Oh simple thing (where have you gone)

A/n: there’s nothing really to say except it’s rushed…. But it’s siren Wilbur! Yay! One of many!

Warning: angst to fluff (maybe), swearing, crying, kissing, all the cute stuff, mentions of injuries.

Wilbur’s always had your back. No matter what happened.

When techno was picking on you. Right by your side in seconds, telling him to shut up. When Tommy first met you and tried to rizz you up. He pulled Tommy away from you and told him you were “off limits”. That made you blush.

You think that’s when it all started.

You avoiding eye contact with him. You getting red whenever your hands would touch. Or just being around Wilbur in his Siren outfit, now that was a weakness. It also didn’t help how you were in his ear all the time while he fought dream or who ever he decided to that day and you could hear all his grunts and groans.

But you couldn’t like you best friend right? That’s just breaking every rule in the books ever! So you continued to keep it bottled up until one day, everything went very, very wrong.

Apparently, Wil- Siren was out numbered. Dream, 404, and Flame were all there. And yet, Sirens dumbass thought it was a good idea to fight them. You know, rough them up a bit! Alone.

It wasn’t until Ranboo and Tommy both teleported to your apartment, Siren in Ranboo’s arms, that you realized what the fuck was happening.

“What the fuck happened?!” You asked frantically, as they set Si- no this was Wilbur- down on your couch.

“Fucker decided to fight dream, 404, and flame alone. Found him laying on the concrete floor. He’s barely breathing but I need to try and heal him.” Tommy says, as he puts his hands on Wilbur chest. His hands start flowing that familiar orange-yellow color. You saw Wilbur visibly relax, but only a little.

Tommy’s been going on and off for about 10 minutes and nothings working. Why is nothing working?! He has to survive! I didn’t get to say anything to him yet!

“Tommy, why is nothing happening?” You asked, tears falling down your face as you watched Tommy give up.

Tommy shrugged. “I think he’s giving up himself. I think he excepted it.” He said, tearing up as well.

Bullshit! Wilbur doesn’t give up. I know that!

“Bullshit, Wilbur, listen to me.” You said as you grabbed his hand. “You don’t get to just give up on me now. There’s so many things you haven’t done yet. So many things I haven’t done yet! I am not losing my best friend right now. Not ever!” You said looking at his face, taking off his mask. ‘Stupid thing. Hides his beautiful eyes.’

“Remember when we were 6 and you charmspoke, that one kid…. Jason! You charmspoke him to eat mud and worms just because he was picking on me? That’s how we met and became friends. And my favorite. You were seventeen, stupid and courageous, and you decided to go to the goddamn Netherlands to take out the prime minister! You charmspoke so many people, it was ridiculous!” You laughed while looking at his face to show any sign of life. None.

“I also remember the time you told Tommy I was off limits. I think that’s when it all happened. I just brushed it off and act like you were just being a friend and being protective. But I don’t want to brush it off anymore wil! The glances, the hand brushes, everything! I love you. So fucking much, and if you leave me I-“ you’re cut off by your own sob. “I don’t know what I’d do with myself. You are my glue. You are my home Wilbur.” At this point you’re full on sobbing. Grasping his hand so tightly so he wouldn’t slip away from you.

“Please, I- I don’t know what i’d do without you.” You sobbed. You lied your head on his chest and cried. Tommy and Ranboo left the room to give you some privacy and to give them space to cry too.

As you kept your head down, you felt a hand go in your hair and rub your head. You thought his was Tommy trying to comfort you. “Tommy go away!” You yelled at the hand.

“Not Tommy love.” You heard a rough and strangled voice say. Your head shot up and looked at Wilbur. He had a smile on his face as he looked at you.

You quickly jumped up and hugged Wilbur the best you could. As you did, he let out a groan at the sudden weight.

“I- what?! I thought I lost you!” You sobbed into his neck.

“You can’t get rid of me that easily love. Especially when my crush since I was 12 admits they like me back.” He said with a smirk. You shot up and looked at him wide eyed.

“12?! Wilbur! Why didn’t you tell me you asshole! Also you heard all of that?!” You asked him, hitting his shoulder.

He laughed at your expression. “Yes love. I heard everything. Tommy could have stopped healing me 2 minutes in. I just didn’t want to move. “He laughed. “Love, the only reason I didn’t tell you earlier was because of the shit I do. I’m the most wanted villian love. I’m goddamn siren! I could be dead or in lesion any day, and I didn’t want you to go through the pain if loosing me. And also I thought you didn’t like me because I was too “nerdy”” He air quoted. You laughed and rubbed his cheek.

“Villian or not, Wilbur. I will love you anyway. I’d rather love you when your alive then regret not doing anything when your dead.” You both laughed. “I love you Wil. Don’t ever do that stupid shit ever again, ok?”

He rolled his eyes. “I promise love. I love you too.” He said looking at your lips.

“Are you going to kiss me or sit there like a lost puppy?” You asked, smiling at him.

Wilbur rolled his eyes, as he cupped your cheek and pulled your lips down onto his. The kiss was slow and deep, yet full of so much love and longing.

You both pulled away, panting. You smiled at each other and rested your foreheads together. “I love you darling. To the end of the universe and back.” He said kissing your nose.

“Ewww. How cheesy!” You said making a face at Wilbur. All he did was jab at your side as you yelped. “I’m just joking my love. I love you more Wilbur. You are my person.” You’d aid as you brought him back into a kiss.

My person. My home.

“Ok, are you guys done yet?” Ranboo asked as Tommy fake gagged at the both of you.

as much as I love gl!ranboo, I gotta go with gl!slime! His humor in ep 1 was fantastic, and the way the comedic relief role continued even as the episodes got darker and darker all the way up to the reveal in ep 3? Absolutely fantastic, 10/10 would goop again (also just. the moment the filter is pulled away in ep 2 to reveal That™️ and the implications of the “slime” in ep 1… AGHHHH)

👺 -Favorite actor? (different from character-who do you think performed the best?)

Ranboo! I know some people say that his acting could have been better, and I’m not saying they’re wrong, but I feel like the stiff, sort of hollow “actor voice” they fell into at times really added to their performance and the idea that it’s not actually *Ranboo* but Ranboo being controlled by SFM. And don’t even get me started on the ending sequence of ep 3 oh my GOD (not gonna lie, I was genuinely concerned at the end there 👀)

🍓-Opinions on Squiggles?

What a fun little dude!! I wouldn’t have wanted any other mascot for a sinister media corporation fhskdhd (Seriously though, the little reactions were fantastic comedic relief, and it was cool to see them continue to be so lighthearted even as the episodes got darker.)

GL!NIKI AND GL!AUSTIN OH MY GODDDD

ok first of all, on top of being literally the only female streamer there, gl!Niki’s argument to be saved just being “I’m nice”?? SERIOUS commentary there on how people view content creators, especially female creators, Niki in particular bc that’s how she’s been viewed pretty much her entire career! Plus the way she was sobbing the entire time except for when she was putting on a smile for the camera (more commentary on female creators 👀 gotta look good for the viewers, otherwise they won’t pick her!) And then even when she’s picked, she’s shot COMPLETELY OFFSCREEN AND JUST DISCARDED. SOOOO MUCH TO SAY HERE ABOUT HOW PEOPLE VIEW STREAMERS (esp female ones!!) AS COMMODITIES!!

And GL!AUSTIN!!! The intro text for the viewers under his name being “gay” (bc that’s what viewers primarily know him as, just like Niki being “nice”!!) but then going on and on about all the wives and children he has!!! (something something he’s aware of the Bury Your Gays trope often perpetuated by Big Corporations *cough* Showfall *cough* and wants to avoid that in any way possible something something)

So, Pet Dream AU. How does the reveal go?

I actually really love the heartbreaking imagery of him automatically transforming back when he feels loved and safe, and how he has to stop himself from feeling either of those things if he wants to actually keep them. (;-; That’s so sad, what.) But it’s also worth mentioning that he IS stuck like this for a while regardless, so while he might transform back for a few minutes or so, being a little blob is kind of…not his choice rn. Which means he will be helpless if anyone decides to hurt him, and he knows it. (Also he really does need to stay in this form for a while as he recovers. He’s probably planning to transform back as soon as he feels like he’s able to not collapse instantly anymore, but that would also be something that would hurt him even more.)

I kind of like the idea of him shifting back in front of everyone, overwhelmed by how much they obviously care for him — only for them to stare at him in shock and the panic making him instantly revert back to being a blob, instead of only after the initial feeling gradually subsided. So now he’s a tiny helpless blob in front of a mob of people with every reason to punt him across the map.

Of course he books it, what else is he gonna do?

He doesn’t make it far, though. Not because he’s not a good hider, but because he’s simply not in good shape. He’s still pretty malnourished, as well as heavily injured, and he’s been sedentary in a closed box for a year. Not to mention that he’s devastated. He had everything he’d wanted for years, and he ruined it! He wants to scream, curse, kick himself — but mostly he just wants to cry.

Meanwhile, everyone is freaking the fuck out because what the hell was that? Probably a whole host of emotions is going on right then, for everyone. But…eventually they actually start to use their heads, and realize that — wait a minute, the little blob — Dream — wasn’t acting like they’d normally expect Dream to act. Dream had been helping them as a blob. He’d point out flaws in a paranoid Tommy’s base defenses for him to patch up. He’d nuzzle into Quackity’s cheeks whenever he stayed up at night crying about Charlie and also his lost loves, using his fur to dry his tears. He’d play fight with Michael, gently and happily keeping the toddler occupied as Tubbo and Ranboo watched with amusement from the sidelines. And sure, maybe some of that could have been manipulation — but all of it? It just wouldn’t make sense.

Maybe Punz spills the beans, or at least some of the beans. Maybe he tells them that Dream just wanted his family back, and that he had a plan for it. Maybe he dips a toe in the water to see how they react. Nobody knows what to think anymore, but they all decide that they should at least TRY to find him. Especially because it has started to rain.

Quackity’s the one to find him. Again, Dream hadn’t made it very far. He had ended up hiding under some bushes, wet and shivering and obviously very distressed. And sure, Quackity doesn’t like Dream. Quackity made it his goal to torture Dream to the point where the man would rather commit suicide than live another day. But Quackity loved that little blob, and the image of that little white blob soaked with rain and crying in little distressed chirps — he just can’t stand it. So he talks in that little soft voice he’d reserved specifically for the little blob, and he successfully coaxes him out of his hiding spot, and he finally manages to pick him up and cradle him in his arms before sending a note to everyone that he found Dream, and that they’ll be at the community house.

HIM TRANSFORMINF AND THEN STRAIGHT AWAY TRANSFORMING baCK is perfect 😭😭 that’s so sad because he’d be so mad and upset that he had ruined everything but also so incredibly scared :(( and once again he runs but by his luck it starts rAINing 😖

perhaps the first reactions from everyone is to actually run after him, but it’s punz that holds them back — purely to ensure that they’re not running to harm him. he explains dream’s situations and the reasoning behind his blob transformations,, and takes a lot of the blow of peoples anger and confusion (let’s them all yell at him purely so they don’t yell at him)

meanwhile quackity’s the one that branches off, wandering off in the rain to search for the little white blob that he has grown so attached to. it is virtually impossible to imagine sharing the same vulnerability with dream that he had shared with this little blob. but if the human dream that he had despised for so long truly had a softer, genuine side to him,, then quackity felt that it was worth it to truly find out and understand. and more than that, he feels that dream is worthy of help

he finds dream in a bush, not far away from where he had started running at all (cries 😭) and takes a seat next to the bush to monologue to him lmao. but like explaining how much dream has helped him, and asking him why dream did it? was it manipulative? did you actually want to help? was he being used? he’s still soaking wet in the rain, his beanie has just about soaked through and he can barely see through the raindrops on his eyelashes

eventually dreams shivering blob figure manages to drag itself out from the bush,, . hesitantly. his head is dropped in shame, and he is saturated. he looks up at quackity with the saddest most heartbreaking expression quackity has ever seen, and produces a whimpered chirp that quackity absolutely recognises as an apology. he looks pathetic, and quackity has no choice but to scoop him up. he simply cannot stand the sight of the blob that had created so much joy for him, being so broken and scared. he tucks him into his dress shirt — wincing at the feeling of his cold, wet body against his skin — and carries him back to the community house

he dries dream off and feeds him soup fzgshbvkxks. he speaks to him and unloads all his feelings. he laughs when dream tries to consume his complimentary bread roll whole. they light a campfire on the community roof once the rain stops. quackity holds dream up in his palm so that he can appreciate the view of the server better. quackity can’t stop asking if this is truly what dream wants, to get along like this, no tricks or strategy. dream makes it clear that he does. he proves his point by leaping up to nuzzle into quackity’s neck. quackity giggles and calls him a little fuck,, and then catches him and wiggles his own finger around dreams neck.

they stay up on the rooftop all night, knowing that by morning the rest of the server would find quackitys note and would be on their way to confront dream. quackity has already made up his mind though :’)

DSMP as TMA Fears

Saw a lot of people do this and I decided hey, why not have a go at it myself! Multiple options for some people, final decision next to the name.

Tommy - The Lonely Exile is what sticks out most to me about this, he was just alone for so long. He thrives on human contact and socializing, so The Lonely might not be a good fit for him if he actually was meant to be thriving. But I could see him getting taken by The Lonely while in exile. I don’t see any other easy option for Tommy.

Tubbo - The Extinction Not fully because of the nukes, but that does play its part in my choice here. Tubbo is also terrified of failure and messing up, which is exactly what happens when he’s president of L’manburg. The destruction he is powerless to stop leads to the absolute decimation of L’manburg. I could also see Tubbo as The Corruption, which plays into his affinity for bees. He’d never be alone and have the company and love he’s been seeking for.

Ranboo - The Spiral The Spiral deals with a lot of themes about madness, losing control, hallucinations, and similar things. This is so related to what Ranboo experiences- the hallucinations of Dream’s voice in his panic rooms, the worry that he’s going insane and doing things he can’t remember while he’s Enderwalking. It’s so Spiral.

Wilbur - The Desolation I wholeheartedly agree with putting Wilbur down as The Desolation. He’s incredibly self destructive and he destroys his relationships during his exile spiral. He was happy with the destruction he caused after the 16th. Although The Spiral is tempting for various reasons.

Dream - The Web It’s not really a surprise that Dream would be an avatar of The Web. He’s manipulative, and despite there being other characters that are manipulative (namely Wilbur), Dream is probably the most controlling out of them all. He needs that control and it terrified of losing it. Everything he does is some sort of plan, even when he gets put in the prison it’s revealed that he asked Punz to betray him and that he knew he would be let out by Techno in the future. Everything he does is part of that bigger play for control- even if in the end, it fails.

Sapnap - The Desolation I’m not sure Sapnap really could become an avatar of The Desolation- he may just care about his friends too much for that. But I’m totally tunnel vision on the arson here. He loves arson! He is just one to set things on fire.

George - The Lonely He’s almost always alone, never in the conflict or important events. During the 16th he was isolated from everyone else building a house in peace. He’s scared that he will be alone and is constantly dreaming of his friends leaving him out. He doesn’t realize he’s isolating himself by sleeping so much, and even puts his fear onto others by making them scared that he will abandon them. Example of that being George not showing up to the elections with Quackity, abandoning his friend when he needed it. Other than that, something VERY convincing would be that he’s tormented by The Spiral. How else can you explain his crazy dreams? They’re a product of The Spiral- I swear.

Techno - The Slaughter I’m a bit on the fence about this and The Hunt, but if I had to choose it would be The Slaughter. He isn’t all about mindless killing like The Slaughter is, but I don’t know if The Hunt fits him much more. The most Slaughter thing about him must be related to how he acted during the Festival before the 16th- how as soon as he got a taste of blood from executing Tubbo, he turned on the rest of the crowd as well with a murderous hunger.

Philza - The End Phil completely fits The End. I don’t have a very detailed reason for this alignment other than the fact that he’s a passive person who only acts when it’s the right time. He is always calm, wise beyond his years, and doesn’t act violent except when it’s deemed to be the correct time. End avatars are often passive, and the only time that comes to mind where Phil is fighting a lot is Doomsday. His crows are even considered to be a sign of death. Other than this, I absolutely adore him as an avatar of The Vast. I think he’s at least touched by it, if not somehow having a stronger connection. Mostly related to his wings and the vast emptiness of the End dimension he has connections to.

Quackity - The Stranger Quackity is a struggle who I’ve redone a few times now, but I’ve decided on him being an avatar of The Stranger who is touched by The Hunt. He is very Hunt-driven, especially with his absolute “Us vs Them” mentality- seen most clearly in The Butcher Army when they hunted down Techno to execute him. He has severe Flesh tendencies as well with the way he brutally tortures Dream and how he acts throughout the Butcher Army arc. He still is very tied to The Hunt though, even if it’s simply in the way he thinks. Besides that, he’s an avatar of The Stranger due to his uncanny “almost human but clearly not” vibe. Imagine his face as a mask and the scar is just a crack in it.

Karl - The Eye Karl may be the most complicated character in this post, simply because I’ve decided to dive deeper into his lore than I was willing to do while originally making these alignments. Karl is an avatar of The Eye- travelling and watching these stories of the past and future unfold before him, but he doesn’t do anything to change it. Unrelated to The Eye, we bring in the other aspects of his time travelling- The Inbetween and The Other Side, which relate to The Spiral and The Lonely. Other aspects of his time travelling and the emptiness of these strange dimensions he’s trapped in are reminiscent of both The Spiral and The Lonely. Karl himself is a very Spiral-like character, with even his appearance giving a chaotic and colourful Spiral vibe. The memory loss he’s afflicted with and him forgetting his fiancé was so Lonely it hurts. Put simply, an avatar of The Eye tormented by The Spiral and The Lonely.

Niki - The Spiral Feels like we have quite a few Spiral related people in here! Niki feels like she would be tormented by The Spiral while she’s in her library. She self-isolated, started sleepwalking, and became extremely self destructive. She even started hallucinating from insomnia. Another one for Niki is The Desolation, which may just be me fixating on her burning of the L’mantree and the way her isolation and downfall is incredibly self-destructive.

Eret - The Lonely Eret seems like he may be a good option for The Lonely, since he has been referred to before as “The Lonely King” or titles of that sort. Eret is actually a fairly lonely person, after they betrayed L’manburg they were shunned by their former friends and in reality had been manipulated by Dream into becoming King in a land where that role held no real power. My only other idea for Eret would be under The Eye. It’s not the most creative, though I did need somewhere to put them. I think her role as historian for the SMP played into this a fair amount.

Fundy - The Lonely I think the fear that fits Fundy the most is The Lonely- and he is often alone. Fundy is manipulated into joining Las Nevadas and previously when he tries to relate to Ranboo and share his point of view, he is yelled at and told that he doesn’t understand. He’s isolated in a cabin in the woods after he leaves the SMP until he’s dragged in the casino, where in reality he is still alone. Everything he does is a call for attention because he is so ignored. Other than this, I have many other reasons for various fears, starting with The Spiral. A lot of people on the SMP tend to have strange experiences related to sleep, and Fundy is yet another one of them. He has nightmares that he can’t control that predicts a horrible future of destruction and fear which could be related to something like The Extinction as well, but I link them to torment caused by The Spiral. Maybe he’d even be related to The Eye because of the prophetic quality to the Dreams. The Hunt calls me because of his animal features, but he doesn’t really fit it except for his role in the Butcher Army.

BBH - The Corruption I don’t know how he couldn’t be an avatar of The Corruption with the Egg quite literally being like a weed spreading across the server and him being its closest servant. The Red Banquet was some sort of ritual to bring forth The Corruption but it didn’t work because other avatars showed up and ruined it. Besides The Corruption, Bad gives off very strong vibes of The Dark.

Hannah - The Corruption With her relationship with plants involved I feel like The Corruption makes a lot of sense, as well as her secret alliance with The Eggpire and heavily under the influence of the Egg. The Egg was feeding off the people around it almost like an embodiment of The Corruption itself, and I can’t see how it wouldn’t be something related to The Corruption.

Ponk - The Corruption Ponk was extremely involved with The Egg plot. He is corrupted by the Egg and in my mind that’s still a direct manifestation of The Corruption. There’s really not much else that can be said about him except for a connection to The Flesh. He’s probably touched by it, mostly because of what happened with Sam cutting off his arm.

Purpled - The Hunt Like Philza, this one doesn’t have a full explanation. Purpled fits The Hunt in a strange way, especially due to the fact that he is a mercenary. He silently plots against Quackity for a long time before he pins him down and threatens him for information. When Quackity can’t give him what he wants, Purpled kills Quackity’s best friend. Absolutely ruthless. He fits some sort of murder entity especially because that’s his whole job, and a mercenary needs to hunt down their target. Punz - The Hunt Like Purpled, he’s a mercenary, a hitman. He was touched by The Corruption during the Egg plot but never fully became an avatar of it. He seems like one of the most human, so I don’t think he would even be a full avatar. He is likely touched by the Hunt as well, but not fully taken by it.

Slimecicle - The Stranger Somewhat close with The Flesh, I think The Stranger really fits Slimecicle. He looks so human but is clearly not, and the shapeshifting, lack of bones, and overall slime features are very Stranger seeming. He also is very reminiscent of the episode in TMA where there are a bunch of Stranger “students” learning how the body works because they aren’t actually human. That’s just Slimecicle. However, slight Eye vibes due to how he’s watched the server for years and knows so much of the history despite not physically being there to interact with. That also gives off Stranger energy though.

Skeppy - The Spiral So many characters have been The Spiral but I swear it makes sense for Skeppy. He makes crazy mazes and watches people suffer and fail. He tricks them into doing what he wants and entering his strange builds where the entire thing has actually been a prank so that he can laugh at them the whole time. He likes messing with people and their perceptions, pretending things haven’t happened and gaslighting people just for fun. He’s so Spiral it isn’t even a competition at this point. Touched by The Corruption due to the Egg plot.

Jack Manifold - The End Tell me it doesn’t make sense for mans to be an End avatar when he literally crawled out of hell after he lost all his lives. He’s definitely touched by The Slaughter or something upon his return from the afterlife, as he returns set on revenge with nothing else in his mind. He starts lashing out and gets extremely violent and plots to kill Tommy because he believes that he’s been wronged. He fits the angry and violent portion of The Slaughter, but no way could he have gotten out of the afterlife without being an End avatar, so that’s my justification.

Awesamdude - The Buried Sam is so incredibly Buried it’s amazing. He fits the definition in more ways than one. He’s pressured and suffocated by his job as Warden- so much so that he even starts to lose himself and his morals. Other than that, the prison itself fits as a domain of The Buried. It’s suffocating and a trap, no way to get out and pressing in around you.

Foolish - The End I don’t know that much about Foolish I’m not gonna lie, but relating to him being a totem of undying and the vagueness of when he said he “used to be a totem of death”. He’s also quite passive, as is the nature of End avatars.

Antfrost - The Hunt Ant has a very good way of making others fear the chase. During the Egg arc he hunted down people and tried to find people to lure back to the Egg so he could trap them. His species being a cat is also interesting because Hunters tend to have animalistic tendencies or characteristics, and cats are also predators. During the Egg arc he is influenced by The Corruption.

Schlatt - The Web Schlatt is an extremely manipulative character. He loves power, exiling those who oppose him from his country and belittling anyone else who threatens his control. He manipulates Fundy and punishes Niki for standing up to him, trying his best to take away any power that others may have against him. He knows how to cause chaos and deliberately does- he even got Dream onto his side with the book (an artefact of the End). He drinks himself to death instead of letting the enemy kill him, ripping away their last shreds of control. Addiction itself is also a mark of The Web, something that’s extremely present in Schlatt. He does have some Eye tendencies, an example being how he knows that Tubbo is a spy, but he still uses that information to further manipulate and pull along his victims.

Puffy - The Slaughter Puffy has some very striking Slaughter qualities to her. Despite her violence not being entirely unmotivated, it is unexpected and unpredictable. She herself is discomforted by this type of violence, but when Foolish is killed in front of her, she reacts like no one was expecting and with a murderous rage. She tries to restrain herself from violence, so it builds up inside of her and releases in extremes. Upon finding out Ponk is involved with the Egg, she burns down his house. Her violent reactions scare even herself. Other than this she was touched by The Corruption, though it didn’t get a complete hold on her.

DreamXD - The Eye He knows everything, watches everything, and is a literal god. What more do you want from me? He’s almost like a physical manifestation of The Ceaseless Watcher itself. He does still act like The Spiral when related to George’s dreams and the way DreamXD seem to gaslight and manipulates him.

Drista - The Stranger Drista has a very Stranger vibe to her. Of course the mask she wears and how she only shows up sometimes and has a very mysterious vibe. The Stranger is also the antithesis to The Eye, which creates a sort of balance between DreamXD and Drista.

Future works...in the future?

Look I really don’t know what to do with the title but This was inspired by how squishys-soft-stories writes out their snippets for their stories and I wanted to do something similar while I’m fighting with writer's block. I hope you guys enjoy reading these little snips and prep for the stories to come. These are in no particular order and I have no clue which will be posted first.

A friends in the wall story: A good afternoon

In this story, Ranboo and Techno take an afternoon away from the normal chaos of the household. They bond over shared abandonment and discrimination for their appearances by the people around them who were supposed to protect them, all while enjoying the serene nature around them. They grow closer over this story as even though they came from terrible backgrounds, they now have both each other and a family that loves them more than anything. Plus there will be turtles.

Coastal waves

This is the sequel to tidal waves and will show how Phil reacts to the newest family member and we get more behavioral interactions between the mers. We will also gain insight into the relations between mers and humans, and why Dream acts the way he did to Tommy. There also may be a confrontation between the sbi and Dream, leading to some very dramatic interactions (may have a separate ending on the after hours channel to fully highlight the gore I want to use and in relation to proper mythology)

Scaled Sanctuary

Tommy runs away from his abusive home late one night when he just couldn’t stand it anymore so he decided to take his chance out into the forest. He doesn’t get too far since he picked the night a heavy thunderstorm moved into the area and he was forced to take shelter in a cave he finds, where he is (un)lucky to find a Naga Technoblade trying to hibernate through the cold weather. Now the naga doesn’t really care for the human child, but when said child scrambles deeper into his coils over the sound of a distance voice, even that could warm a cold blooded heart.

History made :A familial forest Au story

This is a story set a good few years (decades) before the start of the current story line. We get to meet the dragon Dream when he was still a late teenager in our terms and meets the one creature that he would protect with his entire being (I bet you can’t guess who that is). We also meet George, a young Witch who is being chased by witch hunters into a seemingly random forest from the village he lived in, and managed to meet our scaly friend. This is where their bond forms and we learn more of their shared hatred of humans. The boys frick up and bond their souls in a spell mishap.

I think it's also the fact ranboo specifically made himself a voice and said he would use his platform to support poc and then didn't. that's part of why he's being focused on rn. he specifically said he would do more and put himself in position to use his platform and then didn't really follow through. other ccs have been called out for not supporting poc or using their platforms, but rn people are pointing out ranboo's hypocrisy specially bc he talked about the issues the queen dying caused in england but (to my knowledge) hasn't talked about any poc struggles

Yeah like it's not being unfair and "holding him in a different standard " for waiting him to follow through his promises.he was basically the only cc the acknowledged the problem of poc being ignored ofc we gonna get mad at him.

Its so frustrating bc we get nonblacks talking Abt how it makes sense and it's ok for ccs to ignore us and focus on queer ppl. Like they have all the time and energy in the world to do shit for pride but we basically get not even a single tweet Abt black history month.

And when we talk about how this community is unwelcoming to blk and other poc, both from the fans and ccs sides, we get it ignored, told we are self-centered and acting entitled, have the racist shit that was done undermined and ignored,that we should praise them for not being racist, being villanized bc we critized their favorite white guy, etc etc

Like it's a problem within all the community if u feel that ppl don't call other ccs out yall either ignoring poc and shutting or y'all aren't being good enough talking Abt it.

The only time in the last two years I've seen white ccs "did something Abt" poc issues and struggles was last year when a dono told tubbo Abt bhm and he donated to black charity and.... Ranboo promising he would be more openly supportive of poc after realizing he was part of the problem of ignoring us, and then he forgot Abt it yesterday . Just bc others ccs are doing bad shit treating us as afterthought doesn't mean ranboo should just get way with being a hypocrite and continuing treating us like that after saying he would do better

Okay, I’m splitting this interaction into how Wilbur views it and how Quackity views it. Wilbur first. Wilbur needs Quackity to do this. He needs to get out with Tommy because both of them are going insane. He needs to get out because it’s the crawlspace all over again. Jack he can trust, Quackity he can convince with the right bargain. And he picked a good one. Something Quackity can’t resist. And when he points out it’s dangerous, Wilbur turns that offer into a threat.

A threat he can make do on, as he has double the political power to back it up. He knows Quackity has been more afraid of him since the coat and the personal wing. He’s using every card he has. Wilbur pointing out that Ranboo also can’t know hurts. It holds no meaning to Quackity, but he still has to point it out.

[“Because motivations are a tricky thing to discern, Quackity,” Wilbur explained. “And trust… well, if you don’t know what someone’s motivations are, how can you trust them?”] This is a big part of why Wilbur struggles to fully trust Phil. He still doesn’t get Phil’s motivations, doesn’t understand it’s possible for them to change and if so, why? It’s not so much that he doesn’t believe what Phil told him and more that the Ranboo reveal implies that there are more motivations than Wilbur thought there were still at play.

[”If you don’t give out your trust, how did it get broken?”]-Quackity. See, Tommy did give out his trust and that trust got betrayed, which does still affect Wilbur. It’s not a direct betrayal, not really, but it atill feels like one. But Wilbur doesn’t trust Quackity enough to tell him Ranboo is a spy like he did with Jack. The deal is not in the bag, so instead, he redirects it back to what he needs Quackity to do. He’s kind of flying by the seat of his pants, so how he’s going to lie to Phil is a problem for future Wilbur. In that moment, he just needs Quackity to agree to do it.

Then Quackity brings up what a stupid idea it is and how he does not want to get Wilbur killed out of self-preservation. Which I feel is a part Wilbur is trying not to think about. So he tries to get Quackity to just act like he didn’t know. Part of it is by referencing his job and compliments like saying he capable. But that doesn’t work. So Wilbur does what he always does when in distress and turns to Phil. Except he can’t actually talk to Phil so he just asks himself what Phil would do.

Then he proceeds to intimidate Quackity quite effectively. Like father, like son, or something like that. He picks the one part of the invasion he can talk about without the risk off it sounding unbelievable when negating the Voice, which also happens to be the part he currently feels he’s reliving: the crawlspace. He sets the tone and leaves everything else up to Quackity’s imagination because he can’t reveal his Voice.

Last bit for Wilbur, because this is getting long as hell, but he’s finally learned to use his anger. He is now part of the waves. He’s directing his anger at his situation into intimidating Quackity. That’s something Phil told him to do. Using his anger and turning it into something else. And he’s doing it. And I love the metaphors!

quackity being intimidated by wilbur because of the sway he holds over phil thanks to the coat is something I was so excited to use. quackity KNOWS that wilbur is in a really good place power-wise. he can make a lot of shit happen if he wants, especially if it involves blaziphane.

exactly! he still doesn't understand phil's motivations, so he can't trust him. he thought he finally got an understanding of what his motives were but then the ranboo reveal happened, and the rug was pulled out from under him. that's why he has to leave. he can't trust anything or anyone besides tommy because he doesn't understand their motives.

while not wanting to tell quackity about ranboo is right, there's another reason wilbur didn't give quackity a response when he made the comment about trust. and that's because again, wilbur wanted to trust phil, and honestly? he actually did. not fully, but he started to trust phil. and he can't admit that. not to himself, and especially not to quackity.

the apple doesn't fall far from the tree :) wilbur really channeled his pseudo-father figure right there and it worked great. he can't reveal the Voice, but he can let quackity's imagination fill in the blanks.

he's learning to use his anger!! after all this time phil's lessons are starting to shine through. he's part of the waves!! such a fun way to tie into the metaphors after all this time

every time we get to see c!tommy from someone else's perspective, especially c!wilbur, i realize that he's really just a kid. how giddy he got in the middle of the lobby, with his literal abuser in the room, because c!wilbur got c!dream to write in a book. the way cc!tommy acts him is just. so good.

c!Tommy, the selfless boy agreed without hesitation just because he thought it would help his big brother.

STARING AT the rope in my hands, my grip tightening on it till my knuckles became a lighter color then my skin color, i let a hitched breath out my lips as i slowly raised my head to the wooden chair infront of me. i was really doing this. i was really gonna do it. i hesitantly walked to the bronze chair. "It's fine, it's fine.." i murmured to myself, my eyesight becoming blurry with tears which i wiped away in a swift motion, loosening my grip on the rope as i felt it start to imprint marks on my hand as i got onto the chair, attaching it to one of my coat hangers a bit high in the closet and leaving a area for my head. just before i had put my head into the ropes hole, i heard a voice. shoot- "I made dinner!" Ranboo had called out. oh dear, oh dear, do not come in here i swear to god.

as if god had heard my prayer, which he had denied, Ranboo came into my room to much of my dismay. quickly yanking the rope down and tossing it into the side bits of my closet, just keeping the chair there, i got out of the small spaced area with a shaky smile, "Oh, hello, Ranbo-" "Why is there a chair in your closet?" they asked, speaking over my words. "I, um, couldnt reach something in my closet." my voice had a quivered tone to it. darn you nervous system. his brow raised at me slightly which just made me shrink in his deep gaze. "Why didnt you call for help?" "...Because Im trying to be more independent..?" i couldnt tell if my excuse was good or not, seeing that firm gaze stay on their face.

"Wheres the rope at." WHAT? i cant be that obvious right?! "What do you mean?! I dont have any rope in here! What even is rope? I dont even know what ro-" "Where is the rope at." i couldnt escape this one, huh? i gulped, hanging my head down and shamefully pointing to the sides of the closet. i heard him take a disappointed sigh. a few footsteps later, their tall frame obstructed my frontal view, feeling a hand on my chin before my head got raised up, staring at those famous hooded eyes. "Im gonna try to be as polite as possible as I say this: what the hell do you think you're doing." their tone was a tad darker sounding then usual, falling apart in his gaze. my mouth opened, yet no words came out. i felt their hand move from my chin, looking almost like they were frowning under that black face mask.

"Just,, go eat dinnner. It might be cold by now, but you can heat it up." they finally said, breaking the silence that had lasted for a bit of us just staring at eachother, an uncomfortable sensation in the room. "Im throwing away all the rope we have. Dont ever try this again." i nodded at their words, feeling a warm tear fall out my eye as i walked out the room. killing myself wont be an option ever with Ranboo near.

i had a dsmp political au idea a few months ago, it needs some fleshing out but I stopped thinking about it so I figured you could see it. here you go, have the bullet points:

-techno and dream are the council’s head figures

-democratically elected government, but the two heads have to coexist and work together. They have equal power.

-assisting them each are two councilors of the population’s elected choice, from each head’s party

-they also have one neutral mediator agreed upon by the six councilors

-^this position is still up for grabs because neither party has agreed on a candidate yet

-recently overthrew schlatt’s dictatorship and are trying to figure out a new system (very new!!!)

-techno’s councilors are phil and wilbur

-dream’s councilors are george and sapnap

-from tommy pov

-tommy is trying to become elected for a bet he made with the bench trio (his roommates)

-tommy devises a plot!!! To strategically befriend both parties in the government

-his main opponent is ranboo

-techno and ranboo bond almost instantly because of their rare nether origins and love for pets and shiny things

-tommy and wilbur bond over their love for music and because they are both theater kids

-meanwhile dream meets tommy and starts advocating for him because he sees him as a way to manipulate techno’s party into making decisions that better suit dream, using tommy’s emotional connection to them as a tool

-phil acts as techno’s voice of reason, while wilbur is his moral compass

-sapnap acts as dream’s second-in-command

-quackity was dream’s man on the inside during schlatt’s reign, so he knows a lot of legal loopholes

-also, nobody really knows how george made it into the council (he wasn’t a candidate for the voting), but they trust in the new system enough to not question it because he was rumored to have been an asset in overthrowing schlatt

-(what really happened was dream asked quackity to put george in because he just wanted a friend on the council)

-tubbo is schlatt’s kid but they are not on good terms and tubbo has father issues now

-citizens can only vote for councilors in their specific political party

-the two parties are upper and lower l’manberg, they represent geographical divides between those living above l’crater and those living in the caves lining its walls

-techno represents lower l’manberg

-dream represents upper l’manberg

-the country as a whole is called new l’manberg

WORK IN PROGRESS FANFIC!! (NO SHIPPING OR NSFW)

Tommy’s pov:

It’s just an old day on the origins smp. Technos looking for carrots, wilburs walking through walls , philza’s flying around like the crow father he, tubbos ranting about his armor while looking for food, then there’s me trying to get anyone I can to race me. I chose the worst possible power I could.

I chose the avian origin..

I see Ranboo teleport towards me, I wonder what he needs, is he going to ask me for armor, water protection enchantments, or is going to ask to hang out.

I hope it was the third option because ever since everyone started building I’ve just been sitting up in the air with my bed.

R: “How are you doing mate?, You ok?”

I scoff

“Gosh, Phil’s accent..no whole attitude is rubbing off on you”

R: “Really? I haven’t noticed”

He was being sarcastic, I could tell.

I look back at him

“ I forgot mr ender boy could be sarcastic, it’s not a good look on you, Oreo boy”

Ranboo looked shocked

R: “ender AND Oreo boy.. god give me a break I’m not even black and white, your getting me confused with the ranboo from that one AU you keep reading, ALSO I'M NOT A BOY!”

T: “wait, what do you mean your not a boy? You haven’t told me this.”

Ranboo froze.

Ranboos pov:

Oh no..

I froze for a second realizing I just exposed myself, I didn’t know what to do.

“JK haha!, Gotcha” I say with a soft chuckle trying to hide the fact that I just froze in place.

My breath trembled

I was lying it wasn’t a joke at all

T: “ok I guess?” Tommy seemed confused

My hands are shaking, did I mess everything up?.

I Look back at Tommy trying not to tear up.

“Anyways im going to go find Phil..” I say trying to hide the tears thst we’re very close to falling out of my eyes.

Tommy looks at me still looking slightly confused.

T: “Oh alright man, if you see Tubbo tell him to answer my calls”

I say ok and teleport away with a small wave.

What have I done?

Tommy’s pov:

I was confused and concerned. Ran is my best friend, but I’m scared he feels like he can’t tell me something. What if he’s mad at me?

I decided to look around and see if I could find techno and maybe ask him for help , even though it's likely that he won’t care.

I start walking, not seeing a trace of my brother that wasn't going to stop me from looking. I needed to talk to someone about it, if it wasn’t techno it would be Wilbur and I am NOT asking ghost boy for advice with friendship.

TIME SKIP

An hour passes and I still haven’t seen him but then an apple hit me directly in the stomach.

“OW WHAT THE HELL” I say pain flowing through my body

I looked up to see techno looking down at me with a smirk, he's very pleased with the response he got from throwing an apple at me.

“Why’d you throw an APPLE at me of all things” I say while holding my stomach due to the pain.

Tb: “Why didn’t you catch it?”

God he’s such a idiot.

I roll my eyes and look back at him

“Maybe because you threw it at me when I WASNT LOOKING?!”

Tb: “well should’ve been looking, your fault you didn’t see me”

This pissed me off, I mean he always pisses me off so no surprise.

I mumbled “asshole” under my breath knowing he could hear me, I’m surprised he didn’t say anything about it.

I guess that’s just how he is at some points.

Technoblades pov:

What the hell is he on about, I hardly ever see him *this* mad yes he curses no matter what mood he’s in but this time he seemed really upset. I decided to give him a small smile and start some small talk.

News flash I’m terrible at small talk.

“So were you looking for me?”

T: “it’s about ranboo, I’m worried about him”

“Or her” I herd tommy mumble under his voice but I didn’t even think about it

“What’s wrong with them?”

T: “they’ve just been acting weird recently, and by weird I mean nervous and or worried about something”

“WRONG!!” the voices screamed in my head, what was wrong with ranboo? Are they ok?.

My palms began to sweat

“Well what did they say?” I ask with sharp tone.

T: “Well they said something about not being a boy and then asked all nervous and teleported off, they wouldn’t tell me what they were talking about”

My mind started racing, Not a boy? What did Ranboo mean by this?

After looking confused for a good five minutes tommy spoke up.

T: “I think..I think Ran might be trans” Tommy gave a small smile, kinda like the proud dad smile that Phil always gave him.

I looked back at him giving him the same smile

“I mean I wouldn’t be surprised, they’ve never been that open with gender identities or talk of gender, like ever”

Tommy gave me a nod and started to ramble.

T: “W-well should we talk to philza about it, do you think they'll tell us if they are trans? Do you think they trust us enough?!”

I grab his shoulders

“Tommy calm down we’ll talk about about it later.”

CHAPTER 2

T: “Techno I can't just push it off like it’s nothing!, I care about them..”

“I care about them to Tommy” I paused for a second to think of something to say after this “I’ll bring it up to philza when I see him ok?”

Tommy gave me a nod and then bear hugged me, gosh he really is a baby brother if he likes it or not.

T: “thank you techno..” he let go of me.

“Well I gotta head off, I have a feeling wilburs going to start yelling my name any second n-“

W: “TECHNOOOOO!!!” As I expected Wilbur started screaming my name, waving his hand as a sign for me to follow him

“And I was right, see ya tommy”

I gave Tommy a pat on the shoulder and walked off.

Tommy had a soft smile, a tear rolling down his face.

Ranboos pov:

I stare down at my feet trying to follow the path of crow feathers Phil had dropped for me to be able to remember how to get to his house.

How could I mess up this badly, Tommy’s probably pissed at me..

I hear a loud “CAW” come from the top of the building I’m walking towards, there’s only one person..well crow THAT can be.

P: “HEYA MATE! YOU FOLLOWED THE TRAIL” I heard Phil yell from the top of the balcony.

“Hey man, how are you today?!” I yell back to him hoping he can hear me.

P: “i'm doing well mate, wait is that tear burns on your check, you doing alright mate?”

My breath stops for a second, no I wasn’t ok, not at all.

“Y-yeah” I say trying to wipe the burns off my face even tho I know that wouldn’t work

Okay, it’s loveposting hour because I have yet to come down from the high that c!Primeboys gave me.

First of all, GOD I LOVE THEIR ACTING.

Hands down cc!Dream and cc!Tommy are my favourite on the server (which is news to literally no one by now, I’m sure).

cc!Dream plays an unapologetic villainso incredibly well. He’s never afraid to be truly horrible. Like, today? It’s not even just the chase scene, the whole breakout part? Him repeating multiple times that he couldn’t give less of a f*ck is c!Ranboo died or if he remained stuck in prison? He really made it clear FROM THE START that c!Drem was still fully c!Dream and it was incredible.

And then in Logstedshire? How can cc!Dream manage to make his soft voice sound that creepy? He has one of the most soothing voices out there, how does he actually manage that? Because he always manages to bring out a very specific tone that just feels so damn slimey. Like, it wants to bring you confort while it’s f*cking stabbing you with a knife.

And then, of course, he’s simply amazing whenever he lets his character go unhinged.

AND TOMMY! GOD TOMMY! He was amazing! At every step of the way. Despite how much he refuses to speak about his character outside of lore it’s so obvious that he has a deep understanding of c!Tommy because everything he ever does is simply so in character. It’s amazing, I respect him a lot for that.

But also HOW IS HE SO GOOD? Like, he’s acting out a full on mental breakdown SO WELL. And his talk with c!Phil? I know people were pissed, and they were right to be, but c!Tommy forgiving him just makes so much sense. An apology, even a crappy one is all he ever needs. Often not even that. He just doesn’t value people harming him at all. Never has. It’s heartbreaking quite frankly.

And. God. Just, that chase scene. It was perfect. (Bloopers aside, but it’s not cc!Primeboys if they don’t have at least one blooper scene). They just bounce off each other so perfectly. They play off this absurdly twisted unhealthy relationship in a marvelous way and I’m just in awe every single time. Like. God.

And I know that people are always worried about them dropping it because it’s a hard thing to play out. They’re acting out a very serious dynamic and the audience knows that, and we all know that giving c!Dream a sloppy redemption arc might have sounded like an easy way out from it, but no. Cc!Primeboys are determined to see this trough and I’m so happy for that

Please infodump about Tubbo’s acting if you wanna we would love to hear more

*ascends* ok so basically tubbo is genuinely one of the best actors on the smp considering his lack of experience and young age- he has amazing control over his voice and when not doing a bit, he exaggerates just enough that you can tell hes acting, but not so much it breaks the immersion. his voice acting also just fits his character very well, being very firm and leaving no room for questioning. when he finishes, hes finished.

its also very neat to see how tubbo rolls with the punches- hes often tired during streams (especially the streams before the meetup since hed stay up to talk to ranboo) and isnt always in an acting mood, but even when he isnt exactly able to stay in character he weaves his ooc moments into his character near perfectly- and he doesnt have to spell out his reasonings either, which i think is really neat.

when he was tired and couldnt respond properly to tommys death announcement, he weaved it into an arc of denial and trying to figure out what happened without admitting What Happened, something that fits amazingly with c!tubbos tendency to think logically while still often being irrational, and tying it into when he thought tommy was dead before but was actually alive. his way of bouncing off his own tiredness by making his character be distinctly out of it, spiralling as he finds more and more, clearly unable to accept the truths he finds and even believing himself to be losing it as his voice gets more fervent and he starts rambling as he moves around and staying laser focused on his mission

through cc!tubbos acting and bouncing off of others and his own natural inclinations- c!tubbo becomes Off in-universe. a kid with a name for being kind and someone very loved by those around him- and you get to know him, and hes Off. he trails off and yet his statements sound Final, he cuts people off with cutting remarks, hes explosive in his anger, he rambles on and on about things that everyone just has to go along with, he loves bees and flowers and his friends ad family and he makes nukes and comes up with war strategies and knows about death and pain. hes a child president, and he sounds like one.

its clear in him exiling tommy as he shouts about undermined authority and doesnt give "proper" reactions to being compared to schlatt, its clear in how he puts emphasis right where he should, he shoots any statements he doesnt agree with down, sometimes frustratingly calm while doing so, hes quick on his feet and barely has to think when responding. he doesnt always say the right thing, but that only emphasizes that hes young and doesnt know what hes doing. hes a teenager told to mature too much too quickly

and when c!tubbo breaks, its devastating. his voice gets choked up, and yet his responses are as normally paced and calm as ever (until they arent, until hes breaking too much for even him to keep up with). when hes excited, its shouts of joy, bouncing around and getting fully into it. when hes scared his voice gets pained and forced, when hes teasing he sounds as if hes holding back a smile. when hes resigned, he goes completely into logical mode, calmly explaining the situation and his perspective, calmly accepting it all when the truth finally catches up and he cant ignore his problems anymore.

lines like "what am i without you?" "yourself", "wilbur said he wasnt going to hurt me", "dream, please escort tommy out of my country", "you've messed this up for no one but yourself", theyre all such good shows of his control in his voice, of how he attunes his emotions near-perfectly.

tubbo is an intensely good actor, and i didnt even touch how he controls his characters body language within a fucking 3d block game. when i say tubbo is truly up there as having some of my favorite vocal deliveries and favorite lines overall, i truly mean it. kids talented, i hope he knows how god inspiring he is because his voice acting is genuinely better than what some professional adults are able to do.
