Your husband says he's not the clingy type.

But sometimes he'll just suddenly walk into the room and plop himself on your lap, curling into himself to make sure every part of him is in your warmth. Smushing his face into your neck, inhaling your comforting scent. Taking your hand and putting it on his head, a signal for you to start playing with his hair. Letting out sighs of content in between his little 'I love you's, it feels like both of you are ready to doze off...

And then he'll get up and walk out like it was nothing, leaving you there baffled, confused, and betrayed. He does this multiple times a day too. It happens so much that you automatically open your arms the second you see him, ready to be swallowed up in his figure —for what you assume to be 5 minutes—.

hear me out!!!!! the sekai has all kinds of attractions to keep them entertained!!!!! the virtual singers would, and i believe this wholeheartedly, would be the best cgs and or playmates!!! they have the plushies!!!!! the plushies would be so fun to play with!!! or!!! or to take a nap and cuddle with!!!!! the whole sekai is bright and colorful, the perfect environment for kids!!!! (also the sekai is connected to their emotions iirc so that would probably be helpful in someway) also!!!! the sekai is literally a whole world that wxs has to themselves!! away from all the bad and stressful parts of the real world!!!!!

Is that your husband over there? That husband right there? The one who is sneakily reaching for your hand to wrap around his arm? The same one who has been distastefully eyeing a certain co worker of yours the whole time you both have been at this event? That one? The one who, when confronted about his actions, will tell you with certainty that he did no such thing?

Yep, that husband right there. The one whose face is pressed against your chest while mumbling something incoherent everytime you kiss the space between his eyebrows. Telling him that if he keeps looking so grumpy that 'it might be permanent'. The only one who can get away with such childish actions and even get rewarded for it. He's yours anyway, so what's the harm in spoiling him a little?

The one who tightens his arms around you to prevent your attempted escape. Even going as far as to trap your legs in his, pushing you further into his broad chest. He curses the sun for rising too soon and makes it known to you, once again going further by turning to face the wall with you still in his iron grip. You know you have to work and he does too, but one day doesn't matter in the long train of work you both have. So with a sigh, you snuggle closer into his embrace and close your eyes once more, letting the warmth of it all lull you back to sleep. The day can wait, you have a husband to help you through today and for the rest of your life anyway.
