So, I already love the German language, the way it sounds and the way words are spelt and formed. I also love learning it, especially because my teacher is pretty young, and keeps up with memes really well. This has lead to somr funny moments, such as a student calling me a simp for German after winning quizlet a couple times in a row, and our teacher proceeding to say that we all should be simps for German, which, I just, oof. But some of my favorite moments are when out teacher just teaches us a random word here and there, and the best one so far was the word for chocolate milk. The direct translation from English would be 'schokolade milch', but since German just vibes with compound words, you combine the two to get 'schokolademilch'. But that's a heckin mouthful, and German likes shortening words to make things streamlined, you finally end up with 'schokomilch' as an easier to say version. And I just, the 'schoko-' part only makes me think of choccy. It's so freaking close to choccy, and it brings me so much joy. I love this language, so, so much.

so...i do think of myself of demi-aro/ace. but i've been seeing a lot of backlash that many people do not include demi-aro/ace people who only experience heterosexual attraction. or aro/ace people, period. just wondering what your opinion is on that. i'm reaching out to multiple people about this just because of the growing disapproval i'm seeing from people who consider themselves part of the lgbtq+ community yet do not include these groups of people...

I never truly understood the whole discourse and hate that goes on within the communities. I even tried to talk to some people on the opposing side about this and it was such a mess. It truly upsets me that some people just want other’s out of a place where they feel safe and connected.

If it was not for the lgbtqia I would never have found asexuality or the ace spectrum. I would have not known that I was graysexual. Ever since I first started struggling with my sexuality I always turned to the LGBTQ+ for help, advice, and information. I’ve always considered myself apart of the lgbtq+, so it upsets me even more that there are some people who say I don’t belong. Especially when I did belong before when I identified as bisexual, gay, and pansexual. 

If you are asexual, then you are not heterosexual. If you are aromantic, then you are not heteromantic. If you are ace, aro, or demi- then you are not straight. It’s as simple as that, yet others just don’t see that. If you are asexual, then you belong, if you are aromantic, then you belong, if you are demi-, then you belong. You are apart of the community. 

Don’t let some people on the internet effect you too much. The internet is their power, strength, and outlet to spread their negativity. They utilize online social media to their advantage. It’s easy for them. It’s safe for them. People feel more confident in saying things online than what they would say in a face-to-face conversation. Just because some people are loud on the internet does not mean that they are that big. The internet may seem like they are a lot of people in a group, but they are not the majority. They don’t speak for the LGBTQIA as a whole. 

I have seen and heard many people outside of the internet that are more than welcoming and accepting of aces, aros, and demis. I have seen so many people be respectful and understanding towards us. I have seen so many people included us in the lgbtq+. There is a lot of good out there. There are so many people who are so positive towards us. 

I still stand by the LGBTQ+ and so many people apart of the LGBTQ+ stand by us. I do hope, in time, that we can fix all the negativity, hate, and discourse. I do hope we can come together as a true community and become a place for everyone to feel safe, accepted, and respected. That’s part of what a community should be about. If you want to be active and participate in the community, then go for it. However, if you feel that the community is not the best place for you, you don’t feel safe, and it’s making you feel worse, then it’s okay to pull away from it.

Hang in there, Anon. Don’t let the unofficial words of a few people get you down. Focus on the good. Focus on the people who are there for us and accept us. I do not agree with those people who say if you are cis/het ace,aro, and/or demi then you don’t belong. If you are ace, aro, and/or demi- then that’s all that should matter; you belong in the community. You make up the LGBTQIA. It’s your community too. Take care of yourself and stay safe. If you ever need to talk I am here, feel free to message me anytime.

The Omegaverse accident

Disclaimer: I'm not native English speaker and dyslexic so I relay on the word autocorrect a lot and im not an expert of anything, i just know things or think i do it.

I'm in a poly platonic asexual relationship with a Ravenclaw and a Hufflepuff. I'm a Slytherin, can I make it any more obvious? Regardless our prefer gender pronouns we all have a uterus and our periods are mostly one after another. It was Ravenclaw wife time when this happened.

So biology 101 with me and my sworn enemies: the hormones Brain: are u having a baby this month? Uterus: nope :( Brain: okay I'll send the cleaning squad The cleaning squad are obviously hormones that make the uterus contract so it shed the old blood. Your muscles are contracting so that's why it hurts. For non-uterus user, or if u have one but u don't know, its the same hormones that start the contraction when someone is in labour. Luckily we can produce happy hormones that can relax muscles. Can u guess when the brain start making them? When you are horny. Masturbating is very good for sore muscle.

If only we experience sexual attraction *ironic sigh*

Asexuality apart, our hormones are still there. My libido is still there somewhere, don't really care about it. So when I'm on my period I found it help like reading NSFW fanfiction or scrolling the dark side of fan art.  Literally just that, no other naughty business. I don't know why that tricks my brain to produce horny hormones but it does and works well with pain management so ill not investigate more. Knowing this and that Ravenclaw wife is more sex-positive i asked them if they wanted naughty fanfiction or something on the common chat, they replied that the would like ff with pictures, maybe a yaoi manga ore some omegaverse. And here the Accident. Hufflepuff wife, the sex-neutral to sex-repulsed wife, asked us what is an omegaverse. If u don't know what an omegaverse is we will not tell you like we didn't tell her. The question was just too sweet and pure that we wouldn't ruin it and she's not curious enough to google it as i did a long time ago. If u really don't know about it it's not really that bad, but it's my least favourite kind of au. it just goes against what I want in an alternative universe.

Okayy I just binged the entirety of season 2 of Great Pretender and I have to rant to get this outta my system so

!!!SPOILERS FOR SEASON 2 (EP15-23) OF GREAT PRETENDER!!

So I love how the art style and music has been consistent the whole time, its gorgeous and obviously a lot of effort has been put into it. Every case focused on the backstory of each member in Team Confidence so I liked how in the fourth case, it was about both Laurent and Makoto, showing that they are inherently connected. Thought that was pretty interesting.

The plot was very entertaining as usual, many scenes had me on the edge of my chair lol. It was a fun thing to watch, and the ending felt somewhat satisfying!

Buuuuuuuuut there are stuff that I dont really like,,,, like how Makoto got roped into doing cons with Laurent in the first place essentially just to get revenge on this one dude. And he got yanked back over and over again, despite how many times he wanted to live a normal life. Yeah the cons had good intentions, bringing down bad guys and wtv (I'll get back to that in a sec) but no one deserves to be forced into such dangerous situations!

At first I thought it was cause Laurent really, really liked Makoto but it turns out he was basically just using him in a really long con against Liu. And he was kept 100% in the dark about it, when it had to do w him personally (his dad). Not only that, I think everything that Makoto said in the scene where he was pretending to betray them was really valid!!

He was subjected to extremely traumatic experiences (seeing his friends get killed and not knowing it was faked TWICE, having his father "betray" him, held at gunpoint god knows how many times, "killed" his father, witnessed horrendous crimes, the list can go on forever). He literally broke down into a depressive state! And suddenly his own father who Makoto thought he killed appears and go 'haha sike nah fam *everything* was just a con', while revealing that Makoto was undercover for months when he didn't even know he was undercover. They didn't trust him with this information, why the fuck would he trust them?? I think it would've been so much more understandable and cathartic!!!!

And what the fuck was up with that scene were the villains of the former season pop up and become the good guys?!!! Are you serious??? Was the audience supposed to go 'oh neat cameo'?? How are you going to say that Team Confidence brought the bad guys to justice when A) They basically got away scot-free with no repercussions B) Are still living their lavish lifestyles and C) Didn't get their deserved punishments and became the 'good guys'?????? What was the point of the former season, besides resolving Cynthia's and Abbie's trauma? UGH It was just such a terrible move!!

Also, I dont think having the plot twist where Dorothy survived with amnesia was a good idea. It kinda nullifies the whole revenge plot and etc (I mean the idea is still there since Liu did 'kill' but wtv). And there was whole sub plot of Laurent moving on from Doronthy. He was literally haunted by visions of her- the scene where he throws her ring into the sea shows him finally taking a step away from his trauma. So having Dorothy go 'surprise bitch I lived' feels cheap and cliche.

But Great Pretender is still a seriously good show and I love it ♡
