So unsettled and anxious by the good things in my life I gave myself massive rolling stomach cramps. I just have to suffer through. Meds only take the edge off.

Why am I like this? Why can’t I just enjoy and celebrate all my achievements? Instead I make myself so emotionally sick my body revolts and I feel waves of gut clenching cramps.
