Bio:

As part of Project CADMUS’ endless attempts for contingency plans and strategies against metahuman heroes and crime fighting vigilantes should they go rouge, The higher brass commission a restart to their highly effective cloning process with some modifications to their original design. In this case, create a clone at a younger age so they can be more easily swayed therefore controllable under their orders when the time arises. Futhermore, with hiring some mystics and magic based metas on their side, CADMUS was able to acquire DNA from Human turned Amazonian Warrior and Veteran Titans Member, Donna Hinckley Troy aka Troia.

After initial gestation which lasts about 5-6 months, the clone had by then developed into a young woman which bears a lot of resemblance to Donna albeit with some alterations due to the incorporation of other Amazonian DNA within her samples. Once she reaches an age resembling that of a 10 year old, by then thanks to the transference of all sorts of knowledge, from the basics about social skills including table manners, the learning of that English and Ancient Greek Languages, all the way up to the most advanced and complex of Amazonian combats techniques on the battlefield, the clone dubbed Subject 66 was finally released from her pod, to officially begin her training under CADMUS’ wing.

However, what the scientists at those hadn’t entirely counted on was Subject 66 exhibiting personality traits which actively questions and speaks against their goals for her, all of which conflict with her extraordinary emotions of free will and self empowerment. While they had managed some of the training they had in mind with positive results, CADMUS was overall unable to exactly control Subject 66, only reason she even cooperated with their training and what passed for their care was because at that time, she had nowhere else to go.

Enter Donna and her ‘sister’ Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Sandsmark aka Wonder Girl. During an extensive battle against routine Titan nemeses The HIVE/Fearsome Five, the secret laboratory CADMUS was operating in that contains Subject 66 was discovered by an errant Donna being tossed right into its walls, crashing though the complex and down to the vault which led to the Subject’s living quarters. She hadn’t found enough to notice her clone though as Donna immediately rushed back into the battle right out of the building. Subject 66 however noticed her ‘bedroom’ vault was wide open, allowing her to fly out of there to delicate her freedom since that the CADMUS personnel had left in a massive hurry. Once finally outside the building complex after so long, Subject 66 saw the battle between the two Wonder Girls and the HIVE/Fearsome Five, so far the battle not going so well for the Wonders. Just Donna was pinned to the street floor and about to receive a nasty looking face punch from Mammoth, suddenly the fist is caught midway through. Donna peaks an eye opening, revealing a lone girl with jet black hair with golden streaks, clad in a grey and black bodysuit with both her hands on Mammoth’s fist, holding it there with immense super strength but delivering an uppercut to the villain, sending him flying to the complete outskirts of the city, shocking much of the HIVE and allowing Cassie and Donna to gain the edge; ultimately winning the battle and saving the day.

Shortly after the HIVE are apprehended by the Bludhaven PD, Subject 66 is immediately taken to Titans Tower, making formal introductions about what she knows about herself to the Titans and their adjacent Young Just Us team. It’s here thanks to DNA testing from Victor Stone aka Cyborg the Subject learns of her genetic progenitor being none other than Donna herself, a decision that no doubt would be a major shock but Donna, being the compassionate and rational woman she is, would take sympathy with this clone of hers, valuing her as her person and understanding her feelings for freedom. This especially gets prominent once Amanda Waller, Head of CADMUS and flanked by her Task Force X, arrives later on that day with the demands to get Subject 66 back under their custody.

Donna and Subject 66 however are insistent and persuasive with Waller; a back and forth that goes for about 1 hour and with the ultimatum that should the Subject being taken by CADMUS, the Titans won’t be afraid to reveal their many dirty secrets of all sorts of misbehavior to the public, Waller eventually backs down and allows Subject 66 to stay with the Titans and Donna in particular. Once the helicopter leaves the roof, Subject 66 gives a major hug to Donna in thankfulness for allowing her to stay with them, a hug Donna gives right back.

Over the course of the next few months, with weekly visits to Themyscira for enhancing and perfecting her training with the Amazons alongside Cassie in particular, forming a sort of mentor and mentee bond between them, forging her own custom made outfit heavily patterned after both Donna and Cassie’s while making it her own and meeting and befriending with the son of Donna’s close friend Nightwing, Jakand’r/Jake Grayson aka Skybird along his best friend Christopher Grayson Kent aka Nightwing Phantom, The clone also develops close bonds and connections with Donna and her birth son Robbie Long aka Darkstar, eventually also gaining a new civilian name once her adoption papers are fully completed: Penelope Haney Troy, ‘Penny’ for a nickname.

With that, she then declares her newfound crime fighting superhero identity of Hoplite, named after the elite warrior classes of many Ancient Greek city states, in particular Sparta. Also a proud de facto apprentice of Wonder Girl who Penelope looks up to as a de facto Aunt.

Superhero Outfit: A Black and Gold Version of the NTT era Wonder Girl outfit Donna had worn with a skirt in place of pants, and the stars on it being pink and white. Complimenting the outfit is a pair of goggles once belonging to Cassie, given as a gift as a sign of their small yet strong bond growing overtime. When Penny offers said googles back, Cassie tells her not to worry as she’s got plenty of spares

- A big fan of the Bratz Dolls, Penny has amassed a sizable and impressive collection with her allowance money and spare change. Despite good efforts to preserve them, she still allows others to play with them. Its one of the many things that she can share in common with Mar’i Grayson aka Nightstar

- Regarding her half brother Robbie, despite being younger than him age wise, she staunchly comes to his defense if any girls start flirting with him or pursue crushes on him. Already into her first year attending school, she’s scared off about three girls who she can sense can break his heart.

- Besides his Bis Sis Mar’i, Chris Kent and Jasper Logan, Penny Troy is the one person Jake can trust above all others and most definitely one of the ones he can both relate and confide to for nearly everything. The bond between Penny and Jake has been routinely compared to the strong platonic bond between their respective parents Donna and Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. It’s a comparison frankly none of them can deny

- Speaking of Jake and Chris, while she hasn’t joined their group Team StarKnights just yet, she’s still considered a proud honorary member. She even has her own bedroom set up at the StarKnights’ base whenever it’s needed.

- Like so many in this generation of heroes, Penny can clearly see the small crushes Jake and one girl from school Meredith Robinson have for each other despite their consistent denial of it. She often is among the many ones who try planning secret dates from those two. Seeing Jake blush every time he gets too to Meredith always being a playful grin to her face.

- A Fan of 70s to 80s Rock n Roll, in particular the band called Fleetwood Mac. Takes inspiration from said band to learn playing piano, harp and most importantly for her, a cowbell. As such is often present for when Chris and Jake reform their own band, The Sidekicks, along with Mar’i and Chris’ brother Jon Kent

My Genderbent Percy Jackson Names ideas!

Hold on tight cause this could get long

Percy Jackson —> Penelope Jackson

Ive seen a lot of takes where persephone is used and while i could see sally or Poseidon naming him that as a way to appease hades and try and avoid his wrath, i like Sally choosing the name of someone who got a happy ending. Penelope in greek mythology faces a lot of hardships but in the end she did get her happy ending. I also feel like Penelope being married to one of Athena’s favourite champions goes well with Penny Jackson falling for one of Athena‘s favourite sons. Also this Penelope choosing to follow her boyfriend on his perilous journey (ie. Falling into Tartartus with him) than being separated from him like the original Penelope was.

Jason Grace —> Helen Grace

Doesn’t start with the same letter but i wanted a name relating to greek mythology that i could think of reasons for. Ican see multiple ways Helen would end up with her name

1. Beryl Grace names her that out of pride. She seduces the king of gods and now she has a daughter just as beautiful as the original Helen.

2. Helen Grace does actually look a lot like Helen of Troy and was named by zeus/Jupiter for the resemblance

3. Hera, the goddess of marriage and women, maybe not being as hateful of Helen of Troy because she’s one of Zeus’ demigod daughters and not a demigod son. Also the original Helen having tumultuous marriages (depending on which version you go by) just like Hera who’s husband is about as unfaithful as you get. I could see Helen becoming one of her fave demigods and wanting to honour her by naming this new child after her. Or again Zeus naming her for that reason.

4. Helen of Troy was used in an insult against Hera so Hera being like ‘fuck you this is the new Helen, she’s gonna turn out much better than the original and she’s all mine’.

Also Helen Grace ending up in a kind of forced relationship with a son of Aphrodite.

Nico Di Angelo —> Viviana Di angelo or Mirabella Di Angelo or Rosa Di angelo

This one I’m not as decisive on, but i tried to find some italian/latin names that could be shortened to a nick name

Viviana means lively. Can be shortened to Viv. I could see this as a sort of contrast to her being the daughter of god of the dead but also Nico going through a lot of shit but surviving.

Mirabella means wonderous beauty and admiral which i think Nico is. Could be shortened to Mira or Bella.

Rosa is just a name that was popular in 1930s italy.

Also Benedetto for Bianca

Annabeth Chase —> Anthony Chase

The chase family tends to go with long posh sounding names so i thought this went well. Means praise worthy. I could also see Alexander after Alexander the Great but i don’t like giving deep meanings to every single name.

Piper McClean —> Presley McClean

Chose this because it was one of the only male P names that i liked to be honest, but Piper’s dad is famous and famous people tend to give their kids stand outish, meaningful names so maybe Presley was named after Elvis or something like that.

Frank Zhang —> Freya Zhang

Also just liked this one. Could be Francesca (no clue if i spelled that name right lol).

Leo Valdez —> Leah Valdez

Closest name to Leo i could think of.

Hazel Levesque —> Henry Levesque

Just a popular 1920s boy name starting with H.

Thalia Grace —> Hector Grace

I chose Hector because Hector of Troy was the greatest warrior for Troy and i think Zeus would want his son named after a great warrior. Before you say ‘but Hector was defeated by Achilles so shouldn’t he be named after Achilles’ I think even Zeus might think twice about naming the possible child of the prophecy after someone that had to be shot down because he was getting out of control. I don’t know if it rolls of the tongue as easily as Thalia Grace but i also thought it went nicely with Helen.

You had just finished attending to some customers when you hear your name being called.

You move over to the noise seeing a frequent customer, Troy, he has a smirk plastered on his face while his head rests on his hand.

“Need another beer Troy?”, you ask not wanting to talk to him for much longer, everyone knows that he’s been trying to get into your pants for awhile.

“No, but what I want, is you doll”, he says moving in closer to you from across the bar.

“Troy, I have a boyfriend, no”, you say placing your hands on the side of your hips, starting to tap your foot impatiently on the ground.

“But I don’t see him around, why would he leave such a pretty thing alone”, Troy says his smirk growing wider and wider.

You feel a tap on your shoulder, adverting your gaze from Troys you lock eyes with a much more welcoming pair.

“I’ll take care of Troy, you go take care of the other customers then you can head out”, Penny says, placing her hand on your shoulder you give her a thanks and walk off.

You stay serving customers for another hour, saying hi to some of the people and pilots you know.

Finally, it’s time for you to clock out, you take off your apron thing, (sorry not sure what it’s called), and tell Penny that you’re heading out.

You check your phone, seeing the time is 11:32pm, four texts from Jake talking about his day and how he wished you a good day at work.

Three texts from Phoenix about hanging out soon and a text from your brother, not by blood, Rooster seeing if you could hang out.

You text back Phoenix and Rooster, then text back Jake that you’re on your way home.

Twenty minutes later you’re unlocking the front door to yours and jakes tiny house by the beach, “Jakey? I’m home!”, you say trying not to be too loud because he could be asleep.

“Hey sweets, I’m in the kitchen”, Jake replies, sounding worn out.

You walk into the kitchen seeing him sitting at the breakfast island, glasses on for reading, his hair messy and left over pizza next to him.

Honestly, he looked quite good.

“Hey baby”, you say, walking over to him and wrapping your arms around him.

“Hey sweets, you should go to sleep, aren’t you working tomorrow night too?”, Jakes asks, kissing the top of your head.

“Yeah I am, is the crew gonna stop by?”, you ask, breaking from the hug giving him a quick peck on the lips.

“Yeah, I’ll get to flirt with you every chance I get and beat Payback in pool again”, Jake says giving you a smirk.

“Good, at least Troy will get off my ass”, you say, putting away the leftover pizza, after you took a slice of course.

“He still bothering you?”, Jake asks his voice lacing protectiveness and a sort of gruffness.

“Yeah, but Pennys been helping, it’ll be okay”, you say, walking back over to him and hugging him one more time.

“Okay, I trust you, but let me know if he touches you, I’ll kill him if he does”, Jake says grabbing the back of your thighs and picking you up.

“I know but let’s just go to sleep”, you say kissing his neck.

“Hmm okay”, Jake says kissing your forehead.

8pm the next night

You could see the crew over by the pool table laughing and having a good time which brought a smile to your face.

“Hey doll mind getting me a drink?”, you hear Troy say, “Yeah hold on, usual?”, you ask grabbing a beer glass and momentarily look over to Troy to see him give you a nod.

You fill up Troys glass with his usual beer and place it down in front of him but in stead he grabs your arm pulling you in close to him so you’re almost kissing.

“Y’know doll, you look so hot in those shorts and shirt, you wouldn’t be able to walk for days if I had my way with you”, Troy says smirking pulling you in closer.

“HEY! Get your fucking hands off my girl!”, you hear Jake say before you see him grab Troy by the back of his shirt and yank him out of his seat.

“Oh so you’re (Y/n)’s boyfriend, the one who’s never around and doesn’t seem to care that much about what she has to wear?”, Troy says facing Hangman, poking his finger into Jakes chest.

You could tell the only thing Jake could see was red, his usual cocky grin switched out for a scowl on his face.

“Well if you have nothing else to say I’ll just go back to talking to my girl and-“, Troy wasn’t able to finish his sentence because Jake had enough.

Everyone let out a gasp as Jakes fist made contact with Troys face, repeatedly.

He didn’t stop punching him until he heard Penny yell out for them to stop and he could feel Coyote and Payback pry him back.

“Go outside, now”, he heard Penny yell, all Jake does is take a look at Troy, smirking at his broken and bloody nose, spit on him and turn away.

You hurriedly look over to Penny who nods at you to follow Jake, which you quickly do so.

“I had that under control”

“I know, but the way he was touching you, that was too far, and what he said, that you were his girl, he’s disgusting”

“I know Jake”

“Are you okay?”, Jake asks turning over to face you and gently cupping the side of your face in his hand.

“Yes I’m okay, why don’t we go home and relax, plus I need to take care of your hands”, you say, grabbing his other hand and kissing his knuckles.

“Okay, and for the record, you’re mine”, Jake says a hungry look in his eyes, “Hm, I don’t recall ever belonging to someone”, you reply, a smirk etching its way onto your face.

“Oh you’re in for it tonight sweets”

Two days later…

Jason was tasked with keeping his nephew entertained while Penny and her husband set the table for dinner. Penny's cell phone started ringing. She hurried to answer it, managing to get it on the third ring.

“Hello?” She waited, a slight frown on her lips. “Hello, anybody there?” There was a short silence and then she smiled. “Oh, yeah, this was his old phone number. He got a new phone recently.”

Jason glanced up from his spot on the floor. “Who you talkin' to, Penn?”

“Donno; someone askin' for you. I didn't get your name,” she added to the person on the other end. “He says his name's Salim,” she reported.

Jason felt his heart skip a beat. He jumped to his feet and nearly tripped over Troy's action figures in his hurry to grab the phone. Penny had an eyebrow raised in question as she handed the phone over. 'Not an old army buddy, then,' she mouthed to him. Jason shook his head in answer. He wasn't giving her more information than that.

“Hey,” he greeted, quickly turning and walking off so his sister couldn't eavesdrop.

“Another wrong number?” Salim's voice sent a shiver down Jason's spine, even as it was currently light with teasing.

“It was an accident. I just got my new phone a month ago. Gave my sister my old phone.”

“Your sister,” Salim echoed. Jason would swear there was a tone of relief in those two words. His heart beat a little faster. He found the nearest room for privacy, which turned out to be the bathroom, and shut himself inside.

“Yeah, I'm at her place for dinner.”

“That was lucky timing,” Salim remarked. “It's a good thing you're always close by whenever I get a wrong number.”

“Good thing,” Jason agreed with a grin. He let a comfortable silence fill the space before clearing his throat. He had gone out on a limb leaving that phone number in his gift for Salim. Jason thought he sensed sparks flying between them but hadn't been sure. The fact that Salim called him must mean… But Jason didn't want to jump to conclusions yet. “So,” he began.

“Forgive me for not calling you sooner,” Salim apologized. “I was with my son, and then I wasn't sure of your time zone. I made my best guess.”

“It's okay. You still in London? It must be fuckin' midnight for you.”

“I couldn't sleep,” Salim confessed. “Not before I called you.” Jason was very glad that no one could see how hard he was blushing. “It's strange,” Salim went on, “how connected I felt to you after only a few hours.”

“Yeah,” was all Jason could manage in response.

“When we parted, I was a little disappointed by the handshake,” Salim admitted.

“I panicked.” Jason's fingers squeezed the phone a little tighter. “You're the first guy--”

“You don't need to explain,” Salim interrupted. “As much as I wanted to call you the minute I saw your note, a part of me was glad that your flight home would last eight hours. How I felt about you in such a short time… it was new and unexpected. And now you're so far away.”

Jason felt tongue-tied. He wished he could give some sort of answer but he just stood there and listened to Salim's voice.

“You're not the only one who felt something, Jason,” Salim assured him. “And I hope I'm not the only one who's hoping to continue this.”

“You're not,” Jason answered.

“I'm glad.” There was a moment of silence. Jason could almost picture Salim smiling at him. “But first, you need to give me your real phone number.” Jason let out a shaky laugh and reeled off the numbers. Salim reciprocated with his own phone number. “Call me when you're truly alone, habibi.”

“Okay.” Jason felt stupidly giddy again. “I'll call soon.” He hung up, a smile glowing on his face as he exited the bathroom.

Funny how some wrong numbers could lead him to the most right he ever felt.

Anti-Israel activists on Wednesday gathered for an angry demonstration outside a hotel in Melbourne, Australia where a delegation of the families of Israelis murdered and abducted by Hamas were staying, forcing them to evacuate and discuss different security arrangements with police.

Several dozen demonstrators gathered to protest at the hotel after learning the Israel delegation was staying there, according to Hebrew media reports. The activists chanted “shame” and “Free Palestine” while holding signs that equated Zionism with fascism.

The Israeli delegation was evacuated from the hotel to the police station, where they discussed security arrangements for the group while in Australia. Meanwhile, the hotel was reportedly searched by both local police and the security team accompanying the delegation.

Israel’s Diaspora Affairs Ministry has partnered with its Foreign Ministry following the outbreak of the war with Hamas to bring families of Hamas’ victims to major communities of the Jewish diaspora and international forums such as the United Nations to tell their stories and bring to light the plight faced by Israel during the conflict.

On this particular trip, an Israeli delegation went to Australia’s Parliament House, sharing personal stories in an effort to lobby for international support for Israel’s war effort. The Israelis also met with Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Foreign Minister Penny Wong, and other senior government officials, as well as representatives of the local Jewish communities in Sydney and Melbourne.

Australia is home to about 100,000 Jews, as well as a contingent of Israeli citizens.

The Israeli families saw their loved ones killed or kidnapped on Oct. 7, when Palestinian terrorists led by Hamas massacred over 1,200 people, mostly civilians, across southern Israel and took more than 240 others as hostages during a surprise invasion of the Jewish state. While dozens of hostages have been released from Hamas-ruled Gaza as part of a temporary ceasefire and hostage-prisoner swap deal between the terror group and Israel, over 150 captives remain in the coastal enclave.

Australia has experienced a sharp rise in antisemitism since the Oct. 7 massacre. Amid such a surge in antisemitic incidents, including violent assaults, more than 600 of the country’s prominent personalities have signed an open letter denouncing antisemitism and racism.
