if u weren’t aware, yoongi did a song for and with psy. it’s know that psy is a short dude aka 170 cm (5’7 ft) And if you’ve seen any stages or videos of psy and yoongi, yoongi is around the same height and at times even shorter than psy.

WHICH adds some proof to yoongi being closer to 166cm. i would say that yoongi is actually like 166-168cm range (5’6ish)

this is a bad ref, but u can see they’re abt the same height (yg looks shorter but shoes and angles can attribute) ALSO

BTS: Random Boyfriend Things

summary: random tidbits about dating (and living) with boyf bts

a/n: kim taehyung and min yoongi u absolutely monsters im gonna start ripping out my hair from the stress they cause me they are TOO FINE

seokjin: he has an apron that says kiss the cook and lobster oven mitts. bought the apron as a joke but looked everywhere for the mitts. if you don’t kiss him when he wears the apron he will sigh so loudly until you do.

yoongi: yoongi is too quiet when stalking around the house. has snuck up on you and scared the everloving shit out of you one too many times. he’s tried making it a habit to announce himself but he forgets okay. jokes that y’all should buy a collar with a bell on it for him which he wouldn’t be against but instead you guys buy some loud bracelets. same effect

hoseok: some days he is just so dead to the world. it’s mostly after coming back from tour or a particularly long few days of work. he’s a walking zombie when he’s out of bed. answers in grunts and just hangs off your back because he wanted to cuddle all day but you ‘had to go to the bathroom’ and ‘eat something it’s noon hoseok’.

namjoon: has a mug collection that is taking over the cupboard. you don’t have any space for your cups because of his addiction. every time he sees a mug he likes he buys it because why not? when you told him off, instead of stopping, he just starting buy matching mugs. a guest needs a glass to drink from? okay there’s odie or garfield take your pick

jimin: y’all have shows that you have to watch together. the biggest betrayal if either of you watch an episode without the other. jimin has seriously dismissed plans because a new episode of your show was coming on. on season finales you two have a mini party with a bunch of junk food and drinks in the living room. binging shows that already ended is another big thing in your home.

taehyung: tae here is the exact opposite of yoongi. he is the loudest mf ever you know where he is and what he’s doing in the house at all times. hums to himself when walking around so it’s never a surprise when he wraps himself around your back. even when he’s just sitting in the living room he’s just making noise whether he’s shifting around or playing youtube at full volume. if the house is quiet something is wrong

jungkook: he is always singing little songs to himself. if he’s doing the dishes, he’s singing about the soapy water. if he’s doing laundry, there’s a song about his missing sock. some songs are random, others are regulars. has a little tune when he comes home that he greets you with that you’ve memorized by heart

a/n: i was hesitant to write for svt bc there are So Many Members but i love them so much i suffer for you lee seungcheol. also ive been on tumblr for nearly a decade and i have NEVER reached the tag limit until right now on this day

mingyu: he thinks he’s so smooth and charming it’s annoying and attractive. flirts very bluntly in such a way that makes you want to punch and kiss him at the same time. plays up his ‘playboy’ thing a bit because he wants you to think he’s cool (please think he’s cool)

minghao: lowkey flirt. tells you that you have something on your face and wipes it away for you (there was nothing there). unexpectedly smooth.

seungkwan: doesn’t know how to flirt he just keeps buying you things until you catch on that he has feelings for you. spent nearly $2000 on you before you caught on

vernon: sends you super romantic songs and coupley tiktok with the message ‘omg us’. blunt about it but also will not straight up tell you he likes you until you say it first

chan: asks his members for advice and it’s all bad. it’s all such bad advice. ends up doing that one trope that’s like ‘i like this person and i don’t know how to tell them’ and then you give him advice and then he confesses that way blah blah you get it

BTS: Doodling On Them

summary: how bts reacts to you doodling on them

a/n: too much inspiration is happening in my brain it’s 3 am

bts masterlist

SEOKJIN: gasps like he’s mad but doesn’t even think about pulling away. watches you as you doodle, asking for different things. laughs at all the little things you fit on his arm, admiring them fondly. demands you allow him to do the same to you, and you both end up with drawings and writings all over you.

YOONGI: likes it a lot. it’s soothing, and he likes the way you’re hunched over his leg, eyebrows knitted together as you focus on your masterpiece on his thigh. was doing something before, but you have all his attention now. the doodle comes out much bigger than he first imagined, not that he’s complaining. takes a few pictures that probably no one will ever see, but he has the memory for when he eventually washes it off.

HOSEOK: you know how he doesn’t have his ears pierced? imagine drawing little smiley faces on his ear lobes im so soft :( anyways. hobi is a pretty clean dude, so you drawing on him would be a bit out of his comfort zone. his immediate thought is how hard will it be to clean, but as he watches you he finds it so cute that he doesn’t care as much. asks you little questions about what you’re drawing, wanting to know your thought process. washes it off pretty quickly tho

NAMJOON: our patient leader. namjoon will probably be reading when he feels little lines running across his bicep. he looks away from his book, looking at you before tilting his arm to look at your work. let’s out a small laugh before shaking his head fondly, returning to his book and allowing you to continue. namjoon is a big supporter of small artists.

JIMIN: it’s a mutual thing. he started it, drawing on the back of your hand. you picked up a marker and returned the favor. the two of you are facing one another, drawing as best as you can against each other’s skin. there’s little giggles here and there, teasing the other about their badly done drawings. takes pictures showing them off like fresh tattoos.

TAEHYUNG: loves it. loves how close you are, loves to see how much thought you put into it, loves to see how beautiful you make his skin, even if the doodles aren’t good. would let you cover his entire arm if you wanted to. reluctant to wash it all off, upset that he has to literally watch all your hard work go down the drain. wishes you’d do it all the time, but knows that’s not realistic. enjoys them for as long as possible.

JUNGKOOK: another one to doodle mutually. you’re working on one another’s legs, his arm already too full of ink. jungkook is an actual artist, so he’s doing beautiful drawings against your skin, and you’re just keeping up. busts out the non toxic markers to make everything pretty. contemplates getting your doodle tattooed because he’s simply in love with you.

BTS: Holding Hands

summary: holding hands with the boys

a/n: my sinuses are actively slaughtering me as i type also i don’t even like hand holding i get too sweaty but i can’t get this out of my head

SEOKJIN: he has very soft hands that are always just warm enough. kind of holds hands out of instinct? like you can just be talking to him and he’s nodding, very much listening, but his hand is slithering into yours. rather than keep his hand in your lap, pulls your hand into his lap. it’s an excuse to have you pressed against his side. strokes his thumb so slowly against the back of your hand, an action that always ends up soothing the both of you. sometimes clasps both hands around yours.

YOONGI: please,,,,please hold his hand. they’re always a little cold and calloused from the years of sports and instruments. if you’re in his vicinity, he’s gonna want to be holding your hand. will not let go of your hand even if it makes doing tasks harder. brings your hand up to kiss the back of it every once in a while (reciprocate this and he will marry you). hand holding under the table when out with friends, the clasped ball resting between his legs while he talks. definitely holds hand when just sitting together, both of you doing your own thing. will squeeze your hand every so often just to tell you he loves you silently.

HOSEOK: beautiful face and beautiful hands. so soft and smooth, and they touch everything so delicately. hand holding isn’t his favorite thing to do, he much prefers linking arms, but when he does hold hands it’s so delightful. his hand barely ghosts over yours, the only give away being the warmth of his palm, until he commits and slips his fingers through yours. you’re barely holding hands, fingers looped through one another’s loosely, but it’s still enjoyable. talks with his hands, so a lot of the time he will still gesture when telling a story, but your hand is yanked around alongside his.

NAMJOON: what’s that one all american rejects lyric? ‘these hands are meant to hold’? yeah that was written for kim namjoon. his nickname is god of destruction, but his hands are always so gentle. he handles everything so delicately, especially you. hand holding never starts as just hand holding. it’ll be tapping the table next to your hand, then linking his pinky with yours, then resting his palm over the back of your hand until you twist your hand in his loose grasp and weave your fingers through his.

JIMIN: such soft hands. holds things a bit firmer against his palm, keeping it safe in his grasp. if he can’t touch you any other way, he will hold your hand. he’s a bit cheeky at times, so he tends to tease at hand holding. brushing the back of his hand against yours while walking side by side. grabbing at your wrist to pull you along, but leaving his hand there longer than necessary. resting his hand against your shoulder, you’ll feel his hand wrap around your bicep until it snaked down your arm, fingers pushing into your palm and linking through. it’s always a little game, but he can’t tease you for too long.

TAEHYUNG: hands crafted by the gods. warm and smooth, usually with a ring that contrasted well against his tanned skin. cheeky like his counterpart, but teases differently. plays with your fingers, slipping the digits between the spaces of his own hand, but never committing to the act of holding hands. turns over your palm and lines it up with his very precisely, giggling at the distance between the tips of your fingers compared to his. finally, his fingers slip through, engulfing your hand with his palm. smiles a bit to himself when you return the action.

JUNGKOOK: his hands are soft on the top and rough on the bottom. he plays guitar, he plays drums, he boxes. his hands are worked through. it’s soothing to feel his rough palms rub against, but he’s a bit more excited than the rest of the members. more bouncy, more energetic. loves holding hands, but can never keep still long enough. it can start of very basic, but it never stays that way. eventually his hand will slip away, returning to fiddle with your fingers. draws shapes against your palm and knuckles. measures his palm with yours. plays with the mechanics and workings of your hands. if allowed, hand holding with jungkook is a two hand job for him. he tends to focus all his attention on holding your hand.

namjoon: coconut. mmmm yum. coconut la croix is so underrated. it tastes the most like the flavor it claims to be because coconut is strong as HELL. so namjoon 🤝 coconut la croix: under appreciated, strong as hell, gives you exactly what you’re expecting

jimin: tangerine. the number one flavor For Good Reason. it’s a party drink, it’s a casual drink, it’s sexy, it’s fun. she’s everything and nothing all at once. everyone wants to know her or be her. jimin and tangerine la croix are that bitch and have always been that bitch. can steal ur man

taehyung: blackberry cucumber. sexy and sweet. if a drink could be erotic, blackberry cucumber would be la croix’s most horny drink. a bit sweeter than your average la croix. like tae it’s bouncy and fun and sensual. good times all around

YOONGI: will do his yoongi whine. yall know the one. won’t pull away from you, but he will be annoyed. he wanted affection but at what cost? sighs sarcastically like it’s hindering, but this might lead to an impromptu cuddle session just saying.

“is this sufficient? are your hands warm now your highness?” (translation: im literally in love with you do with me as you please)

HOSEOK: another jumper! will do a little (Big) “AH”, jump away, effectively removing your hands from him. he will then stop, grab your hands, and then shove them back up his shirt.

NAMJOON: look namjoon is the warmest looking dude ever. like he’s the type to wake up burning hot after a good sleep. which makes your cold hands all the more apparent on his skin. swears and pulls your hands out of his shirt before wrapping his hands around yours.

BTS as Choir Kids

summary: what kinda choir kids i think bts would be at like just a general high school choir

a/n: i kinda miss choir and yet i don’t at the same time alto section my worst enemy anyways (a former alto)

bts masterlist

SEOKJIN: took the class because he needed the credit and accidentally became the backbone of the second tenor section. best at sight reading and is on the back row because he’s one of the few who actually knows the music

YOONGI: took the class because his friends were there and again needed the credit. a bass only because his singing isn’t hmmm the Best but he can hold a tune. really good at sight reading and has memorized all the pieces in a week. more on the quiet side but gets annoyed when people are bad

HOSEOK: one (1) friend told him he was a good singer so he decided to take choir. knows what’s going on most of the time but nobody knows if he can read music or not. goes hard at rhythm exercises. a solid baritone

NAMJOON: wanted to do theater because it sounded more fun to him but he’s a danger to everyone around him. choir seemed like a safer option. loud bass who can hold a tune the instructor is obsessed with him. placed in the back row for both projection of sound and because he’s too damn tall.

JIMIN: certified Choir Kid. here because wants to be, no, NEEDS to be. unofficial leader of his section, which changes depending. he hops between first and second tenor mostly, but has dabbled in bari and even jumped up to alto once. has a good future in this kind of thing will probably go to school for music

TAEHYUNG: the choir instructor hunted him down and corned him until he joined because a little birdie (jimin) said he was singer. his talking voice was too deep for him to not be a bass. a little shy but does well enough. you’d think he doesn’t know what’s going on but he knows exactly what’s going on. in both choir and jazz band so when fundraisers for the arts happen he’s running around the entire night

JUNGKOOK: took choir so people would think he was cool but ended up liking of WAY too much. knows a surprising amount about music theory and random music history. the instructor’s absolute favorite student ever because he’s quiet during class but actually sings loud enough to be heard. sometimes he adds a little too much something and has to be told to chill. solid second tenor leaning baritone. could be a first tenor if need be

i hate this post so much it’s my worst enemy but sigh i come with more information

was on my bullshit and simping over japanese actor/model kentaro sakaguchi aka dude in the black pictured above^ he is 183cm (6’0) and like he could be wearing inserts or heels or smth but chances are bts are ALSO wear inserts/heels/smth. im so fucked up over this.

didn’t do anything fancy this time around just kinda stared and sighed. he’s like a bit taller than namjoon which kinda throws off my whole first estimation. dammit. Dammit. FUCK. sorry okay anyways am i gonna do a new estimation based off this

im not even gonna do an estimation i just needed people to see this and be angry (or happy? Idk) with me. i know a user on here (don’t remember the url) who theorizes that jimin is as short as 5’6 and im feeling it which yeah i said 5’6ish but im feeling like the lower end of 5’6. im feeling it too hard. hate runs through my veins.

also was watching bts on men on a mission and i couldn’t get screenshots but once again, namjoon was shorter than someone listed as 6’0. if you watch the full ep which is on netflix (2017 ep24) you can like see fairly well that namjoon is shorter than youngchul which FUCK.

also heechul is taller than yoongi and we have to go through some ancient kpop history to find sujus real height.

literally the LARGEST sigh so a million years ago eunhyuk and donghae did their actual measurements and came out to 170cm and 165cm (5’7/5’5ish) which sm u sick bastards how can you list someone who’s 5’5 irl as 5’9 that’s not the point here im keep losing track.

heechul seems to be a bit taller than donghae like enough to have to lean down to back hug him but idfk maybe he’s got heels on whatevs that’s not the point the point is heechul is taller than yoongi. id say based purely on eye account, heechul is like 173ish in comparison to donghae who is confirmed to be 165. IF THAT IS TRUE, yoongis like 160 haha joke joke anyways actually

hm. what would y’all say the height diff is here? way too damn much. i know heechul is wearing inserts because he’s too close to hodongs height in this ep (and most eps) so id say he’s more like 178ish in this photo and idk abt yoongi. whatever the fuck im not even here to do estimations this post im just presenting evidence today.
