July 9, 2023 - Marsh Tapaculo or Tall-grass Wetland Tapaculo (Scytalopus iraiensis) Found in southern Brazil, these tapaculos live in seasonally flooded grasslands. They eat insects and other small arthropods, picking prey from plants while perched and climbing up and down stems and branches. Almost nothing is known about their breeding behavior. They are classified as Endangered by the IUCN due to ongoing habitat loss and degradation in their very small, fragmented range.

It's been too fucking long since I did a Real Workout type thing my arms are burning lol I only did about 1 mile with the tide 2 against but between loading unloading and loading and unloading again I'm glad I stopped where I did. My shoulders and forearms are going too be beautiful by the end of may tho. Especially with how beautiful it's going to be next week I'm using every day of my weekend to mess around in the marsh
