i can’t get over how i’m forever and always proud of my sebastian sdv series,,, like that was genuinely my magnum opus. it was the first little mini series i wrote that i had fun with ,,, when i was writing it i was so full of heartbreak but i was also so happy at the same time and the fact that all of that emotion got channeled into one of my most successful writing pieces makes me OVERJOYED

#i could talk for hours about that period in my life #i was a wreck but i was creating so many things from that wreckage #no way i’m getting emotional over my own fanfic #and all the lovely people who left comments and sent asks about that series #i look back sometimes and just start giggling LIKE EVERYONE IS SO SWEET #and so many people said that i just wrote everything realistically or like in a way that they could relate #and that made me so happy #i am always and forever an amalgamation of hope and heartbreak and anxiety and joy #and i love putting that into my writing #whenever i can #oh gawsh #i’m emotional now #also like #i’ve said it before but i wrote that series after a break up #and i’m really happy that i focused on sweet and good things instead of dwelling on that breakup in a bad way #I AM SO HEALED!!!!!!!!!! I’m glad you asked! I honestly considered this for a bit but realized it doesn’t line up with lore among other things, so I’m keeping it to the very typical ‘western dragon’. But even with that I hope you feel like the options for variation allow for something similar or at least worthy!

The species have a lot of gravitas to them in terms of story-building, and why specifically they are all westernized…well I’ll leave that for future theme exploration ehe

how do people NOT shut down their pcs like. why. do you have tabs open and don't wanna lose them? I would bookmark them, on a separate file even. do you have work to get done and want motivation? I guess you don't need the extra motivation when you're asleep. you put it on sleep mode? that's definitely not the same and it takes a toll on the pc.

I highly advise you to correctly and completely shut down your pc, at least at nights, when you're supposed to be asleep(or maybe on your phone). it's a bit weird to me since I always shut it down when we don't use it. and there's at least 3 of us using the damn thing. it's not only a matter of maintaining the wellness of your pc, it's also a matter of energy consumption. the electric bills are no joke these days.

tried adhd medication for the first time in my life today and ??? i don’t want to speak too soon but it might be a game changer

#again don’t want to speak too soon!!!! #i’ve been diagnosed w adhd for years but never medicated #so far i THINK it’s helping with my depressive fugue state but i’m not sure #it could just be that i spent all day outside #so i gotta give it a little time and see #i did get a lot done today but it’s not really a good measure because it was all gardening stuff #which i absolutely would’ve gotten done either way because i garden obsessively for hours #whenever i can #i’m going to take some tomorrow as well and try to clean my house before my doctors appointment #it also is a massive appetite suppressant because i haven’t been hungry all day and lately i’ve been raging with hunger #so i’ve had to force myself to stop and eat even tho i don’t want to #that aspect could be … unhelpful #BUT in a way it’s nice because i’ll be able to prepare and eat meals on a more set schedule and not when im dying of hunger trying to #find scraps lol #but anyways i am cautiously optimistic ! #now i just have to figure out a way to get an actual prescription because my friend just lent me some to try #i also think the dosage is probably pretty high which is good to know i can handle it being this high #well— actually i don’t know maybe i appear to be weird to everyone else ?? hahah

genuinely i think it's important for adults, especially in the plague times, to play pretend in our day-to-day lives. when i rub my back down with tiger balm so i can sleep without pain, i imagine i am a valiant knight tending to an old injury i received from a dragon. when i go to the store to pick up eggs and milk, i am a lone cowboy riding into town on a mission. when i turn my collar up against the wind i am a femme fatale who's killed 4 husbands and is scoping out a 5th. when i stomp around in the snow i am a doomed polar explorer. if being a little bit silly about my walk to the pharmacy helps me remember that life can be full of joy and whimsy, then so be it.

AU where Leo is trapped in the Prison Dimension for months instead of minutes and the only way he gets by with his sanity intact is through recording himself talking to his wrist comm.

When they finally manage to get Leo back and make him rest up to heal, Donnie can’t help but listen to the recordings left behind.

He’s not sure what exactly he’s expecting, only that his subconscious is screaming at him that it has to be heartbreaking, that it has to be torturous.

Instead, what Donnie is subject to is a full thousand hours’ worth of Jupiter Jim and Lou Jitsu crossover fanfiction. More than one part in the series. Spanning well over a million words.

(The worst part is that it’s actually good.)
