Week 4 Day 1
Didn’t start on Monday as I should have. I was having an absolutely beyond lazy day and I am going to chalk it up partly due to my period which was starting to kick in. Managed to get through day 1 of week 4 today however and I’m feeling pretty good.
The weather is starting to stabilize and be a little nicer so I’m going to start considering going out for runs to incorporate some more cardio into my weeks. I’m finding I’m doing much more sitting then I’m used to since I’m having to work from home and that there are many restrictions in place due to the current global pandemic.

Week 3, Day 4 & 5.
Forgot to post day 4 and 5 last week. Got a little caught up with the Easter holiday weekend coming up and frankly I needed a social media/ technology break. Working from home has increased the amount of screen time I’m exposed to and I’m not a big fan of it.
I ordered a new yoga mat last week from Lululemon because mine was just falling apart to bits and I could feel the floor whenever I put my full weight on it. Got the “Reversible 5mm mat” in a two tone colour. I’ve always been apprehensive to getting a Lululemon mat due to the price but it seems to be worthwhile so far! Absolutely amazing grip and very good “bounce back” from the foam itself. We’ll see how it holds up in a few months.
