants in tow.

“I don’t need a wife,” he replied blandly.

The man laughed heartily as he carefully filled the worn grocery bags. “Maybe not, but it sure is nice to feel their warmth and comfort!”

1/2 forgive me, but can i vent a bit about my headcanons of single dad osamu? this comic w/ osaaka on balcony and non-existent fanfic gave me so many ideas! maybe masa’s mom will come back and she’s gonna be like ready be a mother now, and osamu will think he should cave in and let her take care of masa and atsumu will disagree w/ him (she might be a bit manipulative and stuff), and maybe she will be mean to keiji...

2/2 and he will feel like he needs to leave cause a child should have a mother and he is redundant (osaaka is still so fresh then) and masa will miss him so much and osamu too. but the kid is just confused, why this lady is a part of his life and akaashi is gone? just some angst before it gets better… love your art and ideas <3

i like the route and idea you took with masa's mom coming back into the picture!! i love a bit of drama before everything gets better hhahaah!

the mom could even come in at the worst time! let me set the scene:

in my head, that scene in the balcony would be akaashi and udai's last day in osaka before they go back to tokyo. right after osamu and akaashi's talk and having their feelings out in the open and having been intimate with each other, akaashi leaves and promises to come back after a few weeks. he promises to stay in touch.

and then a few days later, one night after osamu tucks masa into bed, the doorbell rings and surprise surprise! it's the mom!!! hahahah

and the dilemma is that.. osamu knows how he feels. knows what he wants, and the answer is keiji. but the mom's argument about having to think what it is masa needs that gave osamu pause.

but anyway! it all works out in the end!! haahahhah!

some random single dad!suga au headcanons

background info for those unfamiliar.

bokuto wore a suit when he met baby mieko for the first time. he said it was because he wanted to make a good impression on the baby. he likes to say that it clearly worked because he is now one of mieko’s favorite people.

when mieko was born, kuroo bought a book of magic tricks to learn. he is now the cool uncle who knows magic tricks. while mieko thinks it’s cool, he’s just given everyone else another thing to tease him for.

every year for her birthday, asahi will take a drawing of a dress she made and actually create it for her! the first time he gifted her one, she loudly said that he’s the best and he cried.

(she’s made everyone cry at least once this way - just being open and honest in the way little kids are)

mieko likes to collect seashells. she keeps them in a jewelry box in her room (that she decorated herself) full of them. some are ones she’s collected herself from beach trips but a lot of them are ones noya has given her whenever he comes back to japan. they are some of her most prized possessions.

tsukishima accidentally made mieko cry once while playing a board game. yachi and yamaguchi still make fun of him for the way he panicked trying to calm her down.

she calls osamu myaa-sam bc that’s what akaashi and bokuto call him. she has only met him like... twice but she thinks he’s really cool. this probably has something to do with him making her panda onigiri when they first met.

the first time she met atsumu, she thought he was osamu and was visibly disappointed when she was told he wasn’t. atsumu tries to impress her and show her that he’s just as cool as his brother (if not cooler) but nothing works. sorry atsumu, you’ll never beat the man who made panda onigiri.
