My Soul Eater OCs, Meister Ella and Demon Glaive Yejoon.

I was just experimenting with Ella's color scheme to try out Krita for the first time but ended up drawing a complete picture.

I had been using Fire Alpaca but it just really annoyed me how images lose saturation when they're exported. It was time to try a new art program.

Krita definitely feels more versatile and high-quality than Fire Alpaca, but some features like clipping layers and default hotkeys were really counterintuitive.

In the end, the saturation loss with exported images is not much of a problem with Krita, so I'll probably keep using Krita for a while. Though, I wonder if Medibang is also a good option.

Anyway, I think I like this color scheme better for Ella because it's more clear that black is a primary color. There used to be more white in the shoes because I liked that classic streetwear look but I think I'll have to give it up.

The graffiti is from the lyrics of STEP UP by Lotus Juice, the song that Justin is always listening to on his earphones.
