Summer is technically both Raven and Tai's mistress, so Ruby is still Yang's little sister. Blake is attending the school at Signal, mainly to scout out Patch to see if they could set up a base on the island and ends up crushing hard on Yang during her time there.

But asshe stood over the fading body of the Deathstalker, Raven felt all of the blood drain from herface as she fell to her knees, pulling close the bleeding form of a Hunter sheknew in days gone past. Her Aura was shot, her blade far too dull.
She wastoo slow this time.
"Taiyang,“she whispered. "Taiyang, please. Wake up. It’s not your time yet, wakeup!”
Eyelidsfluttered open slightly as breathing became shallow. Somehow, he managed togive her that same playful smirk he always had.
"Heythere,“ he croaked. "How’s my precious Raven?”
"Taiyang,just hold on. We’ll get you help, I promise-“ Raven’s words were cut offby a hand on her cheek. The smell of iron filled her senses as she realized hisfingers were slightly red.
"Iwas afraid,” he managed, blue eyes dull from the pain. “I thoughtyou’d never come back…”
Shewasn’t supposed to come back. She had a tribe to lead. She had places to go.She wasn’t meant to be back on Patch, let alone fighting off hordes of greencolored Grimm.
But shecouldn’t tell him that.
"Iwanted to come back,“ she said. It wasn’t a total lie. She did intend toreturn sometime. Just not for long.
Not like this.
"I’msorry I didn’t come back sooner,” she sighed.
Taiyanglet out a soft chuckle, gently pulling her closer. “’’s fine…you’reback…that’s all that matters…”
Ravenmanaged a soft smile, and gently pressed a kiss to his lips. “That’s allthat matters…”
Taiyang’seyes slowly started to close. “I’m tired, Rae…”
"Stayawake,“ she said. "Help should be here soon. Just stay awake.”
"Justa few minutes….“
"No.You stay awake. Don’t you die before I do, Tai!”
Taiyanglet out a cough, his breathing so light it was inaudible. It was only now thatshe realized how pale he looked. He was no longer the sun kissed father andteacher she had left behind. He was a shell of his former glory.
"Takecare of the girls,“ Taiyang muttered, his body going limp.
"Don’ttalk like that, Tai,” Raven whispered. “They need you. It’s not yourtime yet.”
Why did it have to be like this?
"Ilove you, Raven…“
Taiyanglet out one last breath, and his hands fell to the ground.
"Tai,”Raven stammered. “Taiyang? Please, Tai. Tai? Tai!”
Sheshook him roughly, trying hard to get him to respond. When that didn’t work,she lay him on the ground, pressing her hands to his chest just like theylearned in school. And she kept going. She tuned out everything, focusing onTaiyang.
Shedidn’t notice when Qrow and the others finally found them.
Shedidn’t look up when Ruby screamed.
Shedidn’t notice Yang’s eyes flare.
Shekept her eyes on Taiyang, eyes filling with tears.
I was too late.

Yang- [sad] And now I’ll never be able to use it as a bed =(
Raven - [turns to Summer and Tai, taking the advertisment] WEAKNESS
[Raven slashes open a portal and leaves her very confused family]

- 48 hours later-
[Raven portals back into the living room, carrying a large bed sized teddy bear. Even she had to admit it was amazing]
Raven - [notices her family staring at her, over stacks of Missing Person posters, with her face on it] Whaaaat’s going on
Summer - [cry scream] WE THOUGHT YOU DIED
Raven - [presents bear] Birthday Shopping
Summer- They were out ? They said it was limited edition
Raven - They still had one in an Atlas shop
[Raven places the bear down and kneels in front of an amazed Yang]
Raven - Happy birthday daughter
[Yang rocket slams Raven into a hug, pushing the both of them on the bear]
