It took me a long time to realize I actually had anxiety and that people weren't just feeling like I did all the time but now that I know, I'm still not sure how much anxiety is too much anxiety.
Like, how much is enough anxiety that I can justify [to the Authority On Taking Drugs that doesn't actually exist] taking the prescription my psyciatrist wants to give me? How much is enough I should talk more to my therapist about it? Where is the guidebook on "What To Do When You Have Anxiety"? I need it, guys. 😭
