First off, we have tank tops. She seems to favour a simple style and her wide collection of tank tops reflect that. These are a staple in her wardrobe and she wears multiple different colours and patterns. Mainly in lighter shades.

Lucuis- “Next To Normal'': Produced by Brandi Carlile, this deceptively funky tune has been in my head for months. 5. Khruangbin/Leon Bridges: From "Texas Moon" the lone star state collab and follow up to 2020’s "Texas Sun". The adventurous and vibey, Khruangbin have become one of my favourite bands. 6. Lizzo - “It’s About Damn Time”: "It’s bad bitch o’clock". 7. Elle King - “Honky Tonk Disco Nights'': Been listening to Elle for a while now as an emerging star in Americana/Country world. But on this one she makes a left turn teaming up with Chic’s Nile Rogers on this country/disco mash-up. "Dance, dance dance". (Hollywood Fun Fact #1: Elle the daughter of comedian and former SNL cat member Rob Schnieder). 8. Say She She- “Pink Roses”: Slinky cool and danceable, this Brooklyn based female trio love Nile Rogers too. So much so, their band's name is a sly nod to his group. "Yowsah, yowsah, yowsah". 9 .Stone Foundation - “Heaven Knows Why”: Smooth disco grooves and wah- wah guitar from UK soul revivalists. Bell bottoms and platform shoes not included.

Dreadzone - “Dread Town”: The eternal spirit of 2-Tone lives on this bouncy single from veteran British reggae/dance outfit featuring lead vocals by Emily Capell who borrows the style of Amy Winehouse and the attitude of Lily Allen, on a joyous celebration of London's multi racial musical melting pot. 11. Pearl Charles -“Givin it Up”:  Last year I stumbled on Pearl’s brilliant ABBA inspired “Only For Tonight” and was subsequently blown away by the whole album. She’s back again with another lush and luminous 70’s styled single whose swirling strings, memorable hook, and slyly funky finish made it one of favourites of the year. (Hollywood Fun Fact #2: Pearl is the daughter of Larry Charles ofSeinfeld/Curb fame). 12. The Dip - “Real Contender”: Big horns and big hooks from a Pacific northwest band that gives me Jamie Cullum vibes. 13. Mapache - “Light My Fire”: Cosmic folk rock harmonies for your mellow mood. 14. River Kittens - “Hate To Break It”: Speaking of harmonies, this break-up torch ballad sounds like it came straight off Shelby Lynne’s country/soul masterpiece, “I Am Shelby Lynne”. 15. The California Honeydrops - “In Your Arms”: More soul horns and a chugging Stax rhythm from Oakland outfit who sounds like they may have been fans of Oaktown homeboys Tony! Toni! Tone'! 16. The Harlem Gospel Travelers - “Nothing But His Love”: Nope, this is not a gospel tune, just some sweet vintage styled soul and harmony in praise of a higher power. 17. Miko Marks/Ressurectors “Feel Like Going Home”: Rising star Miko Marks and the guys may actually get closer to church on this one. Her album has blues, country, and gospel influences, think The Staples Singers and The Band on the "Last Waltz, All of which reminds me there was a pretty great posthumous release this year from the late Leon Helm and the very much alive Mavis Staples.18. Lee Bains + The Glory Fires - “(In Defense of the) 40 Hour Work Week: Blue collar country rock in the spirit of The Drive By Truckers.

19. Titus Anddronicus - “Give Me Grief”: A jangly, angsty pop anthem from post punk Jersey boys. 20. Pinegrove - “Alaska”: More catchy indie pop from Jersey (Montclair!) 21. Wet Leg - Wet Dream: Isle Of Wright indie pop duo exploded on the scene last year with two great singles, "Chaise Lounge" and this one. A proper album was released in '22, so the song still qualifies, and I get to make up for missing them first time around. 22. Hurray For The Riff Raff - RHODODENDRON: Always moving in new directions, Alynda Segarra and crew are back. This time they bring the spirit of The Velvet Underground with them. 23. Melissa Carper - “Ramblin Soul”: Old-time Texas Swing from the woman they call the “The Hill-Billie Holiday”. 24. Taj Mahal/Ry Cooder - “Hooray Hooray”: Roots rock veterans and former Rising Sons bandmates reunite over 50 years later to pay tribute to blues legends Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee. Hooray Hooray indeed. 25. North Mississippi AllStars - “See The Moon”: These guys have always drawn on the southern rock and blues they grew up on. The connection runs deeper on this album with the addition of Lamar Williams Jr, son of former Allman Brother Band bassist Lamar Williams. 26. Wilco - “Falling Apart” (Right Now): I’ve enjoyed all of Wilco’s sonic explorations over the years. but If I’m gonna be honest, I always loved their early alt country outings the most. 27. Reigning Sound - “Lonely Ghost”: This long running Memphis garage rock band broke up late last year…but they released this Dylanesque single early this year. So, have they “ghosted” us or not? Either way, it’s the final rattle of a hard working band at the end of the road, but going out defiantly.

28. John Doe - “Never Coming Back”: Former X-Man John Doe reminds us you can’t go home again in this dark, moody song with a memorable hook that will stick with you and your subconscious. 29. Valerie June - “Use Me”: No, not the classic Bill Withers tune, (it actually has the opposite sentiment), She has an idiosyncratic vocal style, but like Bill Withers, Valerie June is the real deal. 30. Deslondes - “Good To Go”: A charming world weary tale of hard luck and never giving up. 31. Billy Swan - “Don’t Be Cruel”: Season two of “Euphoria” opened with this haunting 1974 cover of the Elvis classic and it blew me away in much the same way the show does. I had a dream last night where it was like this musical and the plot was really there, the cat slime was a bit uncalled for though.

Ok so it was like an unnamed female actress and Will Smith in it and it started like a horror movie where she was a detective going through an abandoned mansion, it was also in really good shape and not like vintage, it was a modern mansion and has weird stuff and like weird taste and while going around some badly constructed handrails in the middle kinda to the side of a hallway and there's this talking cat it slime and it's like "hehe, he's gonna find you", "who tf are you talking about", "ME" then ghost will Smith shows up scares the hell outta her and then musical starts where shes like I gotta get out of here and hes like get this bitch iutta my house and it slowly becomes a romcom and the talking cat reveals this scheme of cat marketing thats been going on where they were melting the cats or something and then the cat was evil and they had this scene where the girl waa somehow flying and will Smith was cause he was a ghost and it was actually a pretty good song, until i got involved.

I was this odd third wheel side character but it was such an insane story I was watching, I stuck around just to be the comic relief and I told them it was the cat and they went off to live happily ever after and then I remembered I had a tournament like hunger games style then it went even more off the rails.

So I frickin remembered this then I was going to this trials thingy and I was paired with this other guy who looked kinda pathetic and stuff, it was kinda sad that he really resembled me, so we were actually teammates like you both make it out alive kind teammates, there are also these recurring two guys I will get to in a minute (they never leave me alone, every dream I have.) So this guy looks kinda like me, he's a bit less pale and all though and his eyes are green. The arena is like this huge cylinder but huge as in tall, it was not that wide, like you run for around thirty seconds and that's it so there were these disclike terrain stuff bits that you were on, higher was of course better. But this guy had a bow, he had good aim too, I got a sword. I'm not great with a sword but I'm good enough to maybe almost do some damage. So this bell rings and it's like people are jumping through the air, landing on other ones, we can see the blood, and we sit there and wait for a minute. There were eighteen others at first, by the time they made it to us, there were three. Two were badly injured circling each other at the bottom and the other one was standing in front of us with and axe, so of course I've got the melee weapon so it was customary for me to stand to face this guy, it wasn't a guy though it was this fantasy looking crazy barbarian woman like butch as hell. So she's got this axe and Ive got a sword and I'm not THAT strong so I'm having trouble holding it cause it's like a standard sword and stuff and she like "so we gonna fight?", then out of nowhere my teammate fires at her, so we lived of course, we were like halfway up, she fell off and definitely died abd all so we rejoiced like yay we get to live. So then these two guys from before come back like YOU FORGOT US AGAIN REMEMBERERRR. Or at least one was, so I'ma describe them both, ok so the one freaking out was named I think Oliver and he was like Brazilian and like five foot four I think, he wore mostly green and he had blue eyes and this tatoo on his collar of this one flower i think it was poisonous and he wanted to be cool so bad, he was a daredevil vut he wasnt the one who came up with things, that was Jackson, but i typically called him jack, i think he was mostly European? I couldn't really tell cause I'm bad at speculating races and he had albinism and he usually wore red and pink and today though he had one of Oliver's jackets which was green and he was comforting Oliver cause Oliver was being a drama king. Trends....what are trends? And how exactly do people come to know about it. What if I tell you there is no right way to perceive it and you can always be a step ahead of it. As much as the origin or a start of a trend has been a mystery to us, the urge to follow it is as much as the excitement of purchasing new clothes and then finding occasions to wear it.

The thrill of buying a new piece of clothing, the satisfaction when the imaginative ensemble you put together in your head actually looks good when you try it on and the utter happiness when people compliment your dressing style knowing they have a knack of clothes themselves.... Well let's just say you are about to experience the same feeling....

While permutation and combination has always been our thing, a little more adventure is what gets us going; playful aquas, bright pinks, and rich browns leading the charge. which brings me to state the obvious that neutrals are NEVER going out of style even though they are eased into with soft and light blush tones.

While trends have a tendency to change every now and then, trust me on this when I say you will not have to replace these items once you purchase them, or better yet you already own them: Denims and Leather jackets.
