Greetings my fellow mortals I bid you good morrow and will you to further read on regarding my

DEATH NOTE YOUTUBER AU PART 2

tis been a while my loyal subjects but my motivation hath risen from its grave with a passion

Misa: First up is the fantastic Misa Misa!!!

Okay so Misa is obviously a fashion youtuber showing daily outfits and makeup tutorials. She was one of the first people in The Squad to go viral and almost anywhere you go you can see fans wearing her merch. Though her fashion videos are what made her famous, her real passion is her side channel on which she plays the Sims and other games. She owns almost every sims cc pack and spends hours just designing characters to live out spectacular lives and learn awesome skills. She makes all her families and houses including the hyperrealistic versions of her The Squad ( L was incredibly confused as to how Misa had gotten his sim so accurate when he rarely shows his face, most of his and Light’s fans overlap with Misa’s so a lot of them were really confused as to why there was Misa, Light, Ryuk and Rem with just some Guy. There are numerous threads trying to decipher the identify the Guy’s identity along with the separate ones speculating on L’s identity).

Misa usually films from a very pink cutesey setup which promted mass shock when she finally did her long requested house tour only to show that it looks like a literal goth mansion. Some reasoned that it was simply the influence of Rem Misa’s tall hot goth girlfriend until Misa creates a whole video explaining where she was able to get her favourite decorations ( her favourite is the large black gothic style Mirror that Rem painted black roses on for her) Rem doesn’t actually have an account of their own and instead acts sort of as a guest star in Misas vids but most consider Rem to be part of The Squad as they appear so often.

Ryuk

Ryuk would definitely be the classic chaotic crusty gamer guy. He plays minecraft mainly just to troll people on Hypixel as actually building things is boring and takes wayyy too much effort. His ultimate favourite game of all time tho is the useless web. He also did a what I eat in a day that prompted mass confusion as he seems to live off of apples, monster and plain bread. After that people started mailing him ready meals. He added apple slices to them.

Matt

Okay let’s be real: Matt would be one of the original gamers. He posts playthroughs of almost every game you can imagine and has been around for years. He holds several world records for fastest playthroughs and his animal crossing island is simply marvellous. As expected his trademark outfit has been features in several roast videos. Matt prefers to play adventure style games on his favourite console. He’s had it for almost a decade and yet it still works. When he plays other games you can see his console in the background on its own shelf

koushi sugawara

- pls he’d make it so heartfelt and meaningful HHH I LOVE HIM~ - he’d want to make you feel how much he loved you, like actually feel it in your heart - i feel like he’d tell a FEW people, probably only get daichi to help AHAHAH - bruh asahi would probably have a mental breakdown and tanaka would snitch💔💔 - but he’d have an idea of what you both wanted i think, you wouldve spoken it over before defos - he’d want it to not be that public, just the two of you - so it’d be at like a hiking trail you both go on or something, a place that means loads to both of you but isn’t there for the world to see - and then...…came the day - he knew how much you picked up on little details so he had to be sneak sneak ten thousand™ - “hey, wanna go out on that one walk up *insert name of place idk*? ok ok ok i’ll get ur coat sugar” - EEEEEEEEEEE - he was trying his absolute best to keep it together - he knew you’d most likely say yes, so he wasn’t TOO scared, but it was still SCARY LIKE- - and then u got to the place he wanted to propose - it was this place where you always stopped, where there was a little bench (with your initials STILL carved into it from all those years ago) and it looked out over a nice view - “ooh, can we stop here again!” “u-huh i was actually gonna ask-” - bro he almost forgot the speech daichi read over to him about 20 times - but HE DID IT WOOOO - he didn’t want to make a MASSIVE deal out of it, the wedding would be more important to him but he still wanted to make you know how much he adored you - speech included lots of memories dating even back to before hed even SPOKEN to you i stg this man - AND U SAID YES!!! u have no choice. u did.

satori tendou

- i feel like he’d be kINDA similar to suga?? - a little less caring - he’d never actually pictured himself getting married tbf- - he never thought he’d actually find the right person so he just....gave up idk - BUT THEN YOU CAME INTO HIS LIFE- - even with you he hadn’t really thought about marriage, he was just focused on having fun with you, but then ushijima was like ‘...so, tendou. when is the wedding commencing between you and y/n.” and he just- - it was actually when they were sitting there he started to plan it - ushijima would SEEM like the worst person to go to, but he was actually quite good at this stuff - so in about 2 hours sat at the back door of tendou’s work, they had sketched out a sort of plan on the back of a spare napkin - there was one main thing he knew he wanted to talk about - how you always stuck by him, no matter what he did - he thought he’d seriously fucked up, and you would be back at his door the next day, smiling and chattering about this new café you heard opened down the road - god, he was terrified to even mention paris to you, but you were so up for the idea, it took him by shock - he didn’t take you for granted - so for once, he wanted to make you feel loved - they couldn’t think of a place to take you for ages, but then it hit them - you and tendou always went to wakatoshi’s games, ever since high school you both always made the commute if you had the time - and ushijima had a game coming up in two weeks...…. - when he mentioned it OFC U WERE DOWN PLS, you loved going back to japan - like ofc france was incredible but......... it was just lovely to see everyone again ;-; - since youd been there so much, you basically just got to stand right at the side of the court AHAHAH - so they won the game. obviously. its ushi and kags we’re talking abt here. are you kidding. then tendou started acting weird, which made u hella sus - it was the first time in what felt like years you’d seen him so...nervy - he kept fumbling over his words, you had to yell at him to speak up - but eventually he did it - he spoke abt how much you meant to him, how you made him more comfortable in his own body, how you stuck by him through everything - AND U SAID YES. AGAIN, U HAVE NO CHOICE. - and yes ushi and kags started cheering and the news outlets put u on the news i dont make the rules ok

kenma kozume

- ok mans is TERRIFIED - he’d quite genuinely never thought about marriage, throughout his years with you by his side it just...never crossed his mind - but it was when you were lying in bed one night, his arm dangled over you as you both drifted in and out of sleep - and it just hit him - why the fuck were you both still like this? - marriage was something you always expressed a love for, when kuroo got married you were basically in a trance the whole time - how was he so unaware? - people described kuroo’s proposal as pretty much perfect, he’d always been good at reading his partner, so he just used that knowledge to make something he knew they’d like - so, to kenma’s extreme distaste, he went to kuroo - oh my god kuroo fucking c r i e d - kenma was finally ‘growing up’ - so after about an hour of kuroo sobbing, they finally got down to business - after lots of.. lets say elaborate ideas from kuroo, and lots of no's from kenma, they finally came to a sort of compromise - since you and kuroo worked in the same department, he would text you on saturday simply asking if you wanted to catch coffee and talk about that one assignment - obviously, you said yes - not thinking anything of it, you just pulled on a jumper and jeans AHAH- - then you notice,,,why tf is he taking u to a beach at 7pm in march???? - #serialkillerkurooheadcanons - but u see kenma and ur like... wtf have u gotten yourself into- - have they been possessed?? who knowz - and then u get BLINDFOLDED LIKE WHAT - but then u snap back down to earth like why would they kidnap u- - as kuroo takes it off, kenma’s quite literally shaking - poor babie - he never really knew how to explain his thoughts properly, so the speech wasn’t anything extremely dramatic and/or romantic - but he did in a way tell you how much you meant to him - he spoke abt how you boost his confidence, have always been there whenever he needed you, and how you seem to always understand him when he’s being at his most blunt - therefore he thinks you’re his soulmate - PLSPLSPL IM CRYING

osamu miya

- i think he always knew he wanted to marry you - atsumu always embarassed him about it- - it got to the point you didn’t actually think he’d propose, you would just wake up one day and a wedding dress would be on the door - but it got to the point where tsumu was mentioning it significantly more when you went over for dinner - mama miya was always telling you how happy she was that samu picked you - even your own parents were being oddly warmer towards samu, whenever they phoned they asked how he was, etc etc - so you knew something was up - samu was always really polite to your parents, asked their permission before he even took you out on a date - ironic because you lived together but still- - so turned out, he actually mentioned proposing to you to them - they adored him for gods sake so of course they said yes - then tsumu thought he was acting weird, so he told his side - jesus christ they freaked out - his parents were always nervous about atsumu, who slept with random people on the weekends, and hadn’t been in a proper relationship since middle school - you were basically their god send AHAHA - so it was a massive deal when he wanted to marry you - it would appear that he didn’t really care, but in honesty it meant the wholeass world to him - like suga, he’d go for a location that meant a lot to both of you - christmas was a huge deal for both your families, they both came together and you had an incredible time - and last year some of the jackals came over, which was just hilarious - so what better time than christmas with your loved ones around you??? - it started off like a normal christmas, you had an incredible dinner ( cooked by none other than osamu ((with atsumu and bokuto attempting to sabotage it but just burning their hands on the pot)) ) then all played some games - but it was when you were all watching the basic christmas tv programmes when the atmosphere... changed - everyone was looking at you and samu, even sakusa looked excited - it was when his father muted the tv, and samu took your hand, your heart was basically beating out your chest. - he spoke about how he felt like, for the entirety you’d been together for, every day he seemed to fall more in love with you. you were like his rock, when things were even a bit off he could just come to you and you’d automatically make him happier even just by looking at you - bruh bokuto and hinata were sobbing in the corner

tooru oikawa

- surprising, but he never thought about marriage - he just kind of assumed he’d be one of those people that would be in a relationship for like a week then just.. move on to another person idk - that was until he ran into you - everyone, even his own parents, said he was a different person when he started dating you - it was ironic, you were quite similar to him - yet you made him rethink his fucking morals - it was sappy asf - ANYWAY BACK TO THE TOPIC AT HAND - he took this proposal really seriously, he wanted it to be the best moment of your whole life - until the wedding ofc ofc - since you’d basically changed him as a person, he wanted this to just show his appreciation for everything you’d ever done for him - he wanted you to feel his love - and so he set about preparing a good proposal - he’d be like osamu, and definitely ask your parents first - your parents loved him anyway, they thought he was the best thing that’d happened to you for a long while - he basically knew what he wanted to do - nothing too public, but nothing too quiet - whats the point of proposing if some people dont see am i right??? - sometimes when you both either a) needed a break or b) you both had a period of time where you were free, you both just booked an impromptu holiday AHAHHA - #richkidtingz - so obvs he had to do it on one of them... it was ur thing after all?? - it was when you walked in the door, face red, and flopped down on the sofa next to him, he grasped the opportunity - “..got any spare holidays from work?” - you quickly went on a travel agent website and booked a three day holiday to brazil, leaving the next morning - it was one of your favourite places to just escape to, so it made sense for him to propose there tbf - it was as you both woke up the first morning there, still sleepy from the night before, you grinned at eachother. - “hey.. get ready quick, i wanna do something.” “wHAT-” - he didn’t actually know where to do it, he just called a taxi and asked for your favourite high street HAHAH - after about an hour of browsing around shops, your hand never out of his, you finally asked ‘what did you want to do?’ - his breathing almost stopped i stg, he didn’t realise how scared he was - but then... HE DID IT POGGERS - he stuck to what he knew he wanted to speak about, making you sob in the process ofc - and even all the locals congratulated you!!!

i'll talk about them separately first, then together! so i hope you don't mind if this gets a little long (＾ᴗ＾)

(update after writing this– it got quite long LOL so i'm gonna put it under a read more—)

first, alice– i think he's great!! himbo extraordinaire, how could ya not like him :'D i've probably ranted about this before (read: in the tags earlier today lol) but i just love how much of a softie he is. it's especially apparent by how hard he tries to come off as this intimidating lone wolf figure lol. it's funny, because with his muscle and prisoner uniform (as well as actually being a murderer lol) he succeeds on that and comes off as untrustworthy despite being just a softhearted fool 😔 he'll be all like "you fools!!! you can't make allies in a death game!" and all that edgelord junk, insult sara brashly and then feel VERY bad about it as soon as she started fake crying. it's so immediately un-intimidating and i love that lmao. and how COWARDLY he is, despite being a pretty big dude. i think he doesn't perceive himself as intimidating, as some of the moments in his ytts events suggest (i'm specifically referring to when he meets mishima and is like Yikes! and then at the end mishima's like "appearances can really be deceiving huh" and alice is like "?!!??" LIKE SJDHDJ I LOVE THAT DYNAMIC FOR THEM, poor them having that issue 😭😭)

i wouldn't consider him one of my favorites but i appreciate him very much <3

okay, now reko– REKO'S CHARACTER FALLS INTO ONE OF MY FAVOURITE TROPES!! angry punk woman is always good（⌒▽⌒）but i also love how caring she is, an even better trope than Chaotic Angery™ is Chaotic Angery with a soft spot!!! it's very good of her and mwah i just love her.

i also think it's interesting that this more caring aspect of herself came out after alice's incarceration and that it seems to have been largely hidden from him throughout their lives?? in the flashbacks when they were kids, she seems fairly nice, but alice describes her as cold when they were adults, and he loves her so much that i trust his opinion. i really wonder what's up with that !! i don't know if i'm forgetting something that implied the cause of this harshness towards him but i'd really like to know ;; (i may be forgetting or misremembering some things, the only part of the game i've played recently is chap 3 and never with reko sjdhd)

it's also kinda nice how reko seems to outgrow the conventional morality thing she has going on? because she pushes alice away entirely on the basis of his murder, and that murder was very likely justifiable given that it was of the Bastardest Bastard. perhaps if alice told her the circumstances under which it'd happen, she'd understand, but alice condemned himself as harshly as (if not more than) reko so he wouldn't try to reach out to her when she was already pulling away. regardless though, reko seems to hold the general opinion that you can't just like, kill people, even if they're bad! but then she goes apeshit on rio after he kills alice so i appreciate that lol. though i'm a little upset that there's no epic cg of reko trying to whoop his ass :' we were robbed…..

robbery aside tho, i love reko!! she is one of my favourites and i'm sad that she's logical route bc that probably means she's not going to be part of the good ending (assuming there is one and that it's emotional lol)

ok so now i'm gonna talk about both of them together so this is gonna be sad. IT'S SUCH A TRAGEDY THAT THERE WAS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO JUST BE SIBLINGS AND GOOF AROUND?? THAT MAKES ME SO SAD, I WANT THOSE INTERACTIONS THE MOST !! 😭😭 i don't know if we're gonna get them in ytts either since there is still that unresolved tension but i hope we get a taste of it! they're just both so dumb and i wanna see em be happy and just have a good time together 😭 also, reko seemed more like the leader of their duo when they were younger and i think that's a nice dynamic! it sounds endearing. reko seems like the one to say "come on bro!! let's go ___!!!!" and alice seems like he'd just listen to her, and then they'd get up to some shenanigans lol. like i could see reko getting them into a barfight HSHHDJSBSJHD. but i could also see her taking him to an abandoned building and just having a heart to heart after exploring like little kids :'D

oof, and, one of the things that hurt me most in the game was the bongos saga? i genuinely thought getting the bongos was gonna have them make up!! but then after the room of lies thing with reko happened, it dawned upon me that the real reko would not be there to receive them– not just the real reko, but a reko who had gotten a little closer to working out her feelings about alice's murder and was kinder than the one alice recalled. IT FUCKING BROKE MY HEART TO SEE HIM REJECTED LIKE THAT… i was just like "i'm not even an alice stan but i'm abt to cry right now." AND THE SHITTY TIMING OF REKO'S ABDUCTION….!! LIKE GRRR NANKIDAI WHY'D YOU DO THAT 😭😭 IT'S GENIUS BUT I WANT THEM TO BE HAPPY !

a lot of my feelings on characters and relationships in this game boil down to "i just want them to be happy!!! let them be happy!!" so the way only one or the other can survive makes me sad ;; though, i am interested in seeing how (and if, maybe) saving alice turns out to be the better choice, since it is the emotional one. it probably has more to do with the dolls' relationship to humans than alice himself but still lol. and they did get at least a little reconciliation in the end, so that's nice and good.

telling you how much you mean to him and kissing just underneath your ear

speaking of kissing his kisses are just *chefs kiss*

your first kiss wouldn't have been out of place in a romance movie (more on that later)

but honestly, every kiss from him feels like there should be some big swell of music that matches the way it makes your heart swell

he's soft with it, cupping your face gently, making eye contact as he leans in

deep kisses that last for minutes, but they're never forceful, there's no fire behind them (unless you want there to be... but these are sfw so)

he just. wants to be close to you, wants to show you how much he adores you

he'll pull back barely an inch, whispering something sweet, pecking your lips at least 3 more times before he pulls away completely

always leave you wanting more 😔

back to romance movies: you have so many romcom moments w this boy

they're not planned or anything he's just Like That

Description: The reader falls asleep at Jeff’s and wakes up to him making breakfast.

Requested?: yes by anonymous : hey!!! i was wondering if u could do a fluffy one shot abt reader and jeff being really good friends (and her having feelings for him) and her being so tired laying on his bed that she falls asleep, and jeff goes to bed beside her except when he’s still awake she tries to cuddle him like a body pillow? and then when she wakes up he’s making breakfast in the kitchen and ends up kissing her. i would write it but i’ve had writers block :(

A/N: I added a cute night before the morning and changed the falling asleep thing a little bit but its still really cute and soft so i hope you enjoy that!!!

They'd been friends from the moment he joined the vlog squad. He brought her a coffee every day, and always took her out to lunch when nobody else wanted to go. They had sleepovers all the time, her always using Nerf as an excuse to come over, and "accidentally" falling asleep there. She couldn't deny that she liked him, but she did her best to keep it a secret. It was probably obvious to everybody else, including Jeff, but she wouldn't say a word about him to anybody. Jeff, however, has made his feelings known to everybody but her. He told all of the guys, and was very excited every time she came over.

Do you wanna spend the night?

He texted her. Usually she was always the one to invite herself over, so when she read his text, she was over the moon. She replied back with a very excited yes, and packed up a few things she would need. She conveniently forgot pajamas. She arrived at his place around nine, and made herself at home on the couch with Nerf. Jeff handed her a plate with a slice of pizza and settled in next to her as he put a random rom-com on the TV. By the end of the movie she was snuggled into his chest and almost asleep.

“Are you ready for bed?” He asked her, secretly excited to cuddle. She yawned before realizing the time.

“No, it’s too early for bed. Let’s play a game or something.” She sat up and woke herself up a little bit.

“What kind of game?” He asked her. He didn’t really have anything for them to play.

“Do you have a deck of cards?” She asked.

“No, but there’s a gas station around the corner, should I go get some?” He would do anything to make her happy, including little things like going to the gas station at midnight.

“Let’s go together, we can walk Nerf.” She smiled and stood up to find her shoes. Jeff put Nerf on a leash and they left his apartment building. It was colder than expected, but nothing unusual for a night in LA. She shivered and crossed her arms as they made their way to the sidewalk.

“Here, take my hoodie.” He removed his hoodie and handed it to her, making her blush. She put his hoodie on and took in his scent.

“No guy has ever given me his hoodie before. Like, I thought it was one of those cliches you only see in the movies.” She chuckled and looked at him.

“A real gentleman will always give up his hoodie for a girl.” He nudged her shoulder as a gentle laugh left his lips. Just as she was about to respond, a group of sketchy guys rounded the corner ahead of them. Y/n immediately stood closer to Jeff and he could feel her tense up. He laced his fingers with hers as they approached the group. She blushed and squeezed his hand as they passed the boys. She expected him to let go as soon as they were past the group, but he held on tight the whole way to the gas station.

“Do you guys have playing cards?” She asked the cashier as she approached the counter. He nodded and pointed down an isle near the bathrooms. Jeff stood outside with Nerf as she picked out the perfect deck. She paid and returned to her crush and they started on the way home.

“Nerf missed you.” He smiled and laced his hand with hers once again.

“It was two minutes, I don’t think he missed me that much.” She smiled and snuck a glance at Jeff’s face, quietly appreciating his dimple.

“Okay, well I missed you.” He subtly flirted and she felt her face heat up.

“I missed you too.”

Back at Jeff’s apartment the pair sat on the floor opposite each other, Nerf of course sleeping in y/n’s lap. She taught Jeff how to play 500 Rummy, and they played for two hours before finally forcing themselves to go to bed.

“I forgot pj’s.” She pouted at him as she plugged her charger into the wall next to Jeff’s bed.

“Here, I got you.” He reached in his closet and pulled out a t-shirt. He tossed it to her and went to the bathroom while she changed. His shirt hit her mid thigh, so she stripped her pants off and crawled into bed, slightly conscious of how little clothing she was wearing. Usually when she spent the night she always had shorts to wear, but tonight was very different from all those other nights. Jeff walked out of the bathroom and she scanned his abs and flicked her eyes down to his underwear as he shut off the lights.

“Goodnight, Jeff.” She smiled as he crawled into bed next to her.

“You’re not sleepin’ all the way over there, it’s too cold, come here.” He opened up his arms and she complied, scooting closer. Her head lay on his chest, and her legs tangled together with his. She was extraordinarily aware of the amount of bare skin that was making contact with hers. Her arm wrapped around his torso and she felt comforted by tightness of his skin. His arm wrapped around her waist and he kissed her forehead before falling into a deep sleep.

She woke up to the smell of toast, and the sound of something sizzling in the kitchen. She checked the time, and went through a few notifications before stretching and sticking her face back in Jeff’s pillow. She took a deep breath and smiled as she snuggled back into the blanket. She thought of how lucky she was, and how happy Jeff made her.

“How do you like your eggs?” He popped his head in the door and smiled at the cute girl in his bed. She looked up at him and smiled back. He giggled at her messy bed head as she thought about her preference.

“Sunny side up.” She told him. He nodded and disappeared back into the kitchen. She brushed her teeth and fixed her hair a little bit before walking out into the kitchen. She sat on a stool and watched him plate the food.

“Strawberry or grape?” He asked as he peered into the fridge.

“Strawberry.” She hopped up and opened a cabinet to find a glass for water. Jeff grabbed the strawberry jam and closed the fridge. He opened up the jam and took a taste before spreading some onto the toast. Y/n’s underwear caught his eye as she reached up into a cabinet.

“You have a cute ass.” He joked and she whipped around, tugging on the end of his shirt.

“Oh, shh.” She filled up her glass and placed it on the counter as he walked towards her. His hands met her waist and he pulled her in. Her eyes closed and the moment she’d been dreaming of twenty minutes prior finally came to fruition. Their lips met and she felt herself tense up nervously before finally relaxing into his rhythm.

“You taste like toothpaste.” He smiled as they pulled apart. She licked her lips and thought for a moment before replying.

“You taste like jam.”
