heeseung is for the eldest daughters who yearned for innocent puppy love, a love that wasn't tainted by anything. his love is like getting a valentine from your crush, and even though everyone's given each other a card or a lollipop or both, you and him have exchanged full-sized candy bars. he's dandelions on the playground, he loves me, he loves me not, he loves me, of course he loves me, he picked this flower for me.

jay is for the eldest daughters who always wanted someone to take care of them for a change. he is the epitome of acts of service, always there for you even when you refuse to ask for help. when you pick something up off the kitchen floor, his hand is at the edge of the table like padding, just in case you stand up too fast, you'll accidentally hit your head on him. he softens the blow, he protects you from getting hurt. always.

jake is for the eldest daughters who never got to be a child for long enough. he'll play dolls with you, stay up late watching cartoons, chase you through an empty field if that's what you want. he doesn't make fun of you for collecting knick-knacks or plushies; in fact, you think he's the one who's grown your collections to the size they are now. he's got the loyalty and the playfulness of the childhood puppy you thought you'd never see again.

sunghoon is for the eldest daughters who gave up or sacrificed their dream for another one. for the ones who stay quiet to keep the peace. he's strong when you aren't. he's strong when you are. he's someone you can trust, he'll be gentle and choose his words carefully and speak softly and kindly to you. he knows what's hurt you before and he'll be damned if he ever adds onto that.

love when random songs from wtsmg come on shuffle. i listened to this album so much during summer '22 and it has that brightly nostalgic sound to it.
