Just a little something to hold onto 😏

“They would rip each other's throat out.” He turns back to James, only now seeing the drink in his hand that the man is swirling around, looking deep in thought before he looks up, straight at Regulus who is taken aback by the intensity of his stare. 

“Mhm, do you really think so?” James lifts a suggestive eyebrow while he turns to lean against the bar in a similar position as Regulus. “I think they will rip each other’s clothes off.” 

“Obviously,” Regulus scowls, “but he is my brother,” Regulus nods his head in Sirius’ direction before nodding to Remus next, “and he is my best friend, so I don’t want to think about that worst-case scenario.”

“Or best case,” James muses with a smile. Regulus frowns at him in disgust and James just laughs a little too loud, people turning their heads at the sound. “There’s nothing wrong with good passionate sex, Regulus, especially when it’s born from hate.”

Yes, it's happening. Echoes is being updated at long last - you can expect the chapter to be up within a few hours if FF stops giving me the run-around.

As always, here's a sneak peak for my very loyal readers-

Dumbledore stares down at her for a long, silent moment before he sighs deeply. His brow is creased and he crosses his hands over his knees, peering over his glasses and down his crooked nose. His gaze was near piercing and she doesn’t flinch, but it’s a near thing.

“Miss Dodger,” he asks her, tone neutral in a way that has her wandering eyes darting to him immediately, “do you know why I insisted you be sent to 12 Grimmauld Place instead of simply letting the ministry take care of the matter, as would be standard protocol?”

She shakes her head, frowning, and feels a prickle of unease begin to tickle its way up her spine and settle deep in her chest.

“No,” she says, a little faintly, “why?”

Chapter 1 Sneak Peak

Hello everyone. I'm sorry that I haven't been active lately. Life got in the way and other things. I really wanted to release Chapter 1 last month but nothing in my life goes the way I want it to be. Alas, I can declare this with certainty that Chapter 1 will be released on Wednessday. I really hope you enjoy it and looking forward to your reactions to it. The word count is I'm not sure yet. I am doing some revisions to some scenes so it may or may not be over 10k+. And I will also be redoing the character RO post before the release as I want to make some changes.
