(Hope this is alright!! Sorry for my ask being so long and all over the place, but I just had so much to say!)

I honestly might leave the fandom, I'm REALLY tempted to at this point. Because, I don't know how much more of this toxicity, the behavior of Envy and V stans (NOT ALL, BTW) and the Nuzi hatedom, I can take..especially knowing that Envy and V stans are doing the same thing they did back when episode 6 released, attacking and harassing Liam Vickers + sending death threats...it's absolutely disgusting and unacceptable and shouldn't be normalized, AT ALL. These individuals who are doing this aren't real fans of the show and don't care about it, they don't give a shit about the love, dedication and care that goes into Murder Drones or all the hard work that goes into the show. They only care about wether their ship becomes canon or not and if they don't get what they want, they start harassing and shitting on the crew behind the show, especially the creator (Liam) and say they don't wanna watch the show anymore and it just proves they were probably NEVER fans in the first place and only cared about shipping and that's just so damn sad, it's especially pathetic and childish how some of these fans act..

I've said it before and I'll say it once more, SHIPPING ISN'T EVERYTHING, STOP MAKING IT A BIG DEAL. There's so much more to love and appreciate about the Murder Drones and there's so much to love about the show and shipping shouldn't be something you should even go into and look forward to when getting into any piece of media, MD isn't even a romance show. I'm overall just so damn tired and sick of this fandom, like REALLY TIRED..it's just so damn draining and exhausting especially when the same arguments are used again and again. The fandom just sucks and I fear it'll only get worse and I really don't know if I can stay for much longer. (I'm seriously missing the pilot-era days when the fandom was small and not that bad) but even though the community isn't the best, I'm glad we have some respectful and caring individuals in the fanbase like you and others, I honestly don't think the fandom isn't as bad here as it is on both TikTok and Twitter, the MD fandom side of things on Tumblr is more tame compared to the other social medias I mentioned.

Overall, MD is such a comfort show for me and has had such a huge impact on me, it's seriously one of my favorite shows, I'm not even joking. I'm incredibly thankful and happy for it's existence and also thankful to Liam, GLITCH, the animators, the VA's and just the entire team as a whole for making such a great and wonderful show! It means so much to me and I'll never stop loving it despite it's ups and downs + the community not being the best at times, I'm truly thankful for this show and those I've met in the fandom. ❤️💞

Usually what I do when I see any toxicity is just laugh at it, laugh at how stupid their take is. Recently I had a fight with this Lesslie person and all I did was laugh at how silly it was like bro was getting aggressive bc people preferred Nuzi

I’m trying not to dogpile on toxic V fans + Envy shippers cause I don’t want to seem too obsessive over drama but for some reason it always gets worse

There are toxic Nuzi shippers but there aren’t as many as toxic Envy shippers like never in my life have I seen an Envy shipper getting doxxed because they like Envy. For some reason it’s always the toxic Envy shippers that make this fandom miserable

I don’t think they even know that they’re toxic shippers and desperately need to leave the fandom, most of them are kids but that never excuses any actions that they do because it’s the internet, once you post something it’s there forever

Murder Drones has so much in store than just romance and I’m saying this as someone who mostly posts Nuzi related things although I really do want to post more about the lore and I even planned for a full post on the details (I was pretty busy so I didn’t complete that but it’s in the drafts lol)

Not only the lore but just Murder Drones in general, the romance is great but so is the show, just everything about this show is filled with so much love and you can tell just by all the silly things they put in the backgrounds and the writing by Liam

Like the N x Uzi scenes are just small scenes like they’re put in different places but it works because the show isn’t focused on romance. I do think people forget that the N x Uzi scenes are quite literally important for the plot as well, it’s not just there for fanservice. Liam knows what he’s doing and anyone that tells him otherwise can go fuck off honestly

There are bad people but there are also a lot of good people in this fandom, a lot that do appreciate Murder Drones for even continuing. Screw whatever those 13 year olds on Twitter say, they don’t know crap about respect

And omg they can’t even mind their own business when a post about a ship they don’t like comes on their fyp. If it’s a pairing you don’t like, then just scroll???? This has probably been sitting in my inbox for a while 🙁 sorry

Main staple of clothing is his baggy pants and a tank top. He then throws his hair up to messy up do. Definitely digs in his laundry and rewears the same clothes

Doesn’t take off his make up. He goes to sleep with his eyeliner and wakes up with it on. He also forgets to remove his contact lenses. Definitely has put on contacts when he already had them on.

Has a pet lizard, tarantula, and bird. He got the lizard from a tree and decided it’s be his pet. His dorm does not allow pets lmao.

Constantly snacking throughout the day. His backpack is mostly full of chips,candy, gum, or beef jerky. His mouth constantly needs to be chewing on something.

Collects figures. Definitely has paid for anime figures using his rent money.

He has terrible money management skills. Spends money on art supplies that he never uses. His main media is clay yet he has hundreds of markers.

intelligent but rather party than do his schoolwork. Projects with Deidara is the worst. He only starts working a few days before the due date.

Roommates with Hidan. Their dorm is a wasteland. Neither like cleaning so it remains dirty asf. At least they’re smart enough to not invite others over.

Minnie was lying on the living room couch in the shared dorm with her head placed in Minghao's lap - both were scrolling through their phone, showing the other person funny videos or Weverse comments from fans every now and then. It was surprisingly quiet as they were the only ones in the flat, their dorm mates decided to visit the other members two floors above.

The girl was watching a Seventeen edit on TikTok when her member's voice ringed through her ear, "Ehm... Minnie?"

"Yeah?" she answered unbothered, not looking away from her phone.

"Your Calvin Klein pictures just got released-", she shot up, eyes immediately on Minghao's phone.

"OH really??", she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, "I didn't know they were gonna release it this week."

Minghao scrolled through Twitter, only seeing the more "innocent" pictures first: her in a crop top and jeans holding a camera, her in the bathtub looking into the camera seductively.

"Hey, don't look at them like that", she commented on the smile that was growing on his face, touching his lips with her index finger.

He laughed at her, "What? I'm just really proud of how confident you are", he patted her thigh, "They look really good, well done."

He kept on scrolling until he passed the fan tweets of her pictures, showing her only wearing Calvin Klein underwear, "Oh...", the boy's eyes went wide. Minnie looked up from her phone on which she was trying to find her pictures, "What now?", she smiled.

"You- you really- yeah, you did it, I mean", he couldn't finish his sentence, not knowing what an appropriate reaction would be.

"Oh stoooop", she whined laughing, when suddenly both of their phones indicated a new text message in their group chat.

Mingyu: *sent a photo* WHAT IS THAT?!

Seungkwan: ...

Minghao: @Minnie care to explain?

Minnie looked up at her Chinese member, "Really? I'm sitting right in front of you", but he just smiled at her sheepishly. Minghao was about to answer when the front door opened with a loud hit against the wall, making the two sitting on the couch jump in surprise.

Turning around to see who was coming out of the hallway, there stood S.Coups with his phone in his hand, showing one of the pictures of her in underwear, followed by Jeonghan, Joshua, and Mingyu.

"Care to explain?!", their leader repeated the words their other member had just sent into their group chat.

"What?", Minnie looked at them innocently and shrugged her shoulders, "You guys knew about the campaign."

"We knew about the campaign, we didn't know you were gonna be naked", Jeonghan answered, Cheol and Mingyu next to him agreeing by nodding their head.

"Oh please", she stood up from the couch, all eyes on her, "I'm hardly naked-"

"Hardly naked?!", Mingyu spoke up "Guys-", Minghao tried to talk but the taller member didn't stop, "You're literally only wearing TWO pieces of clothing", he stated.

"You guys have seen me in bikinis AND even in underwear before-"

"That doesn't matter", Seungcheol interrupted her, "Everyone else doesn't need to see this."

Minnie tilted her head to give them a 'You're serious?!' look, when they heard the door open again, a loud voice coming in, "Wooohoooo", Seungkwan entered the room, smiling brightly, immediately walking up to Minnie, "Looking good", he said with a wink, giving her an awkward bro-hug. He was followed by Vernon coming in as well, "Nice pics, Minnie", he laughed, quickly analyzing the scene they had interrupted, making him smile even wider.

The girl shot a wink at Vernon and looked back at the four oldest in the room, who looked at the younger ones in disbelief. Seungkwan raised his hands, "Right, right, sorry", and left the room right away, dragging Vernon along with him.

"I need to sit down", Mingyu huffed in exaggeration and laid down on the long side of the couch with a hand on his forehead. In the current situation, it was a bit hard for Minnie to take her older members serious since she knew the only reason they reacted like this was out of protectiveness and shock. She looked up at Joshua who hasn't said anything ever since coming in, "What do you want to say?"

"Nothing", he shook his head, "they just dragged me along. I think they look good and you're old enough."

"Thank god!", she raised her arms in relief, "See!", and pointed at Joshua, "Even he's okay with it. A church boy. No offence", she quickly added, looking at him, but he only laughed, "None taken."

"Guys, she's 23, I think she can very much decide on her own what she should and shouldn't do", Minghao tried to calm down the older ones in the room.

"I-No", Mingyu looked at him, "How can you say that. Look at her", he took her face in his hands and squished her cheeks, "So cute."

Minnie slapped his hand away, giving him a side-eye, making him immediately shut up as he knew, she wanted to remind him of what happened a few months ago.

For the third time this evening, the front door opened again - Hoshi and Wonwoo let themselves in.

"Are they real?", the tiger spoke up, pointing at the picture on his phone. Wonwoo took his hand and the phone down since everyone already probably knew what he was talking about without having to see it exactly.

Minnie scuffed, "Yes, they are real, why shouldn't they be?" she whined, exhausted from the situation.

"Just asking", he defended himself quickly, "Confident, I like it", he commented before disappearing again. The other 96 Liner took a seat next to Minghao, who had turned around on the couch to talk to the 95 Liners that were sitting at the dining table.

"Alright", the girl breathed out, her eyes wandering around the room, "has everyone calmed down?"

"No", Mingyu cried, his face was now buried in a pillow.

"I wasn't talking to you", she stated, absolutely done with his reaction, "I'm done with you."

She turned to the guys sitting at their table, looking at them with raised eyebrows. Instead of answering her questioning looks, Jeonghan decided to ask a question directed at Wonwoo, "What do you think about it?" The other member looked up from his phone, locking eyes with the girl first and then turned around, "What did Joshua say?"

"She's old enough", the American spoke up.

"I agree with him", he lied, turning his attention back to his phone.

"Thank you", Minnie nodded at him.

The two eldest looked at their younger brother in disbelief, "You-you're just okay with this?", Coups asked surprised by his reaction.

"Why aren't you? I don't understand this", she whined.

Seungcheol and Jeonghan looked at each other because in all honesty... they didn't know, it's simply that. The moment they saw the pictures, both of them just felt a sense of the older brother genes that they have acquired over the years tensing up and they had the feeling, they had to act on it.

"It was just a shock", Han said first, followed by S.Coups, "We're not used to seeing you like that", he ran a hand through his hair, "Whenever I look at you, and it also happens when I see Dino sometimes, I just still see that little girl that was too scared to speak Korean to anyone because she thought it was bad."

"And the one who refused to dance in front of everyone so Minghao and Jun had to teach her privately because she was too scared of Hoshi", Jeonghan laughed at the memories.

Minnie kneeled on the couch backwards, eyes on the guys still sitting on the table, "But that doesn't mean that it's not not okay- not- wait. Not not okay for me, no...", she kept on thinking, confused by the words she wanted to use, "It's not not okay for me- anyway, that I shouldn't do photoshoots like that", she breathed out loud, "You act like I did a nude photoshoot."

"It feels like it", Mingyu spoke up from his laying position. His comment earned him a smack on the back of his head from Minghao.

"I'm sorry", Coups apologized.

"Me too", Jeonghan nodded, "But tell us the next time at least."

"He almost threw his phone away when he saw the pictures", Joshua laughed, making Minnie scrunch her nose at the ridiculousness. She jumped over the back and opened her arms, "We're good?"

The two eldest smiled at her lovingly, coming up to her to embrace her in a tight hug. "We're proud of you", Seungcheol patted her head.

"I know", she whispered.

"Jun just sent Carats reactions to the pics", Minghao laughed.

Suddenly a new voice in the room spoke up, "I brought some disinfectants for your eyes. Who else needs it?" and all heads in the room turned towards their producer, standing in the middle of the room.

I like to imagine that if there was modern technology in Ancient China, there would be so many memes about Shifu, Oogway, the Furious Five, Po and all the stuff that happened in the movies.

Maybe a few horrible ones like how Shen shot Po with a cannon would piss the Furious Five off.

This is the greatest crossover of all time

I feel that, before Po came, the Jade Palace either didn't use social media at all or they were strictly monitored by Shifu, so like they could only post certain things about certain matters for a certain amount of time

They'd kind of resemble those of modern day companies where they'll use Twitter to talk about sales and stuff, I don't know never used Twitter (and don't plan to lol)

Po was a considerably heavy social media user, keeping up with all the latest updates on kung fu and he very obviously followed the social media accounts of the Five. Fanboy much?

Why can I imagine the Jade Palace being a collaborative social media account on Instagram ran by Shifu, Oogway, and the Five and like posting about the event that happened at the beginning of the first movie (I forgor the name) and being all "Please RSVP if you plan to attend" and whatnot LMBOO

Also btw "RSVP" comes from the French phrase "répondez s'il vous plait" which means "please reply" or "respond please" so that's pretty cool ig

So yeah, social media use never really was a thing until Po came along, like bro I bet he and Monkey would always do really dumb crap for TikTok views DJDJDJJD

Po's follower count would SKYROCKET, well for one he's had a social media account for a long time now and his new Dragon Warrior game really helped to boost his online status

Imagine having those ridiculous Master Oogway quotes float around in this modern technology KFP verse 🗿🗿🗿 it would honestly suck a lot since Oogway was a very respected figure and he died and such

And while we are on this matter, you freaking bet Po and the Five would be ticked if there are memes regarding issues that should not be memed about

Po tries to communicate with the people through his social media and he's basically like "hey could you not make memes about this, it's a sensitive topic for me and the others" and most of the time people do listen, but not always
